现有技术中,一般是通过导向、电动等方式下降给纸底板,但是无法确保给纸底板在降到指定位置之后,给纸托盘才被抽出,有可能是给纸底板正在下降的同时,给纸托盘就被抽出,如此,可能就会出现纸张刮伤、偏位、褶皱等异常,继续打印可能引起卡纸、重送、甚至损坏图像形成装置等问题。

参照图1至图3所示,图1为本申请实施例提供的给纸托盘的结构示意图,图2为本申请实施例提供的给纸托盘的另一视角结构示意图,图3为本申请实施例提供的给纸托盘的又一视角结构示意图。该给纸托盘包括托盘本体1和给纸底板2,给纸底板2包括给纸底板本体21、第一端部22和第二端部23,第一端部22和第二端部23分别连接于给纸底板本体21的两端,第一端部22可转动地连接于托盘本体1,第二端部23能够相对于托盘本体1移动,使给纸底板2相对于托盘本体1具有第一位置、第二位置和第三位置。在给纸托盘安装于给纸托盘安装部时,需要将第二端部23抬升至一定高度,使给纸底板2位于第一位置,以便于为图像形成装置供应纸张;在将给纸托盘拆卸出给纸托盘安装部时,需要将第二端部23下降至指定位置,使给纸底板2位于第二位置,再抽出给纸托盘,以防止纸张出现刮伤、偏位、褶皱等现象。
该给纸托盘还包括锁定件3和和限位组件4,锁定件3设置于图像形成装置主体,限位组件4活动设置于托盘本体1背向给纸底板2的一侧,用于与锁定件3配合限位。在给纸底板2处于第一位置时,锁定件3对限位组件4锁定限位,在将给纸托盘拆卸出给纸托盘安装部的过程中,使给 纸底板2移动至第二位置,此时,锁定件3解除对限位组件4的限位,进而使给纸托盘能够从给纸托盘安装部中抽出。在需要将给纸托盘拆卸出给纸托盘安装部的过程中,若给纸底板2未移动至第二位置(例如给纸底板位于第一位置、第三位置时),则锁定件3会保持对限位组件4的限位,使给纸托盘无法从给纸托盘安装部中抽出。
本申请通过限位组件4与锁定件3的配合限位,使给纸底板2移动至指定位置(第二位置)时,才允许给纸托盘被抽出给纸托盘安装部,否则无法从给纸托盘安装部抽出给纸托盘,避免出现纸张刮伤、偏位、褶皱等异常。
参照图4所示,图4为图3中A处的局部放大图。限位组件4包括锁杆41、弹性件42(弹性件可以为例如压缩弹簧)和转轴43,锁杆41通过转轴43可转动地连接于托盘本体1,用于与锁定件3配合限位。弹性件42的一端连接于托盘本体1,弹性件42的另一端连接于锁杆41,用于使锁杆41复位。在给纸底板2从第一位置下降至第二位置的过程中,给纸底板2能够驱动锁杆41转动,以使锁定件3解除对锁杆41的锁定,在给纸底板2下降至第三位置时,锁定件3能够迫使锁杆41的一端向远离锁定件3的方向运动,使得锁杆41与给纸底板2抵接,以拉动给纸底板2下降至第二位置。
具体地,给纸底板2还包括第一抵接部24和第二抵接部25,第一抵接部24和第二抵接部25分别连接于第二端部23。锁杆41包括连接部413、导向端411和锁扣端412,导向端411和锁扣端412分别连接于连接部413的两端,且导向端411与第一抵接部24配合,锁扣端412与锁定件3配合。连接部413靠近导向端411的一端通过转轴43转动连接于托盘本体1,弹性件42连接于连接部413靠近锁扣端412的一端。
在将给纸托盘拆卸出给纸托盘安装部中的过程中,当给纸底板2从第一位置下降至第二位置的过程中,第一抵接部24能够与导向端411抵接,迫使导向端411向远离第一抵接部24的方向移动,锁扣端412向远离锁定件3的方向移动,进而通过第一抵接部24能够迫使锁杆41向脱离锁定 件3的方向运动。当给纸底板2运动至第二位置时,锁定件3解除对锁扣端412的锁定。当给纸底板2下降至第三位置时,锁定件3能够迫使锁扣端412向远离锁定件3的方向运动,使得设于锁扣端412的推动件与第二抵接部25抵接,以拉动给纸底板2下降至第二位置,此时,锁扣端412已脱离锁定件3,用户能够抽出给纸托盘。在将给纸托盘拆卸出给纸托盘安装部中的过程中,当给纸底板2处于第三位置时,锁扣端412还未完全脱离锁定件3,用户继续抽动给纸托盘时,在锁定件3与锁扣端412的相互作用下,锁扣端412继续向远离锁定件3的方向移动以脱离锁定件3,同时锁扣端412在继续向远离锁定件3的方向移动的过程中,会与第二抵接部25相互作用,以驱动第二抵接部25向靠近第二位置的方向移动,进而使给纸底板2移动至第二位置。
进一步地,连接部413开设有定位槽,弹性件42的一端伸入定位槽内并与定位槽的内壁连接,进而能够通过定位槽对弹性件42进行限位。
参照图5和图6所示,图5为图3中B处的截面图,图6为图5中C处的局部放大图。导向端411朝向给纸底板2的一侧具有第一斜面411a,第一抵接部24朝向导向端411的一侧具有第二斜面,第二斜面与第一斜面411a配合。在给纸底板2从第一位置运动至第二位置的过程中,第二斜面与第一斜面411a抵接,并产生相互作用,进而通过第一抵接部24推动导向端411运动,使导向端411向远离第一抵接部24的方向移动,而锁扣端412则向远离锁定件3的方向移动。
参照图7所示,锁杆41还包括推动件414,推动件414设置于锁扣端412,与第二抵接部25配合;在锁扣端412向远离锁定件3的方向移动的过程中,推动件414能够推动第二抵接部25运动,以拉动纸底板2下降至第二位置。
参照图8至图10所示,图8为图3中D处的截面图,图9为图8中E处的局部放大图。推动件414朝向给纸底板2的一侧具有第三斜面414a,第二抵接部25包括限位槽251和弧形抵接面252,第三斜面414a与弧形抵接面252配合。在锁扣端412与锁定件3相互抵接的作用下,使锁扣端 412向远离锁定件3的方向移动的过程中,第三斜面414a能够与弧形抵接面252配合抵接,通过推动件414推动给纸底板2朝向第二位置移动,并使推动件414落入限位槽251内,使得给纸底板2移动至指定位置(第二位置),锁扣端412完全脱离锁定件3,用户能够从给纸托盘安装部中抽出给纸托盘。
为了便于将给纸托盘装入给纸托盘安装部内或从给纸托盘安装部中抽出给纸托盘,锁扣端412还包括第四斜面412a和第六斜面412b,锁定件3包括第五斜面31和第七斜面32,第五斜面31与第四斜面412a配合,第七斜面32与第六斜面412b配合。在将给纸托盘从给纸托盘安装部中抽出时,第四斜面412a与第五斜面31抵接,通过两者的相互作用,使给纸托盘更便于被抽出;在将给纸托盘装入给纸托盘安装部中时,第七斜面32与第六斜面412b抵接,通过两者的相互作用,使给纸托盘更便于被装入给纸托盘安装部中。
具体实施时,在将给纸托盘从给纸托盘安装部中抽出时,用户沿给纸托盘的拆卸方向抽动给纸托盘,使给纸底板2的第二端部23下降(例如可以通过动力机构或人力使给纸底板下降),给纸底板2的第二端部23的下降会带动第一抵接部24下降,使第一抵接部24能够穿过托盘本体1与导向端411抵接,具体为第一斜面411a与第二斜面相互抵接,从而通过第一抵接部24推动导向端411,使导向端411绕转轴43旋转,同时锁扣端412也会绕转轴43旋转,向远离锁定件3的方向移动。若此时给纸底板2已下降至第二位置,则锁扣端412已完全避开了锁定件3,用户可以顺利抽出给纸托盘。若此时给纸底板2没有下降至第二位置,弹性件42顶住锁杆41,锁扣端412无法避开锁定件3,锁扣端412的第四斜面412a与锁定件3的第五斜面31处于相互抵接的状态,用户无法顺利抽出给纸底板2,需要用户继续抽动给纸托盘,使锁扣端412在锁定件3的导向作用下向靠近给纸底板2的方向移动,锁扣端412在移动的过程中使推动件414与第二抵接部25相互抵接,具体为第三斜面414a与弧形接抵面252抵接产生相互作用力,下压第二抵接部25,使第二抵接部25向靠近第二 位置的方向移动,推动件414落入所述限位槽251内,进而使给纸底板2移动至第二位置,用户能够顺利抽出给纸底板2。
本申请通过将给纸底板2下降和给纸托盘抽出这两个同时发生的动作分离成先后连贯且互补的动作,使得在确保给纸底板2下降至指定位置时,才能够抽出给纸托盘,避免了张纸的刮伤、偏位、褶皱等。
相应地,本申请的实施例还公开了一种图像形成装置,该图像形成装置包括上述实施例所述的给纸托盘。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种给纸托盘,应用于图像形成装置,所述图像形成装置包括图像形成装置主体,其特征在于,所述给纸托盘包括:
    托盘本体;
    锁定件,所述锁定件设置于所述图像形成装置主体;
    限位组件,所述限位组件活动设置于所述托盘本体,用于与所述锁定件配合限位;
    给纸底板,所述给纸底板可转动地连接于所述托盘本体,并相对于所述托盘本体具有第一位置和第二位置;所述给纸底板包括第一抵接部,所述第一抵接部与所述限位组件配合设置;
    在所述给纸底板处于所述第一位置时,所述锁定件对所述限位组件锁定限位;在将所述给纸托盘拆卸出图像形成装置主体的过程中,所述给纸底板从所述第一位置向所述第二位置运动,所述第一抵接部能够迫使所述限位组件向脱离所述锁定件的方向运动;当所述给纸底板运动至所述第二位置时,所述锁定件解除对所述限位组件的锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述给纸底板还包括与所述限位组件配合设置的第二抵接部,当所述给纸底板下降至位于所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间的第三位置时,所述锁定件能够迫使所述限位组件向脱离所述锁定件的方向运动,使得所述限位组件与所述第二抵接部抵接,以拉动所述给纸底板下降至所述第二位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述限位组件活动设置于所述托盘本体背向所述给纸底板的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括锁杆和弹性件,所述锁杆可转动地连接于所述托盘本体,用于与所述锁定件配合限位,所述弹性件的一端连接于所述托盘本体,所述弹性件的另一端连接于所述锁杆,用于使所述锁杆复位;
    在所述给纸底板从所述第一位置运动至所述第二位置的过程中,所述第一抵接部能够驱动所述锁杆转动,以使所述锁定件解除对所述锁杆的锁 定,在所述给纸底板运动至所述第三位置时,所述锁定件能够迫使所述锁杆的一端向远离所述锁定件的方向运动,使得所述锁杆与所述第二抵接部抵接,以拉动所述给纸底板运动至所述第二位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述锁杆包括导向端和锁扣端,所述导向端与所述第一抵接部配合,所述锁扣端与所述锁定件配合;
    在所述给纸底板从所述第一位置运动至所述第二位置的过程中,所述第一抵接部能够与所述导向端抵接,使所述导向端向远离所述第一抵接部的方向移动,所述锁扣端向远离所述锁定件的方向移动,以使所述锁定件解除对所述锁扣端的锁定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述导向端具有第一斜面,所述第一抵接部具有第二斜面,所述第二斜面与所述第一斜面配合;
    在所述给纸底板从所述第一位置运动至所述第二位置的过程中,所述第二斜面与所述第一斜面抵接,并产生相互作用,使所述导向端向远离所述第一抵接部的方向移动,所述锁扣端向远离所述锁定件的方向移动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述锁杆还包括推动件,所述推动件设置于所述锁扣端,所述推动件与所述第二抵接部配合;
    在所述锁扣端向远离所述锁定件的方向移动的过程中,所述推动件能够推动所述第二抵接部运动,以拉动所述给纸底板运动至所述第二位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述推动件具有第三斜面,所述第二抵接部包括限位槽和弧形抵接面;
    在所述锁扣端向远离所述锁定件的方向移动的过程中,所述第三斜面能够与所述弧形抵接面配合抵接,使所述推动件落入所述限位槽内,所述给纸底板运动至所述第二位置。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述锁扣端还包括第四斜面,所述锁定件包括第五斜面,所述第五斜面与所述第四斜面配 合。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的给纸托盘,其特征在于,所述锁扣端还包括第六斜面,所述锁定件还包括第七斜面,所述第七斜面与所述第六斜面配合。
  11. 一种图像形成装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~10任一所述的给纸托盘。
