Abstract
본 발명은 고체 전해질, 이의 제조 방법, 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 고체 전해질은 할로겐 원소 중 일부가 산소로 도핑될 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 전지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고체 전해질, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 관한 것이다.
최근 IT 모바일 기기 및 전기 자전거, 소형 전기차와 같은 소형 전력구동장치의 수요가 급증함에 따라, 고용량 전지에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 상기 고용량 전지에 대한 수요 증가에 따라, 상기 고용량 전지의 안전성 또는 에너지 밀도에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다.
이에 따라, 기존의 이차 전지의 안전성을 개선하고, 에너지 밀도를 높이기 위한 물질로서, 전고체 전지에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 전고체 전지는 기존에 리튬이차전지에서 사용되는 액체 전해질을 고체로 대체한 전지를 의미하며, 전지 내 가연성의 용매를 사용하지 않아, 종래 전해액의 분해반응과 같은 반응에 의한 발화나 폭발이 전혀 발생하지 않기 때문에, 전지의 안전성을 개선할 수 있다. 또한, 음극 소재로 리튬 금속 또는 리튬 합금을 사용할 수 있기 때문에, 전지의 질량 및 부피에 대한 에너지 밀도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
상기 전고체 전지에 사용되는 고체 전해질은 무기계 고체 전해질이 일반적으로 사용되고 있으며, 상기 전고체전지 중 아지로다이트 구조인, Li6PS5Cl과 같은 조성을 갖는 황화물계 고체 전해질에 대해 다양한 연구가 진행 중이다. 그러나, 상기 황화물계 고체 전해질은 수분과의 부반응으로 인해, 일반적인 대기에서의 취급이 어려운 문제가 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 대기에서의 취급이 용이한 전고체 전지를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 다른 기술적 과제는, 상기 이점을 갖는 전고체 전지를 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 또 다른 기술적 과제는, 상기 이점을 갖는 전고체 전지를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른, 고체 전해질은 할로겐 원소 중 일부가 산소로 도핑된 아지로다이트형일 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 고체 전해질은 Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y (1 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.3)의 조성을 가질 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 고체 전해질은 하기 식 1을 만족할 수 있다.

일 실시예에서, 상기 인산염계 화합물은 Li3PO4, Li4SiO4, Li4GeO4, Li3BO3, 및 Li3AlO3로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 상기 원료물질을 준비하는 단계에서, 고체 전해질 100 mol% 기준으로, 상기 인산염계 화합물을 0.01 내지 0.3 mol% 첨가할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전고체 전지는 Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y (1 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.3)의 조성을 포함함으로써, 기존 황화물계 고체전해질과 대비하여 대기에서 안정하고, 초기 용량이 우수하며, 수명이 우수한 전고체 전지를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전고체 전지 제조 방법은 전술한 이점을 갖는 전고체 전지를 제조할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 리튬 이차 전지는 전술한 이점을 갖는 전고체 전지를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지를 제공할 수 있다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른, 고체 전해질은 할로겐 원소 중 일부가 산소로 도핑된 아지로다이트형일 수 있다. 상기 고체 전해질은 전지 제조 후의 초회 충방전 반응과 같이 전극재 계면에 발생하는 막인 SEI(Solid Electrolyte Interphase)이 아니고, 예를 들어, 전지 설계 시, 전해액 및 세퍼레이터의 대체제로 사용 가능한 리튬(Li) 이온 전도성을 갖는 고체 물질을 의미한다.
상기 조성을 갖는 본 발명의 상기 고체 전해질은 황을 함유하는 화합물로서, 황화물계 고체 전해질일 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 아지로다이트형은 리튬(Li) 원소, 인(P) 원소, 황(S) 원소, 및 염소(Cl) 원소와 같은 할로겐 원소을 포함하는 아지로다이트형 구조를 가질 수 있다. 상기 고체 전해질은, 입자 또는 분말일 수 있고, 결정성 또는 비정질성을 가질 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 고체 전해질은 Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y (1 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.3)의 조성을 가질 수 있다. 상기 고체 전해질은 할로겐 원소 중 일부가 산소로 도핑됨으로써, 상기 고체 전해질의 이온전도도 및 셀 성능의 열화없이 수분 안정성을 높여, 대기로 노출되더라도 안정성을 유지할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 본 발명의 상기 고체 전해질은 하기 식 1을 만족한다.

상기 인에 대한 상기 황의 at% 비율은 3.5 내지 4.1일 수 있다. 상기 식 1의 값이 상기 범위를 만족함으로써, 고체 전해질의 이온 전도도 및 셀 성능의 열화를 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
상기 식 1의 값이 상한 값을 벗어나는 경우, 전도도가 저하되는 문제가 있다. 상기 식 1의 값이 하한 값을 벗어나는 경우, 수분에 대한 안정성이 낮아지는 문제가 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 고체 전해질은 X선 회절 장치(XRD)에 의해 측정되는 X선 회절 패턴에 있어서, 소정의 위치에 피크 강도를 가질 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 조성을 갖는 상기 고체 전해질은 상기 X선 회절 패턴에 있어서, XRD 피크 값이 2θ = 15.5 °± 0.5 °deg, 2θ = 18 °± 0.5 °deg, 2θ = 25.5 °± 0.5 °deg, 2θ = 30.2 °± 0.5 °deg, 및 2θ = 32.5 °± 0.5 °deg를 가질 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 고체 전해질은 상기 XRD 피크 값이 2θ= 17 °± 0.5 °deg 및 2θ= 21.5 °± 3 °deg를 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다. 상기 XRD 피크 값인 2θ= 17 °± 0.5 °deg 및 2θ= 21.5 °± 3 °deg은 불순물 피크에 해당하는 것으로서, 상기 고체 전해질에서 상기 피크들이 관찰되지 않는 상기 고체 전해질을 가짐으로써, 대기 안정성 및 전기화학적 안정성을 개선할 수 있다.

도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른, 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질 제조 방법은, 리튬 원료 물질, 황 원료 물질, 할로겐 원료 물질, 및 도핑 원료 물질을 준비하는 단계(S100), 상기 원료 물질들을 혼합하는 단계(S200), 및 혼합에 의해 얻어진 결과물을 열처리하는 단계(S300)을 포함한다.
일 실시예에서, 리튬 원료 물질, 황 원료 물질, 할로겐 원료 물질, 및 도핑 원료 물질을 준비하는 단계(S100)는 예를 들어, 상기 리튬 원료 물질로서, Li2S, 상기 황 원료 물질로서, P2S5, 상기 할로겐 원료 물질로서, LiCl을 준비할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 도핑 원료 물질은 산소를 포함하는 원료물질일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 도핑 원료 물질은 인산염계 화합물일 수 있다. 상기 인산염계 화합물을 도핑 원료로 사용함으로써, 기존 아지로다이트 고체 전해질 대비 대기에 안정하며, 초기 용량 및 수명이 개선될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 인산염계 화합물은 Li3PO4, Li4SiO4, Li4GeO4, Li3BO3, 및 Li3AlO3로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 도핑 원료 물질은 Li3PO4 일 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 원료물질들을 준비하는 단계(S100)는 상기 인산염계 화합물을 0.01 내지 0.3 mol%로 첨가할 수 있다. 상기 인산염계 화합물의 첨가량이 상기 범위에 해당함으로써, 일정 비율의 산소(O) 원소를 포함하는 황화물계 고체 전해질을 포함할 수 있으며, 수분 안정성이 우수한 고체 전해질을 제공할 수 있다.
상기 인산염계 화합물의 첨가량이 상한 값을 벗어나는 경우, 불순물상이 형성되거나 이온전도도가 저감되는 문제가 있다. 상기 인산염계 화합물의 첨가량이 하한 값을 벗어나는 경우, 대기 안정화 효과를 확인하기 어려운 문제가 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질은 Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y (1 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.3)의 조성을 가질 수 있다.
고체 전해질 제조 방법은, Li2S, P2S5, LiCl, 및 Li3PO4 원료물질을 준비하는 단계(S100)는 전술한 고체 전해질의 조성인 Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y (1 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.3)에 대응되도록, 상기 원료물질들을 제어할 수 있다.
상기 원료물질을 혼합하는 단계(S200)는 기계적 혼합 또는 화학적 혼합을 통해 혼합될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 기계적 혼합은 페인트 셰이커, 볼 밀, 비즈 밀, 호모지나이저, 해머 밀, 및 유성 밀과 같은 방법을 활용할 수 있고, 상기 화학적 혼합은 용융 급냉법과 같은 방법을 활용할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 원료 물질을 혼합하는 단계(S200)는 유성 밀에 의해 상기 원료 물질이 혼합될 수 있다.
혼합에 의해 얻어진 결과물을 열처리하여 합성하는 단계(S300)는 소성 공정으로서, 혼합된 결과물에 열을 가하는 단계이다. 일 실시예에서, 혼합에 의해 얻어진 결과물을 열처리하여 합성하는 단계(S300)는 필요에 따라, 건조, 교반, 세정, 정립, 및 분급과 같은 추가 공정을 실시한 후, 수행될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 열처리는 비활성 분위기에서 행해질 수 있다. 상기 비활성 분위기는, 비제한적인 예시로서, H2, He, 또는 Ar 분위기에서 행해질 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 비활성 분위기는 Ar 분위기 일 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 열처리는 300 ℃ 이상의 온도에서 수행될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 열처리는 300 내지 800 ℃, 구체적으로, 350 내지 700 ℃, 더욱 구체적으로, 400 내지 600 ℃의 온도 범위에서 수행될 수 있다. 상기 열처리는 상기 온도 보다 낮은 경우, 고상 반응 및 결정화 반응이 원활하게 수행되지 못하는 문제가 있다.

본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른, 리튬 이차 전지는 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극, 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극, 및 상기 양극 및 음극 사이에 위치하는 고체 전해질을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 고체 전해질은 전술한 도 1을 참조할 수 있으며, 상기 고체 전해질은 전술한 도 1과 모순되지 않는 범위에서 동일하다.
상기 양극은 LiCoO2, LiNiO2, LiNixMnyO2, Li1+zNixMnyCo1-x-yO2, LiNixCoyAlzO2, LiV2O5, LiTiS2, LiMoS2, LiMnO2, LiCrO2, LiMn2O4, LiFeO2, LiFePO4, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군 중 어느 하나로서 상기 x는 0.3 내지 0.8이고, 상기 y는 0.1 내지 0.45이며, 상기 z는 독립적으로 0 내지 0.2일 수 있다. 상기 양극은 더욱 구체적으로 LiFePO4, LiCoO2, NCM811, 및 NCM622일 수 있다.
상기 음극은 천연 흑연, 인조 흑연(메조페이즈 카본 마이크로 비드), 열분해 탄소(pyrolytic carbon), 액정피치계 탄소섬유(Mesophase pitch based carbon fiber), 액정피치(mesophase pitches), 석유와 석탄계 코크스(petroleum or coal tar pitch derived cokes)와 같은 탄소질재료; 리튬 함유 티타늄 복합 산화물(LTO),Si, Sn, Li, Zn, Mg, Cd, Ce, Ni, 또는 Fe인 금속류(Me); 상기 금속류로 구성된 합금류; 상기 금속류의 산화물(MeOx); 및 상기 금속류(Me)와 탄소복합체, 및 이들의 조합일 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 음극은 천연 흑연 미립자, 합성 흑연 미립자, Sn 미립자, Li4Ti5O12 미립자, Si 미립자, Si-C 복합 미립자, 및 이들의 조합일 수 있다. 더욱 구체적으로, 상기 음극은 천연 흑연, 인조 흑연, 실리콘, 및 이들의 조합일 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 고체 전해질을 구성으로 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지는 대기에서 안정성을 유지하고, 초기용량 및 수명이 개선될 수 있다.
이하 본 발명의 구체적인 실시예를 기재한다. 그러나 하기 실시예는 본 발명의 구체적인 일 실시예일 뿐 본 발명이 하기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
비교예 1 - Li6PS5Cl의 준비
일반적인 아지다로스트 고체 전해질인 Li6PS5Cl을 준비하였다.
비교예 2 - Li5.5PS4.5Cl1.5의 제조
Li5.5PS4.5Cl1.5은 건식 밀링을 통해 합성된다. 상기 건식 밀링은 Li2S, P2S5, LiCl을 유성 밀(Planetary Mill)을 이용하여 8시간 동안 300 rpm으로 혼합한 뒤, 300MPa로 펠렛을 제작하여 아르곤(Ar) 분위기에서 550 ℃ 열처리를 통해 합성한다.
실시예 1 - Li5.465P0.99S4.465Cl1.485O0.04의 제조
Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y의 고체전해질에서 x=1.5, y=0.01을 적용하여 Li2S, P2S5, LiCl, Li2PO4를 정량하고, Li3PO4를 0.01 mol% 첨가한 후, 유성 밀을 이용하여 약 8시간 동안 300 rpm 으로 혼합하여 준 뒤, 300 MPa로 펠렛을 제작하여 아르곤(Ar) 분위기에서 550 ℃ 열처리를 통해 합성하였다.
실시예 2 - Li5.395P0.97S4.395Cl1.455O0.12의 제조
Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y의 고체전해질에서 y=0.03을 적용하고, Li3PO4를 0.03 mol%를 첨가하는 것을 제외하고 실시예 1과 동일하게 실시하였다.
실시예 3 - Li5.325P0.95S4.325Cl1.425O0.20의 제조
Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y의 고체전해질에서 y=0.05을 적용하고, Li3PO4를 0.05 mol%를 첨가하는 것을 제외하고 실시예 1과 동일하게 실시하였다.
실시예 4 - Li5.15P0.90S4.15Cl1.35O0.40의 제조
Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y의 고체전해질에서 y=0.10을 적용하고, Li3PO4를 0.1 mol%를 첨가하는 것을 제외하고 실시예 1과 동일하게 실시하였다.
실시예 5 - Li4.80P0.80S3.80Cl1.20O0.80의 제조
Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y의 고체전해질에서 y=0.20 를 적용하고, Li3PO4를 0.2 mol%를 첨가하는 것을 제외하고 실시예 1과 동일하게 실시하였다.
실시예 6 - Li4.45P0.70S3.45Cl1.05O1.2의 제조
Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y의 고체전해질에서 y=0.30 를 적용하고, Li3PO4를 0.3 mol%를 첨가하는 것을 제외하고 실시예 1과 동일하게 실시하였다.
하기 표 1은 비교예 1 및 2와 실시예 1 내지 6에 대한 전기화학 평가 및 수분안정성을 평가한 것이다. 상기 전기화학 평가는 30 ℃ 0.1 C 이온전도도 평가로서, 압분셀을 이용하여 상기 비교예 1 및 2와 실시예 1 내지 6에 대한 고체전해질의 전기화학 평가를 진행하였고, 전해질을 투여한 후, 300 MPa로 고밀도화시켰다. 이후, SUS 전극을 이용하여 70 MPa의 압력으로 셀을 체결한 후, 25 ℃에서 10 mV를 인가하여 임피던스를 측정하였다. 상기 임피던스는 이온전도도를 측정하는 것을 의미한다.
상기 수분안정성 평가는 이슬점이 약 - 40 ℃인 드라이 룸에서 분말 형태의 고체전해질 2 g 을 약 12시간 동안 방치한 후, 이를 회수하여 임피던스, 예를 들어, 이온전도도를 측정한 것이다.
상기 인에 대한 황의 at% 비율은 EDS 성분 매핑(Mapping) 결과를 통해 확인할 수 있다. 저감율은 구체적으로, ((대기 노출 후 이온전도도 - 대기 노출 전 이온전도도)/(대기 노출 전 이온전도도)) × 100[%]을 의미한다.

상기 표 1을 살펴보면, 본 발명의 고체 전해질은 대기 노출 전의 이온 전도도가 3.1 내지 9.0 mS/cm의 범위일 수 있으며, 실시예 1 내지 6을 살펴보면, Li3PO4의 첨가량이 증가할수록 이온전도도가 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 대기 노출 전 이온전도도와의 경우, Li3PO4의 첨가량이 증가할수록 이온전도도가 낮아지는 것을 확인할 수 있고, 대기 노출 후 이온전도도 및 저감율을 통해 상기 Li3PO4 첨가량이 증가할수록 이온전도도의 저감률이 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 상기 이온전도도의 저감률이 감소하는 것으로부터, 상기 Li3PO4의 첨가량이 증가할수록 대기 안정화도가 우수한 것을 확인할 수 있다. 상기 전기전도도는 입도에 따른 변동폭이 발생할 수 있으며, 미분화 과정에서 상기 전기전도도가 변화할 수 있기 때문에, 본 발명의 실시예가 본 발명을 한정하는 것은 아니다.구체적으로, 상기 고체 전해질은 상기 대기 노출 전 대비, 상기 대기 노출 후 이온 전도도 저감율이 35 %이하일 수 있다. 상기 상기 고체 전해질은 대기 노출 전 및 후를 대비하였을 때, 상기 이온 전도도의 저감율이 35 %이하를 만족함으로써, 수분과의 부반응으로 인해 일반적인 대기에서 취급이 어려운 문제를 해결할 수 있어, 이온전도도 및 셀 성능의 열화 없이 수분 안정성이 개선된 고체 전해질을 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명은 상기 구현예 및/또는 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 구현예 및/또는 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.
Claims (14)
- 할로겐 원소 중 일부가 산소로 도핑된 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질.
- 제1 항에 있어서,Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y (1 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.3)의 조성을 갖는 고체 전해질.
- 제1 항에 있어서,하기 식 1을 만족하는 고체 전해질.<식 1>3.5 ≤ [S]/[P] ≤ 4.1(상기 식 1에서 [S] 및 [P]는 각각 S와 P의 at%를 의미한다)
- 제1 항에 있어서,XRD 피크 값이, 2θ = 15.5 °± 0.5 °, 2θ = 18 °± 0.5 °, 2θ = 25.5 °± 0.5 °, 2θ = 30.2 °± 0.5 °, 및 2θ = 32.5 °± 0.5 ° deg에 회절 피크를 갖는 고체 전해질.
- 리튬 원료 물질, 황 원료 물질, 할로겐 원료 물질, 및 도핑 원료 물질을 준비하는 단계;상기 원료 물질들을 혼합하는 단계; 및혼합에 의해 얻어진 결과물을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 도핑 원료 물질은 산소를 포함하는 원료물질인 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질의 제조 방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 도핑 원료 물질은 인산염계 화합물을 포함하는 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질의 제조 방법.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 인산염계 화합물은 Li3PO4, Li4SiO4, Li4GeO4, Li3BO3, 및 Li3AlO3로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질의 제조 방법.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 원료물질을 준비하는 단계에서, 고체 전해질 100 mol% 기준으로, 상기 인산염계 화합물을 0.01 내지 0.3 mol% 첨가하는 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질의 제조 방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 원료 물질은 Li2S이고,상기 황 원료 물질은 P2S5이며,상기 할로겐 원료 물질은 LiCl인 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질의 제조 방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서,Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y (1 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.3)인 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질 제조 방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 고체 전해질은 하기 식 1을 만족하는 아지로다이트형 고체 전해질 제조 방법.<식 1>3.5 ≤ [S]/[P] ≤ 4.1(상기 식 1에서 [S] 및 [P]는 각각 S와 P의 at%를 의미한다)
- 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극;음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극; 및상기 양극 및 음극 사이에 위치하는 고체 전해질;을 포함하고,상기 고체 전해질은 할로겐 원소 중 일부가 산소로 도핑된 아지로다이트형인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 고체 전해질은 Li(xy-x-5y+7)P(1-y)S(xy-x-5y+6)Clx-xyO4y (1 ≤ x ≤ 2, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.3)의 조성을 갖는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제12 항에 있어서상기 고체 전해질은 하기 식 1을 만족하는 리튬 이차 전지<식 1>3.5 ≤ [S]/[P] ≤ 4.1(상기 식 1에서 [S] 및 [P]는 각각 S와 P의 at%를 의미한다)
