Abstract
本发明涉及生物医药技术与疫苗技术领域,尤其涉及一种表面覆盖Fc亲和蛋白的铝纳米晶递送系统及自组装颗粒佐剂疫苗的制备方法,其中铝纳米晶作为载体,在铝纳米晶表面覆盖有Fc亲和蛋白分子层与抗原分子,由重组Fc Tag的抗原通过与Fc亲和蛋白特异性结合,实现抗原自组装,形成类病毒颗粒疫苗,提升抗原密度,该疫苗能够通过诱导体液及细胞免疫,产生高滴度的特异性抗体。
