Description
本申请涉及日常用品技术领域,具体涉及一种旋转推拉收绳器和具有该旋转推拉收绳器的鞋子。
在日常生活中,通过系带来进行固定是一种用在鞋类、医疗护具或者其他生活用品上的常见的固定方式。以鞋子为例,在使用运动鞋或帆布鞋时,通常的鞋带是穿过鞋上的带孔,然后以蝴蝶结或其他结扣系紧,在运动过程中,鞋带容易松散,如果正在路上行走或手提物品较多时鞋带松动需系紧,更是感到不方便;尤其是在运动中,鞋带一旦松开,很容易发生意外。
目前市面上出现旋转推拉收绳器,但其结构复杂,配件微小而数量众多,导致制作工艺复杂,不能快速装配;制作成本高,结构稳定性不强,废品率高,使用效果不佳。
本申请的目的在于提供了一种旋转推拉收绳器和鞋子,解决了捆绑打结的方式带来的不便,避免在运动的过程中,系带意外松开。
本申请实施例提供一种旋转推拉收绳器,包括顶盖、从动件、座体、控制件以及底座;
所述座体固定安装于所述底座上,所述座体内部具有一容纳腔,所述座体的上表面设置有弹性体和与所述弹性体连接的棘爪;
所述从动件包括棘轮和绳仓,所述棘轮和所述绳仓上下连接成一体,所述绳仓收容于所述容纳腔内,所述棘轮穿过所述座体的上表面,所述棘爪位于所述棘轮的一侧;

具体地,底座50包括底板51和设置在底板51上的筒状部52,底板51和筒状部52形成一半开放的空间,座体30的直径略小于筒状部52的直径,供座体30的下端放置于筒状部52的半开放空间内,并卡于底座50,确保座体30与底座50的固定连接。底座50位于旋转推拉收绳器的底部,底板51的周缘用于缝合在可穿用物件(例如鞋子)上。优选地,底板51采用合成纤维材料,可直接缝合,不需要额外利用别的材料进行缝合,固定简单快捷。当然,还可根据实际使用情况选用其他材料,本申请不对底板51的材料进行限定。
座体30固定安装于底座50上,座体30内部具有一容纳腔301(图2),座体30的上表面设置有弹性体31和与弹性体31连接的棘爪34。具体地,座体30的上表面周缘局部向上延伸形成多个挡墙33,在本实施例中,挡墙33设置有三块,三块挡墙33沿座体30的圆周方向上依次间隔设置,其中位于中间的一块挡墙33的内侧壁通过弹性体31连接有棘爪34,棘爪34位于座体30的上表面上方且介于另外两块挡墙33之间。每相邻的两个挡墙33之间相互间隔形成缺口36(图4),使控制件40能够穿过缺口36而在座体30的上表面前后滑动。
在实际生产的过程中,为了提高装配效率,该其中一块挡墙33与弹性体31和棘爪34依次连接成一体。弹性体31为“V”字型,弹性体31的两端分别连接挡墙33与棘爪34。当棘爪34朝挡墙33的方向移动时,挤压弹性体31,使弹性体31压缩。
具体地,座体30还设置有两个供绳子穿过的绳孔35。优选地,绳孔35设置于座体30的底部,既美观,又便于使用。
从动件20包括棘轮21和绳仓22,棘轮21从绳仓22的顶部向上沿轴向方向延伸形成,使棘轮21和绳仓22上下连接成一体,使绳仓22随棘轮21一起转动。具体地,棘轮21和绳仓22同轴设置。绳仓22收容于座体30的容纳腔301内,座体30的上表面的中部设有通孔332,棘轮21从通孔332伸出穿过座体30的上表面,并与棘爪34处于同一平面,且棘爪34位于棘轮21的一侧,以使棘轮21和棘爪34处于啮合状态或自由状态。
具体地,为了确保在啮合状态下,能达到紧绳的效果,棘爪34的截面形状为楔形,即棘爪34具有偏向性的三角齿,棘爪34的形状与棘轮21相匹配,使得棘爪34与棘轮21进行单向性啮合,即在棘爪34与棘轮21啮合状态下,绳子只能沿收紧的方向转动,不能反转。
绳仓22的侧壁开设有线槽221,绳仓22的内部具有一空腔222。在实际使用的过程中,绳子具有头尾两端,当绳子的头尾两端分别从两个绳孔35进入到绳仓22后,头尾两端分别穿过两个线槽221进入到绳仓22内部的空腔222内,头尾两端打成结,使得绳子形成闭环,当绳仓22正转时,使得绳子缠绕于绳仓22的外侧壁上。
控制件40可滑动地设置于座体30的上表面,即控制件40能够沿着座体30的上表面进行前后滑动。控制件40设置有卡台42,卡台42能够推动棘爪34朝远离棘轮21的方向移动并压缩弹性体31,使棘爪34脱离棘轮21,以切换旋转推拉收绳器的啮合模式或自由模式。在本实施例中,控制件40具有相对的第一端401和第二端402,第一端401和第二端402分别横向穿过座体30向外凸出延伸,便于使用者通过第一端401或第二端402推动控制件40移动,从而可通过外力推动控制件40在座体30的上表面做往返运动,从而控制棘爪34与棘轮21是否啮合,达到切换模式的目的。
控制件40中部设置有穿孔41,供棘轮21和棘爪34穿过。穿孔41的相对两个内侧壁上分别设置有卡台42,卡台42恰可抵于棘爪34的两端,使得控制件40能够通过卡台42推动棘爪34往第二端402的方向移动并压缩弹性体31,以使棘爪34脱离棘轮21。因此,控制件40能够控制棘爪34与棘轮21啮合或脱离,建立啮合模式或自由模式。
具体地,穿孔41的相对两个外侧壁上还分别设置有弹性臂43,弹性臂43的自由端设置有定位凸部431;与弹性臂43相邻设置的挡墙33的内侧壁上设置有与定位凸部431相匹配的定位凹槽331。当使用者将控制件40朝第二端402的方向移动时,卡台42恰可抵于棘爪34的两端,使得控制件40能够推动棘爪34往第二端402的方向移动并压缩弹性体31,以使棘爪34脱离棘轮21。当控制件40移动至定位凸部431卡于定位凹槽331时,弹性臂43具有向外的张力,定位凸部431限位在定位凹槽331内,此时,弹性体31处于压缩状态,卡台42具有反作用力,但由于定位凸部431限位在定位凹槽331内,控制件40也不会轻易发生位移,可以辅助控制件40保持在棘爪34脱离棘轮21的自由模式状态。
为了方便说明,当控制件40往第一端401推动时,为向左推;当控制件40往第二端401推动时,为向右推。当使用者需要系紧绳子时,将控制件40往左推,使控制件40处于最左的状态,弹性体31伸展开,使棘爪34与棘轮21处于啮合状态,此时为旋转推拉收绳器的啮合模式。在啮合模式下,弹性体31通过自身弹力向棘爪34施加压力,使得棘爪34与棘轮21处于啮合状态。在本实施例中,假设顺时针方向为紧绳方向,当顺时针旋转顶盖10时,顶盖10将带动从动件20一起旋转,从动件20在旋转的过程中,带动绳子缠绕于绳仓22的外侧壁上,达到收绳的目的。同时,在啮合模式下,顶盖10只能带动从动件20沿收紧的方向转动,顶盖10和从动件20不能反转,因此可以达到紧绳的目的。
当使用者需要放松绳子的时候,将控制件40往右推,控制件40通过卡台42推动棘爪34移动并压缩弹性体31,使棘爪34脱离棘轮21,此时旋转推拉收绳器切换为自由模式,从动件20可自由转动。当弹性臂43的定位凸部431卡于定位凹槽331时,旋转推拉收绳器能够保持在自由模式。当使用者通过外力拉动绳子即可将绳子拉出,同时带动从动件20反向逆时针旋转,达到松绳的效果。当松绳达到所需松紧度时,再将控制件40往左推,使定位凸部431脱离定位凹槽331,弹性体31通过自身弹力向棘爪34施加压力,使棘爪34与棘轮21又重新进入啮合状态。在此需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,也可以省略定位凸部43和定位凹槽331,此时如果一直维持控制件40往右推的施力,旋转推拉收绳器即能够保持在自由模式,当撤销控制件40往右推的施力时,棘爪34在弹性体31的弹力推动下,使棘爪34与棘轮21又重新进入啮合状态。弹性体31可以采用塑料或者金属。为了方便生产和组装,弹性体31可与棘爪34、挡墙33为一体或者弹性体31与棘爪34一体。
在上述实施例中,旋转推拉收绳器用于需要系绳的可穿用物件上,例如鞋类、医疗护具等。优选地,旋转推拉收绳器用在鞋子上,用于调节鞋绳的松紧度。
在本实施例中,假设顺时针方向为紧绳方向,但不限于此。在其他实施例中,由于人使用左右手的习惯不同,可设置为逆时针方向为紧绳方向,仅需改变棘轮21和棘爪33偏向性的三角齿的方向即可,其偏向的方向与顺时针为紧绳的方向相反,其他原理与本实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图5,本申请实施例还提供一种鞋子,鞋子上设有上述的旋转推拉收绳器。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (15)
- 一种旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,包括顶盖(10)、从动件(20)、座体(30)、控制件(40)以及底座(50);所述座体(30)固定安装于所述底座(50)上,所述座体(30)内部具有一容纳腔(301),所述座体(30)的上表面设置有弹性体(31)和与所述弹性体(31)连接的棘爪(34);所述从动件(20)包括棘轮(21)和绳仓(22),所述棘轮(21)和所述绳仓(22)上下连接成一体,所述绳仓(22)收容于所述容纳腔(301)内,所述棘轮(21)穿过所述座体(30)的上表面,所述棘爪(34)位于所述棘轮(21)的一侧;所述控制件(40)可滑动地设置于所述座体(30)的上表面,所述控制件(40)能够推动所述棘爪(34)朝远离所述棘轮(21)的方向移动并压缩所述弹性体(31),使所述棘爪(34)脱离所述棘轮(21),以切换所述旋转推拉收绳器的啮合模式或自由模式;所述顶盖(10)设于所述座体(30)的上方,且所述顶盖(10)与所述从动件(20)联动连接;在所述啮合模式下,所述棘爪(34)与所述棘轮(21)处于啮合状态,所述顶盖(10)能够带动所述从动件(20)一起做单向转动;在所述自由模式下,所述棘爪(34)与所述棘轮(21)脱离啮合状态,所述从动件(20)能够自由转动。
- 如权利要求1所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述座体(30)的上表面周缘向上延伸形成挡墙(33),所述挡墙(33)与所述弹性体(31)和所述棘爪(34)依次连接成一体,所述弹性体(31)的两端分别连接所述挡墙(33)与所述棘爪(34)。
- 如权利要求2所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述弹性体(31)为“V”字型。
- 如权利要求2所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述控制件(40)设置有卡台(42),所述控制件(40)利用所述卡台(42)推动所述棘爪(34)朝远离所述棘轮(21)的方向移动并压缩所述弹性体(31)。
- 如权利要求4所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述控制件(40)中部设置有穿孔(41),供所述棘轮(21)和所述棘爪(34)穿过,所述穿孔(41)的相对两个内侧壁上分别设置有所述卡台(42),所述卡台(42)恰可抵于所述棘爪(34)的两端。
- 如权利要求5所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述穿孔(41)的相对两个外侧壁上还分别设置有弹性臂(43),所述弹性臂(43)的自由端设置有定位凸部(431),所述挡墙(33)的数量为多个,所述弹性体(31)与其中一个所述挡墙(33)连接,与所述弹性臂(43)相邻设置的另一所述挡墙(33)的内侧壁设置有与所述定位凸部(431)相匹配的定位凹槽(331),在所述自由模式下,所述定位凸部(431)卡于所述定位凹槽(331)内。
- 如权利要求6所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,多个所述挡墙(33)沿所述座体(30)的圆周方向依次间隔设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述控制件(40)具有相对的第一端(401)和第二端(402),所述第一端(401)和所述第二端(402)分别横向穿过所述座体(30)向外凸出延伸,以便于使用者通过所述第一端(401)或所述第二端(402)推动所述控制件(40)移动。
- 如权利要求1所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述棘爪(34)的截面形状为楔形,所述棘爪(34)的形状与所述棘轮(21)相匹配,所述棘爪(34)与所述棘轮(21)为单向性啮合。
- 如权利要求1所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述顶盖(10)的底部向下设置有连接杆(11),所述连接杆(11)为非圆形;所述棘轮(21)沿轴线方向开设有供所述连接杆(11)卡接的卡口(211),所述卡口(211)的形状与所述连接杆(11)相匹配。
- 如权利要求10所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述连接杆(11)的末端设置有卡扣(12),使所述连接杆(11)卡于所述从动件(20)的中部。
- 如权利要求1所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述底座(50)包括底板(51)和设置在所述底板(51)上的筒状部(52),所述底板(51)和所述筒状部(52)形成一半开放的空间,供所述座体(30)的下端安装和固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述座体(30)还设置有两个供绳子穿过的绳孔(35),所述绳仓(22)的侧壁开设有线槽(221),所述绳仓(22)的内部具有一空腔(222)。
- 如权利要求1-13任一项所述的旋转推拉收绳器,其特征在于,所述旋转推拉收绳器用在鞋子上,用于调节鞋绳的松紧度。
- 一种鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋子上设有如权利要求1-14任一项所述的旋转推拉收绳器。
