본 발명은 분리형 색조 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 색조 화장을 할 때에는 상부 케이스(뚜껑)의 개방 각도를 제한된 범위(예를 들어, 135°) 안에서 유지하도록 하며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는 사용자가 직접 지렛대 원리를 이용하여 하부 케이스로부터 화장용 트레이 및 상부 케이스를 손쉽게 분리할 수 있으며, 상부 케이스로부터 거울모듈을 분리하여 손거울로 재활용할 수 있는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
오늘날 현대사회는 급속하게 다변화되어 가는 시대 흐름에 따라 남녀노소 모두 필요에 따라 화장품을 애용하고 있다.
특히, 여성의 경우는 다양한 종류의 화장품과 다양한 색채를 갖춘 화장용품 및 도구 등을 사용하며, 관련업체의 연구개발에 의해 다채로운 양질의 화장용품 및 도구가 하루가 다르게 시장에 출시되고 있다.
화장은 기초화장, 색조(메이크업) 화장, 두발 화장, 바디 화장 등으로 크게 분류되며, 그 중 색조 화장은 기초화장이 끝난 후 더욱 아름답게 꾸미는 것을 목적으로 사용하는 화장품으로, 미적, 색채, 유행 감각을 고려해야 하는 실용적인 화장이라 할 수 있으므로 사용방법이나 숙련도에 따라 효과의 차이가 많이 나는 화장이다.
색조 화장은 먼저, 메이크업 베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더를 이용한 피부표현 화장품과, 아이 섀도, 아이 라이너, 아이 브로우, 마스카라를 이용한 눈 화장품과, 립스틱, 립글로스, 립크림을 이용한 입술 화장품과, 볼과 턱 부분 등에 색조 화장 시 이용하는 볼 터치용 화장품으로 크게 분류된다.
이러한 색조 화장품들 중에서 립스틱 또는 아이섀도 펜슬타입, 케이크타입과 크림타입 등의 종류들이 있으며, 그 중 케이크나 크림타입은 다채로운 색조 화장 재료가 하나의 케이스에 수납된 제품이므로 더욱 선호하며, 수납케이스 내부에 색조 화장재료와 함께 화장 솔 등이 수납되어 있다.
색조 화장에 사용되는 립글로스 또는 아이섀도 등의 종래 색조 화장품용 용기는, 하부 케이스; 하부 케이스의 상부에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 덮개; 및 하부 케이스 안에 결합하며, 각종 색조 화장품을 담을 수 있도록 구획된 색조 화장품 트레이 부와 화장도구를 올려놓을 수 있도록 구획된 화장도구 트레이 부가 형성되는 화장용 트레이; 로 구성된다.
종래의 색조 화장품 용기는 사용자가 덮개를 열고 화장도구(예를 들어, 화장 솔)의 파지 부를 잡고 사용할 색조 화장재료의 적정량을 붓이나 솔 등에 묻힌 다음 덮개의 내측 면에 부착된 거울을 보면서, 사용자가 원하는 부위에 펴 바른 다음 사용자가 원하는 컬러로 색조 화장을 완료한 후, 화장 솔을 색조 화장품 용기 본체 내의 해당 위치에 안착시켜 수납 보관한다.

첫째, 하부 케이스에 화장용 트레이가 언더 컷 구조로 조립되고, 하부 케이스의 상부에 상부 케이스를 회동 가능하게 설치하기 위하여 하부 케이스와 상부 케이스의 후단부에 금속재의 회전 샤프트(힌지)가 압입된 구조로 구성되어, 소비자가 하부 케이스로부터 화장용 트레이 및 상부 케이스를 직접 분리할 수 없는 구조로 구성되고 상부 케이스 안쪽에 강력하게 부착되어 있는 거울 때문에, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에, 색조 화장품 용기 전체를 폐기할 수밖에 없고 이로 인하여 재활용 분리 측면에서 효율성이 현저히 떨어지며, 환경오염을 유발하는 심각한 문제가 있다.
둘째, 하부 케이스의 상부에 상부 케이스를 회동 가능하게 설치하기 위하여 하부 케이스와 상부 케이스의 후단부에 금속재의 회전 샤프트(힌지)가 압입된 구조로 구성되기 때문에 색조 화장품 용기 생산과정에서 색조 화장품 용기의 조립성이 떨어지며, 사용자(소비자)가 직접 금속 힌지를 분리할 수 없는 구조적인 문제가 있다.
셋째, 화장도구 트레이 부 안에 놓인 화장 솔을 이용해 화장을 하려면, 색조 화장품 용기 본체의 내측으로 손가락을 넣어 화장 솔을 꺼내야 하는데, 화장 솔을 꺼내는 과정에서 화장 솔이 바닥에 떨어지는 경우가 빈번히 발생할 뿐만 아니라, 이로 인해 화장 솔이 오염되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 발명된 것으로, 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 첫 번째 목적은, 색조 화장을 할 때에는, 상부 케이스(뚜껑)의 개방 각도(열림 각도)를 제한된 범위(예를 들어, 135°) 안에서 유지하도록 하며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는, 사용자가 직접 지렛대 원리를 이용하여 하부 케이스로부터 화장용 트레이 및 상부 케이스를 손쉽게 분리할 수 있으며, 거울모듈을 손쉽게 분리하여 손거울로 재활용할 수 있는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 두 번째 목적은 회전 샤프트 결합부에 전방을 향하여 개구(개방)된 반원 형상의 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈이 형성되고, 그 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈 안에 회전 샤프트(힌지)가 삽입된 구조이므로, 색조 화장품 용기 생산과정에서 상부 케이스의 조립이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 사용자(소비자)가 직접 하부 케이스로부터 상부 케이스를 용이하게 분리할 수 있는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 것들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제는 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기는 수용공간을 구비하며, 후단부 양쪽에는 회전 샤프트 결합부가 형성되고, 상기 회전 샤프트 결합부에는 전방을 향하여 개구된 반원 형상의 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈이 형성된 하부 케이스; 후단부 양쪽에는 상기 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈 안에 결합하는 회전 샤프트가 형성되고, 상기 회전 샤프트를 기준으로 회동하면서 상기 하부 케이스를 개폐할 수 있도록 상기 하부 케이스의 상부에 설치되는 상부 케이스(덮개); 상기 수용공간 안에 안착되며, 상면 중간에는 각종 색조 화장품을 담을 수 있도록 구획된 색조 화장품 트레이 부가 형성되며, 상면 양측에는 화장도구를 올려놓을 수 있도록 구획된 화장도구 트레이 부가 형성되는 화장용 트레이(cosmetic tray); 상기 화장용 트레이가 상기 수용공간 안에 안착될 때에, 상기 하부 케이스에 상기 상부 케이스를 로킹시키는 로킹수단(locking means); 상기 상부 케이스에 분리 가능하게 설치되는 분리형 거울모듈(mirror module); 상기 화장용 트레이의 후단부 하부에 형성되며, 상기 화장용 트레이가 상기 수용공간 안에 안착되어 상기 하부 케이스와 결합할 때에, 상기 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈의 개구를 차단하여 상기 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈으로부터 상기 회전 샤프트의 이탈을 방지하는 회전 샤프트 홀더(rotary shaft holder); 및 상기 상부 케이스의 개방 각도(열림 각도)를 제한된 범위 안으로 유지하는 기능을 가지며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에 상기 하부 케이스로부터 상기 화장용 트레이를 분리하기 위하여 상기 상부 케이스의 후단부에 형성되는 액추에이터(actuator); 를 포함하는 구성된 특징이 있다.
또한, 상기 로킹수단은, 상기 하부 케이스의 양 측벽 내면에 로킹 홈이 형성되고, 상기 로킹 홈 안에 결합하도록 상기 화장용 트레이의 양 측면에 로킹 돌기가 형성될 수 있다.

상기 프레임 가이드는 프레임 삽입 홈 안에 거울 프레임이 삽입되는 것을 안내하는 역할을 하며, 이탈방지용 단턱은 프레임 삽입 홈 안에 삽입된 거울 프레임이 임의로 빠지지 않도록 하는 역할을 한다.
또한, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는, 분리형 거울모듈을 외부에서 내부를 향하여 손가락으로 밀면, 그 힘에 의해서 분리형 거울모듈이 프레임 삽입 홈으로부터 빠지도록 구성되며, 분리된 분리형 거울모듈은 폐기하지 않고 손거울로 활용할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기에 대해 설명하도록 한다.

위 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기(100)는 색조 화장을 할 때에는 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도(열림 각도)를 제한된 범위 안에서 유지하도록 하며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에, 지렛대 원리를 이용하여 사용자가 직접 하부 케이스(110)로부터 화장용 트레이(130)를 손쉽게 분리할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
즉, 도 1 내지 도 3 및 도 14, 도 18에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부 케이스(120)는 회전 샤프트(힌지)(121)를 기준으로 회동하면서 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐할 수 있도록 구성되며, 액추에이터(170)의 끝단부가 화장용 트레이(130)의 저면에 접촉되어, 색조 화장을 할 때에 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 일정하게 유지되도록 한다.
반면에, 도 4 및 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는, 상부 케이스(120)를 일정각도 범위(예를 들어, 135°)를 초과하여 뒤로 젖히면, 지렛대 원리로 화장용 트레이(130)가 상방으로 밀어올려져서 하부 케이스(110)로부터 화장용 트레이(130)를 쉽게 분리할 수 있도록 구성된다.
위 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기(100)는, 후단부 양쪽에 회전 샤프트 결합부(113)가 형성되고, 회전 샤프트 결합부(113)에는 전방을 향하여 개구된 반원 형상의 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)이 형성된 하부 케이스(110); 후단부 양쪽에는 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115) 안에 결합하는 회전 샤프트(121)가 형성되고, 회전 샤프트(121)를 기준으로 회동하면서 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐할 수 있도록 하부 케이스(110)의 상부에 설치되는 상부 케이스(120); 상면 중간에는 각종 색조 화장품을 담을 수 있도록 구획된 색조 화장품 트레이 부(131)가 형성되며, 상면 양측에는 화장도구(133)를 올려놓을 수 있도록 구획된 화장도구 트레이 부(132)가 형성되는 화장용 트레이(130); 화장용 트레이(130)가 수용공간(111) 안에 안착될 때에, 하부 케이스(110)에 상부 케이스(120)를 로킹시키는 로킹수단(140); 상부 케이스(120)에 분리 가능하게 설치되는 분리형 거울모듈(150); 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)의 개구(opening)를 차단하여 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)으로부터 회전 샤프트(121)의 이탈을 방지하는 회전 샤프트 홀더(160); 그리고 색조 화장을 할 때에 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도(열림 각도)를 제한된 범위 안으로 유지하는 기능을 가지며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는, 지렛대 원리로 하부 케이스(110)로부터 화장용 트레이(130)를 손쉽게 분리하기 위한 액추에이터(170); 를 포함하여 구성된 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기(100)의 구성을 구체적으로 설명하면, 우선 도 5, 도 6, 및 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 하부 케이스(110)에는 화장용 트레이(130)를 수용하기 위한 수용공간(111)이 형성된다. 수용공간(111)이란 측벽들(111a)에 의해 형성된 공간으로, 이 수용공간(111) 안에 화장용 트레이(130)가 안착된다.
하부 케이스(110) 후단부 양쪽에는 회전 샤프트 결합부(113)가 형성되고, 그 회전 샤프트 결합부(113) 사이에는 개구부(119)가 형성된다. 이 개구부(119)(도 5에 도시)를 차단하기 위하여 상부 케이스(120)의 하단에는 개구 차단부(127)(도 6에 도시)가 형성될 수 있다. 개구 차단부(127)에 의해서 개구부(119)가 외부로 노출되지 않아 색조 화장품 용기 외관을 미려(美麗)하게 할 수 있다.
회전 샤프트 결합부(113)에는 전방(前方)을 향하여 개구(opening, 開口)된 반원 형상의 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)이 형성된다.
회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)이 전방을 향하여 개구(opening)된 형상을 갖도록 한 첫 번째 이유는 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에 하부 케이스(110)로부터 상부 케이스(120)를 용이하게 분리하기 위해서 이고, 두 번째 이유는 색조 화장품 용기 생산과정에서, 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115) 안에 회전 샤프트(121)를 결합하는 조립작업이 용이하도록 하여 생산성을 높이기 위해서 이다.
더 나아가, 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 회전 샤프트 결합부(113)의 내측면에는 색조 화장을 할 때에 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한된 범위 135°에서 유지하도록 함은 물론 사용자가 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에 절단되는 확인용 절단부(119a)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 확인용 절단부(119a)는 회전 샤프트 결합부(113)의 내측면에 살짝 돌출된 구조로 형성되는바, 색조 화장을 할 때에 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도가 135°로 유지된 상태에서, 상부 케이스(120)의 후단을 지지함은 물론 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에, 상부 케이스(120)를 뒤로 젖히는 과정에서 상부 케이스(120)에 의해서 절단되도록 구성된다.
이와 같이 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에 상부 케이스(120)를 뒤로 젖히는 과정에서 확인용 절단부(119a)의 절단을 확인하여, 사용자가 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기하였음을 쉽게 확인할 수 있기 때문에 제품에 관한 생산자와 사용자(소비자) 간에 발생할 수 있는 분쟁의 소지(법적 다툼의 여지)를 사전에 방지할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서는, 액추에이터(170)의 지렛대 원리에 의해서, 액추에이터(170)가 회전 샤프트(121)를 회전축으로 하여 회전하면서, 액추에이터(170)의 끝단부가 화장용 트레이(130)를 상방으로 들어올리며, 이때 회전 샤프트 홀더(160)가 상승하여 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)의 개구를 개방함에 따라 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)안에서 회전 샤프트(121)를 쉽게 이탈시켜서, 하부 케이스(110)로부터 상부 케이스(120)를 용이하게 분리할 수 있도록 하기 위해서이다.
또한, 회전 샤프트 결합부(113)의 상면에는 하부 케이스(110)의 측벽(111a)보다 상대적으로 높게 플랫부(flat portion)(117)가 상방으로 형성되고, 플랫부(117)에 안착하도록 화장용 트레이(130)의 후단부 양쪽 하면에는 안착면(135)이 형성된다.
화장용 트레이(130)의 안착면(135)이 하부 케이스(110)의 플랫부(117)에 안정적으로 접촉함으로써, 하부 케이스(110)에 화장용 트레이(130)가 유동 없이 안정적으로 조립될 수 있다.
또한, 상부 케이스(120)는 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐하는 덮개(뚜껑)로서, 상부 케이스(120) 후단부 양쪽에는 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115) 안에 결합하는 회전 샤프트(힌지)(121)가 형성된다.
상부 케이스(120)는 회전 샤프트(121)를 기준으로 회동하면서 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐할 수 있도록 하부 케이스(110)의 상부에 설치된다.
또한, 상부 케이스(120)에는 분리형 거울모듈(150)이 분리 가능하게 설치될 수 있다.
분리형 거울모듈(150)은 거울 프레임(151)과, 그 거울 프레임(151)에 결합하는 거울(152)로 구성될 수 있다.
상부 케이스(120)의 중간에는 거울 프레임(151)이 결합하기 위한 프레임 삽입 홈(128)이 형성되고, 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 내측면에는 프레임 가이드(129)가 형성되며, 거울 프레임(151)에는 이탈방지용 단턱(153)이 형성된다. 프레임 가이드(129)는 개략적으로 “ㄷ”자 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
프레임 가이드(129)는 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 안에 거울 프레임(151)이 삽입되는 것을 안내하고 거울 프레임(151)을 지지하는 역할을 하며, 이탈방지용 단턱(153)은 거울 프레임(151)을 안정적으로 지지하고, 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 안에 삽입된 거울 프레임(151)이 상부 케이스(120)의 안쪽으로만 빠져서 분리되도록 구성함으로써, 색조화장 중에 분리형 거울모듈(150)이 임의로 빠지는 것을 방지하여 제품에 대한 신뢰를 높일 수 있다.
프레임 삽입 홈(128) 안에는 거울 프레임(151)이 삽입되고, 이탈방지용 단턱(153)이 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 내측면에 밀착됨으로써, 분리형 거울모듈(150)이 상부 케이스(120)에 안정적으로 지지된다.
그리고 프레임 가이드(129)에는 결합돌기(129a)가 형성되고, 결합돌기(129a)가 결합하도록 거울 프레임(151)의 외주면에는 결합 홈(151a)이 형성된다.
결합 홈(151a) 안에 결합 돌기(129a)가 끼워짐으로써, 분리형 거울모듈(150)이 안정적으로 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 안에 고정된다.
또한, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는, 사용자가 분리형 거울모듈(150)을 외부에서 내부를 향하여(외측에서 내측으로) 손가락으로 밀면, 그 힘에 의해서 분리형 거울모듈(150)이 프레임 삽입 홈(128)으로부터 빠지도록 구성된다.
이와 같이 분리된 분리형 거울모듈(150)은 손거울로 활용할 수 있기 때문에 종전에 거울이 상부 하우징에 부착되어 거울과 상부 하우징을 함께 폐기하여 발생했던 종래 문제(예를 들어, 재활용 효율성 및 환경오염 등)를 말끔히 해소할 수 있다.
또한, 화장용 트레이(130)는 수용공간(111) 안에 안착되어 하부 케이스(110)와 결합한다. 화장용 트레이(130)의 외주에 형성된 플랜지(130a)가 하부 케이스(110)의 측벽(111a)에 지지되어 화장용 트레이(130)의 위치가 고정될 수 있다.
화장용 트레이(130) 상면 중간에는 각종 색조 화장품을 담을 수 있도록 구획된 색조 화장품 트레이 부(131)가 형성되며, 화장용 트레이(130) 상면 양측에는 화장도구(133)를 올려놓을 수 있도록 구획된 화장도구 트레이 부(132)가 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기(100)는 회전 샤프트(121)의 이탈을 방지하는 회전 샤프트 홀더(160)를 구비한다.
회전 샤프트 홀더(160)는 화장용 트레이(130)의 후단부 하부에 형성되며, 화장용 트레이(130)가 수용공간(111) 안에 안착되어 하부 케이스(110)와 결합할 때에, 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)의 개구를 차단하여 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)(도 5에 도시)으로부터 회전 샤프트(121)가 임의로 이탈되지 않도록 한다.
회전 샤프트 홀더(160)는 화장용 트레이(130)의 후단부 하부에 일체로 형성되거나, 비록 도면에 도시하지는 않았으나, 화장용 트레이(130)와 별개로 제작된 후 화장용 트레이(130)의 후단부 하부에 조립되는 구성일 수도 있다.
회전 샤프트 홀더(160)는 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)을 차단하는 수직부(차단부)(161), 그 수직부(161)로부터 연장 형성되며 회전 샤프트 홀더(160)의 하강을 가이드 하는 경사부(안내부)(162)로 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기(100)는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 화장용 트레이(130)가 수용공간(111) 안에 안착될 때에, 하부 케이스(110)에 화장용 트레이(130)를 로킹시키는 로킹수단(locking means)(140)을 구비할 수 있다.
로킹수단(140)은 로킹 홈(141)과 그 로킹 홈(141) 안에 결합하는 로킹 돌기(143)를 구비할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 하부 케이스(110)의 양 측벽(111a) 내면에 로킹 홈(141)이 형성되고, 로킹 홈(141) 안에 결합하도록 화장용 트레이(130)의 양 측면에 로킹 돌기(143)가 형성될 수 있다. 로킹수단(140)은 본 실시 예에 국한되지 않으며, 다양한 구조로 변경될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기(100)는, 도 13 및 도 18에 도시된 바와 같이, 색조 화장을 할 때에 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도(열림 각도)를 제한된 범위 안으로 유지하는 기능을 가지며, 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에 하부 케이스(110)로부터 화장용 트레이(130)를 분리하기 위하여 상부 케이스(120)의 후단부에 형성되는 액추에이터(170)를 구비할 수 있다.
색조 화장을 할 때에 액추에이터(170)의 끝단부는 화장용 트레이(130)의 저면에 접촉되어 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한하며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에 상부 케이스(120)가 일정각도 범위를 초과하여 개방하면, 지렛대 원리로 화장용 트레이(130)를 상방으로 밀어 올려서 하부 케이스(110)로부터 화장용 트레이(130)를 손쉽게 분리하도록 구성된다.
액추에이터(170)는, 상부 케이스(120)의 후단부에 하방으로 연장 형성되는 로드(rod)(173); 및 로드(173)의 끝단에 연장 형성되며, 상부 케이스(120)가 일정각도 범위 안에서 개방 시에는, 화장용 트레이(130)의 저면에 접촉되어 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한하며, 상부 케이스(120)가 일정각도 범위를 초과하여 개방 시에는, 화장용 트레이(130)를 상방으로 밀어 올려서 하부 케이스(110)로부터 화장용 트레이(130)를 분리하기 위한 스톱형 푸셔(171); 로 구성될 수 있다. 로드(바디부)(73)에는 회전 샤프트(121)가 일체로 형성되거나, 비록 도면에 도시하지는 않았으나 별개로 형성될 수도 있다.
또한, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 화장도구 트레이 부(132) 안의 화장도구(133)를 파지하기 위하여 하부 케이스(110)와 화장용 트레이(130)의 양측 면에는 화장도구 파지용 홈(118)(134)이 형성되고, 상부 케이스(120)를 닫을 때, 화장도구 파지용 홈(118)(134)이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상부 케이스(120)의 양측 면에는 화장도구 파지용 홈 차단부(123)가 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 상부 케이스(120)를 닫으면, 화장도구 파지용 홈(118)(134)이 외부로 노출되지 않아 색조 화장품 용기 외관을 미려하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부 케이스(120)를 닫을 때, 상부 케이스(120)가 임의로 열리는 것을 방지하기 위하여 화장용 트레이(130)에는 로킹 홈(136)이 형성되고, 상부 케이스(120)에는 로킹 후크(126)가 형성될 수 있다.
상부 케이스(120)를 닫을 때에는 로킹 홈(136) 안에 로킹 후크(126)를 억지 끼움 방식으로 결합하며, 상부 케이스(120)를 열 때에 상부 케이스(120)를 상방으로 당겨서 열도록 구성된다.
또한, 도 3, 도 13, 및 도 18에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부 케이스(120)를 일정각도 범위 안에서 개방할 때에, 상부 케이스(120)는 0°～135°까지 개방할 수 있다.
개방각도 135°는 색조 화장을 할 때에, 사용자가 거울(151)을 잘 볼 수 있도록 임의로 설정한 각도이고, 반드시 이에 국한되는 것은 아니며, 설계 조건에 따라 변경될 수 있다.
이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여, 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기의 작용 효과에 대해서 자세히 설명하기로 한다.
우선, 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기(100)의 조립을 설명한다.
상부 케이스의 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 안에 분리형 거울모듈(150)을 억지 끼움 방식으로 끼운다. 이때, 이탈방지용 단턱(153)이 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 외주면에 밀착됨으로써, 분리형 거울모듈(150)이 상부 케이스(120)에 견고하게 고정된다.
그 다음, 하부 케이스(110)의 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115) 안에 상부 케이스(120)의 회전 샤프트(121)를 끼운다. 이때, 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)의 형상이 전방(前方)을 향하여 개구(開口)되어 있기 때문에 색조 화장품 용기 생산과정에서 그 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115) 안에 회전 샤프트(121)를 용이하게 조립할 수 있다.
그 다음, 하부 케이스(110)의 수용공간(111) 안에 화장용 트레이(130)를 안착시킨다. 이때, 회전 샤프트 홀더(160)의 수직부(161)가 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)을 차단하여 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)으로부터 회전 샤프트(121)가 임의로 이탈되지 않도록 한다.
화장용 트레이(130)를 안착시키는 과정에서, 회전 샤프트 홀더(160)의 경사부(162)는 회전 샤프트 홀더(160)의 하강을 안정적으로 가이드 하여 수직부(161)가 정확한 위치에서 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)을 차단하도록 한다.
그리고 하부 케이스(110)의 로킹 홈(141) 안에 로킹 돌기(143)가 결합됨으로써, 화장용 트레이(130)가 수용공간(111) 안에 안착될 때에, 하부 케이스(110)에 화장용 트레이(130)를 로킹(고정)시킨다.
그 다음, 화장용 트레이(130)의 색조 화장품 트레이 부(131)에는 각종 색조 화장품을 담고, 화장도구 트레이 부(132)에는 화장도구(133)를 올려놓는다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 분리형 색조 화장품 용기(100)를 이용한 색조 화장을 설명한다.
한 손으로는 하부 케이스(110)를 잡고, 다른 손으로 상부 케이스(120)를 젖혀서 연다. 이때, 회전 샤프트(121)를 기준으로 상부 케이스(120)가 회동하여 화장용 트레이(130)가 최대 135°로 개방될 수 있다.
최대 135°로 개방된 상태에서, 액추에이터(170)의 스톱형 푸셔(171)이 화장용 트레이(130)의 저면에 접촉되어, 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 135°로 그대로 유지함으로써, 사용자가 편리하게 화장을 할 수 있다.
사용자는 화장도구 파지용 홈(118)(134)을 이용하여 화장도구(133)를 편리하게 파지하여 색조 화장을 할 수 있다.
또한, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리하여 폐기할 때에는, 상부 케이스(120)를 최대 135°로 개방한 상태에서, 상부 케이스(120)를 더 젖혀서 135° 초과하여 개방하면, 액추에이터(170)의 지렛대 원리에 의해서, 액추에이터(170)의 스톱형 푸셔(171)이 화장용 트레이(130)를 상방으로 밀어 올려서 하부 케이스(110)와 화장용 트레이(130)의 로킹을 해제하고 동시에 회전 샤프트 홀더(160)가 상승하여 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)의 개구를 개방함에 따라 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)안에서 회전 샤프트(121)를 쉽게 이탈시켜서, 하부 케이스(110)로부터 화장용 트레이(130) 및 상부 케이스(120)를 용이하게 분리할 수 있다(도 19 및 도 20 참조).
그리고 사용자가 분리형 거울모듈(150)을 외부에서 내부 쪽으로 손가락으로 밀면, 그 힘에 의해서 분리형 거울모듈(150)이 프레임 삽입 홈(128)으로부터 빠진다. 분리한 분리형 거울모듈(150)은 손거울로 활용할 수 있기 때문에 종전에 거울이 상부 하우징에 부착되어 거울과 상부 하우징을 함께 폐기하던 문제를 해소할 수 있다(도 19 및 도 20 참조).
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
첫째, 색조 화장을 할 때에는, 상부 케이스의 개방 각도를 제한된 범위 안에서 유지하도록 하며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리하여 폐기할 때에는, 지렛대 원리를 이용하여 사용자가 직접 하부 케이스로부터 화장용 트레이를 손쉽게 분리할 수 있으므로, 재활용 분리 측면에서 효율성이 높으며, 색조 화장품 트레이부에 남은 색조 화장품에 의한 환경오염을 방지할 수 있다.
둘째, 회전 샤프트 결합부에 전방을 향하여 개구(開口)된 반원 형상의 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈이 형성되고, 그 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈 안에 회전 샤프트가 삽입된 구조이므로, 하부 케이스로부터 상부 케이스를 용이하게 분리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 색조 화장품 용기 생산과정에서 상부 케이스의 조립이 용이하여 생산성을 높일 수 있다.
셋째, 하부 케이스에 화장용 트레이가 언더 컷 구조로 조립되더라도 지렛대 원리를 이용하여 소비자가 큰 힘을 들이지 않고도 하부 케이스로부터 화장용 트레이 및 상부 케이스를 용이하게 분리할 수 있다.
넷째, 색조 화장품 생산과정에서, 하부 케이스 안에 화장용 트레이를 조립할 때에, 회전 샤프트 홀더의 경사부(안내부)에 의해서, 회전 샤프트 홀더의 하강을 안정적으로 가이드 하여 회전 샤프트 홀더의 수직부가 정확한 위치에서 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈을 차단하여 상부 케이스의 회전을 원활하게 함으로써, 제품에 대한 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.
다섯째, 화장용 트레이의 양측 면에 형성된 화장도구 파지용 홈을 이용하여 화장 솔을 편리하게 파지할 수 있으므로, 화장도구 트레이부 안의 화장 솔을 집거나 집어넣는 과정에서 사용자의 부주의로 인해 화장 솔이 바닥에 떨어지는 문제를 해소하여 화장 솔의 오염을 방지할 수 있다.
여섯째, 상부 케이스의 중간에 분리형 거울모듈의 거울 프레임이 결합하기 위한 프레임 삽입 홈이 형성되고, 프레임 삽입 홈 내측면에는 프레임 가이드가 형성되며, 거울 프레임에는 이탈방지용 단턱이 형성되어, 프레임 가이드는 프레임 삽입 홈 안에 거울 프레임이 삽입되는 것을 안내하고 거울 프레임을 지지하는 역할을 하며, 이탈방지용 단턱은 거울 프레임을 안정적으로 지지하고, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리하여 폐기할 때에, 프레임 삽입 홈 안에 삽입된 거울 프레임이 상부 케이스의 안쪽으로만 빠져서 분리되도록 구성함으로써, 색조화장 중에 분리형 거울모듈이 임의로 빠지는 것을 방지하여 제품에 대한 신뢰를 높일 수 있다.
일곱째, 상부 케이스의 프레임 가이드 좌우에 설치된 결합돌기가 분리형 거울모듈의 거울 프레임의 결합 홈 안에 억지 끼움되고, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는 분리형 거울모듈을 외부에서 내부를 향하여 손가락을 밀어서 편리하게 분리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 분리된 분리형 거울모듈을 손거울로 활용할 수 있다.
한편, 본 명세서와 도면에는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 대하여 개시하였으며, 비록 특정 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명의 기술 내용을 쉽게 설명하고 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 일반적인 의미에서 사용된 것이지, 본 발명의 범위를 한정하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 여기에 개시된 실시 예 외에도 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 바탕을 둔 다른 변형 예들이 실시 가능하다는 것은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 것이다.
예를 들어, 본 실시 예에서는 사각형태의 색조화장품 용기를 도시하고 있으나, 사각형태 이외의 다각형이나 원 형태 등으로 설계 변경할 수 있다.
본 발명은 다양하게 변형될 수 있고 여러 가지 형태를 취할 수 있다. 하지만, 본 발명은 상기의 상세한 설명에서 언급되는 특별한 형태로 한정되는 것이 아닌 것으로 이해되어야 하며, 오히려 첨부된 청구범위에 의해 정의되는 본 발명의 정신과 범위 내에 있는 모든 변형물과 균등물 및 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

Claims (16)

  1. 수용공간(111)을 구비하며, 후단부 양쪽에는 회전 샤프트 결합 부(113)가 형성되고, 상기 회전 샤프트 결합 부(113)에는 전방을 향하여 개구된 반원 형상의 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)이 형성된 하부 케이스(110); 후단부 양쪽에는 상기 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115) 안에 결합하는 회전 샤프트(121)가 형성되고, 상기 회전 샤프트(121)를 기준으로 회동하면서 상기 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐할 수 있도록 상기 하부 케이스(110)의 상부에 설치되는 상부 케이스(120); 상기 수용공간(111) 안에 안착되며, 상면 중간에는 각종 색조 화장품을 담을 수 있도록 구획된 색조 화장품 트레이 부(131)가 형성되며, 상면 양측에는 화장도구(133)를 올려놓을 수 있도록 구획된 화장도구 트레이 부(132)가 형성되는 화장용 트레이(130); 상기 화장용 트레이(130)가 상기 수용공간(111) 안에 안착될 때에, 상기 하부 케이스(110)에 상기 상부 케이스(120)를 로킹시키는 로킹수단(140); 상기 상부 케이스(120)에 분리 가능하게 설치되는 분리형 거울모듈(150); 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 후단부 하부에 형성되며, 상기 화장용 트레이(130)가 상기 수용공간(111) 안에 안착되어 상기 하부 케이스(110)와 결합할 때에, 상기 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)의 개구를 차단하여 상기 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)으로부터 상기 회전 샤프트(121)의 이탈을 방지하는 회전 샤프트 홀더(160); 및 색조 화장을 할 때에는, 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한된 범위 안으로 유지하는 기능을 가지며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는, 상기 하부 케이스(110)로부터 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 분리하기 위하여 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 후단부에 형성되는 액추에이터(170); 를 포함하되,
    상기 액추에이터(170)는,
    상기 상부 케이스(120)의 후단부에 하방으로 연장 형성되는 로드(173); 및
    상기 로드(173)의 끝단에 연장 형성되며, 상기 상부 케이스(120)가 일정각도 범위 안에서 개방 시에는, 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 저면에 접촉되어 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한하며, 상기 상부 케이스(120)가 일정각도 범위를 초과하여 개방 시에는, 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 상방으로 밀어 올려서 상기 하부 케이스(120)로부터 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 분리하기 위한 스톱형 푸셔(171); 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서.
    상기 로킹수단(140)은,
    상기 하부 케이스(110)의 양 측벽 내면에 로킹 홈(141)이 형성되고, 상기 로킹 홈(141) 안에 결합하도록 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 양 측면에 로킹 돌기(143)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서.
    상기 로드(173)에 상기 회전 샤프트(121)가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서.
    상기 상부 케이스(120)에 상기 분리형 거울모듈(150)을 분리 가능하게 설치하기 위하여 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 중간에는 거울 프레임 삽입 홈(128)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  5. 수용공간(111)을 구비하는 하부 케이스(110); 상기 하부 케이스(110)의 수용공간(11)에 안착되고, 상기 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐할 수 있도록 상기 하부 케이스(110)에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 상부 케이스(120); 및 상기 하부 케이스(110)와 상기 상부 케이스(120) 사이에 마련되는 화장용 트레이(130); 를 포함하되,
    상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 화장도구 트레이 부(132) 안의 화장도구(133)를 파지하기 위하여 상기 하부 케이스(110)와 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 양 측면에는 화장도구 파지용 홈(118)(134)이 형성되고, 상기 상부 케이스(120)를 닫을 때, 상기 화장도구 파지용 홈(118)(134)이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 양 측면에는 화장도구 파지용 홈 차단부(123)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 케이스(120)에 분리 가능하게 설치되는 분리형 거울모듈(150); 을 더 포함하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 케이스(120)를 일정각도 범위 안에서 개방할 때에, 상기 상부 케이스(120)는 0°～135°까지 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  8. 수용공간(111)을 구비하는 하부 케이스(110); 상기 하부 케이스(110)의 수용공간(11)에 안착되고, 상기 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐할 수 있도록 상기 하부 케이스(110)에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 상부 케이스(120); 상기 하부 케이스(110)와 상기 상부 케이스(120) 사이에 마련되는 화장용 트레이(130); 및 색조 화장을 할 때에는, 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한된 범위 안에서 유지하는 기능을 가지며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에는, 상기 하부 케이스(110)로부터 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 분리하기 위한 액추에이터(170); 를 포함하되,
    상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 화장도구 트레이 부(132) 안의 화장도구(133)를 파지하기 위하여 상기 하부 케이스(110)와 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 양 측면에는 화장도구 파지용 홈(118)(134)이 형성되고, 상기 상부 케이스(120)를 닫을 때, 상기 화장도구 파지용 홈(118)(134)이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 양 측면에는 화장도구 파지용 홈 차단부(123)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    거울 프레임(151)과, 상기 거울 프레임(151)에 결합하는 거울(152)로 구성되는 분리형 거울모듈(150); 을 더 구비하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 케이스(110)의 후단부 양쪽에 형성된 회전 샤프트 결합부(113)에는 전방을 향하여 개구된 반원 형상의 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)이 형성되며, 상기 회전 샤프트 삽입 홈(115)에 결합하도록 상기 하부 케이스(110)의 후단부 양쪽에는 회전 샤프트(121)가 형성되고, 상기 화장용 트레이(130)가 상기 수용공간(111) 안에 안착되어 상기 하부 케이스(110)와 결합할 때에, 상기 회전 샤프트(121)의 이탈을 방지하는 회전 샤프트 홀더(160)가 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 후단부 하부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 케이스(120)의 중간에는 상기 거울 프레임(151)이 결합하기 위한 프레임 삽입 홈(128)이 형성되고, 상기 프레임 삽입 홈(128)의 내측면에는 프레임 가이드(129)가 형성되며, 상기 거울 프레임(151)에는 이탈방지용 단턱(153)이 형성되고,
    상기 프레임 가이드(129)는 상기 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 안에 상기 거울 프레임(151)이 삽입되는 것을 안내하며, 상기 이탈방지용 단턱(153)은 상기 프레임 삽입 홈(128) 안에 삽입된 상기 거울 프레임(151)이 임의로 빠지는 것을 방지하는 구조인 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  12. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 액추에이터(170)는,
    상기 상부 케이스(120)의 후단부에 하방으로 연장 형성되는 로드(173); 및
    상기 로드(173)의 끝단에 연장 형성되며, 상기 상부 케이스(120)가 일정각도 범위 안에서 개방 시에는, 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 저면에 접촉되어 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한하며, 상기 상부 케이스(120)가 일정각도 범위를 초과하여 개방 시에는, 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 상방으로 밀어 올려서 상기 하부 케이스(120)로부터 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 분리하기 위한 스톱형 푸셔(171); 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  13. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 화장도구 트레이 부(132) 안의 화장도구(133)를 파지하기 위하여 상기 하부 케이스(110)와 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 양 측면에는 화장도구 파지용 홈(134)이 형성되고, 상기 상부 케이스(120)를 닫을 때, 상기 화장도구 파지용 홈(134)이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 양 측면에는 화장도구 파지용 홈 차단부(127)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  14. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 회전 샤프트 결합부(113)의 상면에는 플랫부(117)가 형성되고, 상기 플랫부(117)에 안착하도록 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 후단부 양쪽 하면에는 안착면(135)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
  15. 하부 케이스(110); 상기 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐할 수 있도록 상기 하부 케이스(110)의 상부에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 상부 케이스(120); 상기 하부 케이스(110)와 상기 상부 케이스(120) 사이에 마련되는 화장용 트레이(130); 및 색조 화장을 할 때에, 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한된 범위 안에서 유지하는 기능을 가지며, 색조 화장품을 다 사용한 후 분리 폐기할 때에, 지렛대 원리를 이용하여 상기 하부 케이스(110)로부터 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 분리하기 위한 액추에이터(170); 를 포함하되,
    상기 액추에이터(170)는,

  16. 제15항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 케이스(120)는 회전 샤프트(121)를 기준으로 회동하면서 상기 하부 케이스(110)를 개폐할 수 있도록 구성되며,
    상기 액추에이터(170)의 끝단부는 상기 화장용 트레이(130)의 저면에 접촉되어 상기 상부 케이스(120)의 개방 각도를 제한하며, 상기 상부 케이스(120)가 일정각도 범위를 초과하여 개방할 때에는, 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 상방으로 밀어 올려서 상기 하부 케이스(110)로부터 상기 화장용 트레이(130)를 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 색조 화장품 용기.
