Ovaj postupak se odnosi na nova jedinjenja opste formule u kojoj oznacavaju R1 vodonik, R2 vodonik, trifluorometil ili nizi alkil, R3 vodonik ili amino, ili R1 i R2 ili R3 i R2 uzeti zajedno ozncavaju -CH=CH-CH=CH-, Z pirimidin-4 -il, piridin-4-il, piridin-2-il ili fenil, R4, R5 svaki nezavisno jedan od drugog oznacavaju vodonik, nizi alkil, trifluorometil, halogen, nizi alkoksi, nitrilo, amino, nizi alkil-amino, di-nizi-alkilamino, piperazinil, morfolinil, pirolidinil, vinil, C3-C6- cikloalkil, C3-C6-cikloalkenil, terc-butilentinil, hidroksialkiletinil, naftil, tiofenil, ili fenil koji moze biti supstituisan halogenom, nizim-alkoksi-, nizim alkilom, trifluorometilom ili nitro-grupom, ili oznacava grupu -NH(CH2)nNR6R7, -N(CH3)(CH2)nNR6r7, -NH(CH2)n-morfolin-4-il ili -NH(CH2)n-OH, n 2-4 R6R7 svaki nezavisno jedan od drugog oznacavaju vodonik ili nizi alkil, i na njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli.
