Abstract

Postrojenje za obradu vazduhom prehrambenih proizvoda se sastoji od kućišta (IX izduženog kanala (29) smeštenog u njemu za primanje hrane koja treba da se obrađuje, izmenjivača (35) toplote i ventilatorske grupe (39) za stvaranje vazdušnog toka koji kruži kroz izmenjivač toplote, na gore kroz kanala i nazad u izmenjivač toplote. Kućište (1) se sastoji od broja praktično identičnih modularnih uređaja (11) koji se pruzaju poprečno od izduženog pravca kanala i koji imaju samodržeće dno i ploče (14-16X (17-18) bočnog zida, pri čemu svaka ploča ima sloj izolujućeg materijala i, na unutrašnjoj strani istoga postavljen je sloj od nerđajućeg čelika ili slicnog materijala. Svaki modularni uređaj se sastoji od dva podmodula (12,13), pri čemu svaki ima ploču (15,16) dna koja obrazuje dno kućišta (1), i ploču (17,18) koja obrazuje deo odgovarajuće ploče bočnih zidova kućišta.
