Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA IZRADU SAMONOSECE KERAMICKE STRUKTURE, naznacen time, sto obuhvata stupnjeve: (a) ostvarivanje prvog samonoseceg keramickog tela koje sadrzi (i) pravi polikristalni proizvod reakcije oksidacije obrazovan oksidacijom prvog rastopljenog osnovnog metala prvim oksidantom, i (ii) medjupovezane supljine bar delimicno pristupacne od jedne ili vise povrsina pomenutog keramickog tela; (b) orijentisanja tela drugog osnovnog metala i pomenutog prvog keramickog tela jednog u odnosu na drugo, tako da topljenje i oksidacija pomenutog drugog osnovnog metala drugim, parofaznim oksidantom izaziva obrazovanje drugog polikristalnog proizvoda oksidacije u smeru prema, i u pomenute medjupovezane supljine prvog keramickog tela; i (c) zagrevanja drugog osnovnog metala do temperaturnog podrucja iznad njegove tacke topljenja, ali ispod tacke topljenja i prvog i drugog proizvoda oksidacije, radi obrazovanja mase rastopljenog drugog osnovnog metala i, unutar pomenutog temperaturnog podrucja; (i) reagovanje te mase rastopljenog drugog osnovnog metala pomenutim parofaznim oksidantom radi obrazovanja drugog polik-ristalnog materijala proizvoda oksidacije; (ii) odrzavanja bar dela pomenutog drugog proizvoda reakcije u dodiru sa pomenutom masom rastopljenog drugog osnovnog materijala i pomenutog oksidanta, a izmedju kojih se pruza pri cemu se drugi osnovni metal povlaci kroz pomenuti drugi polikristalni materijal prema oksidantu, tako da drugi proizvod reakcije oksidacije nastavlja da se obrazuje na dodirnoj povrsini izmedju oksidanta i prethodno obrazovanog drugog proizvoda oksidacije; i (iii) produzavanja pomenute reakcije u trajanju dovoljnom da se infiltrira bar deo supljine pomenutog prvog keramickog tela osim drugim polikristalnim materijalom.
