Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un dérivé de cytidine deutéré 25. Le procédé présente des voies et des conditions de réaction modérées, un taux de conversion élevé et une sélectivité élevée, un rendement de réaction élevé et une efficacité de réaction élevée, une faible consommation d'énergie, un post-traitement pratique et une opération de réaction simple, et est plus approprié pour une production industrielle. Selon la présente invention, le dérivé de cytidine deutéré 25 peut être préparé avec un rendement élevé qui peut atteindre plus de 80 %, et la pureté du produit peut atteindre plus de 99 %, atteignant ainsi une qualité pharmaceutique.
