Abstract

Postupak prečišćavanja di(C1-C6 alkil) estra (6-hlor-2-karbazolil)metil-malonske kiseline formule (I): gde Ra i Rb moraju biti isti i biraju se iz grupe koja se sstoji od C1-C6 alkil; uključujući fazno razdvajanje jedne ili više nečistoća iz pomenutog karbazolnog estra, najmanje jedno, pri čemu je upotrebljeni rastvarač za izvodjenje pomenutog faznog razdvajanja sirćetna kiselina. U pogodnom ostvarenju navedena sirćetna kiselina je glacijalna sirćetna kiselina koja se održava na temperaturi od oko 30 do oko 110В°C i navedeni karbazolni estar se dobija sa čistoćom od najmanje 99,90 masenih %. U pogodnijem ostvarenju navedenog postupka, navedena temperatura je od oko 50 do oko 70В°, i navedeno fazno razdvajanje se izvodi samo jednom.[Method of purifying di(C1-C6 alkyl) ester (6-chloro-2-carbzole) methyl-malonic acid of formula (I) where Ra and Rb must be the same and are chosen from the group consisting of C1-C6-alkyl, including phasal separation of one or more impurities from the mentioned carbazole ester, at least one, where the used solution for performing the mentioned phasal separation is acetic acid. In the approprite realization, the mentioned acetic acid is glacial acetic acid maintenaned at the temperature of about 30 to about 110 В°C and the mentioned carbazole ester is obtained with the purity of at least 99,90 mass %. In the suitable realization of the mentioned procedure, the mentioned temperature is 50 to 70% and the mentioned phasal separation is performed only once.
