Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju D-pantotenske kiseline fermentacijom mikroorganizama, u kojima se bar panD-gen pojačava (prekomerno izražava), u datom slučaju u kombinaciji sa panB- i/ili pan C-genom, i obogaćivanjem sadržaja pantotenske kiseline u sredini ili u ćelijama mikroorganizama.[The invention refers to the production of the D-pantothenic acid by the fermentation of microorganisms, wherein the bar of D-gene is amplified (expressed overmeasure) in the given case with the combination with pan B- and/or pan C - gene, and enriching content of pantothenic acid in the environment or in microorganism cells.
