Abstract

Postupak za pripremanje hemostatički aktivnog preparata, koji sadrži von Willbrand-ov faktor (vWF) iz frakcije humane plazme, hromatografskim prečišćavanjem frakcije plazme koja sadrži vWF na anjon-izmenjivačkom materijalu koji ima anjon-izmenjivačke grupe na kalemljenim polimernim strukturama (tentakularni materijali), sakupljanjem frakcija koje sadrže vWF, što je praćeno prečišćavanjem pomenutih frakcija korišćenjem propustljivosti gela za pravljenje termalno stabilnog preparata koji sadrži vWF; i zagrevanjem preparata zbog inaktiviranja virusa.[The invention relates to a method for producing a haemostatically active preparation, which contains von Willebrand factors (vWF), from a fraction of human plasmas by chromatographically purifying a plasma fraction containing vWF on an anion exchanger material that comprises the anion exchanger groups on graft polymeric structures (tentacle materials), by collecting a fraction containing vWF, followed by a purification of this fraction by means of gel permeation in order to produce a purified thermostable preparation containing vWF, and by heating the preparation in order to inactivate viruses.
