Abstract
L'invention concerne un fil mélangé et son procédé de préparation et son application. Le procédé de préparation du fil mélangé consiste : dans le processus de filage sirospun, à utiliser un procédé de filage sirospun pour effectuer un étirage et une torsion sirospun sur une pluralité de brins de mèche de multiples fois pour obtenir un fil sirospun primaire et la torsion du fil sirospun primaire avec un faisceau de fibres qui est filé au moyen d'un filage à l'état fondu et qui n'est pas complètement refroidi pour subir un étirage et une torsion sirospun ensemble au moins une fois pour obtenir un fil mélangé. Dans le processus de torsion de pli, le faisceau de fibres refroidi de manière incomplète est lié au fil sirospun primaire au moyen d'une surface ramollie et adhésive du faisceau de fibres. Le procédé utilise un filage sirospun mais surmonte les défauts existant pendant le filage sirospun classique, et réduit un phénomène de rupture d'un brin de fil unique dans le processus de filage sirospun ; en outre, le fil mélangé préparé présente de meilleurs effets en termes de résistance, de résistance à l'usure et du nombre de cheveux, etc.
