但是,在专利文献1记载的保持件中,在将其安装于座椅框架的边缘部时,由于将保持件的开口暂且配置在相对于座椅框架的边缘部在插入方向上隔开间隔的位置,所以会产生与隔开间隔相对应的超行程(over stroke)。因此,在将保持件安装于座椅框架时,为了拉伸装饰罩而需要较大的力,难以提高装饰罩相对于座椅框架的安装操作性。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够提高被安装体相对于构造体的安装操作性的安装部件。
本发明的安装部件,其用于将被安装体安装于构造体的边缘部,所述安装部件的特征在于,包括:基片部,其具有顶端及基端,并且将所述被安装体固定;钩部,其钩挂于所述构造体的边缘部;以及连续片部,其在比所述基片部中的所述被安装体被安装的安装位置更靠顶端侧的位置处将该基片部与所述钩部相连,所述连续片部包括:槽部,其在该连续片部与所述基片部之间形成;以及引导部,其将所述槽部与所述钩部相连,并且在所述安装部件的旋转中将所述构造体的边缘部从所述钩部引导至所述槽部。
根据本发明的安装部件,由于将基片部与钩部相连的连续片部具有前述的引导部,所以通过使钩部钩挂于构造体的边缘部并使安装部件旋转,能够利用引导部将构造体的边缘部朝 向槽部引导。因此,能够不产生会暂且在构造体的边缘部被插入到槽部的开口的插入方向上在构造体的边缘部与槽部的开口之间隔开间隔的超行程,从而能够提高被安装体相对于构造体的安装操作性。
在本发明的安装部件中,也可以是,所述槽部包括:底部,其与所述基片部相连;以及侧部,其与所述底部相连,并且与所述基片部相向,所述引导部在远离所述基片部的方向上以相对于所述侧部具有钝角的方式与所述侧部倾斜地相连。
根据这样的结构,能够在安装部件的旋转中利用引导部顺畅地将构造体的边缘部从钩部朝向槽部引导。
在本发明的安装部件中,也可以是,所述侧部与所述引导部相连的位置配置在相对于所述基片部的顶端的位置靠该基片部的基端侧的位置。
根据这样的结构,能够成为如下结构:在使安装部件旋转时,当被引导部引导的构造体的边缘部进入槽部时,能够由基片部的顶端侧的部分将构造体的边缘部引导至槽部。
在本发明的安装部件中,也可以是,所述钩部的顶端的位置配置于在从所述基片部的基端朝向顶端的方向上比所述基片部的顶端的位置更远离所述基端的位置。
根据这样的结构,能够成为在使构造体的边缘部钩挂于钩部时基片部的顶端难以产生阻碍的结构,从而能够顺畅地将安装部件安装于构造体的边缘部。
在本发明的安装部件中,也可以是,所述钩部中的与所述引导部相连的端部的位置,配置于在从所述基片部的基端朝向顶端的方向上比所述基片部的顶端的位置更远离所述基端的位置。
根据这样的结构,能够成为在使构造体的边缘部钩挂于钩部时基片部的顶端更难以产生阻碍的结构,能够更顺畅地将安装部件安装于构造体的边缘部。
在本发明的安装部件中,也可以是,在所述钩部的顶端形成有锥面,该锥面将所述构造体的边缘部导入所述钩部。
根据这样的结构,通过使构造体的边缘部与形成于钩部的顶端的锥面碰触,能够与未形成有该锥面的情况相比更顺畅地使钩部钩挂于构造体的边缘部。
在本发明的安装部件中,也可以是,在所述基片部的顶端形成有锥面,该锥面将所述构造体的边缘部导入所述钩部。
根据这样的结构,例如在构造体的边缘部比与该边缘部相连的部分形成得厚而形成有该部分和边缘部的台阶部的情况下,通过使形成于基片部的顶端的锥面与该台阶部碰触,能够将构造体的边缘部引导至钩部,从而能够顺畅地使钩部钩挂于构造体的边缘部。
在本发明的安装部件中,也可以是,在所述基片部的顶端形成有向所述槽部侧突出的爪部。
根据这样的结构,在构造体的边缘部形成得较厚而形成有台阶部的情况下,通过使爪部与台阶部卡合,能够抑制安装部件从构造体的边缘部脱落。
在本发明的安装部件中,也可以是,具有:第一位置,在该第一位置时,所述构造体的边缘部与所述钩部抵接而成为临时保持状态;第二位置,其与所述第一位置相连并且在该第二位置时,所述构造体的边缘部与所述引导部抵接而成为引导状态;以及第三位置,其与所述第二位置相连并且在该第三位置时,所述构造体的边缘部配置于所述槽部而成为安装状态。
根据这样的结构,能够在第二位置对在第一位置成为临时保持状态的构造体的边缘部进行引导,在第三位置将该构造体的边缘部配置于槽部。
根据本发明,能提供一种能够提高被安装体相对于构造体的安装操作性的安装部件。

具体实施方式
(第1实施方式)
以下,基于附图,对本发明的第1实施方式进行说明。
在图1及图3中,第1实施方式涉及的安装部件10是合成树脂制,用于将作为被安装体 (日语:被着体)的采用真皮、合成皮革或乙烯树脂等软质材料形成的表皮材1安装于作为构造体的汽车座椅的框架2的边缘部2A。安装部件10包括:基片部11,其具有顶端12及基端13,并且将表皮材1固定;钩部21,其钩挂于框架2的边缘部2A;以及连续片部31,其在比基片部11中的表皮材1被安装的安装位置A更靠顶端12侧的位置处将该基片部11与钩部21相连。
在以下的说明中,将X方向设为安装部件10的左右方向、与X方向正交的Y方向设为安装部件10的长度方向、与X、Y方向正交的Z方向设为安装部件10的上下方向。另外,将+X方向设为X方向的一侧朝向的方向、-X方向设为朝向X方向的另一侧的方向、+Y方向设为朝向Y方向的一侧的方向、-Y方向设为朝向Y方向的另一侧的方向、+Z方向设为朝向Z方向的一侧的方向、-Z方向设为朝向Z方向的另一侧的方向。此外,在本实施方式中,为了便于说明,将基片部11的顶端12侧设为上侧、基端13侧设为下侧进行说明。
第1实施方式的安装部件10在X方向上形成为长条状,从钩部21的顶端24侧起形成有多个沿Z方向延伸的缝隙5。即使形成有前述的缝隙5,在安装部件10的基端13也沿X方向连续。这样,通过形成缝隙5,使安装部件10成为容易挠曲的结构。
基片部11沿着Z方向形成,在基片部11的顶端12形成有锥面14,该锥面14将框架2的边缘部2A导入钩部21。锥面14以随着朝向基端13逐渐靠近后述的引导部33的方式相对于Z方向倾斜。
钩部21包括:顶端片部22,其沿着与从基片部11的基端13朝向顶端12的方向正交的方向即X方向;以及底片部23,其沿着Z方向,将顶端片部22与引导部33相连。顶端片部22的顶端24(钩部21的顶端)在Z方向上相对于槽部32的后述的侧部36在上方隔开间隔地配置。底片部23配置于比侧部36的位置靠-X方向侧的位置。
顶端片部22从底片部23的上端沿着+X方向延伸,延伸至不超过后述的侧部的位置。顶端片部22的顶端24(钩部21的顶端)的位置,配置于在从基片部11的基端13朝向顶端12的方向即+Z方向上比基片部11的顶端12的位置更远离基端13的位置。在顶端片部22的顶端24形成有将框架2的边缘部2A导入钩部21的锥面25。锥面25以随着朝向底片部23逐渐靠近引导部33的方式相对于X方向倾斜地配置。
底片部23配置于比基片部11的顶端12的位置靠上方的位置。因此,底片部23中的与引导部33相连的下端26(端部)的位置,配置于在+Z方向上比基片部11的顶端12的位置更远离基端13的位置。
连续片部31包括:槽部32,其在连续片部31与基片部11之间形成;以及引导部33, 其将槽部32与钩部21相连,并且在安装部件10的旋转(以顶端片部22的顶端24与框架2抵接的位置为中心进行旋转)中将框架2的边缘部2A从钩部21引导至槽部32。
槽部32包括:底部34,其与基片部11相连;以及侧部36,其与底部34相连,并且与基片部11在X方向上相向。底部34沿着X方向形成,侧部36沿着Z方向配置。底部34在其+X方向侧的端部与基片部11相连,在其-X方向侧的端部与侧部36相连。底部34的相对于基片部11在Z方向上的位置,是比在基片部11中表皮材1被安装的安装位置A靠顶端12侧的位置,是与顶端12相距基片部11整体的Z方向上尺寸中的1/3左右的位置。侧部36与引导部33相连的位置配置于在Z方向上相对于基片部11的顶端12的位置靠基端13侧的位置。另外,侧部36以使槽部32的X方向上的宽度尺寸为能够配置框架2的边缘部2A这种程度的宽度尺寸的方式在X方向上远离基片部11地配置。
引导部33在本实施方式中形成为直线状。引导部33如前所述与钩部21的底片部23及槽部32的侧部36相连,例如在图2中朝向斜右上方的方向(朝向-X方向且朝向+Z方向的方向)倾斜。该引导部33在-X方向(远离基片部11的方向)上以相对于侧部36具有钝角的方式与侧部36倾斜地相连,并且在+X方向上以相对于底片部23具有钝角的方式与底片部23倾斜地相连。
以上的安装部件10具有:第一位置P1,在该第一位置P1时,框架2的边缘部2A与钩部21抵接而成为临时保持状态;第二位置P2,其与第一位置P1相连并且在该第二位置P2时,边缘部2A与引导部33抵接而成为引导状态;以及第三位置P3,其与第二位置P2相连并且在该第三位置P3时,边缘部2A配置于槽部32而成为安装状态。第一位置P1配置于钩部21的底片部23,第二位置P2配置于引导部33,第三位置P3配置于槽部32。
如图4所示,安装部件10在该安装部件10相对于框架2的边缘部2A横向配置的状态下成为边缘部2A与底片部23抵接的临时保持状态。在成为临时保持状态时,形成于钩部21的顶端24的锥面25作为将框架2的边缘部2A向底片部23侧引导的引导件发挥功能。另外,在如图3所示的框架2一样边缘部2A形成得较厚而形成有台阶部2B的情况下,形成于基片部11的顶端12的锥面14作为将台阶部2B向钩部21侧引导的引导件发挥功能。
在该临时保持状态中,基片部11的基端13按相对于框架2的边缘部2A向下侧绕入的方式以边缘部2A与钩部21的抵接部分为中心进行旋转,由此如图5所示的那样边缘部2A与引导部33抵接而成为将该边缘部2A向槽部32引导的引导状态。此时,钩部21的顶端24与框架2抵接,该抵接部分成为旋转中心。边缘部2A因旋转而朝向槽部32在引导部33滑动,如图3所示那样被插入到该槽部32中。
这样,将安装部件10一边旋转一边安装于框架2的边缘部2A,因此能够不产生会暂且在边缘部2A与槽部32的开口之间隔开Z方向的间隔的超行程。因此,能够减弱对被安装于安装部件10的表皮材1进行拉伸的力,能够减少将安装部件10安装于边缘部2A的失败,由于不产生超行程,所以能够在将安装部件10安装于边缘部2A之后减少晃动,从而能够提高安装操作性。
(第2实施方式)
以下,基于附图,对本发明的第2实施方式进行说明。
在图6中,第2实施方式涉及的安装部件10B,除了在基片部11的顶端12具有爪部15这一结构之外,其余结构与第1实施方式涉及的安装部件10相同。
爪部15向-X方向突出,在基端13侧形成有沿着X方向的卡合面16,在顶端12侧形成有锥面14,该锥面14延伸得比第1实施方式涉及的安装部件10的锥面长。
根据该安装部件10B,通过使爪部15与框架2的台阶部2B卡合,能够抑制该安装部件10B从框架2的边缘部2A脱落。
(变形例)
在所述实施方式中,安装部件10以具有多个缝隙5的方式沿Y方向呈长条状地形成,但是不限于此,也可以例如如图7所示的那样,以不具有缝隙5的方式沿Y方向形成得较短而成为安装部件10C。
在所述实施方式中,引导部33呈直线状地形成,但只要能够将框架2的边缘部2A引导至槽部32,就也可以呈曲面状地形成,例如也可以呈凹状地弯曲。
在所述实施方式中,侧部36与引导部33相连的位置配置于相对于基片部11的顶端12的位置靠该基片部11的基端13侧的位置,但只要构成为引导部33能够将边缘部2A引导至槽部32,侧部36与引导部33相连的位置就也可以配置于与顶端12相同高度的位置,另外也可以配置于比顶端12高的位置。
在所述实施方式中,在安装部件10形成有锥面14、25,但也可以省略该结构。在安装部件10B、10C中也可以同样地省略该结构。
在所述实施方式中,将安装安装部件10、10B、10C的对象物设为汽车座椅的框架2并进行了说明,但是除此以外,例如也可以将安装部件10、10B、10C安装于电气列车、飞机等的座椅的框架或家具等的木材等构造体。另外,将表皮材1设为被安装体进行了说明,但只要是通过安装部件10、10B、10C被安装于构造体的部件,就也可以将除了表皮材1以外的其他部件设为被安装体。
(发明总结)
本实施方式的安装部件,将作为被安装体的表皮材1安装于作为构造体的框架2的边缘部2A,所述安装部件10、10B、10C的特征在于,包括:基片部11,其具有顶端12及基端13,并且将表皮材1固定;钩部21,其钩挂于框架2的边缘部2A;连续片部31,其在比基片部11中的表皮材1被安装的安装位置A更靠顶端侧的位置处将该基片部11与所述钩部21相连,连续片部31包括:槽部32,其在连续片部31与基片部11之间形成;以及引导部33,其将槽部32与钩部21相连,并且在安装部件10、10B、10C的旋转中将框架2的边缘部2A从钩部21引导至槽部32。
根据本实施方式的安装部件,由于将基片部11与钩部21相连的连续片部31具有前述的引导部33,所以通过使框架2的边缘部2A钩挂于钩部21并且使安装部件10、10B、10C旋转,能够利用引导部33将框架2的边缘部2A朝向槽部32引导。因此,能够不产生会暂且在框架2的边缘部2A被插入到槽部32的开口的插入方向(Z方向)上在框架2的边缘部2A与槽部32的开口之间隔开间隔的超行程,能够提高表皮材1相对于框架2的安装操作性。
在本实施方式的安装部件10、10B、10C中,槽部32包括:与基片部11相连的底部34;以及侧部36,其与底部34相连,并且与基片部11相向,引导部33在远离基片部11的-X方向上以相对于侧部36具有钝角的方式与侧部36倾斜地相连。
根据这样的结构,能够在安装部件10、10B、10C的旋转中由引导部33顺畅地将框架2的边缘部2A从钩部21朝向槽部32引导。
在本实施方式的安装部件10、10B、10C中,侧部36与引导部33相连的位置配置于相对于基片部11的顶端12的位置靠该基片部11的基端13侧的位置。
根据这样的结构,能够成为如下结构:在使安装部件10、10B、10C旋转时,当被引导部33引导的框架2的边缘部2A进入槽部32时,能够由基片部11的顶端12侧的部分将框架2的边缘部2A引导至槽部32。
在本实施方式的安装部件10、10B、10C中,钩部21的顶端24的位置,配置于在从基片部11的基端13朝向顶端12的+Z方向上比基片部11的顶端12的位置更远离基端13的位置。
根据这样的结构,能够成为如下结构:在使框架2的边缘部2A钩挂于钩部21时,基片部11的顶端12难以产生阻碍,从而能够顺畅地将安装部件10、10B、10C安装于框架2的边缘部2A。
在本实施方式的安装部件10、10B、10C中,钩部21中的与引导部33相连的端部的位 置,配置于在从基片部11的基端13朝向顶端12的+Z方向上比基片部11的顶端12的位置更远离基端13的位置。
根据这样的结构,能够成为如下结构:在使框架2的边缘部2A钩挂于钩部21时,基片部11的顶端12更难以产生阻碍,从而能够更顺畅地将安装部件10、10B、10C安装于框架2的边缘部2A。
在本实施方式的安装部件10、10B、10C中,在钩部21的顶端24形成有将框架2的边缘部2A导入钩部21的锥面25。
根据这样的结构,通过使框架2的边缘部2A与形成于钩部21的顶端24的锥面25碰触,与未形成有该锥面25的情况相比,能够顺畅地使钩部21钩挂于框架2的边缘部2A。
在本实施方式的安装部件10、10B、10C中,在基片部11的顶端12形成有将框架2的边缘部2A导入钩部21的锥面14。
根据这样的结构,例如在框架2的边缘部2A比与该边缘部2A相连的部分形成得厚而形成有该部分和边缘部2A的台阶部2B的情况下,通过使形成于基片部11的顶端12的锥面14与该台阶部2B碰触,能够将框架2的边缘部2A引导至钩部21,从而能够顺畅地使钩部21钩挂于框架2的边缘部2A。
在本实施方式的安装部件10B中,在基片部11的顶端12形成有向槽部32侧突出的爪部15。
根据这样的结构,在框架2的边缘部2A形成得较厚而形成有台阶部2B的情况下,通过使爪部15与台阶部2B卡合,能够抑制安装部件10B从框架2的边缘部2A脱落。
在本实施方式的安装部件10、10B、10C中,具有:第一位置P1,在该第一位置P1时,框架2的边缘部2A与钩部21抵接而成为临时保持状态;第二位置P2,其与第一位置P1相连并且在该第二位置P2时,框架2的边缘部2A与引导部33抵接而成为引导状态;以及第三位置P3,其与第二位置P2相连并且在该第三位置P3时,框架2的边缘部2A配置于槽部32而成为安装状态。
根据这样的结构,能够在第二位置P2对在第一位置P1成为临时保持状态的框架2的边缘部2A进行引导,在第三位置P3将该框架2的边缘部2A配置于槽部32。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种安装部件,其用于将被安装体(1)安装于构造体(2)的边缘部(2A),所述安装部件(10、10B、10C)的特征在于,包括:
    基片部(11),其具有顶端(12)及基端(13),并且将所述被安装体(1)固定;
    钩部(21),其钩挂于所述构造体(2)的边缘部(2A);以及
    连续片部(31),其在比所述基片部(11)中的所述被安装体(1)被安装的安装位置(A)更靠顶端(12)侧的位置处将该基片部(11)与所述钩部(21)相连,
    所述连续片部(31)包括:槽部(32),其在该连续片部(31)与所述基片部(11)之间形成;以及引导部(33),其将所述槽部(32)与所述钩部(21)相连,并且在所述安装部件(10、10B、10C)的旋转中将所述构造体(2)的边缘部(2A)从所述钩部(21)引导至所述槽部(32)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装部件,其特征在于:
    所述槽部(32)包括:底部(34),其与所述基片部(11)相连;以及侧部(36),其与所述底部(34)相连,并且与所述基片部(11)相向,
    所述引导部(33)在远离所述基片部(11)的方向上以相对于所述侧部(36)具有钝角的方式与所述侧部(36)倾斜地相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装部件,其特征在于:
    所述侧部(36)与所述引导部(33)相连的位置,配置在相对于所述基片部(11)的顶端(12)的位置靠该基片部(11)的基端(13)侧的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中的任一项所述的安装部件,其特征在于:
    所述钩部(21)的顶端(24)的位置配置于在从所述基片部(11)的基端(13)朝向顶端(12)的方向上比所述基片部(11)的顶端(12)的位置更远离所述基端(13)的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装部件,其特征在于:
    所述钩部(21)中的与所述引导部(33)相连的端部的位置,配置于在从所述基片部(11)的基端(13)朝向顶端(12)的方向上比所述基片部(11)的顶端(12)的位置更远离所述基端(13)的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5中的任一项所述的安装部件,其特征在于:
    在所述钩部(21)的顶端(24)形成有锥面(25),该锥面(25)将所述构造体(2)的边缘部(2A)导入所述钩部(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6中的任一项所述的安装部件,其特征在于:
    在所述基片部(11)的顶端(12)形成有锥面(14),该锥面(14)将所述构造体(2) 的边缘部(2A)导入所述钩部(21)。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7中的任一项所述的安装部件,其特征在于:
    在所述基片部(11)的顶端(12)形成有向所述槽部(32)侧突出的爪部(15)。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8中的任一项所述的安装部件,其特征在于,具有:
    第一位置(P1),在该第一位置(P1)时,所述构造体(2)的边缘部(2A)与所述钩部(21)抵接而成为临时保持状态;
    第二位置(P2),其与所述第一位置相连并且在该第二位置(P2)时,所述构造体(2)的边缘部(2A)与所述引导部(33)抵接而成为引导状态;以及
    第三位置(P3),其与所述第二位置(P2)相连并且在该第三位置(P3)时,所述构造体(2)的边缘部(2A)配置于所述槽部(32)而成为安装状态。
