이하, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 내지는 도 16에서 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 화장용 솔(1)은 원통형 캡(10)과 모 다발(51)이 고정된 솔대(50)로 구성되어 있다.
즉, 원통형 캡(10)의 내부 중앙에는 솔대(50)가 수직으로 세워져 있고, 솔대(50)의 하단에는 모 다발(51)이 고정되어 있다.
상기 캡(10)의 내주면에 형성된 나선부(10a)를 화장품용기(70)의 입구 외주연부에 형성된 나선부(70a)에 나사 결합시키면 솔대(50)가 용기(70)의 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 폭 좁은 출입공(71a)을 통해 삽입된다.
따라서, 화장용 솔(1)의 캡(10)이 화장품용기(70)에 나사 결합되어 솔대(50)와 모 다발(51)이 화장품용기(70)의 내부에 보관된 상태에서 간편하게 휴대할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
물론, 전술한 구성으로 이루어진 화장용 솔(1)은 이미 알려진 공지의 기술 사상이다. 그러나, 본 발명의 구성에 있어서 가장 중요한 특징은 캡(10)을 용기(70)에 결합 및 분리하면 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40)의 내부에서 출입되어 모 다발(51)의 꼬여짐을 효과적으로 방지하고 정량을 인출하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 것에 있다.
즉, 도 1 내지 도 4의 도시와 같이 상기 캡(10)의 상부 중앙에는 결합공(11)이 뚫려져 있고, 캡(10)의 상부에는 작동캡(20)이 씌워져 결합된다. 상기 작동캡(20)은 관으로 구성된 작동구(22)와 내부의 작동핀(21)으로 구성된다.
상기 캡(10)에는 외부캡(30)이 씌워져 결합되고, 외부캡(30)에는 출입공(31)이 뚫려져, 작동캡(20)의 작동구(22)가 끼워져 출입된다.
상기 캡(10)에는 가이드관(40)이 결합되고, 캡(10)의 결합공(11)을 통해 돌출되는 가이드관(40)의 상부에는 작동공(41)이 뚫려지며, 가이드관(40)의 양측에는 가이드공(42)이 형성된다.
상기 가이드공(42)의 상부 양측에는 돌기형 스토퍼(42a)가 형성되어 상승된 솔대(50)를 임시 고정시킬 수 있도록 구성된다.
상기 가이드관(40)의 내부에는 단턱(43)이 형성되고, 가이드관(40) 내부에 삽입된 솔대(50)의 턱(54)이 단턱(43)에 밀착되어 화장용액의 역류(逆流)를 방지할 수 있도록 구성된다.
상기 가이드관(40)에 삽입되는 솔대(50)의 상부에는 작동봉(52)이 형성되고, 솔대(50)의 상부에는 핀(53)이 끼워져 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)을 통해 승강된다.
상기 솔대(50)의 핀(53)이 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)을 따라 승강될 때 솔대(50)의 상부에 장착된 스프링(60)에 의하여 탄력적으로 지지된 상태에서 승강된다.
따라서, 캡(10)을 용기(70)에 결합하여 가이드관(40)을 용기(70)의 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 출입공(71a)을 통해 삽입하면 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)을 통해 돌출된 핀(53)의 양측이 출입공(71a)의 주연부에 걸려져 솔대(50)와 함께 모 다발(51)이 상승되면서 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40)의 내부에 수납되어 외부에서는 볼 수 없게 된다.
이때, 솔대(50)의 핀(53)은 가이드공(42) 상측의 스토퍼(42a)에 걸려져 임시로 고정된다.
한편, 경우에 따라서는 도 5에서 도시한 바와 같이, 모 다발(51)에 대신에 플로킹(flocking) 처리한 브러시(55)를 솔대(50)의 하부에 결합하거나, 도 6에서 도시한 바와 같이, 솔대(50)의 하단에 마스카라솔(56)을 결합하여 사용할 수도 있고, 경우에 따라서는 실리콘 편으로 구성된 브러시를 결합하여 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 캡(10)에 탄성편(12)을 일체로 형성하여 캡(10)의 상면에 작동캡(20)이 맞닿았을 때 탄력적으로 눌려지고 복원되면서 작동캡(20)의 유동(流動)을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
한편 도 8내지 도 12의 도시와 같이 상기 캡(10)의 상부 중앙에는 결합공(11)이 뚫려지고, 그 하부에 결합구(111)를 형성하고, 결합구(111)의 내측에 걸림홈(111a)을 형성한다.
상기 솔대(50)의 상부에는 지지판(501)을 형성하고, 지지판(501)의 상부에는 상기 캡(10)의 결합공(11)과 결합구(111)에 끼워지는 작동구(502)를 형성하고, 작동구(502)의 외주면에는 상기 걸림홈(111a)에 걸리도록 걸림돌기(502a)를 형성한다.
상기 솔대(50)의 상부 양측에는 가이드(503)를 형성한다.
상기 지지판(501)이 삽입되도록 지지관(401)을 형성을 형성한다.
상기 지지관(401)의 하부에는 상기 솔대(50)가 끼워지는 가이드관(40)을 형성한다.
상기 가이드관(40)의 상부 양측에는 가이드공(42)을 형성하고, 지지관(401)의 하부에는 상기 가이드공(42)과 연속하여 트임공(402)을 형성한다.
상기 지지관(401)의 내부에 지지판(501)이 내입되어 지지판(501)과 캡(10) 사이에 스프링(60)을 끼워 형성한다.
한편, 상기 속뚜껑(71)의 길이를 통상의 속뚜껑보다 길게 형성하여 화장품 용기(70)를 휴대하고 다니더라도 용기(70) 내에 내입된 화장용액의 누액을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 화장품 용기(70)의 저면 중앙에는 화장품 용기(70)에 캡(10)이 닫혔을 때 가이드관(40)의 끝단이 끼워지는 삽입홈(73)을 형성한다.
또한, 도 13 내지 도 16의 도시와 같이 상기 캡(10)의 상부를 개방하여 결합공(11)을 형성한다.
상기 솔대(50)의 상부에는 솔대(50)를 연장하여 상기 캡(10)의 결합공(11)에 끼워지는 작동버튼(504)을 형성한다.
상기 솔대(50)의 양측에는 가이드(503)를 형성하고 각 가이드(503)의 상부에는 각각 지지편(505)을 형성한다.
상기 캡(10)의 내부에서 지지할 수 있도록 지지구(403)를 형성한다.
상기 지지구(403)의 하부에는 상기 솔대(50)가 끼워지는 가이드관(40)을 형성한다.
상기 가이드관(40)의 상부 양측에는 가이드공(42)을 형성하고, 지지구(403)에는 상기 가이드공(42)과 연속하여 트임공(403)을 형성한다.
상기 지지구(403)는 캡(10)의 내부에 고정 형성되거나, 캡(10)과 일체로 형성된다.
전술한 구성의 본 발명의 작동을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저 도 1 내지 도 7의 도시와 같이 화장품용기(70)에 나사 결합된 캡(10)을 분리하면 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40)의 내부에 수납되어 외부에서는 볼 수 없고, 화장용액은 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 출입공(71a)을 통해 인출될 때 닦여져 솔대(50)가 깨끗한 상태를 유지하므로 사용자는 깨끗한 상태의 솔대(50)만 볼 수 있다.
이때, 외부캡(30)의 상부로 돌출된 작동캡(20)의 작동구(22)를 눌러주면 작동핀(21)이 솔대(50)의 작동봉(52)을 밀어, 솔대(50)의 핀(53)이 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)에 형성된 스토퍼(42a)에서 이탈되므로 솔대(50)의 상부에 장착된 스프링(60)의 탄발 복원력에 의하여 솔대(50)가 하강되어 솔대(50) 하단의 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40)에서 노출된다. 이때, 모 다발(51)에는 일정용량의 화장용액이 묻혀진 상태로 노출되므로 간편하게 화장을 할 수 있는 것으로서 그 사용이 매우 편리하면서도 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
이어서, 화장품용기(70)에서 캡(10)을 결합할 때를 설명하면, 화장품용기(70)의 속뚜껑(71)의 출입공(71a)으로 가이드관(40)을 삽입하여 캡(10)을 나사 결합하면 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)으로 돌출된 솔대(50)의 핀(53)이 출입공(71a)의 주연부에 걸려져 핀(53)이 가이드공(42)을 따라 상승하면서 솔대(50)와 모 다발(51)이 함께 상승하여 가이드관(40) 내부에 수납되어 모 다발(51)이 보이지 않는 상태에서 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 것이다.
이때. 화장품용기(70)와 캡(10)을 나사결합 하는 과정에서 핀(53)이 가이드공(42)을 따라 상승하면서 스토퍼(42a)를 지나쳐 상승을 멈추면 핀(53)이 스토퍼(42a)에 걸려져 상승된 솔대(50)가 임시 고정된다.
이와 같이 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40) 내부에 수납된 상태에서 회전되므로 모 다발(51)이 화장용액의 저항을 거의 받지 않는 것이므로 모 다발(51)의 비틀림 및 꼬여짐이 효과적으로 방지되며, 모 다발(51)이 화장용액을 묻힌 상태에서 가이드관(40)의 내부로 수납되므로 모 다발(51)에 일정량의 화장용액을 묻혀주는 것으로서 항상 일정한 양의 화장용액을 인출하여 정확하고 세밀한 화장을 할 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 상기 가이드관(40)의 단턱(43)과 솔대(50)의 턱(54)을 구성한 것은 단턱(43)과 턱(54)이 맞닿은 상태로 화장품용기(70)와 캡(10)이 결합되면 가이드관(40)을 통하여 화장용액의 역류(逆流)를 방지하기 위한 것이며, 상기 캡(10)에 탄성편(12)을 형성한 것은 작동캡(20)이 눌려진 후 자동으로 복원시키기 위한 것이다.
한편, 상기 솔대(50)에 브러시(55)를 결합하거나 마스카라솔(56) 및 실리콘 편 브러시를 형성한 경우도 동일한 작용효과를 갖는 것이다.
한편, 필요한 경우에는 도 7에서 도시한 바와 같이, 화장품용기(70)의 내부 바닥에는 밀폐소재(72)가 부착되고, 밀폐소재(72)에는 가이드관(40)의 하단이 밀착되어 가이드관(40)의 하단을 화장용액과 차단하여 깨끗하게 하므로 가이드관(40)이 속뚜껑(71)의 출입공(71a)을 통해 빠져 나올 때 속뚜껑(71)이 화장용액이 묻혀져 지저분해지는 폐단이 방지되고, 항상 일정량의 화장용액이 인출되어 사용이 매우 편리하면서도 화장용액의 역류(逆流)를 확실하게 방지할 수 있는 등의 이점이 있다.
상기 밀폐소재(72)는 밀폐력이 우수한 실리콘고무나 천연고무, 연질의 합성수지 중 어느 하나를 사용하여도 무방하나 바람직하기로는 실리콘고무를 사용하면 매우 위생적으로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 도 8 내지 도12의 도시와 같이 상기 지지관(401)이 캡(10)에 끼워진 경우를 설명하면, 화장품 용기(70)에 나사 결합된 캡(10)을 분리하면 작동구(502)의 걸림돌기(502a)가 결합구(111)의 걸림홈(111a)에 걸려서, 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40)의 내부에 수납되어 외부에서는 볼 수 없고, 화장용액은 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 출입공(71a)을 통해 인출될 때 닦여져 가이드관(40)이 깨끗한 상태를 유지하므로 사용자는 깨끗한 상태의 가이드관(40)만 볼 수 있다.
이때, 캡(10)의 상부로 돌출된 작동구(502)를 눌러주면 결합구(111)의 걸림홈(111a)에 걸려 있던 작동구(502)의 걸림돌기(502a)가 작동구(502)를 눌러주는 힘에 의해 걸림홈(111a)에서 이탈되므로 지지판(501)의 상부에 장착된 스프링(60)의 탄발 복원력에 의하여 솔대(50)의 가이드(503)가 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)과 지지관(401)의 트임공(402)을 따라 하강되어 솔대(50)를 하강시켜 솔대(50) 하단의 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(42)에서 노출된다. 이때, 모 다발(51)에는 일정용량의 화장용액이 묻혀진 상태로 노출되므로 간편하게 화장을 할 수 있는 것으로서 그 사용이 매우 편리하면서도 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
이어서, 화장품 용기(70)에 캡(10)을 결합할 때를 설명하면, 화장품 용기(70)의 속뚜껑(71)의 출입공(71a)으로 가이드관(42)을 삽입하여 캡(10)을 나사 결합하면 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)으로 돌출된 솔대(50)의 가이드(503)가 출입공(71a)의 주연부에 걸려져 가이드(503)가 가이드공(42)과 트임공(402)을 따라 상승하면서 솔대(50)와 모 다발(51)이 함께 상승하여 가이드관(40) 내부에 수납되어 모 다발(51)이 보이지 않는 상태에서 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 것이다.
이때. 화장품 용기(70)와 캡(10)을 나사결합 하는 과정에서 작동구(502)의 걸림돌기(502a)가 상승하면서 결합구(111)의 걸림홈(111a)에 걸리어 상승을 멈추고 작동구(502)의 걸림돌기(502a)가 결합구(111)의 걸림홈(111a)에 걸려져 상승된 솔대(50)가 임시 고정된다.
이와 같이 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40) 내부에 수납된 상태에서 회전되므로 모 다발(51)이 화장용액의 저항을 거의 받지 않는 것이므로 모 다발(51)의 비틀림 및 꼬여짐이 효과적으로 방지되며, 모 다발(51)이 화장용액을 묻힌 상태에서 가이드관(40)의 내부로 수납되므로 모 다발(51)에 일정량의 화장용액을 묻혀주는 것으로서 항상 일정한 양의 화장용액을 인출하여 정확하고 세밀한 화장을 할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 도 13 내지 도 16의 도시와 같이 가이드(503)에 지지편(505)이 구성된 경우를 설명하면, 캡(10)과 솔대(50)를 최초에 결합할 때는 캡(10)에 솔대(50)를 끼워주면 솔대(50)의 가이드(503)와 지지편(505)이 지지구(403)의 트임공(402)과 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)을 삽입되면서 지지편(505)이 트임공(402)를 벗어남과 동시에 자체의 탄력으로 지지편(505)의 상부가 벌어져 지지구(403)에 지지되어 솔대(50)가 캡(10)으로부터 이탈되지 않게 결합되는 것이다.
이와 같이 캡(10)과 솔대(50)가 결합된 후, 화장품 용기(70)에 나사 결합된 캡(10)을 분리하면 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40)의 내부에 수납되어 외부에서는 볼 수 없고, 화장용액은 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 출입공(71a)을 통해 인출될 때 닦여져 가이드관(40)이 깨끗한 상태를 유지하므로 사용자는 깨끗한 상태의 가이드관(40)만 볼 수 있다.

한편, 도 9 및 도 17a 내지 도 17d의 도시와 같이 필요한 경우에는 화장품 용기(70)의 내부 바닥에 삽입홈(73)을 형성하여 삽입홈(73)에 가이드관(40)을 끼워지게 구성하면, 화장품 용기(70)에 캡(10)을 결합할 때, 화장품 용기(70)와 캡(10)이 나사 결합에 의해 결합되는 것으로서, 도 17b와 도 17c의 도시와 같이 용기(70)의 삽입홈(73)에 모 다발(51)이 회전과 동시에 끼워지면서 모 다발(51)이 가이드관(40)의 내부로 들어가므로 삽입홈(73)의 화장용액을 삽입홈(73)의 외부로 밀어내어 삽입홈(73)에 최소량의 화장용액을 남아 모 다발(51)과 가이드관(40)의 하단에 화장용액이 과다하게 묻혀지지 않는 것이다.
또한, 화장품 용기(70)에 캡(10)을 분리할 때, 화장품 용기(70)와 캡(10)이 나사 결합에 의해 분리되는 것으로서, 도 17c와 도 17d의 도시와 같이 용기(70)의 삽입홈(73)에서 가이드관(40)이 회전되면서 분리되는 것으로, 가이드관(40)이 회전되면서 가이드관(40)의 하단과 삽입홈(73) 내부의 화장용액을 화장용액의 응집력 등으로 분리시켜 가이드관(40)의 하단에 최소량의 화장용액만 묻혀져 가이드관(40)을 항상 깨끗하게 유지시킬 수 있는 것이다.
이와 같이 가이드관(40)의 하단과 모 다발(51)에 묻혀지는 화장용액을 최소량으로 차단하여 깨끗하게 하므로 가이드관(40)이 속뚜껑(71)의 출입공(71a)을 통해 빠져 나올 때 가이드관(40)과 속뚜껑(71)이 화장용액이 묻혀져 지저분해지는 폐단이 방지되고, 항상 일정량의 화장용액이 인출되어 사용이 매우 편리하면서도 화장용액의 역류(逆流)를 확실하게 방지할 수 있는 등의 이점이 있다.
이상에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 도시하고 또한 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형 실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 기재된 청구범위 내에 있게 된다.

  1. 캡(10)의 내부 중앙에 수직으로 세워진 솔대(50)의 하단에는 모 다발(51)이 고정되고, 캡(10)을 화장품 용기(70)의 입구에 나사 결합시키면 솔대(50)가 용기(70)의 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 폭 좁은 출입공(71a)을 통해 삽입되는 화장용 솔(1)에 있어서,
    상기 캡(10)의 상부에 결합공(11)이 형성되고, 작동핀(21) 상부에 작동구(22)가 형성된 작동캡(20)이 캡(10)의 상부에 씌워지며, 작동구(22)가 끼워지는 출입공(31)이 형성된 외부캡(30)이 캡(10)에 씌워져 고정되고, 캡(10)의 내부 중앙에 수직으로 장착된 가이드관(40)의 양측에 스토퍼(42a)를 갖는 가이드공(42)이 형성되고, 가이드관(40)의 상부에는 작동공(41)이 형성되어 솔대(50)의 상부 작동봉(52)이 결합되며, 솔대(50)의 양측에는 가이드공(42)과 대응되는 위치에 핀(53)이 끼워지고, 솔대(50)의 핀(53)이 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)을 따라 이동되는 솔대(50)가 가이드관(40)에 삽입되어 상부에 장착된 스프링(60)에 의하여 탄력 지지되며, 캡(10)을 결합시켜 가이드관(40)이 용기(70)의 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 출입공(71a)을 통해 삽입되면 가이드관(40)의 가이드공(42)을 통해 돌출되는 핀(53)이 출입공(71a)의 주연부에 걸려져 솔대(50)와 모 다발(51)이 상승되어 가이드관(40)의 내부에 수납되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 솔.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 캡(10)의 상면에 탄성편(12)이 형성되어 작동캡(20)이 캡(10)의 상면에 맞닿았을 때 탄력적으로 눌려지고 복원되면서 작동캡(20)의 유동(流動)이 방지될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 솔.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 솔대(50)의 하부에 플로킹(flocking) 처리한 브러시(55)가 결합되거나, 솔대(50)의 하단에 마스카라솔(56)이 결합된 것 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 솔.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품용기(70)의 내부 바닥에는 밀폐소재(72)가 부착되고, 밀폐소재(72)에는 가이드관(40)의 하단이 밀착되어 가이드관()의 하단이 화장용액과 차단되며, 상기 밀폐소재(72)는 실리콘고무, 천연고무, 연질의 합성수지 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 솔.
  5. 캡(10)의 내부 중앙에 수직으로 세워진 솔대(50)의 하단에는 모 다발(51)이 고정되고, 캡(10)을 화장품 용기(70)의 입구에 나사 결합시키면 솔대(50)가 용기(70)의 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 폭 좁은 출입공(71a)을 통해 삽입되는 화장용 솔(1)에 있어서,
    상기 캡(10)의 상부에 결합공(11)을 갖는 결합구(111)가 형성되고, 결합구(111)의 내측에 걸림홈(111a)이 형성되며, 상기 솔대(50)의 상부에는 지지판(501)이 형성되고, 지지판(501)의 상부에는 결합공(11)과 결합구(111)에 끼워지는 작동구(502)가 형성되며, 작동구(502)에 걸림돌기(502a)가 형성되고, 솔대(50)의 상부 양측에는 가이드(503)가 형성되며, 가이드관(40)이 형성된 지지관(401)이 캡(10)의 내부에 끼워지고, 가이드관(40) 상부 양측에 가이드공(42)이 형성되며, 지지관(401)의 하부에는 가이드공(42)과 연속되게 트임공(402)이 형성되고, 지지관(401)의 내부에 지지판(501)이 내입되어 지지판(501)과 캡(10) 사이에 스프링(60)이 끼워져 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장용 솔.
  6. 캡(10)의 내부 중앙에 수직으로 세워진 솔대(50)의 하단에는 모 다발(51)이 고정되고, 캡(10)을 화장품 용기(70)의 입구에 나사 결합시키면 솔대(50)가 용기(70)의 속뚜껑(71)에 뚫려진 폭 좁은 출입공(71a)을 통해 삽입되는 화장용 솔(1)에 있어서,
    상기 캡(10)의 상부가 개방되어 결합공(11)이 형성되며, 상기 솔대(50)는 솔대(50)를 연장하여 상기 캡(10)의 결합공(11)에 끼워지는 작동버튼(504)이 형성되고 솔대(50)의 양측에는 가이드(503)가 형성되며 각 가이드(503)의 상부에는 각각 지지편(505)이 형성되고, 상기 캡(10)의 내부에서 지지할 수 있도록 지지구(403)가 형성되며 지지구(403)의 하부에는 솔대(50)가 끼워지는 가이드관(40)이 형성되고, 가이드관(40)의 상부 양측에는 가이드공(42)이 형성되며, 지지구(403)에는 상기 가이드공(40)과 연속되는 트임공(402)이 형성되고, 지지구(403)는 캡(10)의 내부에 고정 형성되거나, 캡(10)과 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장용 솔.
  7. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품 용기(70)의 저면 중앙에는 가이드관(40)이 삽입되는 삽입홈(73)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장용 솔.
