- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극은 도전재 및 바인더를 더 포함하며,상기 도전재는 단일벽 탄소나노튜브를 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 SiOx의 D50이 3㎛ 내지 8㎛인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극은 음극 집전체 상에 형성되는 하부 음극 합재층과 상기 하부 음극 합재층 상에 형성되는 상부 음극 합재층을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 SiOx는 Mb 금속(여기서, Mb 금속은 1족 알칼리 금속 원소 및/또는 2족 알칼리 토금속 원소임)으로 도핑된 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리튬 이차 전지는 N/P ratio가 100% ~ 150%인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리튬 이차 전지는 80% 수명 도달 횟수가 510회 이상이고, 에너지 밀도가 460Wh/L 이상인 리튬 이차 전지.
