Description

一种ISOFIX套管及儿童安全座椅 技术领域
本发明涉及儿童安全座椅技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种ISOFIX套管及儿童安全座椅。
背景技术
儿童安全座椅的ISOFIX系统一般包括相互滑动连接的导轨和套管,导轨通过固定销的限位来调节与套管之间的相互位置,其中套管的顶部具有多个与固定销配合的档位槽,顶部是受力最大的部位,强度要求高,但现有套管的顶部的钢材厚度较薄,强度不够,由于套管为一体成型的钢材结构,通过常规的加工工艺只能通过增加套管整体的厚度才能实现套管的顶部厚度增大,这样会导致整体结构质量变大,而且成本也增加。
发明内容
为解决上述问题中的至少一个方面,本发明首先提供一种ISOFIX套管,包括第一拆分件和第二拆分件,所述第一拆分件和所述第二拆分件相互连接形成有适于与导轨配合的通道,所述导轨的顶部连接有固定销,所述第一拆分件的顶部设有多个适于与所述固定销配合的档位槽,所述第一拆分件的厚度比所述第二拆分件的厚度厚,实现所述第一拆分件具有足够的强度以确保所述档位槽受所述固定销的作用力时不发生形变。
可选地,所述第一拆分件包括顶板,所述档位槽设于所述顶板,所述第二拆分件包括第一底板和从所述第一底板的后侧边向上延伸出的第一后侧板,所述第一后侧板的顶边与所述顶板的后侧边连接。
可选地,所述第一拆分件包括从所述顶板的前侧边向下延伸出的第一前侧板,所述第二拆分件包括从所述第一底板的前侧边向上延伸出的第二前侧板,所述导轨连接有解锁开关,所述第一前侧板和所述第二前侧板之间形成 有适于与所述解锁开关配合的轨道。

相对于现有技术,本发明中的ISOFIX套管,第一拆分件采用厚度更厚的材料制作而成,使得第一拆分件的抗变形强度增大,从而使得设置在第一拆 分件上的档位槽在受固定销作用力时不会发生变形,且ISOFIX套管由第一拆分件和第二拆分件这两个部件组装而成,零件少,产品功能稳定性高,还可节省设备、人工等方面的成本,另外只需加厚第一拆分件的厚度,而不会受固定销作用力的第二拆分件的厚度减薄或保持原有厚度,能降轻整体结构的重量和尽量节省材料成本。
另外,本发明提供一种儿童安全座椅,包括如上所述的ISOFIX套管。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的儿童安全座椅与上述ISOFIX套管相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。

本发明实施例提供了一种ISOFIX套管,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,包括第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2,所述第一拆分件1和所述第二拆分件2相互连接形成有适于与导轨配合的通道3,所述导轨的顶部连接有固定销,所述第一拆分件1的顶部设有多个适于与所述固定销配合的档位槽11,所述第一拆分件1的厚度比所述第二拆分件2的厚度厚,实现所述第一拆分件1具有足够的强度以确保所述档位槽11受所述固定销的作用力时不发生形变。
其中,第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2优选都由钢材材料一体成型制作而成,第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2相互组合连接形成套管,零部件少,组装方便,生产效率高;第一拆分件1在钢材厚度的选择上选择相比于现有套管的钢材厚度更加厚的钢材,第二拆分件2则选择相比与现有套管的钢材的厚度更薄的钢材或选择与现有钢材的厚度一样的钢材,这样的设计只增厚了第一拆分件1的厚度,能尽量节省成本。
参考ISOFIX套管改进前后的实验测试数据进行比较,改进前,如图5所示,ISOFIX套管的最大承受力在(7.1-8.3)KN,改进后,如图5所示,ISOFIX套管的最大承受力在20KN以上,新的ISOFIX套管结构设计结构强度明显提升,改进显著。
本实施例中的ISOFIX套管,第一拆分件1采用厚度更厚的材料制作而成,使得第一拆分件1的抗变形强度增大,从而使得设置在第一拆分件1上的档位槽11在受固定销作用力时不会发生变形,且ISOFIX套管由第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2这两个部件组装而成,零件少,产品功能稳定性高,还可节省设备、人工等方面的成本,另外只需加厚第一拆分件1的厚度,而不会受固定销作用力的第二拆分件2的厚度减薄或保持原有厚度,能降轻整体结构 的重量和尽量节省材料成本。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,所述第一拆分件1包括顶板12和从所述顶板12的前侧边向下延伸出的第一前侧板13,所述档位槽11设于所述顶板12,所述第二拆分件2包括第一底板21和从所述第一底板21的前后两侧边分别向上延伸出的第二前侧板22和第一后侧板23,所述第一后侧板23的顶边与所述顶板12的后侧边连接。
其中,第一前侧板13和第二前侧板22位于同一平面且两者结合形成套管的前面侧板,该前面侧板和顶板12、第一底板21、第一后侧板23共同形成套管结构,结构简单可靠;第一前侧板13、第二前侧板22、顶板12、第一底板21和第一后侧板23均为长条形板状结构,由这些长条形板状结构共同组成的套管整体呈长方体结构。
可选地,结合图1、图3、图4所示,所述导轨连接有解锁开关,所述第一前侧板13和所述第二前侧板22之间形成有适于与所述解锁开关配合的轨道4。
其中,解锁开关能控制固定销从档位槽11中脱离,解锁开关与导轨硬连接,轨道4的长度方向与导轨的长度方向一致,使得解锁开关在轨道4内移动时能带动导轨在套管的通道3内移动;这种利用第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2组装后就能形成轨道4的设计,减少轨道4加工工序,提高生产效率。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,所述顶板12的后侧边间隔设有多个凹槽121,所述第一后侧板23的顶边对应设有与所述凹槽121配合的凸块231。
其中,凹槽121的深度方向位于前后方向上,凸块231的高度方向位于上下方向上,当凹槽121与凸块231组装后,顶部与第一后侧板23能实现相互垂直连接;本实施例中设置相互配合的凹槽121和凸块231,既方便第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2实现快速高效的相互组装,又能增强第一拆分件1与第二拆分件2相互连接的强度。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,所述第一拆分件1的一端设有第一连接部14,所述第二拆分件2设有与所述第一连接部14配合的第二连 接部24。
其中,通过第一连接部14和第二连接部24相互配合连接,以确保第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2能相互牢固连接;第一连接部14与第一拆分件1相互一体成型设置,第二连接部24与第二拆分件2相互一体成型设置。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,所述第一连接部14包括与所述第一底板21抵接的第二底板141和从所述第二底板141的前后两侧边分别向上延伸出的第三前侧板142和第二后侧板143,所述第三前侧板142与所述第二前侧板22抵接,所述顶板12的后侧边向下延伸形成第三后侧板144;所述第二连接部24包括从所述第一后侧板23延伸形成的第四后侧板241,所述第二后侧板143和所述第三后侧板144均与所述第四后侧板241的后表面抵接。
其中,第一底板21和第二底板141位于同一平面,以便导轨能顺利在通道3内移动,且第一底板21和第二底板141相互抵接连接,能增强整体的结构强度;第二底板141的强度要求较低,其上设有镂空结构,以减轻整体结构的重量;第三前侧板142与第二前侧板22位于同一平面,且第三前侧板142的上端面与第二前侧板22的上端面齐平,以便解锁开关内顺利在轨道4内移动,且第二前侧板22和第三前侧板142相互抵接,能增强整体结构的强度;第三前侧板142上远离第二前侧板22的一端向上继续延伸并与第一前侧板13连接,使得轨道4的一端被封闭设计,以防止解锁开关从轨道4内脱离;第四后侧板241与第一后侧板23位于同一平面,第二后侧板143的前表面和第三后侧板144的前表面均与第四后侧板241的后表面抵接,实现双层叠加,这种双层叠加的设计能大大提升套管后侧面的受力强度,从而提升第一连接部14和第二连接部24相互连接的强度;第一连接部14和第二连接部24各自本身的结构都是一体成型的部件,整体结构的抗变形强度大。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,所述第一连接部14还包括从所述顶板12的后侧边向上延伸出的第一竖向固定耳145和从所述第二底板141的后侧边向后延伸出的第一横向固定耳146,所述第二连接部24还包括从所述第四后侧板241的上侧边向上延伸出的第二竖向固定耳242和从所述第四后侧板241的下侧边向后延伸出的第二横向固定耳243;所述第一竖向固 定耳145设有多个第一安装孔1451,所述第二竖向固定耳242对应设有与所述第一安装孔1451重叠的第二安装孔2421,所述第一横向固定耳146设有多个第三安装孔1461,所述第二横向固定耳243对应设有多个第四安装孔2431。
其中,第一安装孔1451、第二安装孔2421、第三安装孔1461和第四安装孔2431的数量均优选为两个,各个安装孔内可安装螺钉等连接件,以便将套管与儿童安全座椅进行固定连接,将数量设计为两个,既能确保套管与儿童安全座椅相互连接的稳固性,又能尽量不影响各个固定耳的抗变形强度;将第一连接部14的第一竖向固定耳145与第二连接部24的第二竖向固定耳242进行叠加设置,以及将第一连接部14的第一横向固定耳146与第二连接部24的第二横向固定耳243进行叠加设置,不仅组装方便,而且叠加形成的固定耳的抗变形强度更大,使得套管能与儿童安全座椅牢固连接,提升安全性。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,所述第一竖向固定耳145的形状大小与所述第二竖向固定耳242的形状大小一致,和/或,所述第一横向固定耳146的形状大小与所述第二横向固定耳243的形状大小一致。
其中,将第一竖向固定耳145的形状大小设计的与第二竖向固定耳242的形状大小一致,使得第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2相互组装后,第一竖向固定耳145与第二竖向固定耳242能完全重叠,使得竖向固定耳整体的结构强度更大;同理,将第一横向固定耳146的形状大小设计的与第二横向固定耳243的形状大小一致,使得横向固定耳整体的结构强度更大。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,所述第二横向固定耳243延伸出有三角加强板244,所述三角加强板244与所述第四后侧板241之间形成有与所述第二后侧板143配合的插槽245。
其中,三角加强板244与第二横向固定耳243位于同一平面,三角加强板244与第四后侧板241相互垂直设置,三角加强板244与第四后侧板241之间形成的插槽245的宽度与第二后侧板143的厚度尺寸相近,第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2相互组装后,第二后侧板143能与插槽245相互紧配,插槽245具有一定的长度,通过第二后侧板143与插槽245的相互配合,起到第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2相互组装时预定位的作用。
可选地,结合图1、图2、图3、图4所示,所述第二拆分件2设有镂空部25。
其中,第二拆分件2的抗变形强度要求较低,因此在第二拆分件2的第一后侧板23和第一底板21分别设置镂空部25,以降低套管整体结构的重量。
可选地,结合图1、图2所示,所述第一拆分件1和所述第二拆分件2通过全焊接连接的方式相互固定连接。
其中,全焊接连接是指将第一拆分件1与第二拆分件2的相互连接处全部进行焊接操作,使得由第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2相互组装成的套管具有更高的结构强度;具体为,第一后侧板23的顶边与顶边的后侧边相互焊接连接,第一底板21与第二底板141相互焊接连接,第三前侧板142与第二前侧板22相互焊接连接,第二后侧板143和第三后侧板144与第四后侧板241的后表面焊接连接,第一竖向固定耳145与第二竖向固定耳242相互焊接连接,第一横向固定耳146与第二横向固定耳243相互焊接连接。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种儿童安全座椅,包括如上所述的ISOFIX套管。
本发明中的儿童安全座椅,第一拆分件1采用厚度更厚的材料制作而成,使得第一拆分件1的抗变形强度增大,从而使得设置在第一拆分件1上的档位槽11在受固定销作用力时不会发生变形,且ISOFIX套管由第一拆分件1和第二拆分件2这两个部件组装而成,零件少,产品功能稳定性高,还可节省设备、人工等方面的成本,另外只需加厚第一拆分件1的厚度,而不会受固定销作用力的第二拆分件2的厚度减薄或保持原有厚度,能降轻整体结构的重量和尽量节省材料成本。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开的保护范围并非仅限于此。本领域技术人员在不脱离本公开的精神和范围的前提下,可进行各种变更与修改,这些变更与修改均将落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,包括第一拆分件(1)和第二拆分件(2),所述第一拆分件(1)和所述第二拆分件(2)相互连接形成有适于与导轨配合的通道(3),所述导轨的顶部连接有固定销,所述第一拆分件(1)的顶部设有多个适于与所述固定销配合的档位槽(11),所述第一拆分件(1)的厚度比所述第二拆分件(2)的厚度厚,实现所述第一拆分件(1)具有足够的强度以确保所述档位槽(11)受所述固定销的作用力时不发生形变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第一拆分件(1)包括顶板(12),所述档位槽(11)设于所述顶板(12),所述第二拆分件(2)包括第一底板(21)和从所述第一底板(21)的后侧边向上延伸出的第一后侧板(23),所述第一后侧板(23)的顶边与所述顶板(12)的后侧边连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第一拆分件(1)包括从所述顶板(12)的前侧边向下延伸出的第一前侧板(13),所述第二拆分件(2)包括从所述第一底板(21)的前侧边向上延伸出的第二前侧板(22),所述导轨连接有解锁开关,所述第一前侧板(13)和所述第二前侧板(22)之间形成有适于与所述解锁开关配合的轨道(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述顶板(12)的后侧边间隔设有多个凹槽(121),所述第一后侧板(23)的顶边对应设有与所述凹槽(121)配合的凸块(231)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第一拆分件(1)的一端设有第一连接部(14),所述第二拆分件(2)设有与所述第一连接部(14)配合的第二连接部(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(14)包括与所述第一底板(21)抵接的第二底板(141)和从所述第二底板(141)的前后两侧边分别向上延伸出的第三前侧板(142)和第二后侧板(143),所述第二拆分件(2)包括从所述第一底板(21)的前侧边向上延伸出的第二前侧板(22),所述第三前侧板(142)与所述第二前侧板(22)抵接,所述顶板(12)的后侧边向下延伸形 成第三后侧板(144);所述第二连接部(24)包括从所述第一后侧板(23)延伸形成的第四后侧板(241),所述第二后侧板(143)和所述第三后侧板(144)均与所述第四后侧板(241)的后表面抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(14)还包括从所述顶板(12)的后侧边向上延伸出的第一竖向固定耳(145)和从所述第二底板(141)的后侧边向后延伸出的第一横向固定耳(146),所述第二连接部(24)还包括从所述第四后侧板(241)的上侧边向上延伸出的第二竖向固定耳(242)和从所述第四后侧板(241)的下侧边向后延伸出的第二横向固定耳(243);所述第一竖向固定耳(145)设有多个第一安装孔(1451),所述第二竖向固定耳(242)对应设有与所述第一安装孔(1451)重叠的第二安装孔(2421),所述第一横向固定耳(146)设有多个第三安装孔(1461),所述第二横向固定耳(243)对应设有多个第四安装孔(2431)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第一竖向固定耳(145)的形状大小与所述第二竖向固定耳(242)的形状大小一致,和/或,所述第一横向固定耳(146)的形状大小与所述第二横向固定耳(243)的形状大小一致。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第二横向固定耳(243)延伸出有三角加强板(244),所述三角加强板(244)与所述第四后侧板(241)之间形成有与所述第二后侧板(143)配合的插槽(245)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第二拆分件(2)设有镂空部(25)。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的ISOFIX套管,其特征在于,所述第一拆分件(1)和所述第二拆分件(2)通过焊接连接的方式相互固定连接。
  12. 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-11任一项所述的ISOFIX套管。
