可以理解的是,磨削壁11在任意水平面的横截面上呈弧形,磨削壁11外观呈曲面布置,而磨削壁11具有第二磨削面111,因此第二磨削面111呈曲面布置;谷物在磨削腔室1内环行经过第二磨削面111被第二磨削面111磨削,谷物在被第二磨削面111的磨削过程中,相对于传统的第二磨削面111外观呈多个平面呈预设角度连接设置的方式,其在环行过程中动能损失比上述的方式小,谷物在环行中被第二磨削面111的磨削过程更充分,磨削效果更佳;同时,第一磨削面31也能够实现对谷物的磨削,在第一磨削面31与第二磨削面111的共同作用下,更进一步的使得谷物在磨削腔室1内被磨削的效果更佳更好,具体的,例如在对稻米的加工中,可以提升稻米加工的成品率。
进一步说明的是,多个磨削腔室1连接在一起,在第一磨削面31的外周表面环绕布置,在多个连接在一起的磨削腔室1外部有至少一个排糠腔室2,排糠腔室2能够供至少两个磨削腔室1内的谷物经磨削产生的物质排出;可以理解的,至少两个磨削腔室1的外部布置有一个排糠腔室2,一个排糠腔室2供至少两个磨削腔室1内谷物经磨削产生的物质排出,通过一个排糠腔室2供至少两个磨削腔室1内谷物经磨削产生的物质排出,排糠腔室2的集糠效率能大大提升,便于谷物磨削过程中对谷物经磨削产生的物质的收集。
上述提供的谷物磨削机构,通过磨削壁11在任意水平面的横截面上呈弧形,且多个磨削壁11连接在一起并环绕布置在第一磨削面31的外周,多个连接在一起的磨削腔室1外部有至少一个排糠腔室2,能够使得谷物磨削机构对谷物的磨削更加的充分,磨削效果更佳,同时集糠效率也能大大提升,这样,能达到快速生产的要求提高生产效率。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,磨削壁11包括第一壁部112和第二壁部113,第一壁部112和第二壁部113朝向第一磨削面31的表面分别呈曲面延伸,并相交形成第二磨削面111。
可以理解的是,磨削壁11由第一壁部112和第二壁部113组成,第一壁部112和第二壁部113朝向第一磨削面31的表面分别呈曲面延伸,并且相交形成第二磨削面111;进一步的,两个曲面相交的交点有且只有一个,两个相交的曲面可以实现曲面相切并构成第二磨削面111;继续的可知,第二磨削面111呈曲面布置的,通过第二磨削面111呈曲面布置能够使得第二磨削面111对谷物的磨削效果更佳,具体的,例如在对稻米的加工中,可以提升稻米加工的成品率。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,请参阅图2,第一壁部112的曲率大于第二壁部113的曲率;当谷物在磨削腔室1内环行且经过磨削壁11时,谷物由第一壁部112环行至第二壁部113。
需要说明的是,当谷物在磨削腔室1内环行经过磨削壁11时,谷物由第一壁部112环行至第二壁部113,并且第一壁部112的曲率大于第二壁部113的曲率;进一步的,谷物在磨削腔室1内环行经过磨削壁11时,由两个壁部中曲率大的部壁行至曲率小的壁部,通过多次测试的效果,当谷物在磨削腔室1内环行经过磨削壁11时,由曲率的大的第一壁部112行至曲率小的第二壁部113,谷物其在被第二磨削面111的磨削的效果更好更佳;具体的,例如在对稻米的加工中,可以提升稻米加工的成品率。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,第一磨削面31表面设置有若干个砂粒,砂粒在第一磨削面31表面有序排列布置,砂粒用以实现对谷物的磨削。
可以理解的是,第一磨削面31表面设置的砂粒可以实现对磨削腔室1内谷物的磨削,通过砂粒在第一磨削面31表面有序排列的布置方式,砂粒对谷物的磨削过程更加的充分,能够使得第一磨削面31对谷物磨削的效果更佳更好,进一步的使得谷物在磨削腔室1内被磨削的效果更佳更好;具体的,例如在对稻米的加工中,可以提升稻米加工的成品率。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,第二磨削面111表面设置有若干个砂粒,砂粒在第二磨削面111表面有序排列布置,砂粒用以实现对谷物的磨削。
可以理解的是,第二磨削面111表面设置的砂粒可以实现对磨削腔室1内谷物的磨削,通过砂粒在第二磨削面111表面有序排列的布置方式,砂粒对谷物的磨削过程更加的充分,能够使得第二磨削面111对谷物磨削的效果更佳更好,进一步的使得谷物在磨削腔室1内被磨削的效果更佳更好;具体的,例如在对稻米的加工中,可以提升稻米加工的成品率。
优选地,砂粒采用金刚石砂桶材料制成,这种材料具有良好的抗磨性,良好的切削性以及优良的导热性。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,多个磨削壁11一体成型布置在第一磨削面31的外周。
可以理解的是,通过多个磨削壁11一体成型布置在第一磨削面31的外周,而磨削壁11上具有的第二磨削面111与第一磨削面31共同配合形成磨削腔室1,因此,多个磨削腔室1一体成型布置在第一磨削面31的外周;当在多个磨削腔室1一体成型布置在第一磨削面31的外周,在上述的多个磨削腔室1外部布置有一个排糠腔室2,排糠腔室2能够供上述的多个磨削腔室1内的谷物经磨削的物质排出;通过一个排糠腔室2供多个磨削腔室1内谷物经磨削产生的物质排出,排糠腔室2的集糠效率能大大提升,便于谷物磨削过程中对谷物经磨削产生的物质的收集。
优选地,多个磨削壁11采用焊接的方式一体成型。通过采用焊接的方式多个磨削壁11连接在一起的连接性能好牢固可靠。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,还包括可转动的砂桶3,砂桶3提供第一磨削面31,且第一磨削面31对谷物的摩擦力大于第二磨削面111对谷物的摩擦力。
需要说明的是,砂桶3的表面提供第一磨削面31,砂桶3的表面有序排列布置有多个砂粒,砂粒能够实现对谷物的磨削,因此,砂桶3的表面能够实现对谷物的磨削;砂桶3自身的转动能够带动第一磨削面31的转动,以实现对磨削腔室1内谷物的主动磨削;其中,第一磨削面31对谷物的摩擦力大于第二磨削面111对谷物的摩擦力,谷物先经过第一磨削面31的磨削,再被第二磨削面111磨削,两者相配合能够使得谷物在磨削腔室1内被磨削的效果更佳;具体的,例如在对稻米的加工中,可以提升稻米加工的成品率。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,排糠腔室2包括排糠腔室壁21,排糠腔室壁21与至少两个磨削壁11配合形成排糠腔室2,且排糠腔室壁21均匀间隔布置在第一磨削面31的外周。
需要说明的是,排糠腔室2由排糠腔室壁21与至少两个磨削壁11配合形成,可以理解的,在至少两个磨削腔室1的外部布置有一个排糠腔室2;通过排糠腔室壁21均匀间隔的布置在第一磨削面31的外周,第一磨削面31的外周能被分成几个相同的等分,每个相同等分内都有一个排糠腔室2以及至少两个磨削腔室1,其中排糠腔室2布置在磨削腔室1的外部;通过上述的布置方式,一个排糠腔室2供至少两个磨削腔室1内谷物经磨削产生的物质排出,排糠腔室2的集糠效率能大大提升,便于谷物磨削过程中对谷物经磨削产生的物质的收集。
作为本发明的另一种实施方式,磨削腔室1和排糠腔室2均沿竖直方向布置。
需要说明的是,通过磨削腔室1的沿竖直方向布置,在磨削腔室1内,谷物在重力与第一磨削面31的作用下能够环行下落,因此谷物能够较快的通过磨削腔室1内,磨削腔室1内被磨削的谷物也会更多,能够提高磨削腔室1对谷物的磨削效率,进而提高生产效率;通过排糠腔室2沿竖直方向布置,谷物在磨削腔室1内经磨削产生的物质,能够在自身重力的作用下下落,能更快的进入排糠腔室2内,使得排糠腔室2集糠效率提升,便于谷物磨削过程中对谷物经磨削产生的物质的收集,提高生产的效率。
本发明实施例还提供一种谷物磨削装置,包括上述实施例中任意一项所述的谷物磨削机构。通过磨削壁11在任意水平面的横截面上呈弧形,且多个磨削壁11连接在一起并环绕布置在第一磨削面31的外周,多个连接在一起的磨削腔室1外部有至少一个排糠腔室2,能够使得谷物磨削机构对谷物的磨削更加的充分,磨削效果更佳,同时集糠效率也能大大提升,这样,能达到快速生产的要求提高生产效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,包括多个磨削腔室、多个排糠腔室以及限定多个所述磨削腔室一壁的第一磨削面;所述磨削腔室包括磨削壁,所述磨削壁具有第二磨削面,并由所述第一磨削面和所述第二磨削面配合形成所述磨削腔室,所述磨削壁在任意水平面上的横截面呈弧形;所述磨削腔室内部供谷物通过,所述第一磨削面和所述第二磨削面用以实现对谷物的磨削;多个所述磨削壁连接在一起并环绕布置在所述第一磨削面的外周,多个连接在一起的所述磨削腔室外部有至少一个所述排糠腔室,所述排糠腔室供至少两个所述磨削腔室内的谷物经磨削产生的物质排出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,所述磨削壁包括第一壁部和第二壁部,所述第一壁部和所述第二壁部朝向所述第一磨削面的表面分别呈曲面延伸,并相交形成所述第二磨削面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,所述第一壁部的曲率大于所述第二壁部的曲率;当谷物在所述磨削腔室内环行且经过所述磨削壁时,谷物由所述第一壁部环行至所述第二壁部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,所述第一磨削面表面设置有若干个砂粒,所述砂粒在所述第一磨削面表面有序排列布置,所述砂粒用以实现对谷物的磨削。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,所述第二磨削面表面设置有若干个砂粒,所述砂粒在所述第二磨削面表面有序排列布置,所述砂粒用以实现对谷物的磨削。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,多个所述磨削壁一体成型布置在所述第一磨削面的外周。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,还包括可转动的砂桶,所述砂桶提供所述第一磨削面,且所述第一磨削面对谷物的摩擦力大于所述第二磨削面对谷物的摩擦力。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,所述排糠腔室包括排糠腔室壁,所述排糠腔室壁与至少两个所述磨削壁配合形成所述排糠腔室,且所述排糠腔室壁均匀间隔布置在所述第一磨削面的外周。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的谷物磨削机构,其特征在于,所述磨削腔室和所述排糠腔室均沿竖直方向布置。
  10. 一种谷物磨削装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的谷物磨削机构。
