Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE NOVIH CIKLICNIH LIGANADA AZOTA I METALNIH KOMPLEKSA FORMIRANIH SA OVIM LIGANDIMA, formule: u kojoj: R1 predstavlja radikal formule: R6 je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi C1-4alkil, C1-4 hidroksi-alkil, C1-4polihidroksialkil i grupu formule: R11 je izabran od grupe A i grupa formule -(CH2)t -Y-A-Y(CH2)t-A je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi C1-C8 alkilen, C1-C8 hidroksi-alkilen i C1-C8 polihidroksialkilen, Y je izabran od --C-O- i t=1 do 4, R7 je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi atom vodonika, C1-C14 alkil grupu, C1-C4 hidroksialkil grupu i C1-C4 polihidroksialkil grupu, m=0 ili 1, R2, R3, R4 su identicni ili razliciti i predstavljaju radikal formule: - (CH)p -----CH--R8 R9 R8 i R9 su identicni ili razliciti i izabrani su iz grupe koja sadrzi atom vodonika, C1-C14 alkil grupu, C1-C4 hidroksialkil grupu i C1-C4 polihidroksialkil grupu, p=1 ili 2 n=0, i ili 2 i R5 je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi atom vodonika, C1-C4alkil grupu, C1-C4 hidroksialkil grupu i C1-C4 polihidroksialkil grupu, i Z je izabran od atoma kiseonika i grupe formule R10 je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi atom vodonika, C1-C14alkil grupu, C1-C4 hidroksialkil grupu, C1-C4 polihidroksialkil grupu, grupa formule , gde R5 ima ranije dato znacenje, i grupa formule: R12 je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi C1-C8 alkilenske grupe, C1-C8 hidroksialkilenske grupe i C1-C8 polihidroksialkilenske grupe, i sa metalnim jonima koji se izabrani od jona lantanida sa atomskim brojevima 57 do 71, sa jonima tranzitnih metala sa atomskim brojevima 21, do 29 i sa jonima metala koji imaju atomske brojeve 55, 56, 82 i 83, kao i za dobivanje soli ovih kompleksa sa mineralnim bazama ili sa organskim farmaceutski prihvatljivim bazama ili sa baznim aminokiselinama, naznacen time, sto reaguje jedinjenje formule: u kojoj R5 ima ranije dato znacenje a X predstavlja labilnu grupu, ili aldehid formule: R5---CHO IIa u kojoj R5 ima gore dato znacenje, u prisustvu cijanovodonicne kiseline ili cijanidnog jona, sa ciklicnim aminom formule: u kojoj R2, R3, R4 i n imaju gore dato znacenje, R'1 predstavlja radikal formule: ----(CH2)m -----CH -----CH -----R6 R7 R'6 je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi C1-C4alkil, C1-C4 hidroksialkil, C1-C4 polihidroksialkil i grupu formule: u kojoj R2, R3, R4, R7, R11, m, n imaju gore dato znacenje i Z' je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi atom kiseonika i grupu formule: N-----R'10 R'10 je izabran iz grupe koja sadrzi atom vodonika, C1-C4 alkil grupu, C1-C4 hidroksialkil grupu, C1-C4 polihidroksialkil grupu i grupu formule: u kojoj R1, R2, R3, R4, R12 imaju gore dato znacenje, i onda reaguje ligand formule I sa solju ili sa oksidom gore definisanih metala u vodenom rastvaracu i onda se eventualno izvrsi neutralizacija radi formiranja soli.
