- 一种氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴,其特征在于,所述氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴的化学式为Co 3O 4-COF-T-D@C-N;所述COF-T-D为共价有机框架。
- 根据权利要求1所述的氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴,其特征在于,所述氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴的比表面积为320-346m 2/g;所述氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴的D50为80-150nm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴,其特征在于,所述氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴中碳氮比为(80-150):(0.1-5)。
- 权利要求1-3任一项所述的氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)将含氨基的金刚烷、含醛基和羟基的萘和助溶剂混合,加入酸化液进行酸化,加热反应,得到第一固体COF-T-D;(2)将所述第一固体COF-T-D加入有机溶剂和钴盐混合搅拌,反应,固液分离,取固相,得到第二固体Co-COF-T-D;(3)将所述第二固体Co-COF-T-D进行清洗,加氮,热处理,降温,加氧氧化,得到所述氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴Co 3O 4-COF-T-D@C-N。
- 根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述含氨基的金刚烷为1,3,5,7-四氨基金刚烷;所述含醛基和羟基的萘为2,6-二醛基-1,5-二羟基萘;所述助溶剂为三乙醇胺;所述酸化液为乙酸。
- 根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述有机溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇中的一种。
- 根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述钴盐为硫酸钴、硝酸钴、氯化钴、溴化钴中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述第一固体COF-T-D加入有机溶剂和钴盐混合搅拌前,还包括将所述第一固体COF-T-D进行清洗,所述清洗使用的溶剂为丙酮。
- 根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述热处理的温度为500-800℃,热处理的时间为1-6h。
- 权利要求1-3任一项所述的氮掺杂中空四氧化三钴在制备锂离子电池、电容器、 磁性材料、催化剂、气体传感器、着色剂或压敏陶瓷材料中的应用。
