在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
本申请提供一种后保险杠安装系统,其包括:后保险杠;后保险杠蒙皮,沿着与车辆尾灯的分缝线形成有第一部分、第二部分及第三部分,其中,第一部分沿Y向延伸,第三部分沿X向延伸,第二部分连接第一部分与第三部分;尾灯支架,安装在车辆尾部,通过连接后保险杠蒙皮来连接后保险杠,并且尾灯支架与第一部分相对于X向组装;后保险杠侧支架,设置在车辆尾部侧边用于支撑后保险杠,并且与第三部分相对于Y向组装且同时保证第二部分相对于尾灯的定位。
具体地,如图1所示,后保险杠蒙皮1与车辆尾灯2(图1中未示出)的分缝线3为折线,将沿着分缝线3的后保险杠蒙皮1划分为三个部分:第一部分4、第二部分5以及第三部分6,第一部分4沿Y向延伸,第三部分6沿X向延伸,第二部分5为第一部分4与第三部分6的过渡区域。
如图1与图2所示,尾灯支架7上方连接有车辆尾灯2,并且尾灯支架7与车辆尾灯2先安装在车辆尾部,再通过尾灯支架7与第一部分4相对于X向组装来实现后保险杠蒙皮1的X向组装,由于后保险杠蒙皮1与后保险杠已安装在一起,且两者都为后保险杠总成的一部分,因此最终实现了将后保险杠总成在车辆尾部的部分地X向组装。X向组装为后包保险杠总成的主安装方向。后保险杠蒙皮1的第一部分4形成有第一卡扣孔,以与尾灯支架7进行卡扣连接。尾灯支架7形成有对应于第一卡扣孔的第一卡扣部8,并通过第一卡扣部8与第一卡扣孔的连接来固定第一部分。具体地,尾灯支架7与第一部分4的第一卡扣部8采用传统的方法:在后保险杠蒙皮1的第一部分4的翻边上设置有3个第一卡扣孔,在尾灯支架7上的对应位置设置有3个第一卡扣部8,组装时,尾灯支架7上的第一卡扣部8卡在第一卡扣孔内,如图1所示,尾灯支架7通过3个第一卡扣 部8来控制该处后保险杠蒙皮1位置,进而控制后保险杠蒙皮1与车辆尾灯2的间隙面差。
如图2与图3所示,后保险杠侧支架9包括第一支架部10、以及从第一支架部10向第二部分5方向延伸的第二支架部11,其中,第一支架部10与第三部分6连接,第二支架部11与第二部分5连接。当后保险杠蒙皮1与车辆尾灯2的分缝线3为平滑的、类似直线时,则通常不会出现为过渡区域的第二部分5,只有第一部分4与第三部分6,这时仅需要后保险杠侧支架9的第一支架部10以及尾灯支架7就足够控制后保险杠蒙皮1与车辆尾灯2的间隙面差。由于出现了第二部分5,且尾灯支架7不能沿车辆尾灯2延伸,这意味第二部分5的后面没有支架。在该区域,后保险杠蒙皮1的位置无法控制。即使在该区域后保险杠蒙皮1背面设置有支架,但是如果仍用传统的卡扣进行连接会需要较大的力从而难以组装,因此,向第二部分5方向延伸后的后保险杠侧支架9形成了第二支架部11。其中,第一支架部10与第三部分6的第二卡扣部仍采用尾灯支架7与第一部分4的第一卡扣部8相同的传统卡扣连接方式,第一支架部10与第三部分6共设置有4个第二卡扣部与第二卡扣孔的卡扣连接,最终实现后保险杠总成在车辆尾部的Y向组装。
进一步地,第二支架部11与第二部分5的连接也采用卡扣连接,但与上述的第一卡扣部8、第二卡扣部的连接结构不同。如图4所示,第二支架部11在靠近分缝线3拐角处形成有第三卡扣部12,如图5所示,第三卡扣部12包括:第三突出部13,从第二支架部11的表面垂直延伸;以及第三钩部14,从第三突出部13的一端垂直于第三突出部13延伸,并且在末端形成向上延伸的挂钩。如图6所示,相应地,后保险杠蒙皮1的第二部分5形成有对应于第三卡扣部12的第四卡扣部15,第四卡扣部15包括:第四突出部16,从后保险杠蒙皮1的表面垂直延伸;以及第四钩部17,从第四突出部16的一端垂直于第四突出部16延伸,并且在末端形成向下延伸的挂钩。第三卡扣部12的挂钩与第三卡扣部12的挂钩钩在一起,形成卡扣连接。如图7所示,在垂直于第三卡扣部12与第四卡扣部15的接触面的截面中,第三卡扣部12与第四卡扣部15的连接方式类似于两个“L”字母倒挂。
另一方面,本申请还提供了一种车辆,其包括根据本申请实施例的后保险杠安装系统。
综上,本申请提供了一种后保险杠安装系统,其包括:后保险杠;后保险杠蒙皮,沿着与车辆尾灯的分缝线形成有第一部分、第二部分及第三部分,其中,第一部分沿Y向延伸,第三部分沿X向延伸,第二部分连接第一部分与第三部分;尾灯支架,安装在车辆尾部,通过连接后保险杠蒙皮来连接后保险杠,并且尾灯支架与第一部分相对于X向组装;后保险杠侧支架,设置在车辆尾部侧边用于支撑后保险杠,并且与第三部分相对于Y向组装且同时保证第二部分相对于尾灯的定位。本申请提供的后保险杠安装系统结构简单、无需额外费用、组装方便。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种后保险杠安装系统,其特征在于,包括:
    后保险杠;
    后保险杠蒙皮,沿着与车辆尾灯的分缝线形成有第一部分、第二部分及第三部分,其中,所述第一部分沿Y向延伸,所述第三部分沿X向延伸,所述第二部分连接所述第一部分与所述第三部分;
    尾灯支架,安装在所述车辆尾部,通过连接所述后保险杠蒙皮来连接所述后保险杠,并且所述尾灯支架与所述第一部分相对于X向组装;
    后保险杠侧支架,设置在所述车辆尾部侧边用于支撑所述后保险杠,并且与所述第三部分相对于Y向组装且同时保证所述第二部分相对于所述尾灯的定位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的后保险杠安装系统,其特征在于,
    所述后保险杠侧支架包括第一支架部、以及从所述第一支架部向所述第二部分方向延伸的第二支架部,其中,所述第一支架部与所述第三部分连接,所述第二支架部与所述第二部分连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的后保险杠安装系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二支架部在靠近所述分缝线拐角处形成有第三卡扣部,所述第三卡扣部包括:
    第三突出部,从所述第二支架部的表面垂直延伸;以及
    第三钩部,从所述第三突出部的一端垂直于所述第三突出部延伸,并且在末端形成向上延伸的挂钩。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的后保险杠安装系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二部分形成有对应于所述第三卡扣部的第四卡扣部,所述第四卡扣部包括:
    第四突出部,从所述后保险杠蒙皮的表面垂直延伸;
    第四钩部,从所述第四突出部的一端垂直于所述第四突出部延伸,并且在末端形成向下延伸的所述挂钩。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的后保险杠安装系统,其特征在于,
    所述后保险杠蒙皮的所述第一部分形成有第一卡扣孔,以与所述尾灯支架进行卡扣连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的后保险杠安装系统,其特征在于,
    所述尾灯支架形成有对应于所述第一卡扣孔的第一卡扣部,并通过所述第一卡扣部与所述第一卡扣孔的连接来固定所述第一部分。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的后保险杠安装系统,其特征在于,
    所述后保险杠蒙皮的所述第三部分形成有第二卡扣孔,以与所述第一支架部进行卡扣连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的后保险杠安装系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一支架部形成有对应于所述第二卡扣孔的所述第二卡扣部,并通过所述第二卡扣部与所述第二卡扣孔的连接来固定所述第三部分。
  9. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的后保险杠安装系统。
