在一个可选的实施例中,支架组件5包括顶板501和侧板502,侧板502顶端与顶板501固定连接,顶板501设在下压辊4顶端,侧板502设置两个,两个侧板502分别设在下压辊4两端,下压辊4两端均通过轴承与侧板502转动连接,下压辊4可在两个侧板502之间转动。
在一个可选的实施例中,电动推杆6底端与顶板501固定连接,电动推杆6顶端固定连接有安装板601,安装板601底端固定连接有固定柱602,固定柱602底端与箱体1固定连接,电动推杆6外侧固定套接有固定套603,固定套603底 端与箱体1固定连接,电动推杆6用于带动支架组件5和下压辊4升降,电动推杆6通过安装板601和固定柱602固定安装在箱体1上,固定套603可对电动推杆6进行加固,提高电动推杆6的稳定性。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱体1顶端安装有门体13,门体13顶端固定连接有把手14,上拉把手14可将门体13打开,便于对箱体1内部的回油组件7进行调整。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱体1顶端固定连接有加注管15,加注管15与箱体1内部连通,设置加注管15,用于向箱体1内部加注润滑油。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱体1前侧固定安装有透明窗102,透明窗102侧壁设有刻度线,可观察箱体1内部润滑油余量,以便及时加油。
本实用新型中,箱体1内部盛装一定量的润滑油,纺织线从进线辊2的顶部穿入箱体1并从下压辊4的底部绕过,再从出线辊3顶部穿出,通过在下压辊4侧壁上开设线槽401,纺织线可有条理的被梳理在线槽401内部,避免在润滑时发生缠绕,启动电动推杆6伸长,电动推杆6推动支架组件5和下压辊4向下移动,下压辊4可将纺织线浸没在润滑油内,以达到润滑效果,通过设置回油组件7,刚从润滑油内出来的纺织线从导板8顶部的沟槽801穿出,设置支杆10和套筒11对导板8进行支撑,弹簧12抵在支杆10底端,使得支杆10以一定的力度推动导板8,能让导板8的沟槽801的内壁以一定力度贴附在纺织线上,纺织线与沟槽801内壁接触,可有效将纺织线表面过多粘附的润滑油刮下,被刮下的润滑油顺着排油槽802重新滴回箱体1内部,实现对润滑油的回收,避免过多粘附在纺织线表面的润滑油滴落在纺织机的其他部件上,通过设置门体13,上拉把手14可将门体13打开,便于对箱体1内部的回油组件7进行调整,通过在箱体1的前侧设置透明窗102,并在透明窗102上设置刻度线,可观 察箱体1内部润滑油余量,以便及时加油,设置加注管15,用于向箱体1内部加注润滑油。

  1. 一种纺织生产用纺织线润滑装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)两侧均开设有通槽(101),所述箱体(1)两侧分别设有进线辊(2)和出线辊(3),所述进线辊(2)和出线辊(3)均安装在通槽(101)内部,所述进线辊(2)和出线辊(3)两端均通过轴承与箱体(1)的内壁转动连接,所述箱体(1)内部设有下压辊(4),所述下压辊(4)外周侧壁开设有线槽(401),所述下压辊(4)顶端设有支架组件(5),所述支架组件(5)顶端设有电动推杆(6);
    所述箱体(1)内部设有回油组件(7),所述回油组件(7)设在出线辊(3)的底端一侧,所述回油组件(7)包括导板(8)和固定板(9),所述固定板(9)一端与箱体(1)的内壁固定连接,所述导板(8)一侧底端与固定板(9)铰接,所述导板(8)顶端开设有沟槽(801),所述导板(8)远离固定板(9)的一侧外壁开设有排油槽(802),所述排油槽(802)与沟槽(801)连通,所述固定板(9)顶端铰接有套筒(11),所述套筒(11)内部设有弹簧(12),所述套筒(11)顶端设有支杆(10),所述套筒(11)套接在支杆(10)外侧,所述支杆(10)顶端与导板(8)铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织生产用纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述支架组件(5)包括顶板(501)和侧板(502),所述侧板(502)顶端与顶板(501)固定连接,所述顶板(501)设在下压辊(4)顶端,所述侧板(502)设置两个,两个所述侧板(502)分别设在下压辊(4)两端,所述下压辊(4)两端均通过轴承与侧板(502)转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纺织生产用纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述电动推杆(6)底端与顶板(501)固定连接,所述电动推杆(6)顶端固定连接 有安装板(601),所述安装板(601)底端固定连接有固定柱(602),所述固定柱(602)底端与箱体(1)固定连接,所述电动推杆(6)外侧固定套接有固定套(603),所述固定套(603)底端与箱体(1)固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织生产用纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)顶端安装有门体(13),所述门体(13)顶端固定连接有把手(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织生产用纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)顶端固定连接有加注管(15),所述加注管(15)与箱体(1)内部连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织生产用纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)前侧固定安装有透明窗(102),所述透明窗(102)侧壁设有刻度线。
