Abstract

KONVEJERSKI SISTEM SA POBOLJSANOM PRIMO-PREDAJOM, koji ima prenosu traku 10, prenosnike 20 od kojih svaki ukljucuje pokretacku koturaljku 22 koja se krece po prenosnoj traci 10, dostavne 12-1 i prihvatne 12-2 pogonske konvejere od kojih svaki sadrzi pogonsku traku 12 koja se nalazi na rastojanju od prenosne trake 10, guraca 41-1,42-2 koji se pruzaju prema prenosnoj traci 10, beskrajni lanac 44 koji je povezan a guracima 42-1,42-2, i pogonsku jedinicu 96 za ovaj beskrajni lanac 44, pri cemu pokretacka koturaljka 22 obuhvata pogonski krak 46 koji se prebacuje izmedju radnog i neradnog polozaja u odnosu na gurace 42, pri cemu pogonski element 96 obuhvata pogonski naslon 74 i zadrzni naslon 78 koji se zahvata guracem 42 u radnom polozaju pogonskog elementa 96, na znacen time, sto je pogonski naslon (74) snabdeven parom poprecno pruzenih krilnih sekcija (92,93) koje se pruzaju prema jednoj strani zadrznog naslona (78) sa delom koji se pruza spolja prema pogonskoj traci (12) za rastojanje vece od zadrznog naslona (78), pri cemu je pogonski naslon (74) koji ukljucuje krilaste sekcije (92,93) snabdeven bregastom povrsinom (82), a primo-predaja zona (98-1) ukljucuje dostavne i prihvatne pogonske trake (12-1, 12-2) u kojima se nalaze dostavni i prihvatni gurac (42-1, 42-2) koji su medjusobno poprecno razdvojeni, gde se dostavni gurac (42-1) i prihvatni gurac (42-2) zahvataju sa krilnim sekcijama (92,93), dok sredstvo za pozicioniranje izvedeno u primo-predajnoj zoni (98-1) ogranicava zahvat izmedju pogonskog naslona (74) i dostavnih i prihvatnih guraca (42-1, 42-2) na bregastu povrsinu (82) za sprecavanje zaglavljivanja i na deo pogonskog naslona (75) koji se pruza u polje za pogonsko prihvatanje.
