本发明涉及电子产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备。
背景技术
可拆分式的平板电脑作为一种新形态产品,将笔记本电脑与平板两种产品的优良属性集于一身,在兼具笔记本电脑的性能和配置的同时,同步融合了平板的便携性、娱乐性,用户可依据使用场景自由选择使用平板或者笔记本电脑模式。
平板电脑的主机和皮套键盘需要电连接以实现通电功能和信号传输。目前通常在主机上设置单独的连接结构,以与皮套键盘电连接,通常采用在主机的背面开孔或者采用侧面开孔的设计方案以容纳主机上单独的连接结构,这些方案均需要在平板上开孔,会破坏平板整机外观的完整性。
因此,有必要提供一种能够提高平板主机的外观完整性的电子设备。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备。本申请通过设置将主机通常具有的结构件与皮套键盘的连接件电连接,避免额外在主机上开孔,有利于提高主机外观的完整性。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种电子设备。电子设备包括皮套键盘和主机,所述皮套键盘包括连接件;所述主机包括摄像头装饰件或标识,所述摄像头装饰件或所述标识包括导电部,所述导电部接触并电连接所述连接件,以实现所述主机与所述皮套键盘的通电或通信。主机通常具有摄像头装饰件或标识,摄像头装饰件可以用于装饰和保护主机内部的摄像头,标识可以为主机上用于识别主机品牌的标识,也可以为其他类型的标识。
本申请实施例的电子设备可以为平板电脑,示例性地,可以为可拆分式的二合一平板电脑,皮套键盘与平板主机电连接可以实现皮套键盘与主机的通电功能和信号传输。皮套键盘与主机电连接,电子设备可以用作电脑,皮套键盘与主机拆分之后,主机单独使用,具有便携性及娱乐性等优势。皮套键盘与主机通信连接,从而保证皮套键盘的打字或者其他命令的输入。皮套键盘和主机通电连接,使得皮套键盘和主机可以相互供电,避免如果皮套键盘和主机中的一个电量不足时导致无法组合使用,外接电源还可以通过皮套键盘的连接件及主机的摄像头装饰件或标识同时为皮套键盘和主机充电。
连接件可以为弹簧针,或者弹片等。连接件固定在皮套键盘上,皮套键盘与主机拆分时,连接件与主机的摄像头装饰件或标识分离。
本申请实施例将目前主机上通常设有的具有一些功能的结构件与皮套键盘的连接件电连接,实现了皮套键盘和主机的电连接,示例性地,本申请实施例中实现了目前主机上通常设有的结构件:摄像头装饰件或标识的复用。现有技术中需要在主机上设置单独的连接结构与皮套键盘上的连接件电连接,在主机上设置单独的连接结构时,需要在主机上开孔,以安装主机上设置的单独的连接结构,增加了主机的开孔数量,破坏了主机的外观完整性。本申请实施例将目前主机上通常设有的摄像头装饰件或标识与皮套键盘的连接件电连接,避免了现有技术中需要独立地在主机上设置连接结构,减少了主机的结构件,简化了主机的结构,且摄像头装饰件或标识为目前主机上通常设有的结构件,已经安装于主机,不需要在主机上额外开孔,保持了主机的外观完整性。本申请实施例实现了一个结构件的多种用途,提高了主机的结构件的利用率。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述皮套键盘包括第一电路板,所述主机包括第二电路板,所述连接件电连接所述第一电路板,所述导电部电连接所述第二电路板。皮套键盘与主机电连接时,连接件和主机的摄像头装饰件或标识的导电部电连接,第一电路板、连接件、导电部和第二电路板依次电连接,以使第一电路板和第二电路板电连接,实现皮套键盘和主机的通电功能和通信连接。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述主机包括盖板,所述盖板设有通孔,所述摄像头装饰件嵌设于所述通孔,所述摄像头装饰件的部分结构突出所述盖板。所述皮套键盘包括第一孔,所述连接件的部分结构伸入所述第一孔,所述摄像头装饰件的部分结构伸入所述第一孔,且与所述连接件电连接。盖板可以用于保护电子 设备的内部结构且为电子设备的内部结构提供安装空间。摄像头装饰件用于装饰摄像头,摄像头装饰件可以设有摄像孔,摄像头通过摄像头装饰件上的摄像孔采集电子设备外部的光线,以获取图像,用于实现影像、即时视频通话等功能。摄像头装饰件的外形轮廓可以为跑道型结构,也可以为方形或圆形等结构,本申请对摄像头装饰件的外形轮廓不限。现有的主机上通常设有摄像头装饰件,本申请实施例中把摄像头装饰件与皮套键盘的连接件电连接,使得摄像头装饰件兼具装饰摄像头、及与连接件电连接的作用,避免了在主机上设置额外的连接结构,简化了主机结构,且减少了在主机上的开孔。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述摄像头装饰件包括固定连接的第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件的材质包括导电材料,所述第二部件包括绝缘部和所述导电部,所述绝缘部的数量至少为两个,至少两个所述绝缘部间隔设置,所述第一部件和所述导电部之间设有所述绝缘部。导电部的数量可以为一个、两个、三个等,每个导电部是接地还是接电,是传输信号还是充电可以根据需要设置。为了使导电部独立的进行通电或者信号传输,不受其他结构件,或者多个导电部之间互不影响,需要绝缘部将导电的第一部件和导电部隔离,或者将相邻的两个导电部隔离、不接触。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述导电部的数量至少为两个,所述绝缘部位于相邻的两个所述导电部之间。导电部的数量至少为两个时,为了使每个导电部独立的进行通电或者信号传输,通过在相邻的两个导电部之间设置绝缘部,使得多个导电部之间互不影响。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述导电部为金属材料,所述绝缘部为塑胶,所述绝缘部注塑于所述第一部件和所述导电部之间,或相邻的两个导电部之间。可以理解地,导电部可以为金属单质,也可以为金属合金等。通过注塑的方式将绝缘部设置在第一部件和导电部之间或者相邻的两个导电部之间形成一体式结构,结构强度大,稳定性好。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述摄像头装饰件包括固定连接的第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件的材质包括绝缘材料,所述第二部件包括绝缘部和所述导电部,所述导电部的数量至少为两个,所述绝缘部位于相邻的两个所述导电部之间。第一部件为绝缘材料时,导电部可以直接与第一部件接触连接。导电部的数量至少为两个时,为了使每个导电部独立的进行通电或者信号传输,通过在相邻的两个导电部之间设置绝缘部,使得多个导电部之间互不影响。可以理解地,第一部件的材质包括绝缘材料时,第一部件可以分为多段结构,多段绝缘材料固定连接形成第一部件,其他实施方式中,第一部件也可以为一体成型的结构,不分为多段结构,而是一个连续的结构件,结构强度高。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述导电部为金属材料,所述绝缘部为塑胶,所述绝缘部注塑于相邻的两个所述导电部之间。通过注塑的方式将绝缘部设置在相邻的两个导电部之间形成一体式结构,结构强度大,稳定性好。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述连接件包括连接部,所述连接部与所述导电部电连接,所述导电部朝向所述连接部的表面的面积大于所述连接部与所述导电部的接触面积。安装的过程中,皮套键盘与主机可能会存在错位,或者使用过程中由于外力导致皮套键盘与主机之间存在错位。本申请实施方式中通过设置导电部朝向连接部的表面的面积大于连接部与导电部的接触面积,使得即使皮套键盘与主机之间存在微小的错位,也能保证导电部和连接部良好的接触连接,保证稳定的信号传输。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述绝缘部与所述导电部的排布方向为第一方向,所述导电部在所述第一方向上的尺寸大于等于1.5mm,以使导电部在第一方向上的尺寸较大,即使皮套键盘与主机安装时存在微小的错位,也能保证导电部和连接部良好的接触连接。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述绝缘部与所述导电部的排布方向为第一方向,所述绝缘部在所述第一方向上的尺寸大于等于0.5mm。绝缘部在第一方向上的尺寸小于等于0.5mm时,注塑形成绝缘部的工艺难度较大。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述主机包括盖板,所述标识的所述导电部包括固定连接的本体和凸部,所述凸部突出所述本体,所述盖板包括凹槽和第二孔,所述本体位于所述凹槽,所述凸部穿过所述第二孔,所述本体与所述连接件电连接,所述凸部与所述主机电连接。本申请实施例中把主机的标识用于与连接件电连接,使得主机的标识兼具识别作用,及与连接件电连接的作用,避免了在主机的标识之外设置额外的连接结构,有利于简化主机结构,且避免了在主机上开孔以容纳额外的连接结构,有利于保持主机的外观完整性。本申请实施方式通过将标识的凸部设于盖板的第二孔内,且部分伸出盖板的第二孔与主机的电路板电连接,提高了标识安装于盖板的可行性,增加了标识与盖板的连接可靠性,且盖板的第二孔能够对标识起到定位作用,有利于提高安装效率。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述摄像头装饰件或所述标识包括凹部,所述连接件的部分结构位于所述凹 部。连接件可以为弹簧针或者弹片等,本申请实施例中对连接件的具体结构不做限定。连接件的部分结构可以具有弹性,受到压力时能够提供反向的弹力,使得连接件与摄像头装饰件或标识能够稳定接触连接。凹部可以实现对连接件的定位,有利于连接件和摄像头装饰件或标识快速、精准的插接,且连接件的部分结构位于凹部内,凹部对连接件起到限位的作用,防止使用的过程中,外力使得皮套键盘与主机偏移错位,信号传输不稳定,连接件的部分结构位于凹部内有利于提高皮套键盘和主机电连接的可靠性。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述皮套键盘与所述主机可拆卸连接。示例性地,皮套键盘和主机可以通过磁力相互作用可拆卸地连接,也可以通过卡扣等可拆卸地连接。
本申请实施例中借助目前主机上通常设有的一些结构件与皮套键盘的连接件电连接,不需要额外设置连接结构,简化了主机的结构,有利于降低电子设备成本,且避免了在主机上开孔,有利于保持主机的外观完整性。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,图1是一种电子设备100的结构示意图,图2是皮套键盘10和主机20拆分后的结构示意图。电子设备100可以为平板电脑,示例性地,可以为可拆分式的二合一平板电脑,二合一平板电脑的实用性在于用户可以在电脑与平板两种使用形态间随意切换,可以快速实现电脑到平板,或者平板到电脑状态的切换。电脑可以主要作为办公工具,平板主要可以兼具便携性和娱乐性。
电子设备100包括皮套键盘10和主机20,电子设备100的皮套键盘10和主机20可以随时拆卸或者连接。皮套键盘10和主机20连接时,需要通过连接结构实现皮套键盘10和主机20的通电和信号传输。连接结构通常需要满足插拔方便、信号传输稳定等。
皮套键盘10可以包括依次连接的第一支撑部11、第二支撑部12和键盘部13。主机20与第一支撑部11可以通过磁力相互作用稳固地连接,第一支撑部11和第二支撑部12可以呈一定夹角设置,用于支撑主机20,键盘部13用于用户操作。第一支撑部11、第二支撑部12和键盘部13为可以开合的结构。皮套键盘10可以包括皮套和皮套键盘主体,第一支撑部11为皮套的第一部分,第二支撑部12为皮套的第二部分,键盘部13包括皮套的第三部分及皮套键盘主体。皮套和皮套键盘主体可以为分体式结构,也可以为一体式结构,本申请实施例对此不做限定。皮套可以为软质材料也可以为硬质材料。键盘部13可以设置 电池,电池可以进行充电,为皮套键盘供电。键盘部13还可以设有第一电路板14,第一电路板14上可以设有多种元器件。第一电路板14可以为皮套键盘10的主板。
主机20可以包括按键21、显示屏幕22、第二电路板23和盖板24等结构中的一个或多个。盖板24可以用于保护电子设备100的内部结构且为电子设备100的内部结构提供安装空间。显示屏幕22固定至盖板24,显示屏幕22用于显示图像,满足用户的使用需求。显示屏幕22可以包括显示层和覆盖在显示层上的触摸层,触摸层可以供用户进行触摸操作,触摸层可以为透明玻璃盖板、塑料或者其他透光性好的材料。显示层可以为液晶显示屏,或者有机发光二极管显示屏等。显示层可包括显示区和非显示区,非显示区位于显示区的一侧,或者围设于显示区的外围,其中,在一些电子设备中,可以不设置非显示区。按键21可以为电源键或者音量键等,按键21的数量可以为一个、两个或者三个等,本申请对此不做限定。第二电路板23可以位于主机20的内部,第二电路板23可以为主机20的主板。
主机20还可以包括电池、摄像头,摄像头用于拍摄图片或视频,实现主机20的拍摄需求,电池位于主机20的内部,用于为主机20供电。
需要说明的是,图1只是示意性的表示一种电子设备100的结构示意图,本申请对电子设备100的结构不作限定。
参阅图2、图3A和图3B,图3A为电子设备100的内部结构示意图,图3B为图3A所示的放大部分的分解结构示意图。皮套键盘10可以包括连接件30,连接件30可以固定至第一支撑部11。部分的连接件30可以位于第一支撑部11内部,另一部分的连接件30可以露出第一支撑部11(即另一部分的连接件30位于第一支撑部11的外部),用于与主机20电连接。
主机20可以包括摄像头装饰件41或标识26(标识26参阅图14)。摄像头装饰件41或标识26中的包括导电部27。主机20通常具有摄像头装饰件41或标识26在本申请实施例中又用于与皮套键盘10的连接件30电连接。摄像头装饰件41可以用于装饰摄像头,主机20的标识可以为主机20上用于识别主机品牌的标识,也可以为其他类型的标识,本申请对此不做限定。这类标识是主机20上通常会设有的结构。
一些实施例中,皮套键盘10与主机20可以可拆卸连接。示例性地,皮套键盘10和主机20可以通过磁力相互作用可拆卸地连接,也可以通过卡扣等可拆卸地连接。
摄像头装饰件41或标识26中的导电部27接触并电连接连接件30,以实现主机20与皮套键盘10的通电和通信。连接件30安装于皮套键盘10,主机20的摄像头装饰件41或标识26与连接件30对接,连接件30还与皮套键盘10的第一电路板14电连接,实现了皮套键盘10和主机20的通电和通信功能。
皮套键盘10与主机20通信连接,从而保证皮套键盘10的打字或者其他命令的输入。皮套键盘10和主机20通电连接,使得皮套键盘10和主机20可以相互供电,避免如果皮套键盘10和主机20中的一个电量不足时导致无法组合使用,外接电源还可以通过连接件30和主机20的摄像头装饰件41或标识26同时为皮套键盘10和主机20充电。
本申请实施例借用主机20上通常设有的结构件(比如摄像头装饰件41或标识26)与皮套键盘10的连接件30电连接,这样不用在主机20上设置额外的连接结构以与皮套键盘10的连接件30电连接,简化了主机20的结构。现有技术中需要在主机20上设置单独的连接结构与皮套键盘10上的连接件30电连接,在主机20上设置单独的连接结构时,需要在主机20上开孔,以安装主机20上设置的单独的连接结构,增加了主机20的开孔数量,破坏了主机20的外观完整性。本申请实施例将目前主机20上通常设有的摄像头装饰件41或标识26的导电部与皮套键盘10的连接件30电连接,避免了现有技术中需要独立地在主机20上设置连接结构,减少了主机20的结构件,简化了主机20的结构,由于本申请实施例中借用主机20上通常设有的结构件,这些通常设有的结构件已经安装于主机20,不需要在主机20上额外开孔,有利于保持主机20的外观完整性。本申请实施例实现了一个结构件的多种用途,提高了主机20的结构件的利用率。
参阅图1、图2和图3A,连接件30的一端可以连接摄像头装饰件41或标识26,连接件30的另一端可以电连接第一电路板14,摄像头装饰件41或标识26的导电部27可以电连接第二电路板23。示例性地,连接件30可以通过第一柔性电路板15电连接至第一电路板14,摄像头装饰件41或标识26可以通过第二柔性电路板25电连接至第二电路板23。第一柔性电路板15可以位于皮套键盘10内,第二柔性电路板25可以位于主机20内。可以理解地,第一电路板14、第一柔性电路板15、连接件30、主机20的摄像头装饰件41或标识26、第二柔性电路板25和第二电路板23依次电连接,以使第一电路板14和第二电路板23电连接,实现皮套键盘10和主机20的通电功能和通信连接。
场景一:如图2和图3A所示,主机20的摄像头装饰件41与皮套键盘10的连接件30电连接,以实现皮套键盘10和主机20的电连接。图4至图8为主机20侧的结构示意图,图9至图12为皮套键盘10侧的结构示意图。
如图4和图5所示,图4为主机20的局部结构示意图,图5为主机20另一视角的局部结构示意图。可以理解地,图4为主机20的背面视角的局部结构示意图,图5为主机20的正面视角的局部结构示意图,主机20的正面是指显示屏所在的一侧,主机20的背面与正面相对设置。摄像头装饰件41固定至盖板24上起到装饰摄像头的作用,以提升电子设备100的外观美感。示例性地,盖板24可以设有通孔,主机20的摄像头(图4和图5未示出)可以固定于通孔,摄像头周边突出通孔的位置包围有摄像头装饰件41。摄像头装饰件41可以嵌设于通孔,摄像头装饰件41的边缘与盖板24固定连接,摄像头装饰件41的部分结构可以突出盖板24。第二柔性电路板25的一端电连接摄像头装饰件41。在本申请实施例中,盖板24可以为塑胶,盖板24也可以部分区域为绝缘材料,其余的区域为金属材料,示例性地,盖板24与摄像头装饰件41接触的区域可以为绝缘材料,盖板24的其他区域可以为金属。
如图6和图7所示,图6为摄像头装饰件41的结构示意图,图7为图6所示的摄像头装饰件41的分解结构示意图。摄像头装饰件41包括支撑件411和镜片412,镜片412固定至支撑件411,示例性地,镜片412可以采用胶粘的方式固定至支撑件411。镜片412通常采用玻璃材质,也可以设置部部分的镜片412为板材,板材可以为塑料,相比于玻璃,塑料具有质量轻的优势,因此采用部分的镜片412为板材可以降低整机成本和重量,本申请实施例中对镜片412的材质不做限定。电子设备100外部的光线能够通过镜片412进入摄像头,以获取图像,用于实现影像、即时视频通话等功能。镜片412对主机内部的摄像头起到保护及密封的作用,防止外部环境的杂质或者水进入摄像头,影响摄像头的成像效果。
支撑件411与盖板24固定连接,支撑件411用于支撑镜片412。支撑件411的外形轮廓可以为图6所示的跑道型结构,也可以为方形或圆形等结构,本申请对支撑件411的外形轮廓不做限定。支撑件411可以包括固定连接的第一部件4111和第二部件4112,第二部件4112可以包括导电部27和绝缘部4114,导电部27可以电连接连接件30。
一些实施例中,第一部件4111的材质可以包括导电材料,示例性地,第一部件4111可以为铜或不锈钢等。导电部27的数量可以为一个,绝缘部4114的数量可以为两个,第一部件4111和导电部27之间可以设有绝缘部4114,且两个绝缘部4114分布于导电部27的两侧,导电部27可以与连接件30电连接,第一部件4111也可以与连接件30电连接。
导电部27的数量也可以为至少两个,绝缘部4114的数量可以比导电部27多一个,绝缘部4114可以位于第一部件4111和导电部27之间,且绝缘部4114可以位于相邻的两个导电部27之间。绝缘部4114将第一部件4111和导电部27分离,且将相邻的两个导电部27分离。可以理解地,绝缘部4114的数量至少为两个,至少两个绝缘部4114间隔设置。每个导电部27是接地还是接电,是传输信号还是充电可以根据需要设置。以三个导电部27为例,示例性地,其中一个导电部27可以实现通电,另外两个导电部27可以实现通信。为了使导电部27独立的进行通电或者信号传输,不受其他结构件,或者多个导电部27之间互不影响,需要绝缘部4114将导电的第一部件4111和导电部27隔离,或者将相邻的两个导电部27隔离。导电部27数量至少为两个时,为了使每个导电部27独立的进行通电或者信号传输,通过在相邻的两个导电部27之间设置绝缘部4114,使得多个导电部27之间互不影响。图6和图7以导电部27的数量为三个,绝缘部4114的数量为四个为例。
示例性地,导电部27可以为金属材料,绝缘部4114可以为塑胶,绝缘部4114注塑于第一部件4111和导电部27之间。可以理解地,导电部可以为金属单质,也可以为金属合金等。导电部27的数量至少为两个时,也可以在相邻的两个导电部27之间注塑绝缘部4114。通过注塑的方式将绝缘部4114设置在第一部件4111和导电部27之间或者相邻的两个导电部27之间形成一体式结构,结构强度大,稳固性好。
一些实施例中,第一部件4111的材质可以为绝缘材料。导电部27的数量可以至少为两个,绝缘部4114位于相邻的两个导电部27之间。导电部27可以为金属,绝缘部4114可以为塑胶,绝缘部4114可以注塑于相邻的两个导电部27之间。第一部件4111为绝缘材料时,导电部27可以直接与第一部件4111接触连接,导电部27与第一部件4111之间不用设置绝缘部。导电部27的数量至少为两个时,为了使每个导电部27独立的进行通电或者信号传输,通过在相邻的两个导电部27之间设置绝缘部4114,使得多个导电部27之间互不影响。通过注塑的方式将绝缘部4114设置在相邻的两个导电部27之间形成一体式结构,结构强度大,稳固性好。
可以理解地,第一部件4111的材质包括绝缘材料时,第一部件4111可以分为多段结构,多段绝缘材料固定连接形成第一部件4111,其他实施方式中,第一部件也可以为一体成型的结构,不分为多段结构,而是一个连续的结构件,结构强度高。
参阅图3A、图6和图7,摄像头装饰件41包括相对设置的顶部401、底部402、及位于顶部401和底部402之间的两个侧部,导电部27可以位于底部402。其他实施方式中,导电部27也可以位于顶部401或者两个侧部,本申请对此不做限定。
一些实施例中,绝缘部4114与导电部27可以排列形成摄像头装饰件41的直边,便于与连接件30稳定连接。
参阅图6和图7,一些实施例中,绝缘部4114与导电部27的排布方向为第一方向A1,导电部27在第一方向A1上的尺寸L1大于等于1.5mm,以使导电部27在第一方向A1上的尺寸较大,即使皮套键盘10和主机20之间连接时存在微小的错位,也能保证导电部27和连接件30具有良好的接触连接。
参阅图6和图7,一些实施例中,绝缘部4114在第一方向A1上的尺寸L2大于等于0.5mm。绝缘部4114在第一方向上的尺寸小于等于0.5mm时,注塑形成绝缘部4114的工艺难度较大。
参阅图8,图8为另一种摄像头装饰件41的结构示意图。摄像头装饰件41可以包括凹部4115,示例性地,凹部4115可以位于导电部27,连接件30的部分结构可以位于凹部4115,示例性地,连接件30的连接部31(连接部31可以参见图9至图12)可以位于凹部4115。凹部4115可以实现对连接件30的定位,有利于连接件30的连接部31和摄像头装饰件41快速、精准的插接,且连接部31位于凹部4115内,凹部4115对连接件30起到限位的作用,防止使用的过程中,外力使得皮套键盘10与主机20偏移,导致连接件30和摄像头装饰件41错位,信号传输不稳定,连接部31位于凹部4115内有利于提高皮套键盘10和主机20电连接的可靠性。
其他实施方式中,摄像头装饰件41的绝缘部4114可以设有凹部,连接件30的对应位置设有定位结构,连接件30的定位结构位于绝缘部4114的凹部内,实现连接件30和摄像头装饰件41快速、精准的对接。
如图9和图10所示,图9为皮套键盘10的局部结构示意图,图10为连接件30的结构示意图。图9和图10中的连接件30为一种示例性的结构,连接件30可以为弹簧针,连接件30可以包括连接部31、针管32、固定件33和引脚34。针管32固定至固定件33,固定件33用于针管32的固定防护和绝缘。连接部31可以为滚珠,连接部31安装于针管32。针管32内可以设置弹性件(图8和图9未示出)。连接部31受到力的作用可在针管32中转动,对针管32内的弹性件提供压缩的压力。针管32内的弹性件提供反向的弹力,使得连接件30与摄像头装饰件41或标识26稳定接触连接。引脚34用于与第一柔性电路板15电连接。连接部31、针管32和引脚34的数量可以为一个、两个、三个等,本申请对此不做限定。
皮套键盘10的第一支撑部11设可以有第一孔111,第一孔111的形状可以与摄像头装饰件41的形状相同。连接件30安装于第一支撑部11的内部,且部分的连接件30露出第一支撑部11,示例性地,连接部31可以露出第一支撑部11且至少部分的连接部31伸入第一孔111。摄像头装饰件41的部分结构突出盖板24,部分的摄像头装饰件41伸入第一孔111且与连接部31电连接。
如图11和图12所示,图11为皮套键盘10的局部结构示意图,图12为连接件30的结构示意图。图11和图12中的连接件30为另一种示例性的结构,连接件30可以为弹片,连接件30可以包括连接部31和主体部35,连接部31固定至主体部35,连接部31的数量可以为一个、两个或三个等,本申请对此不作限定。连接部31具有弹性,受到压力时能够提供反向的弹力,使得连接件30与主机的摄像头装饰件41或标识26稳定接触连接。连接件30与第一柔性电路板15电连接。弹片安装于第一支撑部11的内部,且部分的弹片露出第一支撑部11,示例性地,连接部31可以露出第一支撑部11且至少部分的连接部31伸入第一孔111。皮套键盘10与主机20连接时,部分的摄像头装饰件41伸入第一孔111且与弹片的连接部31电连接。
皮套键盘10和主机20可以采用磁铁吸附连接,皮套键盘10和主机20采用磁铁吸附时压缩连接件30的连接部31,与主机的摄像头装饰件41或标识26形成稳定的接触和连接。
参阅图8、图9和图11,一些实施例中,导电部27朝向连接部31的表面的面积大于连接部31与导电部27的接触面积。安装的过程中,连接件30和摄像头装饰件41存在公差可能会存在错位,或者使用过程中由于外力导致连接件30和摄像头装饰件41之间存在错位。本申请实施方式中通过设置导电部27朝向连接件30的连接部31的表面的面积大于连接部31与导电部27的接触面积,使得即使连接件30和 摄像头装饰件41存在微小的错位,也能保证导电部27和连接部31良好的接触连接,实现稳定的通电和通信功能。
场景二:标识26与皮套键盘10的连接件30电连接,以实现皮套键盘10和主机20的电连接。如图13和图14所示,图13为电子设备100的分解结构示意图,图14为电子设备100另一角度的分解结构示意图。
主机20一般会设有标识26,标识26可以位于主机20朝向第一支撑部11的一侧。本申请实施例中的标识26兼具识别作用、及与连接件30电连接的作用,避免了在标识26之外设置额外的其他的连接结构,有利于简化主机20结构,且避免了在主机20上开孔以容纳额外的其他的连接结构,有利于主机20的外观完整性。
标识26可以固定连接盖板24,盖板24的材质可以为绝缘材料,标识26的材质可以为导电材料,标识26与连接件30电连接且与主机20的第二电路板23电连接。盖板24也可以部分区域为绝缘材料,其余的区域为金属材料,示例性地,盖板24与标识26接触的区域可以为绝缘材料,盖板24的其他区域可以为金属。连接件30可以安装于第一支撑部11的内部,且部分的连接件30露出第一支撑部11,示例性地,连接件30的连接部31可以露出第一支撑部11(第一支撑部11上可以设置孔,连接部31伸出第一支撑部11上的孔),连接部31伸出第一支撑部11朝向主机20的表面。皮套键盘10与主机20连接时,连接部31与标识26电连接。可以理解地,连接件30可以为弹簧针或者弹片等,本申请实施例对连接件30的具体结构不做限定。
在一些实施例中,标识26可以为预先形成的结构件,可以将标识26安装于盖板24上,其他实施方式中,也可以通过在盖板24上喷涂形成标识26。
图15至图17为主机20侧的结构示意图。如图15和图16所示,图15为主机20的结构示意图,图16为标识26的结构示意图。图15中的标识26与盖板24可以拆分,图15中的凹槽241和第二孔242形成于盖板24,是依托于盖板24存在的,图15中只是为了更清楚的看到盖板24上的槽和孔,把盖板24上的凹槽241和第二孔242放大表示,凹槽241和第二孔242不能脱离盖板24存在。
标识26的导电部27可以包括固定连接的本体261和凸部262,凸部262突出本体261设置,凸部262位于本体261朝向主机20的显示屏的一侧。盖板24可以包括凹槽241和第二孔242。本体261可以位于凹槽241,凸部262可以穿过第二孔242,本体261可以与连接件30电连接,凸部262可以与主机20的第二电路板电连接。
目前现有的技术方案是在盖板24上设置凹槽,标识26位于凹槽内,本申请实施例为了将标识26与主机20内的第二电路板电连接,在盖板24上设置了第二孔242,标识26设置了凸部262,凸部262穿过第二孔242与主机20的第二电路板电连接。
本申请实施方式通过将标识26的凸部262位于盖板24的第二孔242内,且部分的凸部262伸出盖板24的第二孔242与主机20的电路板电连接,盖板24的第二孔242能够对标识26起到定位作用,有利于提高安装效率。通过将标识26的凸部262位于盖板24的第二孔242内还提高了标识26安装于盖板24的可行性,增加了标识26与盖板24的连接可靠性。可以理解地,本体261和凸部262的数量可以为一个、两个或者三个等,本申请对此不做限定。标识26可以为多个间隔设置的本体261(每个本体261均配置一个凸部262)形成的识别结构,本申请对标识26具体结构不做限定,图15和图16只是示意性地表示。
如图17所示,图17为主机20的部分结构示意图。可以理解地,图17中的标识26安装于盖板24且与第二柔性电路板25电连接。标识26固定安装至盖板24上之后,在盖板24朝向主机20的显示屏一侧可以看到标识26的凸部262。将第二柔性电路板25安装至主机20之后,标识26的凸部262通过第二柔性电路板25与主机20的第二电路板23电连接。
一些实施例中,标识26的本体261上可以设置凹部(图15和图16未示),连接件30的部分结构位于凹部。示例性地,连接部31可以位于凹部或者连接件30上设有定位部,定位部位于凹部内。凹部可以实现对连接件30的定位,有利于连接件30和标识26快速、精准的对接,且连接件30的部分结构位于凹部内,凹部对连接件30起到限位的作用,防止使用的过程中,外力使得皮套键盘10与主机20偏移,导致连接件30和标识26错位,信号传输不稳定,连接件30的部分结构位于凹部内有利于提高皮套键盘10和主机20电连接的可靠性。
本申请实施例中将目前主机20上通常设有的结构件(比如摄像头装饰件41或标识26)与皮套键盘10的连接件30电连接,避免了现有技术中需要独立地在主机20上设置连接结构以与皮套键盘10的连接件30电连接,简化了主机20的结构,且现有技术中在主机20上独立设置连接结构时,需要在主机20上 开孔,以将独立的连接结构安装在主机20的孔中,破坏了主机20的外观完整性,本申请实施例的摄像头装饰件41或标识26为目前主机20上通常设有的结构件,已经安装于主机20,不需要在主机20上额外开孔,保持了主机20的外观完整性。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括皮套键盘和主机,所述皮套键盘包括连接件;
    所述主机包括摄像头装饰件或标识,所述摄像头装饰件或所述标识包括导电部,所述导电部接触并电连接所述连接件,以实现所述主机与所述皮套键盘的通电或通信。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述皮套键盘包括第一电路板,所述主机包括第二电路板,所述连接件电连接所述第一电路板,所述导电部电连接所述第二电路板。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述主机包括盖板,所述盖板设有通孔,所述摄像头装饰件嵌设于所述通孔,所述摄像头装饰件的部分结构突出所述盖板;
    所述皮套键盘包括第一孔,所述连接件的部分结构伸入所述第一孔,所述摄像头装饰件的部分结构伸入所述第一孔,且与所述连接件电连接。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述摄像头装饰件包括固定连接的第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件的材质包括导电材料,所述第二部件包括绝缘部和所述导电部,所述绝缘部的数量至少为两个,至少两个所述绝缘部间隔设置,所述第一部件和所述导电部之间设有所述绝缘部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述导电部为金属材料,所述绝缘部为塑胶,所述绝缘部注塑于所述第一部件和所述导电部之间,或相邻的两个导电部之间。
  6. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述摄像头装饰件包括固定连接的第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件的材质包括绝缘材料,所述第二部件包括绝缘部和所述导电部,所述导电部的数量至少为两个,所述绝缘部位于相邻的两个所述导电部之间。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述连接件包括连接部,所述连接部与所述导电部电连接,所述导电部朝向所述连接部的表面的面积大于所述连接部与所述导电部的接触面积。
  8. 如权利要求4-6任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述绝缘部与所述导电部的排布方向为第一方向,所述导电部在所述第一方向上的尺寸大于等于1.5mm。
  9. 如权利要求4-6任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述绝缘部与所述导电部的排布方向为第一方向,所述绝缘部在所述第一方向上的尺寸大于等于0.5mm。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述主机包括盖板,所述标识的所述导电部包括固定连接的本体和凸部,所述凸部突出所述本体,所述盖板包括凹槽和第二孔,所述本体位于所述凹槽,所述凸部穿过所述第二孔,所述本体与所述连接件电连接,所述凸部与所述主机电连接。
  11. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述摄像头装饰件或所述标识包括凹部,所述连接件的部分结构位于所述凹部。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述皮套键盘与所述主机可拆卸连接。
