技术领域
本发明涉及道路运输技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种漏斗车体及具有其的运输车。
背景技术
铁路车辆容积是评价车辆性能的重要参数,其决定车辆装载能力。铁路货车设计过程中,在车辆尺寸一定的前提下,往往追求容积最大化,通过优化车辆结构,使车辆尽可能将尺寸范围内的空间转变成可以载货的容积。
漏斗车作为一种铁路车型,其具有漏斗和底门结构,底门开启后车内货物受重力作用可自动卸出。但是,为保证漏斗车卸货功能,其端墙需要具有一定倾斜角度,因此受倾斜的端墙影响,漏斗车端部空间利用率较低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种漏斗车体及具有其的运输车,以解决现有技术中漏斗车端部空间利用率较低的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种漏斗车体,包括:固容车体;扩容车体,设置在固容车体上,扩容车体包括:固定端墙,与固容车体连接并位于固容车体的外侧;活动端墙,可活动地连接在固定端墙和固容车体之间的连接处,活动端墙具有靠近固定端墙的扩容位置和远离固定端墙并倾斜设置的下料位置。
进一步地,活动端墙包括:第一翻板,第一翻板的第一端可转动地连接在固定端墙和固容车体之间的第一连接处;第二翻板,第二翻板的第一端可转动地连接在固定端墙与固容车体之间的第二连接处,第一翻板的第二端相对于第二翻板的第二端可滑动地设置,当活动端墙处于下料位置时,第一翻板的第二端与第二翻板的第二端叠置。

如图1至图3所示,本实施例提供了一种漏斗车体,包括固容车体10和扩容车体20。扩容车体20设置在固容车体10上,扩容车体20包括固定端墙21和活动端墙22。固定端墙21与固容车体10连接并位于固容车体10的外侧;活动端墙22可活动地连接在固定端墙21和固容车体10之间的连接处,活动端墙22具有靠近固定端墙21的扩容位置和远离固定端墙21并倾斜设置的下料位置。
在本实施例中,由于设置了扩容车体20,扩容车体20的活动端墙22具有靠近固定端墙21的扩容位置和远离固定端墙21并倾斜设置的下料位置,从而对漏斗车体的端部空间进行扩容,使漏斗车体具有较大的装料空间,进而在保证正常下料的前提下,扩大了漏斗车体的有效容积,提高了运输效率。
值得说明的是,此处的活动端墙22靠近固定端墙21或者远离固定端墙21中的靠近是指相对靠近,远离也是指相对远离,不涉及距离限制。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,活动端墙22包括第一翻板221和第二翻板222,第一翻板221的第一端可转动地连接在固定端墙21和固容车体10之间的第一连接处(本实施例中第一翻板221与第一连接处之间为铰接),第二翻板222的第一端可转动地连接在固定端墙21与固容车体10之间的第二连接处(本实施例中第二翻板222与第二连接处之间为铰接),第一翻板221的第二端相对于第二翻板222的第二端可滑动地设置,当活动端墙22处于下料位置时,第一翻板221的第二端与第二翻板222的第二端叠置。

优选地,滚动结构223为设置在第一翻板221的第二端的滚轮,滚轮在第二翻板222上可滚动地设置,并在活动端墙22处于扩容位置时,滚轮抵接在第二翻板222的第二端,保证了第一翻板221与第二翻板222之间的相对滑动,且结构简单,摩擦力较小。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,固定端墙21包括竖向段211和横向段212,横向段212的一端与竖向段211连接,横向段212的另一端与固容车体10连接,第一翻板221的第一端连接在竖向段211和固容车体10的连接处。
具体地,本实施例中的第一翻板221与固容车体10之间枢转连接,从而能够保证第一翻板221能够相对于固容车体10转动,进而使活动端墙22能够下料位置和扩容位置之间切换,结构简单。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,漏斗车体还包括驱动结构30,驱动结构30设置在活动端墙22和固容车体10之间,驱动结构30驱动活动端墙22运动,以使活动端墙22由扩容位置切换至下料位置。
由于设置了驱动结构30,从而在下料时,驱动结构30能够驱动活动端墙22由扩容位置切换至下料位置,方便漏斗车体正常下料。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,驱动结构30为弹簧,弹簧的第一端与第二翻板222连接,弹簧的第二端与固容车体10连接,当活动端墙22处于下料位置时,弹簧处于原始状态或者被压缩状态。弹簧为压簧,当活动端墙22处于扩容位置时,弹簧会被进一步压缩,弹簧的长度减小。
具体地,在向漏斗车体内装料时,货物的重力作用使第一翻板221相对于第二翻板222滑动,弹簧被压缩,从而使整个活动端墙22由下料位置切换至扩容位置;当漏斗车体下料时,随着货物的卸出,位于第一翻板221和第二翻板222上的货物逐渐减小,弹簧的弹力作用驱动第一翻板221和第二翻板222发生反向相对滑动,由扩容位置切换至下料位置,保证活动端墙22的倾斜角度能够满足货物安息角的要求,正常卸货。
优选地,本实施例中的弹簧第一端连接在第二翻板222的中部位置,这样能够使弹力对用对第二翻板222的施力方向更有利于驱动第二翻板222的转动。
在附图未示出的替代实施例中,驱动结构为气缸或者液压缸。
气缸或者液压缸也可实现对第一翻板221和第二翻板222的驱动,只需在卸货时手动操作气缸或者液压缸的启动按钮即可。
又或者,无需设置驱动结构,将第一翻板221和第二翻板222采用弹性材料制成也可。
在这种设置方式,第一翻板221和第二翻板222本身的弹性作用能够在下料时使整个活动端墙22恢复至下料位置,结构比较简单。
优选地,在本实施例中,漏斗车体还包括设置在固容车体10顶部的装料口以及设置在固容车体10底部的出料口。
本实施例还提供了一种运输车,包括底架以及设置在底架上的漏斗车体,漏斗车体为上述的漏斗车体。
在本实施例中,由于设置了扩容车体20,扩容车体20的活动端墙22具有靠近固定端墙21的扩容位置和远离固定端墙21并倾斜设置的下料位置,从而对漏斗车体的端部空间进行扩容,使漏斗车体具有较大的装料空间,进而在保证正常下料的前提下,扩大了漏斗车体的有效容积,提高了运输效率。
因此,具有上述漏斗车体的运输车也具有上述优点。
本方案将活动端墙设计为双层结构,外层端墙为主要承载的固定端墙,内层端墙为可活动的翻板结构。通过内层翻板结构的转动,实现扩容及保证卸货的作用。
首先将漏斗车端墙设计成向外“凸出”的形状,以此扩大车内容积。由于“凸出”结构无法满足货物安息角(斜面使置于其上的物体沿斜面下滑的临界状态时,与水平面之间所成的最小角度)的要求,因此货物会堆积在此处无法向下卸出。为了解决上述问题,设计内层翻板结构,该翻板结构由上下两个互相搭接的翻板组成,翻板的外侧设计有弹簧结构。当车辆装载时,由于满载货物巨大的压力,使第一翻板和第二翻板克服弹簧的弹力作用,被货物“压”在外侧固定端墙上。当漏斗车底门打开卸货后,由于大量货物已卸出,活动翻板上方货物重量无法“压住”翻板结构,因此翻板结构在弹簧力作用下,向车内翻动,将“凸出”结构处储存的货物推出,使其成功卸出。
本申请的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:
(1)将车体分为固容车体和扩容车体两部分,扩容车体的端墙由传统斜面结构形式设计为带有向外“凸出”结构形式,实现增大容积的结构基础,同时保持端墙的承载作用;
(2)扩容车体包括固定端墙和活动端墙,活动端墙包括第一翻板和第二翻板,第一翻板和第二翻板互相搭接,皆可通过各自的转轴向固定端墙的一侧旋转。其作用主要通过其翻转、复原动作,收纳以及推出“凸出”结构处的货物;
(3)第二翻板的外侧设计有弹簧结构,其作用是给第二翻板提供翻转复原的作用力;
(4)车辆装载货物时,满载货物巨大的压力使第二翻板克服弹簧作用力,被货物压靠在固定端墙的内表面上,“凸出”结构中收纳了货物,增大车辆的装载容积。当车辆底门打开卸货时,由于货物大部分卸出,第二翻板上少量货物的压力不足以克服弹簧力,第二翻板在弹簧推力作用下逐渐复原,同时将“凸出”结构中的货物推出,使其成功卸出。
本申请的技术方案具有以下优点:
(1)改变了传统漏斗车端墙结构,增加了漏斗车容积,车辆装运力提升;
(2)利用漏斗车装载、卸货时货物在漏斗舱内堆积量和形态变化,使第二翻板结构在装载时自动向外翻转,增大容积。卸货时,第二翻板在弹簧作用下自动复原,将“凸出”结构中的货物推出卸货,整个动作过程自动完成,无需提供额外动力。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的漏斗车体,其特征在于,所述第一翻板(221)的第二端设有滚动结构(223),所述滚动结构(223)在所述第二翻板(222)上可滚动地设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的漏斗车体,其特征在于,所述固定端墙(21)包括竖向段(211)和横向段(212),所述横向段(212)的一端与所述竖向段(211)连接,所述横向段(212)的另一端与所述固容车体(10)连接,所述第一翻板(221)的第一端连接在所述竖向段(211)和所述固容车体(10)的连接处。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的漏斗车体,其特征在于,所述漏斗车体还包括驱动结构(30),所述驱动结构(30)设置在所述活动端墙(22)和所述固容车体(10)之间,所述驱动结构(30)驱动所述活动端墙(22)运动,以使所述活动端墙(22)由所述扩容位置切换至所述下料位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的漏斗车体,其特征在于,所述驱动结构(30)为弹簧,所述弹簧的第一端与所述第二翻板(222)连接,所述弹簧的第二端与所述固容车体(10)连接,当所述活动端墙(22)处于所述下料位置时,所述弹簧处于原始状态或者被压缩状态。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的漏斗车体,其特征在于,所述驱动结构(30)为气缸或者液压缸。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述漏斗车体,其特征在于,所述第一翻板(221)和/或所述第二翻板(222)采用弹性材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的漏斗车体,其特征在于,所述漏斗车体还包括设置在所述固容车体(10)顶部的装料口以及设置在所述固容车体(10)底部的出料口。
  10. 一种运输车,包括底架以及设置在所述底架上的漏斗车体,其特征在于,所述漏斗车体为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的漏斗车体。
