Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE KOMPOZITNOG KERAMIČKOG I KERAMIČKOMETALNOG TELA SA POVRŠINSKIM PREVLAKAMA, oksidacijom osnovnog metala da bi se obrazovao polikristalni materijal koji se sastoji od proizvoda oksidacije osnovnog metala oksidantom u parnoj fazi i po izboru jednog ili više neoksidisanih sastojaka osnovnog metala, naznačen time, što obuhvata zagrevanje osnovnog metala do temperature iznad tačke topljenja osnovnog metala ali ispod tačke topljenja proizvoda oksidacije radi formiranje tela od istopljenog metala, i na pomenutoj temperaturi najpre reaguje deo istopljenog metala sa gasovitim oksidantom stvaranjem proizvoda oksidacije, po izboru sa jednim ili više aditiva, zatim se održava bar deo proizvoda oksidacije u dodiru sa i izmedju dela istopljenog metala i oksidanta da bi se istopljeni metal pomerao kroz proizvod oksidacije ka oksidantu tako da se u medjuprostoru nastavlja da formira proizvod oksidacije izmedju oksidanta i prethodno formiranog oksidacije, a po izboru ostavljajući neoksidisane sastojke osnovnog metala da budu dispergovani kroz polikristalni materijal, i na kraju se površina dobivenog tela prevlači sa jednom ili više materija koje prouzrokuju željene promene svojstava površine. -Prijava sadrži još 20 zavisnih zahteva.
