Claims (9)
- 一种废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其包括以下步骤:1)在反应装置中,将废旧锂离子电池的正极集流体卷芯和负极集流体卷芯与四氯化碳混合;2)向步骤1)所述的反应装置内通入氯气,进行反应;3)取出步骤2)反应后剩余的卷芯,对反应装置剩余的物料进行固液分离,得到氯化铝的四氯化碳溶液和第一正极脱附粉;4)将步骤3)所述的卷芯和第一正极脱附粉浸泡在水中,取出浸泡后的卷芯,对剩余物料进行固液分离,得到锂盐溶液和第二正极脱附粉;5)步骤4)所述的浸泡后的卷芯与硝酸溶液反应,固液分离,得到硝酸铜溶液和负极脱附粉;所述步骤1)中,所述的废旧锂离子电池的正极集流体卷芯和负极集流体卷芯是将废旧锂离子电池进行放电、拆解后得到的;所述步骤1)中,所述的正极集流体卷芯包括铝箔;所述的负极集流体卷芯包括铜箔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其中,步骤1)中,所述的废旧锂离子电池包括三元锂离子电池、磷酸铁锂电池、钴酸锂电池、锰酸锂电池、镍酸锂电池中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其中,步骤2)中,所述的反应温度为70-120℃。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其中,所述的反应装置顶部设有冷凝器。
- 根据权利要求4所述的废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其中,所述的冷凝器的冷凝温度≤60℃。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其中,步骤3)中,还包括氯化铝和四氯化碳的分离步骤:将所述的氯化铝的四氯化碳溶液进行蒸发,制得无水氯化铝和四氯化碳。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其中,步骤4)中,浸泡在水中的时间为6-40min。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其中,步骤5)中,所述的硝酸溶液的浓度为0.5-9mol/L。
- 根据权利要求6所述的废旧电池回收活性材料脱附的方法,其中,在70-75℃条件下,将所述的氯化铝的四氯化碳溶液进行蒸发,制得无水氯化铝和四氯化碳。
