本发明涉及模块化相机技术领域,尤其是涉及一种相机保护框及模块化相机。
背景技术
模块化相机是目前市面上一种新型的精细化高清摄像器材。模块化相机中的采用了双镜头背对背放置,每个镜头均具有180°的可视角度,拍摄两张图片后,通过算法将两张图拼接成全景图片。随着人们对于摄像设备和需求的不断提升,越来越多的人们选择使用模块化相机作为户外拍摄的首选设备。因此,对于户外场景的使用,对于模块化相机提出了更高的要求。而现有的模块化相机的主框架体积较大、按键设置不合理,不适用于户外环境的手持操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有的用于模块化相机的主框架体积较大、按键设置不合理、不适用于户外环境的手持操作的缺点,提供一种相机保护框。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种相机保护框,包括具有容纳空间可手握把持的主框架和一对设置于所述主框架上可与镜头模块固定的连接组件,所述主框架上设置有至少一个接口,所述相机保护框还包括至少一个设置于所述主框架上用于开启或封闭所述接口的防水壳。
进一步地,所述主框架包括两个相对设置的侧板、连接两个所述侧板的背板和底板,两个所述侧板在远离所述底板的一侧形成与所述镜头模块对接的连接口,两个所述侧板在远离所述背板的一侧形成安装口,所述侧板在所述连接 口处设置有朝向远离所述连接口一侧延伸的安装部,所述侧板的安装部包括设置于所述侧板的顶面上的安装槽,所述连接组件包括设置于所述安装槽内与所述镜头模块固定连接的锁扣。
进一步地,所述侧板的安装部还包括设置于所述侧板的外侧面上与所述安装槽连通的开口,所述连接组件还包括与所述锁扣固定连接且由所述开口处伸出的锁扣按钮以及设置于所述锁扣按钮和所述安装槽之间的弹簧。

本发明还提供了一种模块化相机,包括镜头模块、主机模块、电池模块以及上述的一种相机保护框,所述主机模块和所述电池模块固定于所述相机保护框的主框架内,所述相机保护框通过一对所述连接组件与所述镜头模块固定连接。
本发明所提供的一种模块化相机的有益效果在于:具有上述的相机保护框,从而使得模块化相机内部结构更为紧凑、小巧、便携,适用于不同场景下的手持操作,能够提升操控时的准确性和稳定性,并且满足多运动不同场景下的高效、安全以及稳定的拍摄效果。

参见图1,为本发明所提供的一种模块化相机200,该模块化相机100包括具有两个镜头背对背模块化设置的镜头模块210、为镜头模块210提供数据处理和控制的主机模块220以及为镜头模块210和主机模块220提供电能供应的电池模块230。为了能够将模块化相机200中的镜头模块210、主机模块220和电池模块230集成于一体,本发明所提供的模块化相机200还包括如图2所示的一种相机保护框100,该相机保护框100不仅可以用于容纳主机模块220和电池模块230,为两者提供固定支撑,还可以用于将主机模块220和电池模块230与镜头模块210固定连接,对于模块化相机100起到模块化的固定和连接的作用,使得模块化相机200内部结构布局更加紧凑合理,整体结构小巧、方便携带和手握操作。
进一步地,参见图2-图6,为本发明所提供的一种相机保护框100。本发明所提供的相机保护框100不仅是可以为模块化相机200提供固定和连接的作 用,同时还可以为电池模块230中的电源接口提供开启和关闭的密封防水部件,从而确保电源接口在非充电状态下,保持关闭且处于密封防水的状态,更加有利于模块化相机200在户外等不同工况下的安全使用。
本发明所提供的相机保护框100还为主机模块220上的多个按键提供有效的按键方案,确保按键在相机保护框100上的稳定性,避免在操作用力过度的情况下出现按键松脱的问题,而且还可以确保按键周边的密封防水性能,提高模块化相机200整体的操控性和使用感受,为模块化相机200在多运动不同场景下提供高效、安全以及稳定的拍摄效果。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明所提供的一种相机保护框100包括具有容纳空间的可手握把持的主框架10和一对设置于主框架10上连接镜头模块210的连接组件20。该主框架10呈U字型结构,更加适合人体手握把持,在主框架10的中心处形成有效地容纳空间,通过该容纳空间可以用于固定和放置模块化相机200的主要功能部件,例如电池模块230和主机模块220。而该主框架10整体呈长条形结构,更加适用于手握把持,方便模块化相机200的把持和取放,避免在操作过程中,由于把持方式的不对造成对于镜头模块210的遮挡。而该主框架10通过连接组件20实现与镜头模块210的固定连接。
进一步地,如图2所示,为本发明所提供的相机保护框100的立体结构实体。本发明所提供的相机保护框100中的主框架10上设置有至少一个接口,对应的,本发明所提供的相机保护框100还包括至少一个设置于主框架10上用于开启或封闭接口的防水壳40。本实用新型所提供的主框架10上可以设置的接口包括电源接口116、数据接口和/或SD卡安装口,其中,该数据接口可以与电源接口116位于同一位置处,并实现同步的开启或关闭。而该SD卡安装口为选配接口,可以设置于该电源接口116处,或者是单独设置,若该SD卡安装口与电源接口116独立设置,则该相机保护框100则会在主框架10的SD卡安装口处对应设置防水壳,用于对该SD卡安装口进行防水密封。在本实施例中,本发明所提供的主框架10上设置有电源接口116。该主框架10上所设置的电源 接口116与安装于主框架10内的电池模块230连通,从而实现电池模块230与外界之间的相互连通。而对应的相机保护框100包括铰接于主框架10上的防水壳40,该防水壳40主要用于开启和关闭电源接口116。在防水壳40开启时,外部的电路设备通过该电源接口116伸入相机保护框10内部与电池模块230的接口电连接,在防水壳40关闭时,可以密封电池模块230上的接口,起到防水防尘的作用。
具体地,如图2所示,本发明所提供的一种相机保护框100中的主框架10包括两个相对设置的侧板11、连接两个侧板11的背板12和底板13,两个侧板11在远离底板13的一侧形成与镜头模块210对接的连接口,两个侧板11在远离背板12的一侧形成安装口。该主框架10中的侧板11、背板12和底板13一体成型加工而成,在两个侧板11的上方形成镂空的连接口,通过该连接口实现主框架10与镜头模块210的对接。在两个侧板11的前方形成镂空的安装口,通过该安装口实现对于模块化相机200中主机模块220和电池模块230进入主监控10的容纳空间的通道,方便装配过程中对于主机模块220和电池模块230的安装和固定。同时位于两个侧板11前方的安装口将主机模块220和电池模块230的一侧侧面由相机保护框100中露出,从而方便在主机模块220和电池模块230的一侧侧面形成展示面,通过该展示面可以设置主机模块220上的操控界面或者其他显示界面。本发明所提供的相机保护框100在确保主机模块220和电池模块230固定于该主框架10的容纳空间内的前提下,安装口还可以为主机模块220和电池模块230提供其功能展示面。
如图2和图3所示,该本发明所提供的相机保护框100中的主框架10的两个侧板11在与镜头模块210连接的一侧的端部分别设置有连接组件20。该主框架10的侧板11在连接口处设置有朝向远离连接口一侧延伸的安装部111,连接组件20设置于安装部111上。该安装部111与侧板11一体成型,该安装部111为侧板11的上端部朝着外部的两侧延伸的用于与镜头模块210固定连接所设置的连接部分,侧板11通过该安装部111实现对于连接组件20的固定和 安装。
具体地,如图3所示,本发明所提供的主框架10中的侧板11的安装部111包括设置于侧板11的顶面112上的安装槽1111。连接组件20包括设置于安装槽1111内与镜头模块210固定连接的锁扣21。该安装槽1111为由侧板11的顶面112向下延伸的凹槽,通过该凹槽来容纳与镜头模块210固定连接的锁扣21。该安装槽1111还为锁扣21提供了滑动空间,使得锁扣21可以相对于侧板11实现水平方向的相对移动。在本实施例中,该锁扣21可以沿着侧板11的安装部111的延伸方向往复平移,从而实现与镜头模块210的相对固定和分离。

具体地,本发明所提供的连接组件20中位于安装槽1111内的锁扣按钮22的一端端部用于与连接组件20中的弹簧23抵接,从而可通过该弹簧23实现对于锁扣按钮22以及锁扣21的自动复位。在锁扣按钮22的按钮主体221位于安装槽1111内的一侧设置的容纳槽222可以用于相对固定弹簧23,并且该锁扣按钮22的容纳槽222内设置有可供弹簧23定位的导向柱2221,弹簧23的一端端部套设于锁扣按钮22的导向柱2221上,从而确保该弹簧23在安装槽1111内的相对固定。而弹簧23的另一端端部则直接放置于侧板11的安装槽1111内。如图3所示,该侧板11的安装槽1111内设置有可供弹簧23放置的弹簧固定槽1111a。在本实施例中,一个连接组件20中同时设置有两个间隔分布的弹簧23,两个弹簧23分别位于锁扣21的安装座211的两侧。在推动锁扣按钮22时,可以更加均匀和顺滑,同时在弹簧23推动复位时,该锁扣按钮22和锁扣21的移动也会更加平稳。对应的,在每个锁扣按钮22上同时具有两个容纳槽222,并且每个容纳槽222中均设置有一个用于固定弹簧23的导向柱2221。在每个侧板11的容纳槽1111中同时具有两个弹簧固定槽1111a用于支撑弹簧23的端部。
具体地,如图3和图4所示,本发明所提供的连接组件20中的锁扣按钮22还包括若干条设置于按钮主体221外侧与侧板11的安装部111抵接的加强筋223。在本实施例中,该按钮主体221位于侧板11的开口1112的周边的区域内具有四个依次连接的表面,于四个表面上均设置有加强筋223,其中位于 该按钮主体221的上下两个表面上分别间隔分布有三条加强筋223,左右两个表面上分别间隔分布有两条加强筋223。设置于该锁扣按钮22的按钮主体221外侧的加强筋223用于与侧板11的安装部111抵接,从而减少锁扣按钮22在移动过程中与安装部111的接触面积,从而减少按压锁扣按钮22时,该锁扣按钮22与侧板11的开口1112以及盖板1113的接触面的摩擦力,使得按钮锁扣按钮22更加顺滑。
进一步地,如图2所示,为本发明所提供的相机保护框100的立体结构实体。本发明所提供的相机保护框100中的主框架10上设置有按键开口115。该按键开口115与安装于主框架10内的主机模块220连通,从而实现由相机保护框100外侧对于主机模块220内部件的操控。对应的,本发明所提供的相机保护框100还包括设置于按键开口115处的按键组件30。该按键组件30用于实现外界与主机模块220内部件连接,一方面要确保该按键组件30能够与主机模块220上的部件接触,另一方面也要确保该按键组件30稳固于主框架10上,避免由于外部用力过大而将按键压入主框架10内侧而无法回弹。
进一步地,如图3所示,本发明所提供的相机保护框100中的主框架10的按键开口115包括设置于侧板11上的电源按键口1151和主机按键口1152。在本实施例中,该电源按键口1151和主机按键口1152位于同一侧板11上。而该按键组件30包括设置于主框架10内侧的按键板31以及嵌于电源按键口1151处的电源按键32。该电源按键32由侧板11的外侧伸入侧板11内侧,并与按键板31固定连接于侧板11上,通过按压电源按键32到达挤压按键板31的效果,实现与主框架10内部的主机模块220之间的弹性按压接触。
具体地,如图6所示,本发明所提供的按键组件30中的按键板31包括环形固定框311、设置于环形固定框311上的电源键312以及设置于环形固定框311中心处的主机键313。如图3和图6所示,该环形固定框311沿着该框体上均匀分布有三个连接孔3111,该连接孔3111不仅起到按键板31与侧板11之间的固定连接的作用,同时起到按键板31与侧板11之间的相对定位的作用。 如图3所示,在侧板11的内侧面114上设置有用于固定该按键板31的三个定位柱1141,该环形固定框311上的三个连接孔3111套设于侧板11的三个定位柱1141上,通过热熔实现按键板31与侧板11之间的固定连接,从而将按键板31固定于侧板11的内侧面114上。
该环形固定框311上所设置的电源键312和主机键313可以实现与相机保护框10内部的主机模块220上的电源触点和主机触点的弹性按压接触。在主框架10外侧所设置的电源按键32由侧板11的外侧穿过该电源按键口1151与位于侧板11内层的按键板31固定连接,并且通过按压该电源按键32,可以挤压按键板31上的电源键312向着相机保护框100的中心处移动,实现与主机模块220上电源触点的弹性按压接触。而位于按键板31上的主机键313由侧板11的内侧穿过侧板11上的主机按键口1152向着侧板11的外侧伸出,可以由侧板11的外侧向内挤压该主机键313,使得该主机键313向着相机保护框100的中心处移动,实现与主机模块220上主机触点的弹性按压接触。
具体地,如图6所示,本发明所提供的按键组件30中的按键板31上所设置的电源键312包括固定于环形固定框311上的第一基板3121和设置于第一基板3121上的连接座3122。该连接座3122嵌于侧板11的电源按键口1151内,用于与电源按键32固定连接。如图3所示,该电源按键32包括按键本体321、设置于按键本体321内层的安装柱322和设置于按键本体321底部的固定钩323。当电源按键32嵌入侧板31的电源按键口1151时,该电源按键32上的安装柱322插入电源键312的连接座3122上所设置安装孔3123中,起到电源按键32与电源键312之间的相对定位,同时该电源键312的固定钩323卡扣于连接座3122的卡槽3124处,实现按键板31的电源键312与电源按键32之间的卡扣固定连接。该电源键312上的连接座3122与第一基板3121之间形成第一台阶位3125,当电源键312与电源按键32卡扣连接后,该第一台阶位3125与侧板11上的电源按键口1151周围的内壁相互抵接,从而通过按键板31上的电源键312与电源按键32之间的卡扣固定,实现该电源按键32在侧板11的电源 按键口1151上相对固定,防止该电源按键32由电源按键口1151上向侧板11的外侧松脱。
具体地,如图6所示,为本发明所提供的按键组件30中的按键板31的立体结构示意图。该按键板31上的环形固定框311与电源键312以及主机键313一体成型。其中,该主机键313设置于环形固定框311的中心镂空处,该主机键313包括第二基板3131和设置于该第二基板313上的主机按键3132。该主机按键3132可由侧板11的内侧面114穿过主机按键口1152到侧板11的外侧面113处,并由侧板11的外侧挤压该主机按键3132,实现与主机模块22上主机触点的弹性按压接触。该主机键313的第二基板3131与主机按键3132之间形成第二台阶面3133,该第二台阶面3133可以与侧板11上的主机按键口1152周围的内壁抵接,从而限制该主机按键3132向侧板11外侧移动的距离,防止该主机按键3132由侧板11的主机按键口1152向外松脱。
进一步地,该按键板31上所设置的主机键313通过弹性连接臂314与环形固定框311固定连接,该弹性连接臂314与环形固定框311一体成型。并且该弹性连接臂314为主机键313的第二基板313与环形固定框311之间的固定连接部件。在本实施例中,该主机键313位于环形固定框311的中心处,主机键313的第二基板3131仅通过弹性连接臂314实现连接,因此在按压该主机键313时,会带动该弹性连接臂314沿着按压的方向弯曲,在弹性连接臂314上形成一定的弹性形变。因此,该弹簧连接臂314可以起到限制该主机键313向侧板11内侧移动距离的作用,从而防止过度按压主机键313导致主机键313由侧板11的主机按键口1152向侧板11内侧脱离。而当按压结束后,该弹性连接臂314还可以起到复位主机键313的作用。该弹簧连接臂314可以带动主机键313逆着按压的方向回位。
进一步地,本发明所提供的相机保护框100中,该主框架10还包括设置于侧板11上的电源接口116。在本实施例中,该电源接口116设置于侧板11上,并且,该电源接口116与按键开口115分别位于不同的侧板11上。
具体地,如图3所示,本发明所提供的电源接口116位于侧板11的底部,即该侧板11与底板13的连接端。该相机保护框100中所设置的防水壳40真是用于开启或关闭该电源接口116。在本实施例中如图3和图5所示,该防水壳40包括设置于电源接口116处与侧板11铰接的外壳41以及固定于外壳41内侧的软胶层42。该外壳41为硬质壳体,在外壳41的顶部设置有一对转轴411,并且在一对转轴411之间设置有一对缺口,在外壳41的底部设置有可供人手抵接开合该外壳41的凹槽412。该外壳41通过转轴411铰接于侧板11的电源接口116上,外壳41的底部为活动端,可以通过该凹槽412将该外壳41由侧板11上翘起,从而开启侧板11的电源接口。而在外壳41顶部一对转轴411之间还设置有一对缺口,从而可以通过挤压一对转轴411的侧边,将转轴411与侧板11分离,而将防水壳40由侧板11上拆卸下来,并根据实际需要在侧板11的电源接口116处设置其他所需的配件。
进一步地,该防水壳40的外壳41朝向侧板11的一侧设置有软胶层42,该软胶层42与外壳41通过胶水等方式固定连接。于软胶层42上设置有防水塞421,该防水塞421为软件层42朝向侧板11的内侧延伸的软胶凸起。在本实施例中,位于相机保护框100中的电池模块230中的接口为Type-C接口,而该防水壳40上的防水塞421为可插入Type-C接口的软胶塞,并且该软胶塞与Type-C接口过盈配合,从而起到干涉防水的作用。
本发明所提供的一种相机保护框100,可以用于模块化相机200中使用,包括可手握把持的主框架10和一对连接组件20,通过主框架10可以固定模块化相机200的电池模块230和主机模块220,同时利用主框架10实现与镜头模块210的固定连接,即起到了保护模块化相机200的电池模块230和主机模块220的作用,还起到连接镜头模块210的作用,相机保护框100内结构布局紧凑、按键布置合理,并且还在主框架10上所设置的接口处对应设置有防水壳40,使得相机保护框100具备防水效果,更加适用于各种工况下手持操作使用。
参见图1,本发明还提供了一种模块化相机200,包括镜头模块210、主机 模块220、电池模块230以及上述的一种相机保护框100,主机模块220和电池模块230固定于相机保护框100的主框架10内,相机保护框100通过一对连接组件20与镜头模块210固定连接。
本发明所提供的一种模块化相机200,具有上述的相机保护框100,从而使得模块化相机200内部结构更为紧凑、小巧、便携,适用于不同场景下的手持操作,能够提升操控时的准确性和稳定性,并且满足多运动不同场景下的高效、安全以及稳定的拍摄效果。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种相机保护框,其特征在于,包括具有容纳空间可手握把持的主框架和一对设置于所述主框架上可与镜头模块固定的连接组件,所述主框架上设置有至少一个接口,所述相机保护框还包括至少一个设置于所述主框架上用于开启或封闭所述接口的防水壳。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述主框架包括两个相对设置的侧板、连接两个所述侧板的背板和底板,两个所述侧板在远离所述底板的一侧形成与所述镜头模块对接的连接口,两个所述侧板在远离所述背板的一侧形成安装口,所述侧板在所述连接口处设置有朝向远离所述连接口一侧延伸的安装部,所述侧板的安装部包括设置于所述侧板的顶面上的安装槽,所述连接组件包括设置于所述安装槽内与所述镜头模块固定连接的锁扣。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述侧板的安装部还包括设置于所述侧板的外侧面上与所述安装槽连通的开口,所述连接组件还包括与所述锁扣固定连接且由所述开口处伸出的锁扣按钮以及设置于所述锁扣按钮和所述安装槽之间的弹簧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述锁扣按钮包括按钮主体、设置于所述按钮主体内侧可供所述弹簧设置的容纳槽以及若干条设置于所述按钮主体外侧与所述侧板的安装部抵接的加强筋。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述侧板的安装部还包括将所述锁扣固定于所述安装槽内的盖板,所述盖板通过锁紧件固定于所述侧板的顶部,所述盖板上设置有可供所述锁扣由所述盖板伸出的滑动口。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述锁扣包括设置于所述安装槽内的安装座以及设置于所述安装座上由所述滑动口伸出的卡钩。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述主框架上设置有按键开口,所述相机保护框还包括设置于所述按键开口处的按键组件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述主框架的按键 开口包括设置于所述侧板上的电源按键口和主机按键口,所述按键组件包括设置于所述主框架内侧的按键板以及嵌于所述电源按键口处的电源按键。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述按键板包括环形固定框、设置于所述环形固定框上的电源键以及设置于所述环形固定框中心处的主机键。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的一种相机保护框,其特征在于,所述接口包括设置于所述侧板上的电源接口,所述防水壳包括设置于所述电源接口处与所述侧板铰接的外壳以及固定于所述外壳内侧的软胶层,于所述软胶层上设置有防水塞。
  11. 一种模块化相机,其特征在于,包括镜头模块、主机模块、电池模块以及如权利要求1-10任一项所述的一种相机保护框,所述主机模块和所述电池模块固定于所述相机保护框的主框架内,所述相机保护框通过一对所述连接组件与所述镜头模块固定连接。
