本发明提供了一种用于汽车内饰的INS覆膜型腔,旨在一体成型汽车的内饰配件,解决汽车内饰装配异响、面差、间隙不均等问题,减少零部件焊接工序,从而提升内饰精致感。
本发明的技术方案是:

  1. 一种用于汽车内饰的INS覆膜型腔,其特征在于,包括加工面板(10)、第一INS膜片(12)和第二INS膜片(13),所述加工面板(10)的顶部设有凹槽(11),所述凹槽(11)的纵向截面呈倒立的等腰梯形,所述第一INS膜片(12)和第二INS膜片(13)分别位于加工面板(10)的顶部,且第一INS膜片(12)和第二INS膜片(13)的一端分别延伸至凹槽(11)内并与凹槽(11)贴合,且所述第一INS膜片(12)和第二INS膜片(13)之间形成一工艺槽(14),所述凹槽(11)内第一INS膜片(12)的端部覆盖在第二INS膜片(13)的端部的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰的INS覆膜型腔,其特征在于,所述凹槽(11)由加工面板(10)弯曲而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰的INS覆膜型腔,其特征在于,所述工艺槽(14)的倾斜角度为A,高度为H,宽度为D,所述倾斜角度A的范围为6°-8°,所述高度H的范围为1.7mm-2.5mm,所述宽度D的范围为0.7mm-0.9mm。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于汽车内饰的INS覆膜型腔,其特征在于,所述倾斜角度A为6°,所述高度H为1.7mm,所述宽度D为0.7mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰的INS覆膜型腔,其特征在于,所述第一INS膜片(12)和第二INS膜片(13)的转角处分别设有倒圆角,所述倒圆角的半径为R,所述半径R的范围为0.6mm-1mm。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于汽车内饰的INS覆膜型腔,其特征在于,所述半径R为0.6mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰的INS覆膜型腔,其特征在于,所述第一INS膜片(12)和第二INS膜片(13)分别与加工面板(10)可拆卸连接。
