背景技术
收线器是具有收放线功能的器件,一般安装在鞋子的鞋舌上,鞋带则穿过该收线器,通过收线器的收放线功能使得鞋带拉紧和放松,从而实现系紧鞋带或者松开鞋带。
相关技术的收线器,一般包括用于绕线的线轮、与线轮传动连接的旋钮装置、置于线轮和旋钮装置之间的限位装置和止回盘。在使用时,需要拔起旋钮装置,才能实现线轮和止回盘分别与旋钮装置解除锁定。这样对于儿童、老人或者戴手套的使用者来说不易对旋转装置进行拔起,导致其操作困难,不便于使用。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种收线器,以至少解决相关技术中收线器操作不便的技术问题,从而克服了相关技术中的不足。

底座;

在本申请的一些实施方式中,所述导向卡接结构可以为台阶状结构,且所述台阶状结构可以包括第一台阶面和第二台阶面,所述第一台阶面和所述第二台阶面可以分别为倾斜面,且可以分别与所述斜齿的倾斜方向相同。

相对于相关技术,本申请的有益效果至少包括:本申请提出一种收线器,该收线器包括底座、主体、旋转组件和锁紧件。旋转组件包括旋转盖、弹性件和限位件,所述旋转盖朝向所述主体的一侧开设有多个能够与所述第一卡接部相卡合的第二卡接部,且朝向所述主体的一侧凸出设置有固定柱,所述固定柱滑动地卡接于所述凹槽,所述固定柱上还开设有阶梯孔,沿所述阶梯孔的孔径最大的孔的内壁周向限定形成有多个导向槽,相邻两个所述导向槽之间分别形成有导向卡接结构。所述弹性件抵接于所述旋转盖与所述限位件之间,所述限位件活动地穿设于所述阶梯孔,沿所述限位件的周向设置有卡接块。
在使用过程中,当对线绳进行收紧时,只需按压所述旋转盖,使所述限位件在所述阶梯孔内按顺时针方向或逆时针方向转动,所述卡接块从所述导向槽内滑出,并与所述导向 卡接结构卡接,所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接,此时,使所述旋转盖只能沿顺时针方向或逆时针方向中的一个方向转动,如使旋转盖只能沿顺时针方向转动,这样,所述旋转盖可以带动所述线轮转动实现收紧线绳。当需要放松线绳时,在第一次按压旋转盖的基础上,再次按压所述旋转盖,所述卡接块从所述导向卡接结构处滑落至所述导向槽内,所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部相分离,此时,旋转盖与主体分离,线轮可以在顺时针或逆时针方向自由旋转,线绳可以从线轮上松开,依次循环操作按压旋转盖即可实现线绳的松紧,也就是通过旋转盖的按压就可以实现对线绳的旋转松紧,操作简单方便。

如图1至图4所示,本申请的实施例提供了一种收线器100,主要应用于鞋、包和衣服等有线绳需要收放的生活用品中,该收线器100包括底座10、主体20、用于绕线的线轮30、旋转组件40和锁紧件50。
参阅图1和图11,所述主体20与所述底座10连接,具体地,所述主体20与底座10通过螺钉连接或者卡接。所述主体20上开设有两端开口的安装腔21,远离所述底座10的所述开口的边缘内壁周向地开设有多个弹性臂22,每个所述弹性臂22上分别设置有第一卡接部23。可以理解的是,主体20上设置用于线绳穿设的穿线孔24。下面以收线器100用在鞋子上为例。
需要说明的是,底座10可以通过铆钉固定在鞋舌上,还可以固定在包或者衣服上。
参阅图3和图5,所述线轮30主要用于对线绳的缠绕。所述线轮30活动地设置于所述安装腔21内,所述线轮30远离所述底座10的一端设置有凹槽311。
参阅图3至图11,所述旋转组件40包括旋转盖41、弹性件42和限位件43,所述旋转盖41朝向所述主体20的一侧开设有多个能够与所述第一卡接部23相卡合的第二卡接部411。同时,所述旋转盖41朝向所述主体20的一侧凸出设置有固定柱412,所述固定柱412滑动地卡接于所述凹槽311,所述固定柱412上还开设有阶梯孔4121,沿所述阶梯孔4121的孔径最大的孔的内壁周向限定形成有多个导向槽4122,相邻两个所述导向槽4122之间分别形成有导向卡接结构4123;所述弹性件42抵接于所述旋转盖41与所述限位件43之间,所述限位件43活动地穿设于所述阶梯孔4121,沿所述限位件43的周向设置有卡接块4311,所述卡接块4311能够与所述导向卡接结构4123相卡接。
所述锁紧件50穿设于所述线轮30与所述限位件43连接,以使线轮30与限位件43固定连接。
当按压所述旋转盖41时,所述限位件43在所述阶梯孔4121内转动,所述卡接块4311从所述导向槽4122内滑出,并与所述导向卡接结构4123卡接,所述第一卡接部23与所述第二卡接部411卡接,此时,弹性件42被压缩。或者所述卡接块4311从所述导向卡接结构4123处滑落至所述导向槽4122内,所述第一卡接部23与所述第二卡接部411相分离,此时,弹性件42恢复弹性形变至初始位置,该初始位置为第一次按压旋转盖41之前的弹性件42处于的弹性状态。

需要说明的是,所述第一卡接部23为齿状结构,所述第二卡接部411为齿槽,当所述第一卡接部23与所述第二卡接部卡接时,旋转盖41可以沿逆时针或者顺时针中的一个方向旋转,而不能沿顺时针或逆时针双向旋转。当然,第一卡接部23还可以是凸起结构,第二卡接部411为卡槽结构,二者实现的功能与齿状结构和齿槽的结构功能相同。
如图5和图7所示,在本申请的一个实施方式中,可选地,所述线轮30远离所述底座10的一端设置凸台31,所述凸台31沿所述线轮30的轴线方向开设有凹槽311,所述凹槽311的底部开设有连接孔32,所述锁紧件50穿设于所述连接孔32与所述限位件43连接。
沿所述凹槽311的内壁周向开设有第一卡槽3111,沿所述固定柱412的外壁周向设有与所述第一卡槽3111相配合的第一凸筋4124,所述第一卡槽3111与所述第一凸筋4124相卡合,以使所述固定柱412与所述凹槽311相卡接。当然,也可以在所述凹槽311的内壁周向设置第二凸筋3114,沿所述固定柱412的外壁周向开设有第二卡槽4125,第二凸筋3114卡入第二卡槽4125。具体地,第一凸筋4124和第二卡槽4125交错设置,第一卡槽3111和第二凸筋3114交错设置。
在本实施方式中,通过第一卡槽3111与第一凸筋4124配合,或者同时结合第二卡槽4125与第二凸筋3114的配合,使线轮30与旋转盖41在水平方向形成干涉作用。这样在旋转盖41旋转时方便带动线轮30在主体20的安装腔21内转动,进而方便线轮30的绕线。
如图4和图6所示,在本申请的一个实施方式中,可选地,所述限位件43包括拨动单元431和导向单元432。
具体地,沿所述拨动单元431的周向形成有齿状翻边4312,沿所述齿状翻边4312的周向设置有多个斜齿,多个所述斜齿形成所述卡接块4311,所述斜齿与所述导向卡接结构4123相配合。
所述导向单元432开设有通孔4321,且沿所述导向单元432的外壁周向设置有与所述导向槽4122相配合的滑块4323,所述滑块4323能够所述导向槽4122移动。
所述拨动单元431活动地穿设于所述通孔4321,所述导向单元432穿设于所述阶梯孔 4121,所述导向单元432的一部分位于所述凹槽311内,且所述导向单元432朝向所述齿状翻边4312的一侧形成有与所述齿状翻边4312相配合的齿状边4322。这样,当滑块4323和斜齿均位于导向槽4122时,按压旋转盖41,滑块4323推动斜齿沿导向槽4122向上移动至导向卡接结构4123处,同时,拨动单元431上的齿状翻边4312与导向单元432的齿状边4322相配合,同样对拨动单元431起到了推动作用。
可选地,所述导向单元432和所述拨动单元431分别为圆柱形结构,所述齿状翻边4312的外径大于或等于所述导向单元432的外径。这样便于齿状翻边4312能够与导向单元432的齿状边4322相接触抵接。
如图9和图10所示,在本申请的上述实施方式中,可选地,所述导向卡接结构4123为台阶状结构,且所述台阶状结构包括第一台阶面41231和第二台阶面41232,所述第一台阶面41231和所述第二台阶面41232分别为倾斜面,且分别与所述斜齿的倾斜方向相同。
在本实施方式中,导向卡接结构4123为台阶状结构,当按压旋转盖41时,在滑块4323推动斜齿沿导向槽4122向上移动至导向卡接结构4123,斜齿位于第二台阶面41232上,并卡接在第二台阶面41232与第一台阶面41231的交界处,弹性件42处于压缩状态。当再次按压旋转盖41时,弹性件42恢复弹性形变,此时,斜齿向上移动并落至第一台阶面41231,且沿第一台阶面41231滑落至导向槽4122内。
如图3和图5所示,在本申请的一个实施方式中,可选地,所述凹槽311的底部向所述拨动单元431的方向凸出形成有定位柱3113,所述定位柱3113能够插入所述通孔4321内,所述连接孔32贯穿于所述定位柱3113。
在本实施方式中,定位柱3113与通孔4321配合,便于对导向单元432的安装定位。同时,连接孔32贯穿定位柱3113,这样,便于锁紧件50穿设定位柱3113与拨动单元431连接。可以理解的是,锁紧件50可以选择使用螺钉,此时,可以在拨动单元431的底部开设螺纹孔,螺钉穿设于连接孔32旋入螺纹孔,以使线轮30与拨动单元431固定。当然,锁紧件50也可以选择铆钉,通过铆钉将线轮30与拨动单元431固定。
如图3和图6所示,在本申请的一个实施方式中,可选地,所述拨动单元431朝向所述旋转盖41的一侧设置有安装槽4313,所述弹性件42的一端抵接于所述安装槽4313内,另一端连接于所述旋转盖41。
在本实施方式中,安装槽4313的设置便于对弹性件42的安装。当弹性件42选择连续弯折的弹片时,弹片的一端抵接在安装槽4313内,另一端抵接在旋转盖41上。当弹性件42旋转柱形弹簧时,柱形弹簧的一端抵接在安装槽4313内,另一端抵接在旋转盖41上,同时,安装槽4313的内径可以与柱形弹性的外径相等,这样使其装配更加紧凑稳定。可选地,还可以在安装槽4313内设置连接柱,同样在旋转盖41上也设置连接柱,柱形弹簧的 两端分别套设在连接柱上,便于安装。另外,保证两个连接柱之间的距离不会影响柱形弹簧的压缩形变。
如图7和图8所示,在本申请的一个实施方式中,所述旋转盖41包括盖体414和装饰片413,所述盖体414上背离所述固定柱412的一侧开设有卡口4141,所述装饰片413上设置有卡钩4131,所述卡钩4131与所述卡口4141相卡接,以使所述装饰片413卡接于所述盖体414上。
在本实施方式中,装饰片413的设置,一方面可以增加收线器100的美观,另一方面,通过对装饰片413的设置,在装配时,可以先将导向单元432、拨动单元431和弹性件42依次装配到盖体414上,然后最后将装饰片413盖在盖体414上,即卡接在盖体414上。
如图11所示,在本申请的一个实施方式中,所述弹性臂22的一端与所述主体20注塑一体成型制成,所述弹性臂22的另一端设置有所述第一卡接部23,且所述弹性臂22的另一端向所述旋转盖41的方向倾斜设置。
具体地,弹性臂22与主体20注塑一体成型制成,降低了二者之间发生断裂的概率,增加了连接强度。另外,弹性臂22与主体20注塑一体成型制成便于生产制造,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。可选地,第一卡接部23在弹性臂22的端部朝向旋转盖41的顶部方向设置,同时,旋转盖41的第二卡接部411设置在旋转盖41的顶部内侧。
如图7所示,在本申请的上述任一实施方式中,可选地,在旋转盖41的边缘设置有多个卡边4126,多个所述卡边4126沿旋转盖41的周向间隔设置,同时,在主体20靠近旋转盖41的一侧,形成弯折边,装配时,可以使卡边4126卡接在弯折边的下方,这样可以限制旋转盖41从主体20上脱离。
如图5所示,可选地,所述线轮30包括卷线轴33以及设置于所述卷线轴33两端的盘体34,所述盘体34的直径大于所述卷线轴33的直径,沿垂直于所述卷线轴33的轴线方向分别开设有第一线孔331和第二线孔332,所述第一线孔331的孔径所述第二线孔332的孔径。
在本实施方式中,通过在线轮30上设置两个孔径不同的第一线孔331和第二线孔332,这样使线轮30能够对粗细不同的线绳进行穿设缠绕,增加了产品的多样适配性。
本申请的实施例还提供了一种具有收线器的物品,该物品包括上述任一实施例中的所述收线器。
该物品可以为具有收线器的衣服或具有收线器的鞋子,还可以是其他用于系带功能的物品。
具体地,以该物品为鞋子举例说明,可以将收线器100的底座10安装在鞋子上,鞋带通过主体20的穿线孔24穿入线轮的第一线孔331或第二线孔332,进而对鞋带进行收紧 或放松。当然,也可以将收线器100安装在需要系带的上衣或裤子上。

工业实用性
综上所述,本申请提供了一种收线器以及具有该收线器的物品。收线器包括底座、主体、旋转组件和锁紧件。旋转组件包括旋转盖、弹性件和限位件,旋转盖朝向主体的一侧开设有多个能够与第一卡接部相卡合的第二卡接部,且朝向主体的一侧凸出设置有固定柱,固定柱滑动地卡接于凹槽,固定柱上还开设有阶梯孔,沿阶梯孔的孔径最大的孔的内壁周向限定形成有多个导向槽,相邻两个导向槽之间分别形成有导向卡接结构。弹性件抵接于旋转盖与限位件之间,限位件活动地穿设于阶梯孔,沿限位件的周向设置有卡接块;锁紧件穿设于线轮与限位件连接。本申请提供的收线器,通过往复按压旋转盖即可实现线绳的松紧,操作简单方便。
此外,可以理解的是,本申请的收线器是可以重现的,并且可以用在多种工业应用中。例如,本申请的收线器可以用于生活用品技术领域。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种收线器,其特征在于,包括:
    底座;
    主体,与所述底座连接,所述主体上开设有两端开口的安装腔,远离所述底座的所述开口的边缘内壁周向开设有多个弹性臂,每个所述弹性臂上分别设置有第一卡接部;
    用于绕线的线轮,所述线轮活动地设置于所述安装腔内,所述线轮远离所述底座的一端设置有凹槽;
    旋转组件,包括旋转盖、弹性件和限位件,所述旋转盖朝向所述主体的一侧开设有多个能够与所述第一卡接部相卡合的第二卡接部,且朝向所述主体的一侧凸出设置有固定柱,所述固定柱滑动地卡接于所述凹槽,所述固定柱上还开设有阶梯孔,沿所述阶梯孔的孔径最大的孔的内壁周向限定形成有多个导向槽,相邻两个所述导向槽之间分别形成有导向卡接结构;所述弹性件抵接于所述旋转盖与所述限位件之间,所述限位件活动地穿设于所述阶梯孔,沿所述限位件的周向设置有卡接块;
    锁紧件,所述锁紧件穿设于所述线轮与所述限位件连接;
    当按压所述旋转盖时,所述限位件在所述阶梯孔内转动,所述卡接块从所述导向槽内滑出,并与所述导向卡接结构卡接,所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接;或所述卡接块从所述导向卡接结构处滑落至所述导向槽内,所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部相分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述线轮远离所述底座的一端设置凸台,所述凸台沿所述线轮的轴线方向开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的底部开设有连接孔,所述锁紧件穿设于所述连接孔与所述限位件连接;沿所述凹槽的内壁周向开设有第一卡槽,沿所述固定柱的外壁周向设有与所述第一卡槽相配合的第一凸筋,所述第一卡槽与所述第一凸筋相卡合,以使所述固定柱与所述凹槽相卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述线轮远离所述底座的一端设置凸台,所述凸台沿所述线轮的轴线方向开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的底部开设有连接孔,所述锁紧件穿设于所述连接孔与所述限位件连接;沿所述凹槽的内壁周向设置有第二凸筋,沿所述固定柱的外壁周向开设有第二卡槽,所述第二凸筋与所述第二卡槽相卡合,以使所述固定柱与所述凹槽相卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求2和3所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述第一凸筋和所述第二卡槽 交错设置,以及所述第一卡槽和所述第二凸筋交错设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4中的任一项所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述限位件包括拨动单元和导向单元,沿所述拨动单元的周向形成有齿状翻边,沿所述齿状翻边的周向设置有多个斜齿,多个所述斜齿形成所述卡接块;所述导向单元开设有通孔,且沿所述导向单元的外壁周向设置有与所述导向槽相配合的滑块,所述拨动单元活动地穿设于所述通孔,所述导向单元穿设于所述阶梯孔,所述导向单元的一部分位于所述凹槽内,且所述导向单元朝向所述齿状翻边的一侧形成有与所述齿状翻边相配合的齿状边。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述导向单元和所述拨动单元分别为圆柱形结构,所述齿状翻边的外径大于或等于所述导向单元的外径,使得所述齿状翻边能够与所述导向单元的所述齿状边相接触抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求5至6中的任一项所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述导向卡接结构为台阶状结构,且所述台阶状结构包括第一台阶面和第二台阶面,所述第一台阶面和所述第二台阶面分别为倾斜面,且分别与所述斜齿的倾斜方向相同。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7中的任一项所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述凹槽的底部向所述拨动单元的方向凸出形成有定位柱,所述定位柱能够插入所述通孔内,所述连接孔贯穿于所述定位柱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述锁紧件穿设所述连接孔以便穿设所述定位柱与所述拨动单元连接,从而使所述线轮与所述拨动单元固定。
  10. 根据权利要求5至9中的任一项所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述拨动单元朝向所述旋转盖的一侧设置有安装槽,所述弹性件的一端抵接于所述安装槽内,另一端连接于所述旋转盖。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中的任一项所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述旋转盖包括盖体和装饰片,所述盖体上背离所述固定柱的一侧开设有卡口,所述装饰片上设置有卡钩,所述卡钩与所述卡口相卡接,以使所述装饰片卡接于所述盖体上。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中的任一项所述的收线器,其特征在于,在所述旋转盖的边缘设置有多个卡边,多个所述卡边沿所述旋转盖的周向间隔设置,以及在所述主体靠近所述旋转盖的一侧形成弯折边,使得所述卡边卡接在所述弯折边的下方,从而限制所述旋转盖从所述主体上脱离。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中的任一项所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述线轮包括卷线轴以及设置于所述卷线轴两端的盘体,所述盘体的直径大于所述卷线轴的直径,沿垂直于所述卷线轴的轴线方向分别开设有第一线孔和第二线孔,所述第一线孔 的孔径大于所述第二线孔的孔径。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的收线器,其特征在于,所述弹性臂的一端与所述主体注塑一体成型制成,所述弹性臂的另一端设置有所述第一卡接部,且所述弹性臂的另一端向所述旋转盖的方向倾斜设置。
  15. 一种具有收线器的物品,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至14中任一项所述的收线器。
