Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable products to be conveyed without being slipped out of position on a belt wheel which has holding pieces formed to project therefrom by utilizing a change of the distance between adjacent holding pieces to hold a product for conveyance of the same.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyor A includes an endless belt 4 extending between and around a driving belt 3 and a driven belt 3'. A plurality of holding pieces 5 are fixed to and projected from the belt 4 along the whole periphery thereof in a spaced relationship from each other by a distance equal to the width of a product 1. When the product 1 is to be conveyed out onto a table 2 at a forward end portion of the conveyor A, it is transferred to the table 2 as the holding piece 5 on the forward side enters a groove 2' provided in a forward connecting portion of the table 2, and then the holding piece 5 on the rear side turns downwardly as it pushed at a head portion thereof the rear face of the product 1 so that the product 1 is pushed out forwardly and thus conveyed out from the conveyor A to the table 2.
