此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
基于背景技术指出的现有汽车的油箱中燃油易被偷盗而影响汽车正常使用以及造成用户财产损失的问题,本发明提供了一种汽车的报警方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质,旨在能够在燃油盗窃者靠近油箱或者打开油箱的箱罩时可以通过车载空调及时向驾驶员进行报警通知,提醒驾驶员可能有燃油盗窃者偷油,便于驾驶员能够在第一时间下车仔细进行检查,避免油箱中的燃油被盗窃者偷走,避免影响汽车的正常使用以及避免造成财产损失。
具体地,如图1所示,本发明的汽车包括车身、车载空调1和油箱,车载空调1和油箱均连接于车身上,车身形成有车内腔室,车内腔室分为驾驶舱和乘坐舱,车身腔室上具有空调出风口,车载空调1包括室内换热器、压缩机、室外换热器和节流元件(例如电子膨胀阀、热力膨胀阀),室内换热器、压缩机、室外换热器和节流元件通过空调管路连接并 构成闭环的冷媒循环系统,四通阀能够使空调系统在制冷模式和制热模式之间切换,在空调系统制冷时,室内换热器作为蒸发器使用,室外换热器作为冷凝器使用,通过蒸发器的制冷和内机风扇的转动能够持续向车内提供冷风,在空调系统制热时,室内换热器作为冷凝器使用,室外换热器作为蒸发器使用,通过冷凝器的制热和内机风扇的转动能够持续向车内提供热风。油箱上设置有朝外设置的距离传感器4,油箱的箱罩2和箱体3可拆卸式连接,车载空调1上设置有第一报警装置,车载空调1与距离传感器4信号连接并设置为能够在箱罩2盖合在箱体3上时采集到电信号以及在箱罩2与箱体3分离时无法采集到电信号,车载空调1上可以集成并拓展与距离传感器4连接的接口,油箱的箱罩2和箱体3之间具有电插接元件,在箱罩2盖合在箱体3上时,电插接元件能够允许电流通过,在箱罩2从箱体3上拿下来后,电插接元件彼此分离使得电流无法通过,从而实现电信号的有无检测,车载空调1上还可以集成并拓展与电插接元件连接的接口,具体地,可以将车载空调1拓展的接口直接与距离传感器4和电插接元件通过电线进行有线连接,或者在接口上安装通讯模块,通过无线通信的方式与距离传感器4和电插接元件通信连接,只要车载空调1的控制器能够接收到距离传感器4检测到的距离信息以及能够接收到箱罩2与箱体3处于盖合状态的电信号即可,第一报警装置与车载空调1的控制器连接,第一报警装置可以包括第一高分贝报警喇叭,还可以包括闪烁灯或者蜂鸣器等,只要通过第一报警装置能够向驾驶员发出报警提醒即可。
在一种优选的情形中,箱罩2与箱体3通过磁性元件连接,即箱罩2可以磁吸附于箱体3,箱罩2和箱体3可以本身带电,且带电的电压低于人体的安全电压,当箱罩2与箱体3克服彼此的磁吸力而分离时,电信号被切断,此时车载空调1的控制器无法检测到电信号,可以判断出箱罩2与箱体3处于分离状态。当然,箱罩2和箱体3还可以采用其他可拆卸式连接方式,例如卡接或者螺接等。箱体3上具有加油口31,箱罩2可以罩设在箱体3的具有加油口31的位置处,用户在正常进行燃油充注时,可以将箱罩2从箱体3上取下,从而露出加油口31,进而通过加油口31向油箱的箱体3中充注燃油,在充注完成后再将箱罩2与箱体3 相连以罩设住加油口31。在车载空调1上可以集成控制面板或者遥控器,通过遥控器可以关闭防盗报警功能,避免驾驶员在进行正常燃油充注时也进行报警检测,而在燃油充注工作完成后,可以操作控制面板或遥控器再开启防盗报警功能。距离传感器4的数量可以根据油箱的尺寸进行灵活地设置,例如小型车(例如轿车、SUV等)的油箱较短,可以设置一个距离传感器4,而大型车(例如卡车等)的油箱较长,可以设置两个或两个以上的距离传感器4,以图1中所示的结构为例,油箱的左侧具有一个朝外设置的距离传感器4,油箱的右侧具有一个朝外设置的距离传感器4,两个距离传感器4能够保证没有检测盲区,提高检测判断的准确性。
下面通过两个实施例来阐述本发明的汽车的报警方法。
实施例一
如图2所示,本发明的报警方法包括:
S11:判断油箱的外侧是否具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物以及判断是否采集到箱罩与箱体之间的电信号;
S12:如果油箱的外侧具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物或者无法采集到箱罩与箱体之间的电信号,则使第一报警装置发出报警提示;
S13:如果油箱的外侧不具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物且始终能够采集到箱罩与箱体之间的电信号,则不使第一报警装置发出报警提示。
在上述中,设定距离的取值范围可以为20至30cm,优选为25cm,当然,设定距离还可以为其他数值,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中根据油箱在车身上的具体安装位置进行灵活地设定,这种对具体设定距离的取值范围以及具体取值的调整不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
在本实施例中,一方面,当燃油盗窃者靠近油箱时,其位于油箱的外侧,如果燃油盗窃者与油箱之间的距离在设定距离之内,说明其大概率正在进行燃油偷盗或者将要进行燃油偷盗,此时第一报警装置发出报警提示,由于车载空调位于车身靠近车内腔室的位置,可以使驾驶员快速地知晓燃油盗窃者的盗窃行为,以便于及时作出反应,例如下车及时检查。另一方面,当燃油盗窃者拆卸掉箱罩从而将加油口露出后,由于箱罩从箱体上分离而使得电信号发生改变,具体为由原本车载空调能够 检测到电信号变成无法检测到电信号,此时可以判定出箱罩从箱体上分离拆卸下来,说明其大概率已经在进行燃油偷盗行为,此时第一报警装置发出报警提示,由于车载空调位于车身靠近车内腔室的位置,可以使驾驶员快速地知晓燃油盗窃者的盗窃行为,以便于及时作出反应,例如下车及时检查。本实施例通过距离传感器以及箱罩与箱体之间的电信号的双重检测,能够进一步提高检测的准确性,且提供了双重保险,在距离传感器检测失效的情况下,还能通过箱罩与箱体之间的电信号检测来判断是否有燃油盗窃者进行偷油,在箱罩和箱体之间的电信号检测失效时,还可以通过距离传感器检测来判断是否有燃油盗窃者进行偷油。经过发明人的反复试验和研究发现,距离传感器检测和箱罩和箱体之间的电信号检测同时失效在实际应用过程中的发生概率几乎为零,从而极大地提高偷盗检测的准确性,提高汽车的燃油防盗性能,提升用户的使用体验。
实施例二
如图3所示,本发明的报警方法包括:
S21:判断油箱的外侧是否具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物且遮挡的持续时间是否达到设定时间以及判断是否采集到箱罩与箱体之间的电信号;
S22:如果油箱的外侧具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物且遮挡的持续时间达到设定时间或者无法采集到箱罩与箱体之间的电信号,则使第一报警装置发出报警提示;
S23:如果油箱的外侧不具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物或者油箱的外侧具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物但是遮挡的持续时间未达到设定时间,且始终能够采集到箱罩与箱体之间的电信号,则不使第一报警装置发出报警提示。
在上述中,设定距离的取值范围可以为20至30cm,优选为25cm,设定时间的取值范围可以为2至5秒,优选为2秒。当然,设定距离和设定时间还可以为其他数值,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中根据油箱在车身上的具体安装位置进行灵活地设定,这种对具体设定距离以及设定时间的取值范围以及具体取值的调整不构成对本发明的限制,均应 限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
在本实施例中,一方面,当燃油盗窃者靠近油箱时,其位于油箱的外侧,如果燃油盗窃者与油箱之间的距离在设定距离之内,说明其大概率正在进行燃油偷盗或者将要进行燃油偷盗,如果其在与油箱之间的距离在设定距离之内且持续较长时间,即达到设定时间,说明其处于该非正常位置的时间非常长,存在极大进行燃油偷盗的可能性,此时第一报警装置发出报警提示,由于车载空调位于车身靠近车内腔室的位置,可以使驾驶员快速地知晓燃油盗窃者的盗窃行为,以便于及时作出反应,例如下车及时检查,而如果燃油盗窃者与油箱之间的距离在设定距离之内但是未达到设定时间,说明可能仅是有人短暂经过油箱附近,或者是有物体掉落在油箱附近而这个人正在捡取该物品,此时第一报警装置不发出报警提示,从而避免发生误判。另一方面,当燃油盗窃者拆卸掉箱罩从而将加油口露出后,由于箱罩从箱体上分离而使得电信号发生改变,具体为由原本车载空调能够检测到电信号变成无法检测到电信号,此时可以判定出箱罩从箱体上分离拆卸下来,说明其大概率已经在进行燃油偷盗行为,此时第一报警装置发出报警提示,由于车载空调位于车身靠近车内腔室的位置,可以使驾驶员快速地知晓燃油盗窃者的盗窃行为,以便于及时作出反应,例如下车及时检查。本实施例通过距离传感器并加上时间判断以及箱罩与箱体之间的电信号的双重检测,能够进一步提高检测的准确性,且提供了双重保险,在距离传感器检测失效的情况下,还能通过箱罩与箱体之间的电信号检测来判断是否有燃油盗窃者进行偷油,在箱罩和箱体之间的电信号检测失效时,还可以通过距离传感器检测来判断是否有燃油盗窃者进行偷油。经过发明人的反复试验和研究发现,距离传感器检测和箱罩和箱体之间的电信号检测同时失效在实际应用过程中的发生概率几乎为零,从而极大地提高偷盗检测的准确性,提高汽车的燃油防盗性能,提升用户的使用体验。
在本实施例中,前述的“遮挡的持续时间达到设定时间”指的是遮挡物与油箱之间的距离在小于或等于设定距离的情况下持续遮挡的时间大于或等于设定时间。
优选地,在本发明中,还可以在箱罩设置第二报警装置,第二报警 装置优选地包括第二高分贝报警喇叭,还可以包括闪烁灯或者蜂鸣器等,只要通过第二报警装置能够向偷盗者发出报警提醒即可。具体地,可以在车载空调上集成并拓展一个与第二报警装置连接的接口,可以将车载空调拓展的接口直接与第二报警装置通过电线进行有线连接,或者在接口上安装通讯模块,通过无线通信的方式与第二报警装置通信连接,通过车载空调的控制器能够对第一报警装置和第二报警装置同时控制,以第一报警装置包括第一高分贝报警喇叭,第二报警装置包括第二高分贝报警喇叭为例,当通过距离传感器的检测以及箱罩与箱体之间的电信号检测和判断判定出可能有燃油盗窃者进行燃油偷盗时,第一高分贝报警喇叭高声报警以提醒驾驶员或者车内的其他人员下车检查,第二高分贝报警喇叭高声报警能够使燃油偷盗者突然受到惊吓,便于将其吓退,从而保证燃油不会被偷盗。当然,还可以在箱罩和箱体之间设置用于控制第二报警装置的开关,在正常状态下开关常闭,从而使得第二报警装置不进行报警,在箱罩与箱体发生分离是,开关变为打开状态,从而使第二报警装置进行报警。
优选地,油箱的箱体上设置有摄像头,具体可以在箱体上设置沉槽,然后将摄像头埋设在沉槽中,从而使摄像头不容易被拆除掉,摄像头与车载空调可以通信连接,具体地,可以在车载空调上集成并拓展一个与摄像头连接的接口,可以将车载空调拓展的接口直接与摄像头通过电线进行有线连接,或者在接口上安装通讯模块,通过无线通信的方式与摄像头通信连接。在前述“使第一报警装置发出报警提示”的步骤的同时,本发明的报警方法还包括:使摄像头开启录像。即在车载空调判定出可能有燃油盗窃者偷油时,可以开启摄像头进行录像,从而记录证据,并能够拍摄到偷窃者面部以及体型,从而为后续的刑事侦查提供帮助,在车载空调上可以拓展数据传输接口,例如USB口,然后利用数据传输接口连接硬盘或者U盘,从而将摄像头的录像资料进行下载,并且可以删除掉车载空调中的录像数据。
进一步地,本发明还提供一种计算机可读存储介质。
在根据本发明的一个计算机可读存储介质的实施例中,计算机可读存储介质可以被配置成存储执行上述方法实施例的汽车的报警方法的程 序,该程序可以由处理器加载并运行以实现上述报警方法。为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照本发明实施例方法部分。该计算机可读存储介质可以是包括各种电子设备形成的存储介质,可选地,本发明实施例中存储是非暂时性的计算机可读存储介质。
进一步地,本发明还提供了一种控制装置。
在根据本发明的一个控制装置实施例中,控制装置包括处理器和存储装置,存储装置可以被配置成存储执行上述方法实施例的汽车的报警方法的程序,处理器可以被配置成用于执行存储装置中的程序,该程序包括但不限于执行上述方法实施例的报警方法的程序。为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照本发明实施例方法部分。该控制装置可以是包括各种电子设备形成的控制装置设备,其可以集成在车载空调的控制器中,或者与车载空调的控制器交互存在。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车的报警方法,其特征在于,所述汽车包括油箱和车载空调,所述油箱上设置有朝外设置的距离传感器,所述油箱的箱罩和箱体可拆卸式连接,所述车载空调上设置有第一报警装置,所述车载空调与所述距离传感器信号连接并设置为能够在所述箱罩盖合在所述箱体上时采集到电信号以及在所述箱罩与所述箱体分离时无法采集到电信号;
    所述报警方法包括:
    判断所述油箱的外侧是否具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物以及判断是否采集到所述箱罩与所述箱体之间的电信号;
    如果所述油箱的外侧具有小于或等于所述设定距离的遮挡物或者无法采集到所述箱罩与所述箱体之间的电信号,则使所述第一报警装置发出报警提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的报警方法,其特征在于,所述报警方法还包括:
    如果所述油箱的外侧不具有小于或等于所述设定距离的遮挡物且始终能够采集到所述箱罩与所述箱体之间的电信号,则不使所述第一报警装置发出报警提示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的报警方法,其特征在于,“判断所述油箱的外侧是否具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物”的步骤具体包括:
    判断所述油箱的外侧是否具有小于或等于设定距离的遮挡物且遮挡的持续时间是否达到设定时间;
    “如果所述油箱的外侧具有小于或等于所述设定距离的遮挡物或者无法采集到所述箱罩与所述箱体之间的电信号,则使所述第一报警装置发出报警提示”的步骤具体包括:
    如果所述油箱的外侧具有小于或等于所述设定距离的遮挡物且遮挡的持续时间达到所述设定时间或者无法采集到所述箱罩与所述箱体之间的电信号,则使所述第一报警装置发出报警提示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的报警方法,其特征在于,所述报警方法还包括:
    如果所述油箱的外侧不具有小于或等于所述设定距离的遮挡物或者所述油箱的外侧具有小于或等于所述设定距离的遮挡物但是遮挡的持续时间未达到所述设定时间,且始终能够采集到所述箱罩与所述箱体之间的电信号,则不使所述第一报警装置发出报警提示。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的报警方法,其特征在于,所述第一报警装置包括第一高分贝报警喇叭。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的报警方法,其特征在于,所述箱罩上设置有第二报警装置,在“使所述第一报警装置发出报警提示”的步骤的同时,所述报警方法还包括:
    使所述第二报警装置发出报警提示。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的报警方法,其特征在于,所述第二报警装置包括第二高分贝报警喇叭。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的报警方法,其特征在于,所述箱罩和所述箱体通过磁性构件连接。
  9. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中存储有多条程序代码,其特征在于,所述程序代码适于由处理器加载并运行以执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的报警方法。
  10. 一种控制装置,包括处理器和存储装置,所述存储装置适于存储多条程序代码,其特征在于,所述程序代码适于由所述处理器加载并运行以执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的报警方法。
