Description

一种带下模移出功能的压机 技术领域
本实用新型属于液压压机领域,具体为一种带下模移出功能的压机。
背景技术
目前立式压机下模板的移出时:首先需要拆掉模具和压机的接口(包括液、电、气等接口)然后通过举模可移动导轨和移模臂,或者移模滑板来实现下模移出的,只有在换模时才移出。这样存在的问题是:由于模具移出时需要断开压机和模具的各种连接,在自动化生产时模具不能移出,机器人只能在压机内取放件,这样机器人取放件的空间很大程度上的受到压机上下模还有导柱的影响,容易产生干涉,因此现在急需一种带下模移出功能的压机来解决上述出现的问题。
实用新型
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型目的是提供一种带下模移出功能的压机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本实用新型以一种新的移动台面机构来实现模具的移出,不仅方便更换模具,同时便于模具移出后机器人的取放件,更容易实现自动化生产。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种带下模移出功能的压机,包括支腿,所述支腿上设置有下底板,所述下底板的一侧设置有台面外部支撑,所述下底板和台面外部支撑上共同设置有可移动导轨,所述可移动导轨上设置有移动台面,所述下底板上设置有用于驱动所述移动台面移动的移出油缸,所述移动台面内侧设置有可移动模具支撑,所述移动台面和下底板均贯穿设置有落料孔,所述下底板上还设置有用于对移动台面提供设备支持生物拖链组件。
    进一步地,所述拖链组件包括设置在下底板上的拖链,所述拖链的一侧还设置有用于保护拖链移动的护罩。
    进一步地,所述下底板上设置有用于移动台面在工作位时进行锁定的锁紧销。
    进一步地,所述移动台面和拖链组件相连接,所述移动台面上布置有液压、电气、气动模具接口。
进一步地,所述移动台面的底部与可移动导轨相匹配,所述移动台面的一侧设有凸台,所述移出油缸的动力轴与凸台连接。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1.移出台面可以方便模具吊装、定位到压机下底板上,比过去举模可移动导轨滑出的方式节省人力、并且可大大缩短模具更换安装时间、提高效率;
2.正常生产时,下模放在移动台面上可以随之一起移出,方便了机器人的取放工件,同时加大了机器人的可达性;
3.移动台面上配置超大落料孔和可移动的模具支撑,可适应更多的模具。

为使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本实用新型。
请参阅图1,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种带下模移出功能的压机,包括支腿10,支腿10上设置有下底板12,下底板12的一侧设置有台面外部支撑9,底板和台面外部支撑9上共同设置有可移动导轨14,可移动导轨14上设置有移动台面8,下底板12上设置有用于驱动移动台面8移动的移出油缸11,移动台面8内侧设置有可移动模具支撑13,移动台面8和下底板12均贯穿设置有落料孔81,下底板12上还设置有用于对移动台面8提供设备支持生物拖链组件7,解决了以往压机使用时机器人取放件的空间很大程度上的受到压机上下模还有导柱16的影响,容易产生干涉的问题。
本实用新型在原四柱式压机上增加一个移动台面8,移动台面8通过移出油缸11驱动,移动台面8可在可移动导轨14上移动,并且在工作位可以通过锁紧销15锁紧;移动台面8和拖链组件7相连接,可方便在移动台面8上布置有液压、电气、气动等模具相关的接口;移动台面8和下底板12都设置有超大型的落料孔81,便于落料,同时还配置有可移动模具支撑13和可移动导轨14来匹配不同模具。
由于模具的液压、电气、气动等接口通过拖链组件7连接到了移动台面8上,移动台面8可以方便的移出,这样的好处就是:一方面模具可以方便吊装定位到台面上;另一个好处是模具可以随移动台面8一起移动,这样可以在自动化生产时方便机器人在切边机外取、放工件。
另外,
本实用新型的下底板12上还设置有用于对移动台面8提供设备支持生物拖链组件7,拖链组件7包括设置在下底板12上的拖链,拖链的一侧还设置有用于保护拖链移动的护罩5。
本实用新型的下底板12上设置有用于移动台面8在工作位时进行锁定的锁紧销15。
本实用新型的移动台面8和拖链组件7相连接,移动台面8上布置有液压、电气、气动模具接口,由于模具的液压、电气、气动等接口通过拖链组件7连接到了移动台面8上,移动台面8可以方便的移出,这样的好处就是:一方面模具可以方便吊装定位到台面上;另一个好处是模具可以随移动台面8一起移动,这样可以在自动化生产时方便机器人在切边机外取、放工件。
本实用新型的移动台面8的底部与可移动导轨14相匹配,移动台面8的一侧设有凸台,移出油缸11的动力轴与凸台连接,方便驱动移动平台前后移动。

  1. 一种带下模移出功能的压机,包括支腿(10),所述支腿(10)上设置有下底板(12),其特征在于:所述下底板(12)的一侧设置有台面外部支撑(9),所述下底板(12)和台面外部支撑(9)上共同设置有可移动导轨(14),所述可移动导轨(14)上设置有移动台面(8),所述下底板(12)上设置有用于驱动所述移动台面(8)移动的移出油缸(11),所述移动台面(8)内侧设置有可移动模具支撑(13),所述移动台面(8)和下底板(12)均贯穿设置有落料孔(81),所述下底板(12)上还设置有用于对移动台面(8)提供设备支持生物拖链组件(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带下模移出功能的压机,其特征在于:所述拖链组件(7)包括设置在下底板(12)上的拖链,所述拖链的一侧还设置有用于保护拖链移动的护罩(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带下模移出功能的压机,其特征在于:所述下底板(12)上设置有用于移动台面(8)在工作位时进行锁定的锁紧销(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带下模移出功能的压机,其特征在于:所述移动台面(8)和拖链组件(7)相连接,所述移动台面(8)上布置有液压、电气、气动模具接口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带下模移出功能的压机,其特征在于:所述移动台面(8)的底部与可移动导轨(14)相匹配,所述移动台面(8)的一侧设有凸台,所述移出油缸(11)的动力轴与凸台连接。
