本发明涉及压力机技术领域,更具体地涉及一种高精度框式精冲压力机。
背景技术
压力机是一种结构精巧的通用性压力机,具有用途广泛,生产效率高等特点,压力机可广泛应用于切断、冲孔、落料、弯曲、铆合和成形等工艺,通过对金属坯件施加强大的压力使金属发生塑性变形和断裂来加工成零件近。
目前市场上的高精度框式精冲压力机还存有下述不足:1、现有的高精度框式精冲压力机工作时,在金属发生塑性变形和断裂的过程中可能造成飞溅,存在安全隐患;2、现有的高精度框式精冲压力机,在金属件冲压后,机器乃在运转,继续取金属件时,机器可能再次冲压会造成人员受伤。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种高精度框式精冲压力机,以解决上述背景技术中存在的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高精度框式精冲压力机,包括工作台装置,所述工作台装置的顶部两端均固定连接有支撑板,所述支撑板的一侧中间固定连接有控制器,所述支撑板的顶部设有顶板,所述顶板的底部两端均与每个支撑板的顶部进行固定连接,所述顶板的顶部中间开设有圆形通孔,所述顶板的顶部设有液压组件,所述工作台装置的背面固定连接有推板装置,所述工作台装置的顶部中间固定连接有工作底板,控制器便于操控该装置。
进一步的,所述工作台装置包括有工作台主体,所述工作台主体内腔两端均固定连接有升降装置,所述工作台主体的顶部中间开设有方筒凹槽,所述工作台主体的顶部中间的方筒凹槽内设有防护透明框,所述防护透明框的底部两端均与每个升降装置的顶部进行固定连接,防护透明框会对周围人员 进行保护。

本发明的技术效果和优点:
1.本发明通过设有工作台装置,有利于通过操作使工作台主体内腔两端的升降装置进行运转,升降外壳方形通孔内的滑动马达会使旋转轴进行运转,旋转轴会带动外壁的齿轮进行旋转,齿轮会在直齿条的一侧进行旋转,通过齿轮的旋转会带动旋转轴背面的推块进行上升,每个推块会带动顶部的防护 透明框上升,冲压时防护透明框会避免金属发生断裂的飞溅对周围人员造成伤害。
2.本发明通过设有推板装置,有利于通过推板外壳内的驱动马达使螺纹杆进行旋转,螺纹杆会在连接外壳的背面中间的螺纹凹槽内进行旋转,在推板主体的限制下,螺纹杆的旋转会使连接外壳进行平移,连接外壳会带动推板主体平移推动工作底板,使工作底板进行移动一段距离再进行取件,避免该装置可能出现再次冲压对人员造成伤害。
