背景技术
随着用户需求的提升,电子设备的性能持续在优化。电子设备的性能的优化不仅仅体现在功能的增多,还体现在功能的进一步升级。我们知道,电子设备通常配置有较多的功能模块,例如摄像头、受话器等,这些功能模块能够实现电子设备的相应功能。为了进一步提高电子设备使用的灵活性,越来越多的电子设备的功能模块采用可分离式结构,即功能模块能够脱离电子设备进行工作,这无疑能够实现更为灵活地工作,方便了用户的使用。
在组装的过程中,电子设备的壳体通常开设有安装槽,在功能模块与壳体分离之后,壳体上的安装槽会显露出来,进而会导致电子设备的外观性能较差。
与此同时,功能模块在安装于安装槽之内的情况下,能够与安装槽内的电触点或接口进行充电或数据传输,但是,在功能模块与壳体分离之后,异物较容易通过凹槽的槽口进入到凹槽内,最终会影响电子设备的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明公开一种电子设备,以解决目前的电子设备在分离式的功能模块从壳体的安装槽中拆离后,会导致电子设备的外观性能不佳及稳定性较差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种电子设备,包括壳体、功能模块和盖板,所述壳体开设有安装槽,所述盖板与所述壳体活动相连;其中:
在所述功能模块与所述壳体分离的情况下,所述盖板封堵所述安装槽的槽口;
在所述功能模块可拆卸地安装于所述安装槽内的情况下,所述盖板位于所述安装槽内,且避让所述槽口。

本发明实施例公开的电子设备对现有技术中的电子设备的结构进行改进,通过配置与壳体活动连接的盖板,从而使得盖板能够在功能模块与壳体分离的情况下封堵安装槽的槽口,从而能够避免安装槽的内部空间外露导致的电子设备的外观性能不佳的问题。与此同时,由于安装槽的槽口被盖板封堵,因此能够避免在功能模块与壳体分离的情况下异物通过槽口侵入安装槽内,最终能够避免进入电子设备内部而对电子设备产生不良影响,最终 有利于提高电子设备的稳定性。

壳体100为电子设备的基础构件,壳体100能够为电子设备的其它组成部分提供安装基础。在本发明实施例中,功能模块200和盖板300均安装于壳体100。壳体100开设有安装槽110。
功能模块200具有第一状态和第二状态,在功能模块200处于第一状态的情况下,功能模块200与壳体100分离,从而能够独立进行工作。需要说明的是,功能模块200能够独立进行工作,指的是功能模块200与壳体100分离后能够进行工作。在功能模块200处于第二状态的情况下,功能模块200可拆卸地安装于安装槽110内,在此种情况下,功能模块200可受控于电子设备的控制模块(例如电子设备的中央处理器),进而进行工作。当然,在功能模块200与壳体100分离后,电子设备的控制模块也可以通过无线通信方式实现对功能模块200工作的控制,当然,用户也可以通过手动操控的方式使得功能模块200进行工作。

请再次参考图1至图8,盖板300还可以通过其它的活动连接结构实现与壳体100的连接。可选地,安装槽110内可以设置有转轴400,盖板300可以通过转轴400与壳体100转动相连。盖板300可在第一位置与第二位置之间转动,在盖板300处于第一位置的情况下,盖板300封堵安装槽110的槽口。在盖板300处于第二位置的情况下,盖板300位于安装槽110之内。上述盖板300与壳体100转动连接,使得盖板300能够通过转动快速地在不同的位置进行切换,达到快速避让或封堵的目的。
具体的,盖板300的转动可以通过用户的手动操控。为了使得操控更加智能化,可选的方案中,本发明实施例公开的电子设备还可以包括驱动机构,驱动机构可以包括驱动电机。驱动电机与转轴400相连。驱动电机驱动转轴400带动盖板300在第一位置与第二位置之间转动。当然,驱动机构还可以为其它能够进行转动驱动的机构,本发明实施例不限制驱动机构的具体种类。例如,驱动机构还可以包括传动机构,驱动电机可以通过传动机构与转轴400相连,进而实现对转轴400转动的驱动。传动机构可以为带传动机构、链传动机构、齿轮传动机构等,本发明实施例不限制传动机构的具体种类。
另一种可选的方案中,本发明实施例公开的电子设备还可以包括弹性件500,弹性件500连接于壳体100与盖板300之间。在功能模块200与壳体100分离的情况下,弹性件500通过自身的弹性形变驱动盖板300从第二位置转动至第一位置。在功能模块200可拆卸地安装于安装槽110内的情况下,弹性件500弹性定位于安装槽110的内壁与功能模块200之间,在此种情况下,弹性件500处于较大的变形,弹性件500可以对盖板300施加使得盖板300具有从第二位置转动至第一位置的趋势,在功能模块200从安装槽110内拆离的情况下,功能模块200对盖板300的限制解除,此时盖板300在弹性件500的驱动下转动至封堵安装槽110的槽口的位置。上述结构能够实现盖板300自动处于第一位置,而且能够充分利用功能模块200的安装实现对盖板300的驱动,因此使得对盖板300的操控更加容易,而且不存在能耗。需要说明的是,弹性件500弹性定位于安装槽110的内壁与功能模块200之间,指的是,弹性件500处于压缩状态或拉伸状态。
具体的,弹性件500的种类可以有多种,本发明实施例不限制弹性件500的具体种类,例如,弹性件500可以为伸缩弹簧,伸缩弹簧可以弹性连接于安装槽110的内壁与盖板300之间,在功能模块200与壳体100分离的情况下,伸缩弹簧能够通过伸展驱动盖板300转动。当然,弹性件500还可以为其它种类的结构件,可选地,弹性件500可以为扭簧,扭簧可以套设在转轴400上,扭簧的第一端与盖板300相连,扭簧的第二端固定于转轴400和壳体100中的一者。在此种情况下,扭簧可以以转轴400或壳体100为基础向盖板300施加驱动力,从而在功能模块200与壳体100分离的情况下,驱动盖板300转动至第一位置。扭簧套设在转轴400上,能够提高装配的紧凑性。
在本发明实施例中,盖板300可以为整体式结构,也可以为分体式结构。可选地,盖板300可以包括至少两块子盖板。所述的至少两块子盖板与壳体100活动相连。具体的,子盖板可以采用上文所述的连接方式实现与壳体100的连接。在功能模块200与壳体100分离的情况下,所述的至少两块子盖板封堵安装槽110的槽口,从而达到盖板300封堵安装槽110的槽口的目的。在所述的至少两块子盖板处于第二位置的情况下,所述的至少两块子盖板位于安装槽110内,且避让安装槽110的槽口。盖板300采用分体式结构,更方便灵活设计,易于实现对安装槽110的槽口的封盖。
与此同时,盖板300采用分体式结构更容易匹配更多形状的安装槽110,避免较大面积的盖板300在安装槽110内可能面临的较难收纳问题。在上述盖板300为分体式结构的前提下,安装槽110的深度可以小于安装槽110的长度,从而能够较容易实现在安装槽110内的收纳。
一种可选的方案中,所述至少两块子盖板包括第一子盖板和第二子盖板,第一子盖板和第二子盖板可以均通过转轴400与壳体100转动相连。在功能模块200与壳体100分离的情况下,第一子盖板和第二子盖板均转动至封堵安装槽110的槽口的位置。在功能模块200可拆卸地安装于安装槽110内的情况下,第一子盖板和第二子盖板均转离安装槽110的槽口,且避让安装槽110的槽口。此种方式通过对每块子盖板进行转动的驱动,从而能够快速地实现盖板300位置的变化,达到高效避让安装槽110的槽口或封堵安装槽110的槽口的目的。
一种具体的实施方式中,请参考图6至图8,盖板300包括两个子盖板310,两个子盖板310均通过转轴400转动地连接在安装槽110的槽口上相对的两个槽口边缘上,两个 子盖板310形成对开门结构,从而实现对安装槽110的槽口的避让或封堵。
另一种可选的方案中,所述至少两块子盖板包括第一子盖板和第二子盖板,第一子盖板的一端与安装槽110的槽口边缘转动连接,第二子盖板与第一子盖板的另一端转动连接。第二子盖板与第一子盖板可相对转动,从而实现折叠和展开。在功能模块200与壳体100分离的情况下,第一子盖板和第二子盖板通过转动展开,且封堵安装槽110的槽口;在功能模块200可拆卸地安装于安装槽110内的情况下,第一子盖板和第二子盖板可以通过折叠而收拢于安装槽110内,进而实现对安装槽110的槽口的避让。该可选的方案中,盖板300包括第一子盖板和第二子盖板,通过第一子盖板与第二子盖板之间的折叠或展开,从而实现盖板300位置的变化,此种结构能够方便对安装槽110的槽口的逐步避让或逐步封堵。与此同时,用户可通过操控第一子盖板与第二子盖板之间的相对转动实现盖板300位置的调整,操作较为简单、方便。
当然,上述盖板300采用分体式机构,也较容易实现对安装槽110的槽口的部分封堵或打开,较有利于在功能模块200需要部分拆离进行工作、维修、更换等情况。
可选地,本发明实施例公开的功能模块200可以包括第一功能子模块和第二功能子模块,所述至少两块子盖板包括第一子盖板和第二子盖板,第一功能子模块与第一子盖板相对应,第二功能子模块与第二子盖板相对应,在第一功能子模块与壳体100分离,且第二功能子模块安装于安装槽110内的情况下,第一子盖板封堵槽口的第一区域,第二子盖板位于安装槽内,且避让第二区域,第一区域为槽口的与第一功能子模块相对的区域,第二区域为槽口的与第二功能子模块相对的区域。此种结构能够实现用户打开部分子盖板,进而实现对部分功能模块200的拆离,而不会影响功能模块200的其它部分。此种方式使得电子设备无需将整个盖板300打开,从而使得盖板300的打开更加灵活,而且对功能模块200的防护更加灵活。
为了提高电子设备的美观性能,可选地,功能模块200可以具有第一端面210,在功能模块200可拆卸地安装于安装槽110内的情况下,第一端面210背离安装槽110的底壁,第一端面210覆盖在盖板300上,从而避免在此状态下盖板300的外露,从而提高了电子设备的美观性。具体的,第一端面210可以与壳体100的表面共面,具体的,第一端面210可以与安装槽110的槽口所在的壳体表面共面,从而进一步提高电子设备的外观性能,同时还能够优化电子设备的抓握性能。具体的,功能模块200的端部可以设置有凸缘,从而能够使得第一端面210的面积较大,从而实现遮挡作用,
本发明实施例公开的电子设备中,功能模块200可以包括摄像头、闪光灯、受话器和扬声器中的至少一者,当然功能模块200还可以包括其他种类的功能器件,本发明实施例不限制功能模块200的具体种类。
本发明实施例公开的电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、游戏机、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表),当然,还可以为其它种类的设备,本发明实施例不限制电子设备的具体种类。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在 本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子设备,其中,包括壳体(100)、功能模块(200)和盖板(300),所述壳体(100)开设有安装槽(110),所述盖板(300)与所述壳体(100)活动相连;其中:
    在所述功能模块(200)与所述壳体(100)分离的情况下,所述盖板(300)封堵所述安装槽(110)的槽口;
    在所述功能模块(200)可拆卸地安装于所述安装槽(110)内的情况下,所述盖板(300)位于所述安装槽内,且避让所述槽口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,在所述功能模块(200)与所述壳体(100)分离的情况下,所述盖板(300)背离所述安装槽(110)的内腔的表面与所述槽口所在的壳体表面共面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述安装槽(110)内设置有转轴(400),所述盖板(300)通过所述转轴(400)与所述壳体(100)转动相连,所述盖板(300)可在第一位置与第二位置之间转动,在所述盖板(300)处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述盖板(300)封堵所述槽口,在所述盖板(300)处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述盖板(300)位于所述安装槽(110)之内,且避让所述槽口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述转轴(400)相连,所述驱动电机驱动所述转轴(400)带动所述盖板(300)在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间转动。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括弹性件(500),所述弹性件(500)连接于所述壳体(100)与所述盖板(300)之间,在所述功能模块(200)与所述壳体(100)分离的情况下,所述弹性件(500)驱动所述盖板(300)从所述第二位置转动至所述第一位置,在所述功能模块(200)可拆卸地安装于所述安装槽(110)内的情况下,所述盖板(300)弹性定位于所述安装槽(110)的内壁与所述功能模块(200)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述弹性件(500)为扭簧,所述扭簧套设在所述转轴(400)上,所述扭簧的第一端与所述盖板(300)相连,所述扭簧的第二端固定于所述转轴(400)和所述壳体(100)中的一者。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述盖板(300)包括至少两块子盖板,所述至少两块子盖板与所述壳体(100)活动相连;在所述功能模块(200)与所述壳体(100)分离的情况下,所述至少两块子盖板封堵所述安装槽(110)的槽口;在所述功能模块(200)可拆卸地安装于所述安装槽(110)内的情况下,所述至少两块子盖板均位于所述安装槽内,且均避让所述槽口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述至少两块子盖板包括第一子盖板和第二子盖板,所述第一子盖板和所述第二子盖板均通过转轴(400)与所述壳体(100)转动相连,在所述功能模块(200)与所述壳体(100)分离的情况下,所述第一子盖板和所述第二子盖板均转动至封堵所述安装槽的槽口的位置,在所述功能模块(200)可拆卸地安装于安装槽(110)内的情况下,所述第一子盖板和所述第二子盖板均转离所述安装槽的槽口,且避让所述槽口。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述至少两块子盖板包括第一子盖板和第二子盖板,所述第一子盖板的一端与所述安装槽(110)的槽口边缘转动连接,所述第二子盖板与所述第一子盖板的另一端转动连接,在所述功能模块(200)与所述壳体(100)分离的情况下,所述第一子盖板与所述第二子盖板通过转动展开,且封堵所述安装槽的槽口;在所述功能模块(200)可拆卸地安装于安装槽(110)内的情况下,所述第一子盖板和所述第二子盖板通过转动折叠,且避让所述槽口。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述功能模块(200)包括第一功能子模块和第二功能子模块,所述至少两块子盖板包括第一子盖板和第二子盖板,所述第一功能子模块与所述第一子盖板相对应,所述第二功能子模块与所述第二子盖板相对应,在所述第一功能子模块与所述壳体(100)分离,且所述第二功能子模块安装于所述安装槽(110)内的情况下,所述第一子盖板封堵所述槽口的第一区域,所述第二子盖板位于所述安装槽内,且避让第二区域,所述第一区域为所述槽口的与所述第一功能子模块相对的区域,所述第二区域为所述槽口的与所述第二功能子模块相对的区域。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述功能模块(200)具有第一端面(210),在所述功能模块(200)可拆卸地安装于所述安装槽(110)内的情况下,所述第一端面(210)背离所述安装槽(110)的底壁,所述第一端面(210)覆盖在所述盖板(300)上,且所述第一端面(210)与所述壳体(100)的表面共面。
