技术领域
本申请涉及连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有锁止构件的连接器。
背景技术
电连接器可应用于交通、通信、家电及医疗等产品中,在其配套领域产品技术水平快速发展及市场的快速增长情况下,强有力的推动着连接器技术的发展。至目前为止,电连接器已发展为产品种类齐全、规格型号繁多、结构多种多样以及标准体系规范的系列化和专业化的产品。
但是,传统的车载连接器锁止机构主要是靠在车载连接器外导体上增加工艺凸台或者导体上增加变径结构实现固定,结构相对复杂并且制作成本较高。
因此,需要提供一种新的连接器的方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种具有锁止构件的连接器,以解决上述问题。
为了达到上述目的,本申请所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有锁止构件的连接器,包括:
连接器壳体,所述连接器壳体内设置贯通的腔体,所述连接器壳体的侧壁设置有与所述腔体贯通的开窗;
端子组件,至少部分所述端子组件设置在所述腔体内,所述端子组件包括第一外导体和第二外导体,所述第二外导体包括固定段和连接段,所述固定段内设置第一腔体,所述连接段内设置第二腔体,所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体连通,在所述固定段的侧壁上开设至少一个连通所述第一腔体的开口,所述第一外导体的外表面或端面与所述第一腔体的内壁和/或所述第二腔体的端面或所述第二腔体的内壁环形抵接,所述开口的径向投影在所述第一外导体的外表面上;
以及锁止构件,所述锁止构件经由所述开窗安装于所述连接器壳体内,所述锁止构件至少部分插入所述开口形成的空间内,并限制所述端子组件在所述腔体内的轴向移动。
由此,通过设置第一外导体的外表面或端面与第一腔体的内壁和/或所述第二腔体的端面或所述第二腔体的内壁环形抵接,确保了端子的屏蔽性。同时,在第一外导体上设置开口实现端子组件的定位,使外导体的结果简单,便于加工,减少成本。
可选的,所述开口数量为多个,且沿所述固定段的几何轴线对称设置。
由此,通过对称设置多个开口,确保锁止机构夹持稳固,使端子定位准确。
可选的,所述开口形状为矩形。
由此,将开口形状设计成矩形,便于开口的加工,简化加工工艺,节约成本。
可选的,所述固定段的侧壁开设至少一个钩孔,所述连接器壳体的侧壁还设置有弹性卡接件,所述弹性卡接件与所述钩孔卡接。
由此,通过在固定段的侧壁开设至少一个钩孔,实现端子组件与连接器壳体的固定。
可选的,所述开口对称布置在所述钩孔两侧。
由此,通过确定开口于钩孔的具体位置,确保锁止机构实现二次锁止,同时又避免锁止构件与弹性卡接件的干涉。
可选的,所述锁止构件包括锁紧本体,以及自所述锁紧本体两侧边向下竖直延伸的定位部,所述锁紧本体的外轮廓与所述开窗的轮廓匹配,所述定位部插入对应的所述开口形成的空间内。
由此,通过确定锁止机构的具体构成,确保实现锁止机构与端子组件和连接器外壳的固定,实现端子组件的定位。
可选的,在所述定位部外壁的最下方还设有呈倒钩状的凸起,所述连接器壳体的侧壁至少设置有一个卡口,所述凸起与所述卡口卡接。
由此,通过在定位部上设置凸起和在连接器壳体的侧壁上设置卡口,实现锁止构件与连接器壳体的固定。
可选的,所述定位部的宽度小于等于所述开口的宽度。
由此,通过设定定位部的宽度小于开口宽度,确保定位部可以插入由开口形成的空间内。
可选的,所述第一外导体和/或所述第二外导体的材质为磷青铜。
由此,通过设定第一外导体和第二外导体的材质,确保端子组件的性能。
可选的,所述第一外导体和/或所述第二外导体的壁厚小于1mm。
由此,通过设定第一外导体和第二外导体的的壁厚,能实现端子组件的最佳性能。
本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请的具有锁止构件的连接器,通过设置第一外导体的外表面或端面与第一腔体的内壁和/或所述第二腔体的端面或所述第二腔体的内壁环形抵接,确保了端子的屏蔽性。
2、本申请的具有锁止构件的连接器通过在第一外导体上设置开口,实现端子组件的定位,以及使外导体的结构简单,便于加工,节约成本。
3、本申请的具有锁止构件的连接器通过在第一外导体上设置钩孔,实现连接器壳体与端子组件的固定。
4、本申请的具有锁止构件的连接器通过结构简单的锁止构件实现端子组件与连接器壳体的固定,实现端子组件的定位,同时连接的可靠性也得倒了极大的提高。

如图1-图6所示,一种具有锁止构件的连接器,包括:
连接器壳体1,连接器壳体1内设置贯通的腔体11,连接器壳体1的侧壁设置有与腔体贯通的开窗12;
端子组件2,至少部分端子组件2设置在腔体11内,端子组件2包括第一外导体21和第二外导体22,第二外导体22包括固定段221和连接段222,固定段221内设置第一腔体,连接段222内设置第二腔体,第一腔体和第二腔体连通,在固定段221的侧壁上开设至少一个连通第一腔体的开口223,第一外导体21的外表面或端面与第一腔体的内壁和/或第二腔体的端面或第二腔体的内壁环形抵接,开口223的径向投影在第一外导体21的外表面上;
以及锁止构件3,锁止构件3经由开窗12安装于连接器壳体1内,锁止构件3至少部分插入开口223形成的空间内,并限制端子组件2在腔体11内的轴向移动。
具体地,端子组件2包括第一外导体21和第二外导体22,且第一外导体21和第二外导体22都具有腔体;第一外导体21插入第二外导体22的腔体内,且第一外导体21和第二外导体22的腔体是相通的,同时第一外导体21的外表面或端面与第一腔体的内壁和/或第二腔体的端面或第二腔体的内壁环形抵接,使第一外导体21和第二外导体22构造成的一体屏蔽结构;在第一外导体21和第二外导体22构造成的一体屏蔽结构的前提下,将第二外导体22的固定段221的侧壁上开设至少一个开口223,因第一外导体21的外表面或端面与第二外导体22的内表面或端面进行环形抵接,使开口223与第二外导体22的外边面形成一定的凹陷空间,相当于传统外导体增加向内的凸台后形成的凹槽,这样既保证了导体的屏蔽性能,又形成了便于与锁止构件3卡接的结构,制作工艺简单,节约制作成本。
更具体地,连接器壳体1内设置贯通的腔体11,且在其侧壁设置有与腔体贯通的开窗12,锁止构件3经开窗12安装在连接器壳体1内。锁止构件3至少部分的插入开口223与第一外导体21形成的空间内,以实现端子组件2在连接器壳体1的腔体11内的轴向移动,起到了定位的作用,同时连接的可靠性也得倒了极大的提高。
如图3所示,开口223数量为多个,且沿固定段221的几何轴线对称设置。
具体地,通过沿固定段221的几何轴线对称设置多个开口223,使锁紧构件3能平衡稳定的对本实施例的端子组件2进行准确定位,通过将开口223对称设置,又确 保了开口223的一致性。
在本实施例中,开口223的数量为两个。
可选的,开口223形状为矩形。
在本实施例中,利用矩形对边平行、对边相等、四个角都是直角等便于加工制造的特点,将开口223的形状设计成矩形。
如图2所示,固定段221的侧壁开设至少一个钩孔224,连接器壳体1的侧壁还设置有弹性卡接件13,弹性卡接件13与钩孔224卡接。
具体地,弹性卡接件13例如可以为一端与连接器壳体1内壁连接的弹片,弹片的自由端在端子组件2装入后卡入固定段221的侧壁开设的钩孔224,钩孔224例如可以为通孔。根据具体情况,钩孔224可以设置多个,也可以将钩孔224设计成凹陷的槽。
在本实施例中,钩孔224的数量为1个。
锁紧构件3以及本申请提供的连接器的拆卸方法如下:使用薄片工具伸进开窗12的边缘,利用杠杆原理,将锁紧构件3撬起,此时锁紧构件3由固定位置退回到预装位置,再使用工具将弹性卡接件13勾起,然后向后拉拽端子组件2即可将端子组件2与连接器壳体1分离,最后将锁紧构件3卸下。
可选的,开口223对称布置在钩孔224两侧。
在本实施例中,为了避免锁止构件3插入开口223时与弹性卡接件13产生干涉,将开口223对称的布置在钩孔224的两侧。
如图5所示,锁止构件3包括锁紧本体31,以及自锁紧本体31两侧边向下竖直延伸的定位部32,锁紧本体31的外轮廓与开窗11的轮廓匹配,定位部32插入对应的开口223形成的空间内。
具体地,锁紧本体31的设置便于使用者在对锁止构件3进行插入以及插入完成后,对锁止构件3的水平度进行观察,防止锁止构件3发生倾斜,从而影响定位及固定效果,而且,由于锁止构件3一般为塑胶等具有弹性的材质,若在倾斜度较大的情况下强行插入,甚至会对TPA件造成不可逆的损坏。
在本实施例中,定位部32包括可插入开口223形成空间内的夹持部321,且夹持部321的夹持面为竖直设置的平面,沿夹持部321的下边缘还设置具有倾斜面的导向部322,用于引导定位部32插入开口223形成的空间内;沿夹持部321的上边缘还设置有弧形固定部323,弧形固定部323与固定段221的外表面匹配,当锁止构件3经由开窗12安装于连接器壳体1内,定位部32插入开口223形成的空间内后,弧 形固定部323与固定段221的外表面抵接;在弧形固定部323的中间还设有用于避让弹性卡接件13的避让空间325,避让空间325的宽度大于弹性卡接件13的宽度。
锁止构件3采用注塑一体成型。
可选的,在定位部32外壁的最下方还设有呈倒钩状的凸起324,连接器壳体1的侧壁至少设置有一个卡口14,凸起324与卡口14卡接。
具体地,定位部32还设有用于与连接器壳体1固定,防止定位部32插入连接器壳体1后脱落的凸起324,凸起324的形状呈倒钩状;在连接器壳体1的侧壁还开设至少一个与凸起324卡接的卡口14.
在本实施例中,卡口14为通孔,形状为矩形,卡口14的尺寸大于凸起324的尺寸。
在其他实施例中,凸起324也可以是其他形状的,例如矩形凸台,圆形凸台等。
可选的,定位部32的宽度小于等于开口223的宽度。
在本实施例中,为了保证定位部32能插入倒开口223形成的空间内,将定位部32的宽度设计呈小于等于开口223的宽度。
可选的,第一外导体21和/或第二外导体22的材质为磷青铜。
在本实施例中,将第一外导体21和/或第二外导体22的材质选为磷青铜,主要是注重磷青铜具有以下性能和用途:
磷青铜有更高的耐蚀性,耐磨损,冲击时不发生火花。用于中速、重载荷轴承,工作最高温度250℃。具有自动调心,对偏斜不敏感,轴承受力均匀承载力高,可同时受径向载荷,自润滑无需维护等特性。锡磷青铜是一种合金铜,具有良好的导电性能,不易发热、确保安全同时具备很强的抗疲劳性。锡磷青铜的插孔簧片硬连线电气结构,无铆钉连接或无摩擦触点,可保证接触良好,弹力好,拨插平稳。该合金具有优良机械加工性能及成屑性能,可迅速缩短零件加工时间等。
可选的,第一外导体和/或第二外导体的壁厚小于1mm。
具体地,为了保证端子的性能以及加工的工艺性,一般选用比较薄的板材制作,大多采用厚度小于1mm的板进行冲压成型,需要说明的是第一外导体和第二外导体可选用不同厚度的板。
在本实施例中,第一外导体和第二外导体均选用的厚度为0.4毫米的磷青铜。
虽然已经通过例子对本申请的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本申请的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本申请的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进 行修改。本申请的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,包括:
    连接器壳体,所述连接器壳体内设置贯通的腔体,所述连接器壳体的侧壁设置有与所述腔体贯通的开窗;
    端子组件,至少部分所述端子组件设置在所述腔体内,所述端子组件包括第一外导体和第二外导体,所述第二外导体包括固定段和连接段,所述固定段内设置第一腔体,所述连接段内设置第二腔体,所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体连通,在所述固定段的侧壁上开设至少一个连通所述第一腔体的开口,所述第一外导体的外表面或端面与所述第一腔体的内壁和/或所述第二腔体的端面或所述第二腔体的内壁环形抵接,所述开口的径向投影在所述第一外导体的外表面上;
    以及锁止构件,所述锁止构件经由所述开窗安装于所述连接器壳体内,所述锁止构件至少部分插入所述开口形成的空间内,并限制所述端子组件在所述腔体内的轴向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,所述开口数量为多个,且沿所述固定段的几何轴线对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,所述开口形状为矩形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,所述固定段的侧壁开设至少一个钩孔,所述连接器壳体的侧壁还设置有弹性卡接件,所述弹性卡接件与所述钩孔卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,所述开口对称布置在所述钩孔两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,所述锁止构件包括锁紧本体,以及自所述锁紧本体两侧边向下竖直延伸的定位部,所述锁紧本体的外轮廓与所述开窗的轮廓匹配,所述定位部插入对应的所述开口形成的空间内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,在所述定位部外壁的最下方还设有呈倒钩状的凸起,所述连接器壳体的侧壁至少设置有一个卡口,所述凸起与所述卡口卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,所述定位部的宽度小于等于所述开口的宽度。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一外导 体和/或所述第二外导体的材质为磷青铜。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的具有锁止构件的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一外导体和/或所述第二外导体的壁厚小于1mm。
