Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de guidage pouvant être soulevé et abaissé d'un dispositif de détection de type plateau tournant, ainsi qu'un dispositif de détection de type plateau tournant. Le mécanisme de guidage pouvant être soulevé et abaissé d'un dispositif de détection de type plateau tournant comprend un bloc de liaison et deux blocs de restriction ; les blocs de restriction sont tous deux disposés sur la surface inférieure du bloc de liaison et font saillie vers le bas à partir de la surface inférieure du bloc de liaison ; le bloc de liaison peut entraîner les blocs de restriction dans un mouvement vertical ; un canal de guidage est formé entre les deux blocs de restriction ; et le bord de chaque bloc de restriction faisant face au canal de guidage est un bord de restriction, qui est utilisé pour définir la position d'une pièce dans le canal de guidage lors du passage de la pièce. Le canal de guidage formé par les deux blocs de restriction de la présente invention peut guider efficacement la position d'une pièce à bord circulaire sur un plateau tournant, et le positionnement est précis, de sorte que la pièce se déplace en douceur, avec la rotation du plateau tournant, dans une zone de détection pour la détection, assurant ainsi la précision de la détection ultérieure par le dispositif de détection de type plateau tournant ; en outre, le guidage et le réglage sont effectués pendant la rotation du plateau tournant, de sorte que le temps de production est économisé, la structure est simple, et les coûts de traitement et de montage sont faibles.
