Description

듀얼형 화장품용기
본 발명은 듀얼형 화장품용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 서로 다른 다양한 화장액이나 도포구를 선택적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 화장품용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 입술연지, 립글로스, 마스카라, 아이라이너, 매니큐어와 같이 액상의 화장품을 솔로 찍어서 화장하는 경우에는 주로 모(毛) 다발이 심어진 솔대의 하부 캡을 화장품 용기에 나사 결합하여 솔대와 모 다발이 화장품 용기 내부에 보관된 상태에서 간편하게 휴대할 수 있도록 되어 있고, 필요시 캡을 분리하면 화장 용액이 묻혀진 브러시로 화장을 할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 화장품들은 화장법에 따라 2가지 이상이 순차적으로 함께 사용되는데, 눈 화장의 경우에는 마스카라 후, 아이라인을 하는 것이 보편적이며, 입술화장의 경우에는 입술연지 후, 코팅액을 바르는 것이 보편적이며, 손톱화장의 경우에는 매니큐어를 칠한 후, 코팅액을 바르는 것이 보편적이다.
따라서, 종래에는 상기한 화장법을 위해 많은 수의 화장품용기를 별도로 구매하여 보관해야 하기 때문에 화장품 수납공간이 협소하고 복잡해질 뿐 아니라, 화장품 구매에 따른 비용부담이 발생되는 문제가 있었다.
또한, 화장을 처음 배우는 사람에게는 화장법에 맞는 화장품들을 일일이 고르거나 세트로 구매하는 등의 일이 매우 번거롭고 어려운 일이어서, 무의식 중에 화장을 기피하게 되거나, 중간과정이 생략된 채로 화장을 마무리하게 되는 문제가 있었다.
이를 해결하기 위해 제안된 또 다른 종래기술로서, 2개의 용기 내부에 액상의 입술연지와 립글로스가 각각 주입되고, 금속 손잡이관의 상, 하부에 2개의 솔대가 각각 결합되어 손잡이관의 상, 하부 캡들에 용기들이 각각 나사 결합되는 입술화장 용기가 제안된 바 있었다.
이와 같은 종래기술은 2가지 종류의 화장품을 단일 구성품으로 패키지화시켜 사용자의 사용성을 개선하고자 한 것이나, 실은 사용상의 불편함이 많은 문제가 있었다.
우선, 입술연지 또는 립글로스의 화장시 어느 일측의 용기가 항상 손잡이관 상부에 위치하고 있기 때문에 사용자가 손잡이관을 잡고 화장하는데 불편한 문제가 있었다.
또한, 사용하고자 하는 용기에서 손잡이관을 분리시키는 과정에서 손잡이관 상측에 위치한 용기가 실수로 개방되어 내부의 화장액이 누설되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 평상기 화장품을 보관할 때, 세워서 보관하는 것이 어렵고, 누여진 채로 보관하게 되는데, 이 경우, 화장액이 어느 정도 사용된 후부터는 솔대가 화장액에 제대로 침지되지 못해 솔대에 화장액을 묻히기 어려워지는 문제가 있었다.
종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 목적은 각기 다른 종류 또는 다른 색상의 화장액을 하나의 용기에 담아 동시에 사용되도록 하되, 용기를 항상 세워진 상태로 보관하는 것이 가능하고, 1개의 뚜껑을 이용해 2가지 종류에 각각 침지된 솔대를 선택적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기를 제공함에 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 화장액 수용부(115) 및 입구(113)를 갖는 용기본체(110); 상기 용기본체의 입구(113)를 통과하여 설치되는 다수의 솔대(130); 상기 용기본체의 입구(113)에 결합되는 뚜껑(120); 및 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 하나를 상기 뚜껑(120)에 선택적으로 결합시키는 홀더(140);를 포함하여 구성되는 듀얼형 화장품용기를 기술적 요지로 한다.
여기서, 상기 용기본체의 화장액 수용부(115)는, 한가지 종류의 화장액을 수용할 수 있는 하나의 연통된 수용공간을 가지는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 사이에 수직방향으로 형성된 격벽(111)에 의해 다수로 구획형성되는 것도 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 용기본체(110)는, 서로 다른 재질이나 색상, 투명도를 가지는 다수가 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 각각에 대응되는 위치에서 상호 결합되어 형성되는 것도 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(110)는, 원형, 타원형과 같은 곡면을 가지거나, 사각형, 마름모형, 오각형, 육각형과 같은 다각형의 외면을 가지는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 용기본체(110)는, 상기 화장액 수용부(115)와 상기 입구(113)가 형성된 넥부(114)가 서로 다른 재질이나, 색상, 투명도를 가지는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(110) 또는 뚜껑(120)은, 이중사출에 의해 다수의 재질, 색상, 또는 투명도가 복합적으로 적용된 외관을 가지도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 용기본체(110)는, 상기 솔대(130)의 외면에 접속되도록 상기 입구(113)측에 설치되어, 상기 솔대(130)의 이동에 의해 상기 솔대(130)의 표면에 묻은 화장액을 닦아내는 와이퍼(151);를 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(110)는, 상기 솔대(130)의 이동을 가이드하도록 상기 입구(113)측에 상기 솔대(130)의 연장방향을 따라 관통형성된 솔대가이드홀(153);을 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 솔대(130)는, 상기 와이퍼(151)나 솔대가이드홀(153)의 내면부에 밀착가능하게 상기 솔대(130)의 외면부 둘레에 결합되는 오링(155);을 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 솔대(130)는, 상기 와이퍼(151)나 솔대가이드홀(153)의 내면부에 밀착가능하게 상기 솔대(130)의 외면부 둘레에 반경방향으로 돌출형성되는 스크래퍼(미도시);를 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 뚜껑(120)은, 상기 솔대(130)가 상기 뚜껑(120) 내측으로 받게 되는 가압력에 의해 밀려 이동되는 것을 방지하도록, 상기 뚜껑(120) 내부에 상기 솔대(130)의 내측단에 대응되는 위치까지 돌출형성된 솔대정위치유지부(127);를 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 다수의 솔대(130)는, 서로 다른 재질이나 색상, 형태를 가지는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 홀더(140)는, 상기 뚜껑(120)에 연결형성되며, 상기 뚜껑(120)의 회전조작에 의해 상기 용기본체(110) 외측에서 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 하나에 선택적으로 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 홀더(140)는, 상기 뚜껑(120)의 정, 역방향 회전가압력에 의해 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 일측과 타측의 외면부 둘레에 각각 체결되도록 개방형성된 다수의 클립(141);을 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 용기본체의 넥부(114)의 외면부와 뚜껑(120)의 내면부 중 일측에 형성되며, 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 각각과 상기 홀더(140)간의 결합이 이루어지는 지점에서 상기 뚜껑(120)의 착탈 이동방향으로 연장형성되는 다수의 수직연장부(161a)와, 상기 다수의 수직연장부(161a)를 연결하는 수평연장부(161b)로 구성되는 가이드경로를 제공하는 가이드부(161); 및 상기 용기본체의 넥부(114)의 외면부와 뚜껑(120)의 내면부 중 타측에 형성되며, 상기 뚜껑(120)의 착탈, 회전조작에 의해 상기 가이드부의 수직연장부(161a), 수평연장부(161b)가 가이드하는 경로를 따라 이동되는 가이드이동부(163);를 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 가이드부(161)는, "└┘", "└┴┘"과 같은 형상의 가이드경로를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 가이드부(161)는 함몰형성되며, 상기 가이드이동부(163)는 상기 가이드부의 수직연장부(161a), 수평연장부(161b)상에 삽입가능하게 돌출형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명은, 수직방향의 양분된 제1,2수용부 및 제1,2입구를 갖는 용기본체; 상기 용기본체의 제1,2입구에 결합되는 뚜껑; 상기 용기본체의 제1,2수용부 각각에 착탈이 자유롭도록 결합되는 제1,2솔대; 및 상기 뚜껑 내측에 결합되고, 제1,2솔대 중 어느 하나를 임의로 선택 결합시켜 용기본체로부터 인출되도록 하는 홀더;를 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 용기본체는 제1,2입구에 각각 제1,2솔대의 외경을 닦기 위한 와이퍼를 설치할 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 뚜껑은 외부캡과 내부캡의 이중 결합구조로 이루어지고, 상기 내부캡의 내주연 하단에 뚜껑열림 방지요철이 형성되고, 상기 내부캡의 내주연 상단 일측에 홀더를 설치하는데 특징이 있다.
또한, 상기 제1,2솔대는 용기본체의 제1,2수용부 내에 침지되는 바닥측 끝단에 화장액을 바르기 위한 도포부를 형성하고, 제1,2입구의 상측으로 돌출되는 상단에는 홀더와 착/탈 결합되기 위한 결합부를 형성하는데 특징이 있다.
그리고, 상기 홀더는 내부캡의 상단 내주연으로부터 중심방향으로 연장 설치되는 끝단 좌우측에 각각 제1,2솔대 중 어느 하나를 임의로 선택 결합하는 제1,2클립을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 각기 다른 종류의 화장액이나 솔대를 하나의 용기에 적용함으로써, 여러 개의 화장품을 소지하거나 보관해야 하는 번거로움이 없고, 특히 여행시 소지품을 간소화할 수 있게 되는 한편, 화장품 구입에 필요한 비용을 절감하게 되어 경제적인 효과를 갖는다.
본 발명은 용기본체로부터 분리시킨 뚜껑을 솔대의 손잡이로 사용함으로써, 사용이 편리하고, 화장품용기를 세워서 보관함에 따라 안정적이며, 용기 바닥으로 화장액이 고이는 구조여서, 솔대의 도포부가 항상 화장액에 침지된 상태를 유지하게 되어 화장시간을 단축할 수 있고, 화장액 잔량을 최대한 소진함으로써, 경제적인 효과를 갖는다.
기존의 화장품용기는 뚜껑을 540~720°회전시킴으로써 용기본체상에 착탈조립가능하나, 본 발명에 의하면, 가이드이동부를 가이드부의 수직연장부와 수평연장부상호간에 이동시킬 수 있을 정도로, 뚜껑을 약간 회전시키는 것에 의해 간단하게 용기본체상에 착탈조립할 수 있다.
솔대에 형성된 오링, 스크래퍼와 용기본체의 입구측에 형성된 솔대가이드홀 내지 와이퍼간의 밀착에 의해 화장액의 누수를 방지할 수 있고, 솔대의 외면을 접속, 지지하여 설치상태를 안정적으로 유지하도록 할 수 있으며, 사용 후 솔대를 용기본체 내측으로 이동 시, 솔대가이드홀 내지 와이퍼의 내면에 묻은 화장액을 화장액 수용부측으로 밀어넣으면서 닦아낼 수 있다.

그리고, 도 12는 뚜껑의 회전조작에 따른 홀더와 솔대의 다른 결합상태를 도시한 요부횡단면도이고, 도 13는 도 10에서 도 12로 솔대와 홀더의 결합상태를 전환하여 사용하는 사용예를 설명하고자 도시한 가이드부 및 가이드이동부의 요부투시정면도이며, 도 14은 본 발명에 따른 듀얼형 화장품용기의 다른 실시예를 도시한 요부분해사시도이고, 도 15는 도 14의 결합단면도이며, 도 16는 도 14의 분해단면도이다.
본 발명에 따른 듀얼형 화장품용기는, 서로 다른 성분이나 색상 등을 가지는 다양한 화장액이나 서로 다른 소재나 형태를 가지는 다양한 도포구를 선택적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 화장품용기에 관한 것으로, 크게 용기본체(110), 다수의 솔대(130), 뚜껑(120), 홀더(140)로 이루어진다.
상기 용기본체(110)는 화장액 수용부(115) 및 입구(113)를 가지며, 상기 솔대(130)는 서로 동일하거나, 다른 재질이나 색상, 형태를 가지는 다수가 상기 용기본체의 입구(113)를 통과하여 상호 병렬되게 이격 설치되고, 상기 뚜껑(120)은 상기 용기본체의 입구(113)에 결합되며, 상기 홀더(140)는 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 하나를 상기 뚜껑(120)에 선택적으로 결합시켜, 상기 뚜껑(120)과 결합된 해당 솔대(130)를 이용해 화장액을 도포할 수 있도록 한다.
도 2에 도시된 상기 용기본체(110)와 솔대(130)의 제1실시예에서, 상기 용기본체의 화장액 수용부(115)는 한가지 종류의 화장액을 수용할 수 있는 하나의 연통된 수용공간을 가지며, 상기 다수의 솔대(130)는 모다발로 구성되는 브러시 형태의 도포부(133a)를 가지는 제1솔대(130a)와, 프로킹파일로 구성되는 도포부(133b)를 가지는 제2솔대(130b)로 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 한가지 종류의 화장액을 사용함에 있어서도, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러시 형태를 가지는 상기 제1솔대의 도포부(133a)를 사용하기 적합한지, 프로킹파일로 구성되는 상기 제2솔대의 도포부(133b)를 사용하기 적합한지에 따라, 상기 홀더(140)를 이용해 상기 제1솔대(130a)와 제2솔대(130b) 중 일측을 선택적으로 상기 뚜껑(120)에 결합시켜 화장액의 도포에 적용할 수 있다.
도 4에 도시된 상기 용기본체(110)와 솔대(130)의 제2실시예에서, 상기 용기본체의 화장액 수용부(115)는 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 사이에 수직방향으로 형성된 격벽(111)에 의해 제1수용부(115a)와 제2수용부(115b)로 구획형성되며, 상기 다수의 솔대(130)는 상호 동일한 재질이나 색상, 형태 등을 가지는 제1솔대(130a)와 제2솔대(130b)로 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 상기 용기본체의 화장액 수용부(115)에 서로 다른 성분이나 색상을 가지는 다양한 종류의 화장액을 함께 수용할 수 있어, 서로 동일한 질이나 색상, 형태 등을 가지는 상기 제1솔대(130a)와 제2솔대(130b) 사용함에 있어서도, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1솔대(130a)와 제2솔대(130b) 각각이 침지되어 있는 화장액을 선택적으로 도포할 수 있다.
립글로스액은 일반적으로 유분기가 많고 휘발성이 적은 특성을 가지며, 용기의 내벽을 타고 흘러내림에 있어서도 대체적으로 용기 내벽에 고착, 잔재되지 않아 용기 내벽의 상태를 깔끔하게 유지할 수 있음에 따라, 일반적으로 투명도를 가지는 플라스틱(plastic) 소재로 용기를 구성하여 립글로스액의 사용상태 등을 사용자가 용이하게 확인할 수 있도록 하고 있다.
그러나, 마스카라액에는 휘발성 솔벤트(solvent)가 포함되어 있어 휘발에 따른 고형을 최대한 방지하기 위해 일반적으로 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene, PP), 폴리염화비닐(polyvinyl chloride, PVC) 등의 소재로 마크카라 용기를 제조하고 있으며, 마스카라액이 검정색 계열의 진한 색상을 가지면서도 마스카라 용기의 내벽에 말라붙게 되는 경우가 많아 외부에서 마스카라액의 고착, 잔재상태를 확인할 수 없도록 불투명하게 제조하고 있다.
도 6에 도시된 상기 용기본체(110)와 솔대(130)의 제3실시예에서, 상기 용기본체(110)는, 도 4에 도시된 상기 용기본체(110)의 제2실시예와 같이 다양한 종류의 화장액을 수용할 수 있는 구조를 가지는 점에서는 유사하나, 서로 다른 재질이나 색상, 투명도를 가지는 다수가 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 각각에 대응되는 위치에서 상호 결합되어 제1수용부(115a)와 제2수용부(115b)를 구성하는 구조를 가진다.
다양한 종류의 화장액을 상기 제1수용부(115a)와 제2수용부(115b)에 수용함에 있어서, 각각의 화장액을 수용하는 상기 제1수용부(115a)와 제2수용부(115b)의 소재, 색상, 투명도 등을 다르게 적용할 수 있으며, 이와 동시에, 서로 다른 화장액 각각의 사용에 적합하도록 서로 다른 형태를 가지는 제1솔대(130a)와 제2솔대(130b)로 상기 다수의 솔대(130)를 구성할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1솔대(130a)와 제2솔대(130b)를 선택적으로 상기 뚜껑(120)에 결합하는 것에 의해, 서로 다른 형태를 가지는 상기 제1솔대(130a)와 제2솔대(130b) 각각이 침지되어 있는 서로 다른 화장액의 사용또한 복합적으로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기와 같은 다양한 실시예를 적용하여 상기 용기본체(110)를 제조함에 있어서는, 이중사출, 인서트 사출, 초음파 접합 등을 적용하여 상기 격벽(111)을 형성하거나 다수의 병렬 접합이 가능하다면, 상기 용기본체(110)가 하나의 화장액 수용부(115)를 가지는 경우가 아니라도, 화장품용기에 일반적으로 적용되고 있는 원형의 단면형상 및 원주형상의 외면을 가지는 실시예를 포함하여, 그 외 타원형과 같은 곡면, 사각형, 마름모형, 오각형, 육각형과 같은 다각형의 외면을 무리없이 적용가능하다.
상기 용기본체의 화장액 수용부(115)와 상기 입구(113)가 형성된 넥부(114)를 일체로 사출하여 제작할 수도 있으나, 상기 넥부(114)에는 화장액이 고착, 잔재되기 쉬워, 상기 용기본체(115)를 투명도를 가지는 소재로 구성하는 경우에는, 화장액의 고착으로 인해 상기 넥부(114)에서 외관을 해치지 않도록, 상기 넥부(114)는 불투명한 소재나 상기 화장액 수용부(115)에 비해 진한 색상을 적용하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이, 상기 용기본체(110)를 제조함에 있어서는, 이중사출, 초음파 접합, 프린팅 등의 가공방법을 적용하여, 상기 화장액 수용부(115)와 넥부(114)를 일체로 연결형성하면서도, 각각의 기능, 사용과정을 고려하여, 상기 화장액 수용부(115)와 넥부(114)가 서로 다른 재질이나, 색상, 투명도를 가지도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 용기본체(110)를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 화장액 수용부(115)와 넥부(114)로 구분하여 제작하는 외에도, 다양한 재질, 색상, 투명도가 복합적으로 적용된 외관을 가지도록 상기 화장액 수용부(115) 자체 또는 상기 넥부(114) 자체를 다수로 구획하여 이중사출 등에 의해 제작할 수도 있으며, 상기 뚜껑(120) 또한 다양한 재질, 색상, 투명도가 복합적으로 적용된 외관을 가지도록 제작할 수도 있다.
내면부가 상기 솔대(130)의 외면으로부터 근접한 이격거리를 가지도록 상기 솔대(130)의 연장방향을 따라 관통형성된 솔대가이드홀(153)을 구비하면 상기 솔대(130)의 내외측 이동을 지정 경로로 안정되게 가이드할 수 있으며, 상기 입구(113)측에 상기 솔대(130)의 외면에 접속, 밀착되게 와이퍼(151)를 설치하면, 사용을 위해 상기 솔대(130)를 상기 용기본체(110) 외측으로 이동 시, 상기 솔대(130)의 외면에 묻은 화장액을 닦아낼 수 있다.
그리고, 고무재와 같은 연질 내지 탄성변형소재로 구성되는 오링(115)을 상기 와이퍼(151)나 솔대가이드홀(153)의 내면부에 밀착가능하게 상기 솔대(130)의 외면부 둘레에 결합시키거나, 상기 와이퍼(151)나 솔대가이드홀(153)의 내면부에 밀착되게 상기 솔대(130)의 외면부 둘레에 반경방향으로 스크래퍼(미도시)를 돌출형성하면, 상기 솔대(130)와 솔대가이드홀(153) 내지 와이퍼(151)를 상호 밀착시킬 수 있다.
상기 솔대(130)에 형성된 오링(115)이나 스크래퍼와, 상기 솔대가이드홀(153) 내지 와이퍼(151)간의 밀착에 의해 화장액의 누수를 방지할 수 있고, 상기 솔대(130)의 외면을 접속, 지지하여 설치상태를 안정적으로 유지하도록 할 수 있으며, 사용 후 상기 솔대(130)를 상기 용기본체(110) 내측으로 이동 시, 상기 솔대가이드홀(153) 내지 와이퍼(151)의 내면에 묻은 화장액을 상기 화장액 수용부(115)측으로 밀어넣으면서 닦아낼 수 있다.
상기 홀더(140)를 상기 뚜껑(120) 내측에 형성하는 경우, 상기 솔대(130)의 일단부 또한 상기 뚜껑(120) 내측에 위치하게 되는데, 상기 뚜껑(120) 내부의 상기 솔대(130)의 일단부에 대응되는 위치상에 솔대정위치유지부(127)를 돌출형성하면, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)에 결합시키는 과정이나, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)에 결합시킨 상태에서, 상기 솔대(130)가 임의의 가압력에 의해 상기 뚜껑(120) 내측으로 밀려 이동되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 도 2 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 홀더(140)에 결합되거나 상기 홀더(140)로부터 이탈된 상태가 되는 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 전부가, 상기 솔대정위치유지부(127)에 의해 상기 솔대가이드홀(153) 내지 와이퍼(151)와 기밀하게 밀착되는 지정위치를 이탈하지 않게 구속되어, 상기 용기본체(110) 외부로 화장액이 흘러나오는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 사용하여 도포하는 경우에도 상기 솔대정위치유지부(127)가 상기 솔대(130)의 이동을 구속하여 안정적인 도포, 사용이 가능하도록 한다.
상기 홀더(140)는, 상기 뚜껑(120)의 회전조작에 의해 상기 용기본체(110) 외측에서 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 하나에 선택적으로 연결될 수 있도록 상기 뚜껑(120)에 연결형성되며, 도 8, 10, 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 뚜껑(120)의 정, 역방향 회전가압력에 의해 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 일측과 타측의 외면부 둘레에 각각 체결 내지 이탈되도록 측면부 일부가 상기 솔대(130)의 외경에 비해 소정 크기 작게 개방형성된 다수의 클립(141)으로 구성할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 듀얼형 화장품용기의 제1실시예는, 도 1, 9, 11, 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 용기본체의 넥부(114)의 외면부와 뚜껑(120)의 내면부 중 일측과, 타측에 가이드부(161)와 가이드이동부(163)를 각각 구비한 구조를 가진다.
상기 가이드부(161)는, 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 각각과 상기 홀더(140)간의 결합이 이루어지는 지점에서 상기 뚜껑(120)의 착탈 이동방향으로 연장형성되는 다수의 수직연장부(161a)와, 상기 다수의 수직연장부(161a)를 연결하는 수평연장부(161b)로 구성되어, "└┘", "└┴┘"과 같은 형상을 가지는 가이드경로를 음각으로 제공한다.
상기 가이드이동부(163)는, 상기 뚜껑(120)의 착탈, 회전조작에 의해 상기 가이드부의 수직연장부(161a), 수평연장부(161b)가 가이드하는 경로를 따라 자유롭게 이동될 수 있도록, 함몰형성된 상기 가이드부의 수직연장부(161a), 수평연장부(161b)상에 삽입가능하게 돌출형성된다.
기존의 화장품용기는 뚜껑과 용기본체간의 체결부가 스크류(나사) 구조를 가지고 있어, 일반적으로 뚜껑을 540~720°회전시킴으로써 용기본체상에 착탈조립가능하나, 본 발명에 의하면, 상기 가이드이동부(163)를 상기 가이드부의 수직연장부(161a)상에서 수평연장부(161b)상으로 이동시키거나, 상기 수평연장부(161b)상에서 상기 수직연장부(161a)상으로 이동시킬 수 있을 정도로, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 약간 회전시키는 것에 의해 간단하게 상기 용기본체(100)상에 착탈조립할 수 있다.
상기 가이드부(161)가 "└┘"과 같은 형상을 가지는 경우, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)상에 최초 조립 시, 도 10, 또는 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1솔대(130a), 제2솔대(130b) 중 일측을 우선적으로 상기 홀더(140) 및 뚜껑(120)에 체결, 결합시킨 상태로 상기 용기본체(110)상에 용이하게 조립할 수 있다.
상기 가이드부(161)가 "└┴┘"과 같은 형상을 가지는 경우, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)상에 최초 조립 시, 상기 제1솔대(130a), 제2솔대(130b) 중 일측을 우선적으로 상기 홀더(140) 및 뚜껑(120)에 체결, 결합시키는 것 없이, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1솔대(130a), 제2솔대(130b)로부터 상기 홀더(140)가 이격된 상태로, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같은 과정을 거쳐, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)상에 용이하게 조립할 수 있다.
상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)상에 최초 조립한 이후에는, 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 정방향으로 회전조작하여, 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1솔대(130a)에 상기 홀더(140)를 체결시킨 후, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)로부터 이탈시키는 과정을 거쳐 상기 제1솔대(130a) 및 상기 제1솔대(130a)에 묻은 화장액을 사용할 수 있다.
상기 제1솔대(130a)를 사용한 후에는, 상기 제1솔대(130a)의 단부를 상기 솔대가이드홀(153) 내지 와이퍼(151)를 통해 상기 용기본체(110) 내부로 진입시키고, 상기 가이드부의 다수의 수직연장부(161a) 중 상기 제1솔대(130a)와 홀더(140)간의 체결이 이루어지도록 하는 지점에 형성된 일측에 상기 가이드이동부(163)가 위치되도록 상기 뚜껑(120)의 위치, 방향 등을 조정시킨 후, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 화장액 수용부(115)측으로 밀어 이동시키고, 상기 가이드이동부(163)가 상기 수평연장부(161b)에 진입되도록 상기 뚜껑(120)을 소정각도 회전시키는 것에 의해 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)상에 간단하게 조립가능하다.
상기 제2솔대(130b)를 사용하고자 하는 경우에는, 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 역방향으로 회전조작하여, 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제2솔대(130b)에 상기 홀더(140)를 체결시킨 후, 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)로부터 이탈시키는 과정을 거쳐 상기 제2솔대(130b) 및 상기 제2솔대(130b)에 묻은 화장액을 사용할 수 있다.
상기 제2솔대(130b)를 사용한 후에는, 상기 제1솔대(130a)를 사용한 후 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)상에 조립하는 경우와 마찬가지로, 상기 제2솔대(130b)와 홀더(140)간의 체결이 이루어지도록 하는 지점에 형성된 수직연장부(161a)를 통해 상기 가이드이동부(163)를 상기 수평연장부(161b)까지 진입되도록 상기 뚜껑(120)을 이동 및 회전조작하는 것에 의해 상기 뚜껑(120)을 상기 용기본체(110)에 간단하게 조립가능하다.
상기 제1솔대(130a), 제2솔대(130b) 각각의 사용, 적용이 이루어지게 되는 상기 뚜껑(120)의 적정한 착탈 위치 및 방향을 사용자가 용이하게 알 수 있도록 상기 뚜껑(120) 내지 상기 용기본체(110)상에 식별용 문자나 도안을 표기하면, 상기와 같이 상기 다수의 솔대(130)를 선택적으로 이용함에 있어서, 사용자가 상기 뚜껑(120)을 이동 및 회전조작하여 상기 용기본체(110)상에 탈착시키는 과정이 보다 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 뚜껑(120) 상면에 좌우 회전방향을 알리는 화살표를 표기하고, 그 끝단에 각각 마스카라 또는 아이라이너 등의 내용물을 글씨나 그림으로 표기하는 것과 같이 상기 화장액 수용부(115)에 수용된 화장액의 종류나, 상기 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)의 종류를 사용자가 용이하게 알 수 있도록, 상기 뚜껑(120) 내지 용기본체(110)상에 식별용 문자나 도안을 표기하는 것도 바람직하며, 다양한 종류의 화장액을 수용하는 경우, 상기 용기본체(110)를 투명하게 제작하거나 색상, 투명도, 형태 등으로 명확하게 구분되게 형성하면, 사용자가 내용물을 용이하게 식별할 수 있다.
도 14에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 듀얼형 화장품용기의 다른 실시예에서, 상기 용기본체(110)에는 한 쌍의 솔대(130a, 130b)가 착탈이 자유로운 상태로 장착된 상태이며, 상기 한 쌍의 솔대(130a, 130b)는 용기본체(110)에 결합되는 뚜껑(120)의 저면에 선택적으로 결합된 후, 뚜껑(120)을 용기본체(110)로부터 분리할 때 함께 인출되도록 한다.
이때, 인출된 솔대(130)의 도포부(133)에는 화장액이 묻혀진 상태로서, 사용자는 도포부(133)를 이용해 화장을 할 수 있게 된다.
도 14에서는 선택된 솔대(130)가 뚜껑(120)과 함께 용기본체(110)로부터 분리되고, 선택되지 않은 솔대(130)가 용기본체(110)에 결합된 상태로 유지되는 예를 도시하고 있다.
도 14에는 도시되지 않았지만, 뚜껑(120)의 내부에는 상기 한 쌍의 솔대(130a, 130b)를 선택적으로 결합하기 위한 홀더(미도시)가 마련된 상태이다.
도 15는 도 14에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 듀얼형 화장품용기의 결합단면도이고, 도 16은 도 14에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 듀얼형 화장품용기의 분해단면도이다.
동 도면에서 보는 바와 같은 본 발명은 수직방향의 양분된 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b) 및 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)를 갖는 용기본체(110)와, 상기 용기본체의 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)에 결합되는 뚜껑(120)과, 상기 용기본체의 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b) 각각에 착탈이 자유롭도록 결합되는 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)와, 상기 뚜껑(120) 내측에 결합되고, 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b) 중 어느 하나를 임의로 선택 결합시켜 용기본체(110)로부터 인출되도록 하는 홀더(140)를 구성한다.
상기 용기본체(110)는 서로 다른 이종의 화장액을 수용하기 위한 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b)를 갖고, 상기 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b)는 각각 별도의 입구 즉 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)를 갖는다.
상기 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b)에는 서로 다른 종류의 화장액(예: 마스카라와 아이라이너, 입술연지와 립글로스 등)을 수용하게 되는데, 용기본체(110)의 내부 공간에 수직방향으로 형성되는 격벽(111)에 의해 구획된다. 물론 상기 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b)에는 서로 같은 종류의 다른 색상의 화장액이 수용되도록 할 수도 있다.
여기서, 상기 격벽(111)은 용기본체(110)의 내부공간을 독립된 다수의 공간을 갖도록 구획하게 되는데, 필요에 따라서는 2개 이상의 공간을 구획하는 것도 가능하다. 이러한 격벽(111)은 용기본체(110)를 성형하는 과정에서 일체형으로 성형되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(110)는 유리 또는 합성수지를 이용해 제작될 수 있는데, 내부의 화장액이 외부에서 보여질 수 있도록 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 제작되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기한 용기본체의 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)에는 와이퍼(151)가 결합되도록 할 수 있는데, 상기 와이퍼(151)는 신축성을 갖는 연성의 고무재질로 제작되는 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)를 통과하는 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b) 및 도포부(133a, 133b)의 외경을 압착시켜 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b) 및 도포부(133a, 133b)외경에 묻어있는 화장액이 적절히 닦여지도록 함으로써, 화장액이 과도하게 묻혀져 흘러내리는 문제가 해결되도록 한다.
상기 용기본체의 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)의 외경에는 뚜껑열림 방지요철(117)을 형성하게 되는데, 상기 뚜껑열림 방지요철(117)은 환상의 돌기로서, 이후에 설명할 뚜껑(120)과 결합시 이탈을 방지시키는 역할을 수행하게 된다.
상기 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)에 설치되는 와이퍼(151)는 각각이 별개로 설치될 수도 있으나, 도1내지 도3에서 보는 바와 같이 한 쌍이 일체로 성형 제작되도록 할 수도 있다.
이와 같은 와이퍼(151)는 화장액을 닦아내는 역할 외에도 용기본체(110)에 수용된 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)를 흔들리거나 이탈되지 않도록 압착 지지하는 역할도 함께 수행하게 된다.
상기 뚜껑(120)은 외부캡(121)과 내부캡(123)의 이중 결합구조로 이루어지는데, 이는 상기 외부캡(121) 화장품용기의 물품적인 특성상 외적 심미감을 좋게 하기 위한 것이다.
즉, 내부캡(123)은 그 내주연 하단에 뚜껑열림 방지요철(125)이 형성되도록 하고, 내주연 상단 일측에는 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)를 장착시키기 위한 홀더(140)를 설치하는 바와 같이 기구적인 역할을 제공하는데 비해, 외부캡(121)은 내부캡(123)의 외부에 결합됨으로써, 뚜껑(120)구조를 미적으로 마감하는 역할을 하게 된다.
이와 같은 외부캡(121)은 금속재질을 이용해 제작하는 등 제품의 이미지를 고급화하는데 기여하게 된다.
여기서, 상기 내부캡(123)에 형성되는 뚜껑열림 방지요철(125)은 환형의 돌기구조로서, 용기본체(110)에 형성된 뚜껑열림 방지요철(117)과 맞물려 뚜껑(120)이 용기본체(110)로부터 쉽게 이탈되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 홀더(140)는 내부캡(123)의 상단 내주연으로부터 중심방향으로 연장 설치되는 끝단으로부터 좌우측으로 분기되는 제1, 2클립(141a, 141b)을 형성하게 된다.
이때, 상기 제1, 2클립(141a, 141b)은 "C"자 형상으로 제작될 수 있는데, 이러한 형상은 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)의 외경을 감싸 쥐는데 유리한 구조를 갖는다. 이때 상기 "C"자 형상 중 개구된 부분을 이용해 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)의 외경을 착/탈 결합하게 되는데, 상기 개구된 범위는 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)의 직경보다 작아야 한다.
이는, 제1, 2클립(141a, 141b)에 결합된 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)의 쉽게 분리되지 않고, 적정한 외압에 의해서만 분리되도록 하기 위함이다.
따라서, 상기 제1, 2클립(141a, 141b)은 소정의 탄성 복원력을 갖는 것이 바람직한데, 이를 위해 홀더(140)의 제질을 탄성재질로 하거나, 제1, 2클립(141a, 141b)의 개구측의 굵기를 가늘게 제작하여 착/탈시 변형이 이루어지도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기한 홀더(140)는 내부캡(123)과 함께 일체로 성형 제작되도록 할 수도 있으나, 이종의 재질(예: 금속재질)로 제작한 후, 조립할 수도 있다.
상기 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)는 용기본체의 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b) 내에 침지되는 바닥측 끝단에 화장액을 바르기 위한 도포부(133a, 133b)를 형성하고, 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)의 상측으로 돌출되는 상단에는 홀더(140)와 착/탈 결합되기 위한 결합부(131a, 131b)를 형성한다.
이때, 도포부(133a, 133b)는 화장액을 도포하기 위한 수단으로서, 솔 형태로 제작될 수 있는데, 이 밖에도 콤 브러시 형태 또는 스펀지 타입 등이 사용될 수도 있다.
그리고, 상기 결합부(131a, 131b)의 형상은 "I"형상으로 제작하는 것이 바람직한데, 상기 결합부(131a, 131b) 상하부에 수평방향으로 연장된 턱을 형성하는 것은 홀더(140)의 제1, 2클립(141a, 141b)이 측면방향에서 결합된 후 수직방향으로 이탈되지 않도록 하기 위함이다.
상기한 바와 같은 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)는 평상시 용기본체(110)에 침지된 상태로 보관되나, 화장시에는 사용자의 선택에 따라 1개씩 교대로 인출되어 사용된다.
상기 뚜껑(120)을 사용자의 선택에 의해 좌우 회전시키게 되면, 홀더(140)의 제1, 2클립(141a, 141b)이 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)와 착탈을 반복하게 되고, 어느 하나가 선택되면, 뚜껑(120)을 수직방향으로 당겨 용기본체(110)로부터 분리시키게 된다. 이때, 상기 뚜껑(120)과 용기본체(110) 사이에는 뚜껑열림 방지요철(125)(117)이 맞물린 상태로서, 뚜껑(120)을 힘주어 분리시키되, 약간 꺽어서 분리시키는 것이 바람직하다.
상기한 바와 같이 용기본체(110)로부터 먼저 인출된 제1솔대(130a)를 이용해 화장을 마친 후에는 도 4에서와 같이 뚜껑(120)을 용기본체(110)에 다시 결합시켜 시계방향으로 회전시킴으로써, 제1솔대(130a)가 홀더(140)의 제1클립(141)과 분리되는 동시에 제2클립(143)이 제2솔대(130)와 결합되도록 한다.
상기한 바와 같이 제2솔대(130)가 선택되고 나면, 뚜껑(120)과 용기본체(110)를 분리시켜 선택된 제2솔대(130)를 이용해 화장을 계속하게 된다.
이러한, 방법으로 사용자는 2가지의 서로 다른 화장액을 번갈아가며 손쉽게 화장할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 용기본체(110)에 수용된 화장액은 제품 출시 단계에서 사용자에게 알맞도록 세팅되어 출시됨으로써, 화장품을 고르는 고민을 덜어주게 되는 이점을 갖는다.

Claims (23)

  1. 화장액 수용부(115) 및 입구(113)를 갖는 용기본체(110);
    상기 용기본체의 입구(113)를 통과하여 설치되는 다수의 솔대(130);
    상기 용기본체의 입구(113)에 결합되는 뚜껑(120); 및
    상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 하나를 상기 뚜껑(120)에 선택적으로 결합시키는 홀더(140);
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체의 화장액 수용부(115)는,
    한가지 종류의 화장액을 수용할 수 있는 하나의 연통된 수용공간을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체의 화장액 수용부(115)는,
    상기 다수의 솔대(130) 사이에 수직방향으로 형성된 격벽(111)에 의해 다수로 구획형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(110)는,
    서로 다른 재질이나 색상, 투명도를 가지는 다수가 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 각각에 대응되는 위치에서 상호 결합되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(110)는,
    원형, 타원형과 같은 곡면을 가지거나, 사각형, 마름모형, 오각형, 육각형과 같은 다각형의 외면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(110)는,
    상기 화장액 수용부(115)와 상기 입구(113)가 형성된 넥부(114)가 서로 다른 재질이나, 색상, 투명도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(110) 또는 뚜껑(120)은,
    이중사출에 의해 다수의 재질, 색상, 또는 투명도가 복합적으로 적용된 외관을 가지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(110)는,
    상기 솔대(130)의 외면에 접속되도록 상기 입구(113)측에 설치되어, 상기 솔대(130)의 이동에 의해 상기 솔대(130)의 표면에 묻은 화장액을 닦아내는 와이퍼(151);
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(110)는,
    상기 솔대(130)의 이동을 가이드하도록 상기 입구(113)측에 상기 솔대(130)의 연장방향을 따라 관통형성된 솔대가이드홀(153);
    을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 솔대(130)는,
    상기 와이퍼(151)나 솔대가이드홀(153)의 내면부에 밀착가능하게 상기 솔대(130)의 외면부 둘레에 결합되는 오링(155);
    을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  11. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 솔대(130)는,
    상기 와이퍼(151)나 솔대가이드홀(153)의 내면부에 밀착가능하게 상기 솔대(130)의 외면부 둘레에 반경방향으로 돌출형성되는 스크래퍼;
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑(120)은,
    상기 솔대(130)가 상기 뚜껑(120) 내측으로 받게 되는 가압력에 의해 밀려 이동되는 것을 방지하도록, 상기 뚜껑(120) 내부에 상기 솔대(130)의 내측단에 대응되는 위치까지 돌출형성된 솔대정위치유지부(127);
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품 용기.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 솔대(130)는,
    서로 다른 재질이나 색상, 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(140)는,
    상기 뚜껑(120)에 연결형성되며, 상기 뚜껑(120)의 회전조작에 의해 상기 용기본체(110) 외측에서 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 하나에 선택적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  15. 제1항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(140)는,
    상기 뚜껑(120)의 정, 역방향 회전가압력에 의해 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 중 일측과 타측의 외면부 둘레에 각각 체결되도록 개방형성된 다수의 클립(141);
    을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  16. 제1항 또는 제14항에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체의 넥부(114)의 외면부와 뚜껑(120)의 내면부 중 일측에 형성되며, 상기 다수의 솔대(130) 각각과 상기 홀더(140)간의 결합이 이루어지는 지점에서 상기 뚜껑(120)의 착탈 이동방향으로 연장형성되는 다수의 수직연장부(161a)와, 상기 다수의 수직연장부(161a)를 연결하는 수평연장부(161b)로 구성되는 가이드경로를 제공하는 가이드부(161); 및
    상기 용기본체의 넥부(114)의 외면부와 뚜껑(120)의 내면부 중 타측에 형성되며, 상기 뚜껑(120)의 착탈, 회전조작에 의해 상기 가이드부의 수직연장부(161a), 수평연장부(161b)가 가이드하는 경로를 따라 이동되는 가이드이동부(163);
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 가이드부(161)는,
    "└┘", "└┴┘"과 같은 형상의 가이드경로를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  18. 제16항에 있어서,
    상기 가이드부(161)는 함몰형성되며, 상기 가이드이동부(163)는 상기 가이드부의 수직연장부(161a), 수평연장부(161b)상에 삽입가능하게 돌출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  19. 수직방향의 양분된 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b) 및 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)를 갖는 용기본체(110);
    상기 용기본체의 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)에 결합되는 뚜껑(120);
    상기 용기본체의 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b) 각각에 착탈이 자유롭도록 결합되는 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b); 및
    상기 뚜껑(120) 내측에 결합되고, 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b) 중 어느 하나를 임의로 선택 결합시켜 용기본체(110)로부터 인출되도록 하는 홀더(140);
    를 포함하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  20. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(110)는 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)에 각각 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)의 외경을 닦기 위한 와이퍼(151)를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  21. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 뚜껑(120)은 외부캡(121)과 내부캡(123)의 이중 결합구조로 이루어지고, 상기 내부캡(123)의 내주연 하단에 뚜껑열림 방지요철(125)이 형성되고, 상기 내부캡(123)의 내주연 상단 일측에 홀더(140)를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  22. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b)는 용기본체의 제1, 2수용부(115a, 115b) 내에 침지되는 바닥측 끝단에 화장액을 바르기 위한 도포부(133a, 133b)를 형성하고, 제1, 2입구(113a, 113b)의 상측으로 돌출되는 상단에는 홀더(140)와 착탈 결합되기 위한 결합부(131a, 131b)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
  23. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 홀더(140)는 내부캡(123)의 상단 내주연으로부터 중심방향으로 연장 설치되는 끝단 좌우측에 각각 제1, 2솔대(130a, 130b) 중 어느 하나를 임의로 선택 결합하는 제1, 2클립(141a, 141b)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼형 화장품용기.
