Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PANTOTENATO AUMENTADA, PRODUTO, COMPOSIçãO, E, MICROORGANISMO RECOMBINANTE PARA A PRODUçãO DE PANTOTENATO AUMENTADA. A presente invenção refere-se aos métodos melhorados para a produção de pantoato e de pantotenato aumentada utilizando microorganismos possuindo atividades de enzima biossintética de pantotenato modificadas e possuindo atividades de enzima biossintética de metileno-tetrahidro-folado (MTF) modificadas. Em particular, a invenção refere-se a métodos para aumentar a produção de produtos desejados pelos níveis aumentados de um intermediário chave, cetopantoato por enzimas que contribuem para sua síntese. Microorganismos recombinantes e condições de cultura dos mesmos também são apresentados. Também são apresentadas composições produzidas por tais microorganismos.
