结合图3-图4所示,该储油仓11内设有储油腔111以及导气通道,优选地,该储油仓11由硬质的绝缘材料制备而成,譬如酚醛塑料、聚氨酯塑料、环氧塑料、不饱和聚酯塑料、呋喃塑料、有机硅树脂、丙烯基树脂等及其改性树脂为机体制备而成。储油仓11大体上为沿着一中心轴方向延伸的纵长结构,即其沿中心轴方向的长度远远大于其在横截面内两垂直方向上的宽度和厚度,储油仓11的上端设置有一个出气孔112,自出气孔112的周沿向下延伸有导气管113,该出气孔112与导气管113配合形成导气通道。储油仓11的下端为敞口,储油仓11的内部形成存储雾化液的储油腔111。该导气管113为金属件,如不锈钢等制备而成,其为中空的圆管结构,当然,该导气管113也可以采用稳定性好的高分子聚合物制备而成,其材质、形状以及尺寸可以根据需求进行选择设置,这里不做具体限定。
结合图3、图4、图8所示,进一步的,雾化安装组件12包括底座121、安装座122,优选地,底座121包括底板1211以及设于底板1211上的主体部1212,定位柱1213设于底板1211的侧缘且向下延伸设置,该定位柱1213可以是设置在底板1211长度方向的两端上,进一步的,该底板1211长度方向的两端向外延伸有定位部,该定位柱1213设于该定位部的底面,对应的,电极支撑座22的长度方向的两端设有凸起结构,定位槽221设于该凸起结构中,进一步的,外壳21包括容置槽211,电极支撑座22安装于该容置槽211内,优选地,该容置槽211长度方向的两端还设有与其联通的固定槽212,上述的凸起结构安装于该固定槽212内。
主体部1212上相对设有一对支撑部1214,发热雾化组件13安装于支撑部1214上。进一步的,该支撑部1214上设有卡槽,该卡槽可以是为U型槽、C型槽或半圆型槽,当然,还可以是其他槽体结构,这里不做具有限定。
优选地,发热雾化组件13包括导液体131以及发热件132,导液体131卡设于卡槽上,发热件132包括设于导液体131上的发热部1321、与发热部1321连接的导电部1322。该导液体131可以柱状结构,也可以是块状结构,该导液体131由多孔陶瓷制得,可以理解的是,制得导液体131的材料还可以是发泡金属、多孔玻璃或硬质玻纤管等具有微孔毛细效应的多孔材料。当然,该导液体131还可以导液棉等,这里不做具体限定。
该发热部1321可以是具有适当阻抗的金属材料、金属合金、石墨、碳、导电陶瓷或其它陶瓷材料和金属材料的复合材料。适当阻抗的金属或合金材料包括镍、钴、锆、钛、镍合金、钴合金、锆合金、钛合金、镍铬合金、镍铁合金、铁铬合金、铁铬铝合金、钛合金、铁锰铝基合金或不锈钢等中的至少一种。
在本实施例中,该发热部1321可以是缠绕在导液体131上的发热丝,该导电部1322分别设于该发热丝的两端。
当然,在一些实施例中,该发热件132可以是片状的发热网,发热件132贴合固定于导液体131的雾化面上。该发热件132可以是弯曲形成盘状的发热丝或者是格栅状的发热片,该发热件132可以与导液体131烧结成一体结构以附着在上述雾化面上。在一些实施例中,上述发热件132还可以是形成在导液体131的雾化面上的发热线路、发热轨迹、发热涂层或发热膜等。其结构形状可以有多样,可根据需求进行选择。上述的发热网、发热丝、发热片、发热线路、发热轨迹、发热涂层或发热膜等与雾化面对应设置,使得雾化面和发热件132的距离最近,用于雾化液如烟油等快速到达发热轨迹雾化。可以理解的,该发热雾化组件13的结构可以有多种,可根据需求进行选择设置,这里不做具体限定。
优选地,安装座122包括顶壁1221、由顶壁1221底面向下延伸出用于套设发热雾化组件13的嵌套部1222,主体部1212上设有向上延伸的支撑臂1215,支撑臂1215抵接嵌套部1222的外周。当然,在一些实施例中,该安装座122与底座121还可以采用卡扣连接,或者卡槽连接等。该安装座122与底座121之间形成雾化腔。
进一步的,顶壁1221上设有与导气通道连接的导气筒1223,嵌套部1222设有与储油腔111连通的进液孔12211。该导气筒1223可以跟导气管113过盈配合固定在一起。
该进液孔12211可以是设置两个,如可以是对称设置在导气筒1223的两侧,该进液孔12211内可以设有导液件1224,该导液件1224可以是陶瓷或者导液棉等,当然还可以采用其他导液材料进行引流,设置该导液件1224,可以避免储油腔111内的雾化液直接冲入到发热雾化组件13中。优选地,该顶壁1221的内底面向下延伸有卡槽结构,以辅助固定住导液体131。
优选地,电源组件2还包括与导电体222电性连接的电池23,电极支撑座22上设有导电体222,该导电体222为两个,分别与电池23的正负极连接,可以是通过导线连接,也可以是通过导电片连接。该导电体222可以是柱状结构也可以是方体结构,这里不做具体限定。
结合图5所示,底座121上设有贯穿主体部1212与底板1211的安装孔12151,底板1211的底部设有与安装孔12151底部连通的布线槽12152、与布线槽12152远离安装孔12151一端连通的安装槽12153。
其中,导电体222卡设于安装槽12153内,导电部1322穿设于安装孔12151并弯曲安装于布线槽12152内使得导电部1322的端部与导电体222接触。
进一步的,电极支撑座22上设有贯穿其上下表面的导气通孔224,底座设有进气孔1216,该导气通孔224、进气孔1216、雾化腔、导气筒1223、导气管113以及出气孔112形成导气路径。
该雾化器的雾化装置与电源组件通过定位柱与定位槽通过膨胀挤压方式插接固定在一起,其装配方便,电极接触更充分,部件间的间隙小,气密性良好,雾化器一次性的口感更加稳定。
可以理解的,以上实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,可以对上述技术特点进行自由组合,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围;因此,凡跟本发明权利要求范围所做的等同变换与修饰,均应属于本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括雾化装置(1)以及用于为所述雾化装置(1)提供电能的电源组件(2);
    所述雾化装置(1)包括储油仓(11)、雾化安装组件(12)、发热雾化组件(13),所述发热雾化组件(13)安装到所述雾化安装组件(12)中并收容于所述储油仓(11)内;
    所述雾化安装组件(12)包括底座(121),所述电源组件(2)包括外壳(21)以及收容于所述外壳(21)内的电极支撑座(22),所述底座(121)与所述电极支撑座(22)通过连接结构连接固定;
    所述连接结构包括在所述底座(121)向下延伸的定位柱(1213),以及在所述电极支撑座(22)上设置的开口向上的定位槽(221);所述定位柱(1213)通过膨胀挤压方式插接到所述定位槽(221)中进行固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述定位柱(1213)为中空结构,所述定位柱(1213)设有数个撑开部(12131);
    所述定位槽(221)的内径向其开口侧逐渐减小,所述定位槽(221)内设有凸起(223)部,所述凸起(223)部呈台体结构或锥体结构;
    其中,所述定位柱(1213)套设在所述凸起(223)部外周,所述撑开部(12131)向外撑开并抵接所述定位槽(221)的内侧壁使得所述定位柱(1213)紧固于所述定位槽(221)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述底座(121)包括底板(1211)以及设于所述底板(1211)上的主体部(1212),所述定位柱(1213)设于所述底板(1211)的侧缘且向下延伸设置;
    所述主体部(1212)上相对设有一对支撑部(1214),所述发热雾化组件(13)安装于所述支撑部(1214)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述支撑部(1214)上设有卡槽;
    所述发热雾化组件(13)包括导液体(131)以及发热件(132),所述导液体(131)卡设于所述卡槽上,所述发热件(132)包括设于所述导液体(131)上的发热部(1321)、与所述发热部(1321)连接的导电部(1322)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述卡槽为U型槽、C型槽或半圆型槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述电极支撑座(22)上设有导电体(222);
    所述底座(121)上设有贯穿所述主体部(1212)与所述底板(1211)的安装孔(12151),所述底板(1211)的底部设有与所述安装孔(12151)底部连通的布线槽(12152)、与所述布线槽(12152)远离所述安装孔(12151)一端连通的安装槽(12153);
    所述导电体(222)卡设于所述安装槽(12153)内,所述导电部(1322)穿设于所述安装孔(12151)并弯曲安装于所述布线槽(12152)内使得所述导电部(1322)的端部与所述导电体(222)接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化安装组件(12)还包括安装座(122),所述安装座(122)包括顶壁(1221)、由所述顶壁(1221)底面向下延伸出用于套设所述发热雾化组件(13)的嵌套部(1222);
    所述主体部(1212)上设有向上延伸的支撑臂(1215),所述支撑臂(1215)抵接所述嵌套部(1222)的外周。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油仓(11)内设有储油腔(111)以及导气通道;
    所述顶壁(1221)上设有与所述导气通道连接的导气筒(1223);所述嵌套部(1222)设有与所述储油腔(111)连通的进液孔(12211)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述进液孔(12211)内设有导液件(1224)。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述电源组件(2)还包括与所述导电体(222)电性连接的电池(23)。
