Abstract

Opisan je postupak za dobijanje novih farmaceutskih preparata sa povećanim prodiranjem i za transdermalno davanje ljudima i nižim životinjama koji sadrže bezopasnu i efikasnu količinu farmakološki aktivnog jedinjenja ili njegovog proleka, vodeni etanol kao rastvarač koji sadrži od 15 do 75% etanola po zapremini, i penetracioni pojačivač odabran od odredjenih 1-alkilazacikloheptan-2-ona i cis-olefinskih jedinjenja formule CH3(CH2)xCH=CH(CH2)yR3 u kojoj R3 je CH2OH, CH2NH2 ili COR4 i R4 je OH ili (C1-C4)-alkoksi, x i y su svaki ceo broj od 3 do 13, a zbir x i y je od 10 do 16; metode za njegovu upotrebu kod tretiranja različitih bolesti u ljudi ili nižim životinjama i to transdermalnim davanjem pomenutog preparata.
