现有技术中,为了追求视觉效果,通常需要亮饰条和亮饰条之间、亮饰条和车身钣金之间的缝隙尽可能小。但是,通常需要在两根亮饰条之间、以及亮饰条和车身钣金之间设置包边软胶,通过包边软胶来防止汽车行驶过程中亮饰条和亮饰条、亮饰条与车身钣金发生碰撞产生异响,但是由于软胶注塑工艺限制,无法将软胶厚度做到特别薄(厚度小于0.8mm),对于视觉效果而言,由于软胶厚度偏厚导致的缝隙是汽车厂商所不希望的。
EPDM发泡材料可在亮饰条和亮饰条之间、亮饰条和车身钣金之间起缓冲作用,但是这种材料在玻璃包边总成产品上的应用存在局限性:1、这种材料与包边软胶材料外观存在明显差异,而亮饰条和亮饰条之间、亮饰条和车身钣金之间的缝隙均为外观可见的,因此,若直接将EPDM发泡材料应用于上述缝隙中,消费者能明显察觉到EPDM发泡材料与其他外观可见区域的包边软胶之间存在外观差异;2、EPDM发泡材料和包边软胶材料常见的结合方式是通过双面胶粘接,由于这种方式存在一定的操作复杂性,因此无法在亮饰条和亮饰条之间、亮饰条和车身钣金之间等精细度要求较高的区域运用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种亮条包边总成产品及其与外部部件 的连接方法。该亮条包边总成产品在与外部部件相接时产生的缝隙宽度在0.8mm以下,并且该总成产品与汽车车身或亮饰条之间的连接处外观平整统一、无明显差异。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种亮条包边总成产品,其中,所述亮条包边总成产品包括条形主体和包边软胶,所述包边软胶设于所述条形主体的端部、用于实现条形主体与外部部件之间的贴合,所述包边软胶的内部含有发泡区域。
相比于现有技术中借助独立的包边软胶连接亮饰条等条形主体与汽车车身的连接部件(如包边材料、亮饰条等),本发明通过预先在条形主体用于连接的区域注塑可压缩变形的包边软胶材料,可以有效降低条形主体与外部连接部件之间的缝隙宽度,同时保证二者之间连接牢固而精准。
本发明提供的上述亮条是在制造过程中不预先与特定对象连接,而是在整体制造完成后、应用时才与特定对象贴合的后装亮条。
在本发明的具体实施方案中,所述包边软胶的内部含有发泡区域、发泡区域中均匀分布有发泡孔,当两条包边总成产品与外部部件连接时,在外部挤压力的作用下,发泡孔内的空气被外力挤压排出,包边软胶材料的整体占用体积变小,表现为包边软胶各部分同时发生变形,变形的包边软胶可以充分填充条形主体与外部部件连接处的缝隙,减小残留缝隙宽度。在一些具体实施方案中,当包边软胶处于自由状态,所述包边软胶内部的发泡区域的发泡密度为10-400kg/m3,例如10-200kg/m3,该范围的发泡密度可以使包边软胶具有足够的挤压变形能力。
在本发明的具体实施方案中,所述包边软胶的内部设有发泡区域、而外表面光滑无泡孔,以保证包边软胶在具有受力变形能力和避免本发明的条形主体与所连接的外部部件(例如汽车的亮饰条、汽车车身的包边软胶)之间的外观差异。例如,当外部部件为汽车玻璃的包边软胶材料时,本发明的上述包边软胶表面光滑无泡孔且与该包边软胶材质相同,二者外观无差别。此外,本发明的亮条包边总成产品与外部部件之间可以紧密贴合,且连接位置精细准确。
所述包边软胶的材质可以是TPE类软胶材料、PVC类软胶材料、PU类软胶材料等,这些材质的材料能够起到缓冲作用,且表面光滑无泡孔。
在本发明的实施方案中,当包边软胶处于自由状态,所述包边软胶的厚度一般为1mm-10mm,例如3mm-6mm。在压缩状态下,所述包边软胶内部的发泡区域所含空气被排出,包边软胶整体体积被压缩,此时包边软胶的厚度可以压缩至0.8mm以下。
在本发明的具体实施方案中,所述包边软胶的长边长度可以控制为1mm以上。
在本发明的具体实施方案中,所述条形主体和包边软胶一般为通过注塑方式固定,以保证二者连接牢固。具体地,所述包边软胶可以注塑于所述条形主体的端部。
在本发明的具体实施方案中,所述包边软胶在所述条形主体的位置可以根据包边软胶与外部部件的实际连接需要进行调整。例如,条形主体可以通过部分表面或全部表面与外部部件连接,则所述包边软胶可以相应地部分包裹或全部包裹所述条形主体的端部。
在本发明的具体实施方案中,所述条形主体的端部的形状可以根据实际连接需要进行调整,具体地,所述条形主体的端部可以为直线型、弯折型等。例如,当所要连接的外部部件的形状为条状弯折型时,所述条形主体的端部可以是弯折型(如图1、图2)、也可以是直线型(如图3、图4),所述包边软胶可以全包裹条形主体的端部(如图1)、也可以部分包裹条形主体的端部(如图2、图3、图4)。当所要连接的外部部件的形状为条状直线型时,所述条形主体的端部可以是弯折型、也可以是直线型(如图5),所述包边软胶可以全包裹条形主体的端部、也可以部分包裹条形主体的端部(如图5)。当外部部件为平面时,所述包边软胶可以是直线型、也可以是弯折型(如图6),包边软胶可以全包裹条形主体的端部、也可以部分包裹条形主体的端部(如图6)。
在本发明的具体实施方案中,所述亮条包边总成产品可以用于汽车装饰,相应地,所述条状主体可以为亮饰条。所述亮饰条的材质和厚度没有特殊限制、只要是与包边软胶材料可以通过注塑等方式固定的亮饰条均可,例如常用的不锈钢亮饰条、铝合金亮饰条、塑料饰条等。
本发明进一步提供了上述亮条包边总成产品与外部部件的连接方法。在具体实施方案中,该方法可以包括:将亮条包边总成产品的包边软胶的外表面与外部部件的端部贴合、使亮条包边总成产品与外部部件连接;然后挤压条形主体与外部部件使包边软胶压缩、直至条形主体与外部部件之间的距离达到0.8mm以下(例如0.1mm-0.5mm)停止挤压,完成所述亮条包边总成产品与外部部件的连接。
在本发明的具体实施方案中,所述亮条包边总成产品与外部部件的连接方式较为灵活,可以是并排连接、也可以是错位重叠连接。具体地,亮条包边总成产品与外部部件的连接方式可以包括弯折对接(如图1、图2)、斜切对接(图3、图6)、端部对接(图4)、部分重叠(图5)等。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的亮条包边总成产品与汽车车身、汽车亮饰条等外部部件连接产生的缝隙宽度可以达到0.8mm以下,同时可以保证连接处外观平整 统一、无明显差异。

需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“水平”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
以下实施例所用的亮饰条材质不限,例如可以是1.2mm厚度的铝亮饰条。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种亮条包边总成产品,该产品的结构如图1中的a所示。具体地,该产品包括包边软胶111和作为条形主体的第一亮饰条11。
包边软胶111的外表面光滑平整、内部设有发泡区域,发泡区域含有均匀分布的发泡孔。在自由状态下,发泡区域的发泡密度为10-400kg/m3(优选为10-200kg/m3);自由状态的包边软胶111的整体厚度为1mm-10mm(优选为3mm-6mm)。该包边软胶111的材质可以是TPE类软胶材料、PVC类软胶材料、PU类软胶材料等。
第一亮饰条11的端部为弯折型,包边软胶通过注塑的方式固定于第一亮饰条11的端部,且包边软胶111完全包裹第一亮饰条11的端部,包边软胶111同时包裹第一亮饰条11弯折端部的外侧、内侧和端面。
本实施例还提供了以上亮条包边总成产品与外部亮饰条的连接方法,其包括将上述产品与一个外部亮饰条(以下称为第二亮饰条)固定贴合,具体包括以下步骤:
1、以第二亮饰条12作为贴合对象,该第二亮饰条12具有弯折型的端部;
2、调整第二亮饰条12端部的弯折方向,使第二亮饰条12的端部弯折处与第一亮饰条11的端部弯折处相对,将位于第一亮饰条11端部外侧的包边软胶111的外表面与第二亮饰条12的弯折端部的外侧贴合,贴合后的第一亮饰条11的弯折端部与第二亮饰条12的弯折端部并排排布,即二者的弯折处相对;
3、向内挤压第一亮饰条11和第二亮饰条12、使二者之间的包边软胶111受力压缩,直至第一亮饰条11和第二亮饰条12贴合处的缝隙宽度达到0.8mm以下(此时包边软胶111的厚度也压缩至0.8mm以下)停止挤压,完成将亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条的过程。
图1中的b为亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条的位置示意图。从图1中的b可以看出,在贴合后,位于第一亮饰条11弯折处外侧的包边软胶111填充于第一亮饰条11与第二亮饰条12之间的缝隙、并且缝隙处的包边软胶111的外表面(由缝隙露出的表面)平整光滑。由于缝隙处的包边软胶内部的发泡区域处于压缩状态,可有效缩小包边软胶的占用体积、进而缩小第一亮饰条与第二亮饰条之间的缝隙宽度。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种亮条包边总成产品,该产品的结构如图2中的a所示。具体地,该产品包括包边软胶211和作为条形主体的第一亮饰条21。
包边软胶211的外表面光滑平整、内部设有发泡区域,发泡区域含有均匀分布的发泡孔。在自由状态下,发泡区域的发泡密度为10-400kg/m3(优选为10-200kg/m3);自由状态的包边软胶211的整体厚度为1mm-10mm(优选为3mm-6mm)。该包边软胶211的材质可以是TPE类软胶材料、PVC类软胶材料、PU类软胶材料等。
第一亮饰条21的端部为弯折型,包边软胶211通过注塑的方式固定于第一亮饰条21的端部,且包边软胶211部分包裹第一亮饰条21的端部。具体地,包边软胶211仅包裹第一亮饰条21弯折端部的外侧,且包边软胶211的下表面与第一亮饰条21端部的端面齐平。
本实施例还提供了以上亮条包边总成产品与外部亮饰条的连接方法,其包括将上述产品与第二亮饰条固定贴合,具体包括以下步骤:
1、以第二亮饰条22作为贴合对象,该第二亮饰条22具有弯折型的端部;
2、调整第二亮饰条22的弯折方向,使第二亮饰条22的端部弯折处与第一亮饰条21的端部弯折处相对;将位于第一亮饰条21端部外侧的包边软胶211的外表面与第二亮饰条22的弯折端部的外侧贴合,使第一亮饰条21的弯折端部与第二亮饰条22的弯折处平行,且二者外侧面相对、端面齐平;
3、向内挤压第一亮饰条21和第二亮饰条22、使二者之间的包边软胶211受力压缩,直至第一亮饰条21和第二亮饰条22贴合处的缝隙宽度达到0.8mm以下,完成将亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条的过程。
图2的b为亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条的位置示意图。从图2的b可以看出,在贴合后,位于第一亮饰条21弯折处外侧的包边软胶211填充于第一亮饰条21与第二亮饰条22之间的缝隙、缝隙处的包边软胶211的外表面平整光滑。由于缝隙处的包边软胶内部的发泡区域处于压缩状态,可有效缩小包边软胶的占用体积、进而缩小第一亮饰条与第二亮饰条之间的缝隙宽度。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种亮条包边总成产品,该产品的结构如图3中的a所示。具体地,该产品包括包边软胶311和作为条形主体的第一亮饰条31。
包边软胶311的外表面光滑平整、内部设有发泡区域,发泡区域含有均匀分布的发泡孔。自由状态的发泡区域的发泡密度为10-400kg/m3(优选为10-200kg/m3);在自由状态下,包边软胶311的整体厚度为1mm-10mm(优选为3mm-6mm)。该包边软胶311的材质可以是TPE类软胶材料、PVC类软胶材料、PU类软胶材料等。
第一亮饰条31的端部为直线型,包边软胶311通过注塑的方式固定于第一亮饰条31的端部,且包边软胶311部分包裹第一亮饰条31的端部。具体地,包边软胶311仅包裹第一亮饰条31的下侧和端面,且包边软胶311的上表面与第一亮饰条31端部的上表面齐平。
本实施例还提供了以上亮条包边总成产品与外部亮饰条的连接方法,其包括将上述产品与第二亮饰条固定贴合,具体包括以下步骤:
1、以第二亮饰条32作为贴合对象,该第二亮饰条32具有弯折型的端部;
2、将第一亮饰条31条沿水平放置,调整第二亮饰条32的弯折方向向下,将包边软胶311中与第一亮饰条31端面平行的外表面与第二亮饰条32的整个弯折端部的外侧贴合,使第一亮饰条31的端部与第二亮饰条32的弯折端部呈一定倾斜角贴合,第一亮饰条31的端部外侧面与第二亮饰条32弯折处的夹角接近90°;
3、向内挤压第一亮饰条31和第二亮饰条32、使二者之间的包边软胶311受力压缩,直至第一亮饰条31和第二亮饰条32贴合处的缝隙宽度达到0.8mm以下,完成将亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条的过程。
图3的b为亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条32的位置示意图。从图3的b可以看出,在贴合后,位于第一亮饰条31端部的包边软胶311填充于第一亮饰条31与第二亮饰条32之间的缝隙、缝隙处的包边软胶的311外表面平整光滑。由于缝隙处的包边软胶内部的发泡区域处于压缩状态,可有效缩小包边软胶的占用体积、进而缩小第一亮饰条与第二亮饰条之间的缝隙宽度。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种亮条包边总成产品,该产品的结构如图4中的a所示、与实施例3的亮条包边总成产品结构相同,包括包边软胶411和作为条形主体的第一亮饰条41。
本实施例还提供了以上亮条包边总成产品与外部亮饰条的连接方法,其包括将上述产品与一个外部亮饰条(以下称为第二亮饰条)固定贴合,具体包括以下步骤:
1、以第二亮饰条42作为贴合对象,该第二亮饰条42端部为直线型;
2、将第一亮饰条41、第二亮饰条42沿水平放置,调整第一亮饰条41的上表面与第二亮饰条42的上表面齐平,将包边软胶411中与第一亮饰条41的端面平行的外表面与第二亮饰条42的端面贴合,使第一亮饰条41的端部与第二亮饰条42的端面相对贴合;
3、向内挤压第一亮饰条41和第二亮饰条42、使二者之间的包边软胶411受力压缩, 直至第一亮饰条41和第二亮饰条42贴合处的缝隙宽度达到0.8mm以下,完成将亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条的过程。

第一亮饰条51的端部为弯折型,包边软胶511通过注塑的方式固定于第一亮饰条的51端部,且包边软胶511部分包裹第一亮饰条51的端部。具体地,包边软胶511包裹第一亮饰条51弯折端部的内侧以及部分端面。
本实施例还提供了以上亮条包边总成产品与外部亮饰条的连接方法,其包括将上述产品与以下称为第二亮饰条固定贴合,具体包括以下步骤:
1、以第二亮饰条52作为贴合对象,该第二亮饰条52具有直线型的端部;
2、将第二亮饰条52水平放置、调整第一亮饰条51的弯折方向向下,将包边软胶511与第一亮饰条51端面平行的外表面与第二亮饰条52的端部外侧和端面贴合,使第一亮饰条51的弯折端面与第二亮饰条52的端部的上表面以上下重叠的方式贴合;
3、沿竖直方向挤压第一亮饰条51和第二亮饰条52、使二者之间的包边软胶511受力压缩,直至第一亮饰条51和第二亮饰条52贴合处的缝隙宽度达到0.8mm以下,完成将亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条的过程。
图5的b为亮条包边总成产品贴合至第二亮饰条的位置示意图。从图5的b可以看出,在贴合后,位于第一亮饰条51端部的端面附近的包边软胶511填充于第一亮饰条51与第二亮饰条52之间的缝隙、缝隙处的包边软胶511的外表面平整光滑。由于缝隙处的包边软胶内部的发泡区域处于压缩状态,可有效缩小包边软胶的占用体积、进而缩 小第一亮饰条与第二亮饰条之间的缝隙宽度。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种亮条包边总成产品,该产品的结构如图6中的a所示。具体地,该产品包括包边软胶611和作为条形主体的第一亮饰条61。
包边软胶611的外表面光滑平整、内部设有发泡区域,发泡区域含有均匀分布的发泡孔。自由状态的发泡区域的发泡密度为10-400kg/m3(优选为10-200kg/m3);在自由状态下,包边软胶611的整体厚度为1mm-10mm(优选为3mm-6mm)。该包边软胶611的材质可以是TPE类软胶材料、PVC类软胶材料、PU类软胶材料等。
第一亮饰条61的端部为弯折型,包边软胶611通过注塑的方式固定于第一亮饰条61的端部,且包边软胶611全部包裹第一亮饰条61的端部。具体地,包边软胶包裹第一亮饰条61弯折端部的外侧、内侧以及端面。
本实施例还提供了以上亮条包边总成产品与外部亮饰条的连接方法,其包括将上述产品贴合至汽车车身平面,具体包括以下步骤:
1、以汽车车身平面62作为贴合对象,将本实施例亮条包边总成产品的包边软胶611与第一亮饰条61外侧平行的外表面贴合于汽车车身平面62,使第一亮饰条61的弯折端部与汽车车身平面62以平行的方式贴合;
2、挤压第一亮饰条61、使第一亮饰条61和汽车车身平面62贴合处的包边软胶611受力压缩,直至第一亮饰条61和汽车车身平面62贴合处的缝隙宽度达到0.8mm以下,完成将亮条包边总成产品贴合至汽车车身的过程。
图6的b为亮条包边总成产品贴合至汽车车身的位置示意图。从图6的b可以看出,在贴合后,位于第一亮饰条61外侧的包边软胶611填充于第一亮饰条61与汽车车身平面62之间的缝隙,缝隙处的包边软胶611的外表面平整光滑。由于缝隙处的包边软胶内部的发泡孔处于压缩状态,可有效缩小包边软胶的占用体积、进而缩小第一亮饰条与汽车车身之间的缝隙宽度。
图1至图6中的t为包边软胶的厚度、t=1mm-10mm,l为包边软胶的长度、l≥1mm,g为亮条包边总成产品中的条形主体与外部部件之间的缝隙宽度,g≤0.8mm。
从以上实施例可以看出,本发明提供的亮条包边总成产品可以与汽车车身、汽车亮饰条等外部部件紧密贴合、连接产生的缝隙宽度可控制在0.8mm以下,并且连接处外观平整光滑、无明显差异。

  1. 一种亮条包边总成产品,其中,所述亮条包边总成产品包括条形主体和包边软胶,所述包边软胶设于所述条形主体的端部、用于实现条形主体与外部部件之间的贴合,所述包边软胶的内部含有发泡区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的亮条包边总成产品,其中,当包边软胶处于自由状态,所述包边软胶内部的发泡区域的发泡密度为10-400kg/m3
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的亮条包边总成产品,其中,当包边软胶处于自由状态,所述包边软胶内部的发泡区域的发泡密度为10-200kg/m3
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的亮条包边总成产品,其中,当包边软胶处于自由状态,所述包边软胶的厚度为1mm-10mm。

  14. 权利要求1-13任一项所述的亮条包边总成产品与外部部件的连接方法,包括:将亮条包边总成产品的包边软胶的外表面与外部部件的端部贴合、使亮条包边总成产品与外部部件连接;然后挤压条形主体与外部部件使包边软胶压缩、直至条形主体与外部 部件之间的距离达到0.8mm以下停止挤压,完成所述亮条包边总成产品与外部部件的连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的连接方法,其中,所述条形主体与外部部件之间的距离为0.1mm-0.5mm。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的连接方法,其中,所述亮条包边总成产品与外部部件的连接方式包括并排连接和错位重叠连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的连接方法,其中,所述亮条包边总成产品与外部部件的连接方式包括弯折对接、斜切对接、部分重叠和端部对接中的一种或两种以上的组合。
