Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE SAMONOSEĆEG KERAMIČKOG TELA, naznačen time, što se osnovni metal bira iz grupe koju čine aluminijum, titan, cirkonijum, silicijum, hafnijum, lantan, gvoždje, kalciju, vanadijum, niobijum, berilijum, pa se u suštinski inertnoj atmosferi zagreva do temperature iznad njegove tačke topljenja, tako da se obrazuje kupatilo istopljenog metala koje se dovodi u dodir sa masom koja sadrži karbid bora, a navedena temperatura se održava za vreme dovoljno da se omogući infiltriranje rastopljenog osnovnog metala u pomenutu masu, pri čemu se karbid bora nalazi najmanje u stehiometrijskoj količini u odnosu na osnovni metal infiltriran u masu karbida bora, i da se obrazuje i reagovanje nastavlja u vremenskom trajanju dovoljnom da se obrazuje samonoseće keramičko telo koje sadrži jedno ili više jedinjenja osnovnog metala i bora.
