본 발명은 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 사용 편의성이 향상될 수 있는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장품 용기는 메이크업에 사용되는 파우더나 크림 등 각종 화장품들을 포장하는데 사용되는 것으로서, 화장품의 용도에 따라 다양한 형태와 크기를 가진다. 또한, 화장품 용기는 화장품을 직접 포장 사용하는 용도에서부터 리필 용도까지 다양하게 변화되고 있는 실정이다.
이러한 화장품 용기 중, 콤팩트는 내용물을 보관하는 용기본체와, 용기본체의 상부면을 개폐시키는 외뚜껑으로 이루어진다. 그리고, 용기본체와 외뚜껑의 사이에 내뚜껑이 구비되어 용기본체 내부의 내용물을 보호하며, 내뚜껑의 상부에는 퍼프 등의 도포부재가 보관될 수 있다. 또한, 대부분의 화장품 용기에서 외뚜껑의 내측면에는 거울이 부착될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 화장 후 화장품을 흡수한 도포부재를 그대로 내뚜껑의 상부에 보관하므로, 도포부재가 거울을 오염시켜서 지저분할 뿐만 아니라 화장 시 불편함을 유발할 수 있다. 그리고, 내뚜껑의 상부에 내용물이 묻게 되고, 도포부재와 내뚜껑이 맞닿아 있으므로 도포부재가 축축한 상태로 보관된다는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 화장 용도 외에 거울만을 사용하고자 하는 경우, 도포부재가 고정되어 있지 않아서 외뚜껑을 개방할 때 도포부재가 떨어진다는 문제점이 있다.
이와 더불어, 외뚜껑의 내측면에 실제 크기와 동일한 배율로 볼 수 있는 거울만 부착되어 있어서, 얼굴의 일부분을 다른 배율로 보고자 하는 경우 별도로 거울을 소지해야 하므로 휴대가 불편하다는 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하고자 창출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 외용기 내측면에 일반거울이 마련되고, 내뚜껑의 외측면에 확대거울이 마련됨에 의해 베이스 화장 시 일반거울을 이용하고, 세부 화장 시 확대거울을 이용할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 목적은 용기본체의 하부에 도포부재를 보관하는 서랍부를 별도로 마련함으로써, 도포부재에 의해 외뚜껑의 내측에 구비된 거울 및 내뚜껑이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 거울을 보기 위해 외뚜껑을 개방하는 경우 도포부재가 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 목적은 도포부재를 보관하는 서랍부가 통기홀을 구비함에 의해 도포부재의 습기를 완화시킬 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 용기본체; 상기 용기본체의 내측에 안착되며 내용물을 수납하는 내용기; 상기 내용기의 상단을 개폐하는 내뚜껑; 상기 내뚜껑의 상부에서 상기 용기본체의 상단을 개폐하는 외뚜껑; 및 상기 용기본체의 하단에 일 방향으로 인출 가능하게 구비되는 서랍부;를 포함하며, 상기 외뚜껑의 내측면에 제1 거울이 부착되고, 상기 외뚜껑과 마주하는 상기 내뚜껑의 외측면에 제2 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
구체적으로, 상기 제1 거울 및 상기 제2 거울은, 서로 상이한 배율을 가질 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 제1 거울 및 상기 제2 거울 중 어느 하나는 일반거울이며, 다른 하나는 확대거울일 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 외뚜껑은, 외측 둘레의 일 영역에 제1 힌지부재가 마련되고, 상기 제1 힌지부재는 상기 외뚜껑의 제1 체결부에 결합되어, 상기 외뚜껑이 상기 용기본체에 대하여 회전 가능할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 용기본체의 내측에는, 상하 관통된 중용기가 마련되며, 상기 중용기의 내측면은 상기 내용기의 외측면과 대응되는 형상으로 마련될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 내용기는, 상기 제1 힌지부재와 수직한 외측 둘레의 일 영역에 제2 힌지부재가 마련되고, 상기 제2 힌지부재는 상기 내뚜껑의 제2 체결부에 결합되어, 상기 내뚜껑이 상기 내용기에 대하여 회전 가능할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 중용기의 내측에는, 상기 내용기와 상기 내뚜껑이 결합된 상태로 안착될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 내뚜껑은, 상기 제1 힌지부재와 수직한 외측 둘레의 일 영역에 제3 힌지부재가 마련되고, 상기 제3 힌지부재는 상기 중용기의 제3 체결부에 결합되어, 상기 내뚜껑이 상기 중용기에 대하여 회전 가능할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 중용기의 내측에는, 교체 가능한 캡슐형 내용기가 탈착 가능하게 안착될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 제3 체결부는 힌지핀 형상으로 마련되고, 상기 제3 힌지부재는 상기 제3 체결부를 감싸는 고리 형상으로 마련되어, 상기 제3 힌지부재가 상기 제3 체결부에 억지끼움됨에 의해 결합될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 서랍부는, 바닥면에 적어도 하나의 통기홀이 구비되며, 내부에 도포부재가 수납될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 외용기 내측면에 일반거울이 마련되고, 내뚜껑의 외측면에 확대거울이 마련됨에 의해 베이스 화장 시 일반거울을 이용하고, 세부 화장 시 확대거울을 이용할 수 있음으로써, 사용자의 화장 편의성이 향상될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 용기본체의 하부에 도포부재를 보관하는 서랍부를 별도로 마련함으로써, 도포부재에 의해 외뚜껑의 내측에 구비된 거울 및 내뚜껑이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 거울을 보기 위해 외뚜껑을 개방하는 경우 도포부재가 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있음으로써, 거울 사용 시 내용물이 묻어있는 도포부재가 보이지 않아 외관이 미려하며, 사용 편의성이 증대될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 도포부재를 보관하는 서랍부가 통기홀을 구비함에 의해 도포부재의 습기를 완화시킬 수 있음으로써, 도포부재가 뽀송한 상태를 유지하여 사용자에게 만족감을 줄 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 일측 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 타측 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 분해사시도이다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 용기본체(20), 외뚜껑(10), 내용기(30), 중용기(40) 및 서랍부(50)를 포함한다. 여기서, 용기본체(20)는 사각형 타입으로 구비되었으나, 이에 한정되지 않으며, 그 외에 다양한 형태로 디자인될 수 있음은 물론이다.
용기본체(20)는 화장품 용기(100)에서 외형의 일부를 이루는 구성으로, 상하 관통 형성될 수 있으며, 사각 형상으로 둘러싸인 내부에는 공간이 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 이하에서 설명하는 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)의 하단에 결합되는 경우, 서랍부(50)의 바닥면이 외부로 노출될 수 있으며, 용기본체(20)의 측면은 서랍부(50)의 전면과 대응되는 영역이 개구되고, 서랍부(50)의 후면의 일부와 대응되는 적어도 일 영역이 개구되어 외부로 노출될 수 있다.
그리고, 외뚜껑(10)은 제1 힌지부재(14)에 의해 용기본체(20)에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 용기본체(20)의 상부면을 개폐할 수 있다. 이때, 제1 힌지부재(14)는 용기본체(20)의 제1 체결부(26)에 결합될 수 있다. 제1 체결부(26)는 제1 힌지부재(14)가 안착될 수 있도록 용기본체(20)의 일부가 제거된 홈 형상일 수 있으며, 제1 힌지부재(14)와의 결합을 위한 홀 및 핀 등이 추가로 구비될 수 있다. 또한, 외뚜껑(10)의 내측면, 즉 용기본체(20)와 마주하는 일면에는 제1 거울(11)이 부착될 수 있다.
그리고, 외뚜껑(10)의 외면에는 명판(12)이 부착될 수 있으며, 외부로 노출되는 명판(12)의 상부면에는 브랜드 로고가 인쇄되거나 음각 또는 양각으로 디자인을 구현하여 화장품 용기(100)의 심미감을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 명판(12)을 투명하게 형성하고, 명판(12)의 하부면에 미러(mirror) 코팅을 적용하여 유사거울을 구현할 수도 있다. 이와 같이, 명판(12)을 이용하여 외뚜껑(10)의 외면 형상을 다양하게 디자인함으로써, 제품 경쟁력이 향상될 수 있다.
이러한 외뚜껑(10)은 용기본체(20)에 힌지 결합된 일측을 축으로 하여 타측이 개폐 조작 가능하도록 구성될 수 있다. 이때, 외뚜껑(10)의 타측은 제1 힌지부재(14)와 대향하는 영역일 수 있으며, 이러한 타측에는 상부자석(13)이 마련될 수 있다. 그리고, 상부자석(13)과 대응되는 용기본체(20)의 일 영역에는 제1 고정자석(21)이 마련될 수 있다.
이에 의해 상부자석(13)과 제1 고정자석(21) 간에 발생되는 자기력에 의해 외뚜껑(10)이 용기본체(20)의 상부를 폐쇄한 상태를 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 외뚜껑(10)을 개방하는 경우 기존의 후크 방식의 잠금 구조와 대비할 때 일정한 개폐 감도를 유지할 수 있다. 이와 같이, 외뚜껑(10)과 용기본체(20)가 자석을 이용한 개폐 방식을 이용하므로, 화장품 용기(100)의 외면에 별도의 버튼이 구비되지 않으므로 외관이 심플하며, 부드럽고 고급스러운 개폐감을 제공할 수 있다.
서랍부(50)는 용기본체(20)의 하단에 마련되어, 일 방향으로 인출 가능하게 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 서랍부(50)는 상부면이 개구되며, 바닥면과 측면으로 둘러싸인 내부에 수납공간(52)이 마련될 수 있다. 수납공간(52)에는 퍼프 등의 도포부재(60)가 수납될 수 있으며, 이때 내용물과 접촉되는 도포부재(60)의 일면과 반대되는 도포부재(60)의 타면에는 손가락을 삽입할 수 있는 밴드부(61)가 구비될 수 있다.
일반적으로 도포부재(60)는 내뚜껑(31)의 상부에 보관하므로 제1 거울(11)이 쉽게 오염되어 지저분하고, 내용물이 내뚜껑(31)에 묻게 되며, 도포부재(60)가 내뚜껑(31)에 맞닿은 상태로 보관되므로, 도포부재(60)가 축축한 상태로 보관된다. 또한, 화장품 용기(100)의 내용물을 사용하는 화장 용도 외에 제1 거울(11)을 사용하는 경우, 외뚜껑(10)을 개방할 때 도포부재(60)가 떨어진다는 불편함이 있다.
하지만, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 제1 거울(11)과 도포부재(60)의 수납공간(52)이 내용물이 수납되는 영역을 기준으로 상부와 하부에 각각 별도로 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 제1 거울(11) 사용 시 도포부재(60)를 떨어뜨릴 우려가 없고, 내용물이 묻어 지저분한 도포부재(60)가 보이지 않아 외뚜껑(10)을 개방한 상태에서도 심플한 외관을 구현할 수 있다. 또한, 도포부재(60)의 분리 보관으로 인하여 제1 거울(11) 및 내뚜껑(31)의 상부면이 오염되는 것을 방지될 수 있다.
이때, 제1 거울(11)과 마주하는 내뚜껑(31)의 상부면에는 일정 깊이의 안착부(37)가 마련될 수 있으며, 이러한 안착부(37)에는 제2 거울(36)이 부착될 수 있다. 이러한 제2 거울(36)은 제1 거울(11)과 배율이 상이할 수 있으며, 제1 거울(11)은 일반거울이고, 제2 거울(36)은 확대거울일 수 있으며, 이에 의해 사용자의 화장 편의성이 향상될 수 있다.
또한, 도포부재(60)가 수납되는 수납공간(52)이 별도로 마련됨으로써, 사용한 도포부재(60)에 묻어있는 내용물로 인한 제1 거울(11) 및 제2 거울(36)의 오염이 방지될 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 서랍부(50)는 바닥면에 적어도 하나의 통기홀(57)이 구비될 수 있으며, 이에 의해 수납공간(52)에 보관되는 도포부재(60)의 습기를 완화하여 도포부재(60)가 항상 뽀송한 상태를 유지하도록 할 수 있다. 이때, 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이, 통기홀(57)은 서랍부(50)의 바닥면의 외곽에 인접한 영역에 외곽 형상과 평행한 직선 형태로 복수 개가 구비되었으나, 통기홀(57)의 형태 및 개수는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 통기홀(57)은 도포부재(60)의 습기를 제거할 수 있도록 수납공간(52)의 내부 및 외부로 공기가 이동할 수 있는 다양한 형태 및 개수로 구비될 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 서랍부(50)는 용기본체(20)의 하단에 슬라이딩과 동시에 틸팅되며 인출될 수 있다. 도포부재(60)는 사용할수록 내용물을 흡수하여 부풀어오르고, 밴드부(61)는 도포부재(60)의 굴곡에 따라 평평하지 않고 들뜬 모양이 된다. 이 경우 단순히 슬라이딩 방식으로만 작동되는 서랍부(50)는 개폐될 때 도포부재(60) 또는 밴드부(61)가 용기본체(20)에 걸리면서 원활한 작동이 어려울 수 있다.
이에 의해 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)의 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)의 하단에서 슬라이딩과 동시에 틸팅 작동되도록 함으로써, 도포부재(60)의 입출을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
이를 위하여, 용기본체(20)는 서랍부(50)가 인출되는 방향의 양 내측면을 따라 레일(23)이 마련될 수 있다. 이때, 레일(23)은 용기본체(20)의 후면으로부터 전면을 향하여 일정 길이로 마련되는 직선 구간(24) 및 직선 구간(24)의 단부로부터 용기본체(20)의 전면에 인접한 영역까지 마련되는 커브 구간(25)을 포함할 수 있다.
여기서, 커브 구간(25)은 서랍부(50)의 인출 시 용기본체(20)의 하측 방향을 향하여 서랍부(50)가 틸팅되도록 유도하는 형상으로 절곡 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 서랍부(50)는 용기본체(20)의 하단에 결합된 상태에서 인출될 때, 일 방향을 향하여 직선 구간(24) 및 커브 구간(25)을 따라 이동되면서 점차적으로 용기본체(20)와의 간격이 넓어지도록 틸팅되며 이동될 수 있다. 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 도 4a 내지 도 5d를 참조하여 후술하기로 한다.
이때, 서랍부(50)는 레일(23)과 대면하는 양 외측면에 적어도 하나의 돌기(53)가 구비되며, 이러한 돌기가 레일(23)을 따라 이동될 수 있다. 여기서, 돌기(53)는 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)로부터 인출되기 전 상태에서 용기본체(20)의 후면에 인접한 위치에 마련되는 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제1 돌기(53a)로부터 일정 간격 이격된 위치에 마련되는 제2 돌기(53b)를 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)는 레일(23)의 깊이와 동일하거나 원활한 이동을 위하여 레일(23)의 깊이보다 약간 더 짧은 길이로 돌출되어 구비될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 서랍부(50)에 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)로 이루어진 2개의 돌기(53)가 구비됨으로써, 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 레일(23)로부터 이탈되는 것을 최소화할 수 있으며, 보다 안정적으로 레일(23)을 따라 서랍부(50)가 이동될 수 있다. 여기서, 돌기(53)의 개수는 한정되지 않으며, 레일(23)을 따라 용이하게 이동될 수 있도록 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 서랍부(50)가 슬라이딩과 동시에 틸팅되며 인출됨으로써, 도포부재(60)의 입출 시 도포부재(60) 및 밴드부(61)가 용기본체(20)의 하단에 걸리는 것이 방지되어 도포부재(60)를 원활하게 수납 가능하다.
이러한 서랍부(50)는 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21)과 대응되는 영역에 전면자석(51)이 마련될 수 있다. 이에 의해 용기본체(20)로부터 서랍부(50)를 결합한 상태에서 제1 고정자석(21)과 전면자석(51) 간에 인력이 발생되어 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)에 대하여 폐쇄된 상태로 고정될 수 있다. 또한, 앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21)과 외뚜껑(10)의 상부자석(13) 간에도 인력이 발생되므로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면 자석을 이용하여 외뚜껑(10) 및 서랍부(50)를 용기본체(20)로부터 개폐할 수 있음으로써, 별도의 버튼이 없어 고급스러운 외관을 가질 수 있다.
그리고, 용기본체(20)의 상단 내측면 둘레를 따라 중용기(40)가 더 구비될 수 있다. 중용기(40)는 외곽을 제외한 중앙 부분이 상하 관통되어 내부에 내용기(30)가 안착되는 안착공간(41)이 마련될 수 있다. 이때, 안착공간(41)은 원형의 내용기(30) 형상에 대응되도록 원형으로 마련되었으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 또한, 도면에 도시되지는 않았지만, 중용기(40)는 안착공간(41)에 내용기(30)가 안착되므로, 내용기(30)를 고정하기 위한 다수의 돌기 및 홈 등이 추가로 마련될 수 있다.
이러한 중용기(40)가 용기본체(20)의 상단 내측면에 고정될 수 있도록 용기본체(20)의 양 내측면에는 레일(23)과 일정 간격 이격된 상부 측에 단턱부(22)가 마련될 수 있다. 이에 의해 중용기(40)의 하단이 단턱부(22)에 안착된 상태로 고정될 수 있으며, 중용기(40)의 하단으로부터 연장부(42)가 더 마련될 수 있다.
연장부(42)는 레일(23)의 직선 구간(24) 및 곡선 구간(25)에 대응되는 형상으로 레일(23)을 향하여 연장되되, 연장부(42)의 끝단은 레일(23)과 일정 간격 이격되도록 연장될 수 있다. 이때, 레일(23)은 용기본체(20)의 내측면으로부터 일정 두께만큼 내측으로 돌출된 단차 형상으로 마련될 수 있으며, 중용기(40)의 하단이 안착되는 단턱부(22)보다 내측으로 더 돌출될 수 있다. 그리고, 연장부(42)는 용기본체(20)의 내측면에 결합된 상태에서 레일(23)면과 동일하게 돌출되는 두께를 가지도록 구비될 수 있다.
이에 의해 중용기(40)가 용기본체(20)에 결합된 상태에서 서랍부(50)의 돌기(53)가 레일(23) 및 연장부(42)의 끝단 사이로 이동될 수 있으며, 서랍부(50)의 외측면은 중용기(40)의 연장부(42)와 용기본체(20)의 레일(23) 하부 측에 접하면서 인출될 수 있다.
또한, 중용기(40)는 후술하는 내용기(30)의 제2 힌지부재(34) 및 내뚜껑(31)의 제2 체결부(33)와 손잡이부(35)가 안착될 수 있도록 일 영역에 제거된 형태로 마련될 수 있다.
내용기(30)는 중용기(40) 내측의 관통된 영역에 안착될 수 있으며, 이때 중용기(40)의 내측에서 용기본체(20)의 개구된 바닥면으로 하부면이 노출되도록 결합될 수 있다. 이러한 내용기(30) 외주면의 일 영역에는 후술하는 내뚜껑(31)과 힌지 결합되기 위한 제2 힌지부재(34)가 구비될 수 있다.
그리고, 내용기(30)는 중용기(40)에 억지 끼움 등에 의해 결합되어, 중용기(40)로부터 분리 가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 즉, 내용기(30)는 중용기(40)로부터 외력에 의해 상호 분리 가능하게 결합될 수 있으며, 외력을 가하지 않는 경우 임의적인 이탈이 방지되는 상태로 결합될 수 있다.
여기서, 내용기(30)에 수납되는 내용물은 화장료가 함침된 함침부재로 구비될 수 있다. 그리고, 함침부재가 내용기(30)의 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 내용기(30)의 둘레를 따라 상단이 내측 절곡된 고정링(32)이 구비될 수 있다. 다만, 내용기(30)에 수납되는 내용물이 함침부재로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 내용기(30)에는 다양한 제형의 내용물이 수납될 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 내용기(30)의 상부에는 내용물의 유수분 증발 및 보호를 위한 내뚜껑(31)이 더 구비될 수 있다. 내뚜껑(31)은 하부면으로부터 연장된 연장리브(도면부호 미표기)를 더 구비할 수 있으며, 연장리브는 내용기(30)의 내측면과 고정링(32) 사이의 이격된 공간에 끼워지며 내용기(30)의 상부를 밀폐시킬 수 있다.
또한, 통상 도포부재(60)가 내뚜껑(31)의 상부면에 보관되었으나, 본 발명에서는 도포부재(60)가 용기본체(20)의 하단에 구비된 서랍부(50)에 보관될 수 있다. 그리고, 내뚜껑(31)의 상부면에는 전술한 안착부(37) 및 제2 거울(26)이 마련될 수 있다. 이와 같이, 도포부재(60)를 서랍부(50)에 별도로 보관함으로써, 내용물이 묻어있는 도포부재(60)에 의해 제1 거울(11) 및 제2 거울(36)이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 화장 용도 외에 제1 거울(11) 또는 제2 거울(36)을 사용하는 경우, 도포부재(60)가 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이러한 내뚜껑(31)은 제2 힌지부재(34)와 대응되는 외주면의 일 영역에 제2 체결부(33)가 마련되어, 제2 힌지부재(34)가 제2 체결부(33)에 결합됨에 의해 내뚜껑(31)이 내용기(30)로부터 회전 가능하게 연결될 수 있다. 그리고, 내뚜껑(31)은 제2 체결부(33)와 대향하는 외주면의 타 영역에는 손잡이부(35)가 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 내용기(30)의 상부면으로부터 내뚜껑(31)을 보다 편리하게 개폐시킬 수 있다.
이때, 내뚜껑(31)이 개폐되는 방향은 외뚜껑(10)이 용기본체(20)로부터 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 방향과 직교하도록 마련될 수 있다. 이에 의해 내뚜껑(31)의 개폐 시 외뚜껑(10)과의 간섭을 방지할 수 있다.
그리고, 앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 외뚜껑(10)의 내측면과 마주하는 내뚜껑(31)의 외측면에는 일정 깊이의 홈으로 이루어진 안착부(37)가 마련될 수 있으며, 안착부(37)에는 제2 거울(36)이 부착될 수 있다. 이러한 제2 거울(36)은 외뚜껑(10)의 내측면에 부착된 제1 거울(11)과 서로 상이한 배율을 가질 수 있으며, 제1 거울(11)은 일반거울이고, 제2 거울(36)은 확대거울일 수 있다.
다만, 제1 거울(11) 및 제2 거울(36)은 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 반대로 제1 거울(11)이 확대거울일 수 있고, 제2 거울(36)이 일반거울일 수 있음은 물론이다. 또한, 제1 거울(11) 및 제2 거울(36)이 일반 배율이나 확대 배율을 갖는 거울의 조합 외에도 필요에 따라 축소 배율을 갖는 거울을 포함할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 제1 실시예에서와 같이, 제1 거울(11)이 일반거울이고, 제2 거울(36)이 확대거울인 경우, 베이스 화장 시 일반거울을 이용하고, 눈가 등 세부 화장 시 확대거울을 이용함으로써, 사용자의 화장 편의성이 현저하게 향상될 수 있다.
일반적인 화장품 용기의 거울을 이용하여 세부 화장을 하는 경우, 화장품 용기(100)를 얼굴에 밀접하게 위치시킨 상태로 화장을 해야 하므로 화장 시 불편한 자세를 취하게 된다. 하지만, 본 발명에 따르면 내뚜껑(31)의 외측면에 마련된 확대 배율을 갖는 제2 거울(36)을 이용하여 세부 화장을 할 수 있음으로써, 보다 편리하게 화장을 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 통상 외뚜껑 측에 듀얼미러가 마련된 화장품 용기는 2개의 거울이 겹쳐진 상태로 있다가 확대거울을 이용하고자 하는 경우에 확대거울을 외부로 노출시키기 위한 별도의 동작을 수행해야 한다. 하지만, 본 발명에 따르면 외뚜껑(10)을 용기본체(20)로부터 개방함과 동시에 제1 거울(11) 및 제2 거울(36)이 동시에 외부로 노출되므로, 제2 거울(36)을 사용하기 위한 별도의 동작이 필요하지 않게 되어 사용이 편리할 수 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)의 서랍부(50) 작동에 대하여 도 4a 내지 도 5d를 참조하여 후술하기로 한다.
도 4a 내지 4d는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 서랍부가 개방되는 과정을 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 5a 내지 도 5d는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 서랍부가 개방되는 과정을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 4a 내지 도 5d를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 용기본체(20), 외뚜껑(10), 내용기(30), 중용기(40) 및 서랍부(50)를 포함한다. 각 구성에 대한 상세한 설명은 앞선 도 1 내지 도 3에서 설명하였으며, 이하에서는 생략한다.
용기본체(20)는 상하 관통 형성되며, 관통된 내측에 중용기(40)가 결합되고, 중용기(40)의 내측에 내용기(30)가 안착될 수 있다. 내용기(30)는 내뚜껑(31)에 의해 상부면이 밀폐될 수 있으며, 용기본체(20)의 상부면은 외뚜껑(10)에 의해 개폐될 수 있다. 그리고, 용기본체(20)의 하단에는 도포부재(60)의 보관을 위한 서랍부(50)가 마련될 수 있다. 다만, 본 실시예에서는 서랍부(50)에 도포부재(60)가 마련된 것으로 설명하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 화장에 필요한 다양한 구성이 서랍부(50)에 보관될 수 있음은 물론이다.
용기본체(20)와 외뚜껑(10)이 맞닿아 있는 상태에서, 외뚜껑(10)의 상부자석(13)과 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21)은 대응되는 위치에 구비되므로, 상부자석(13)과 제1 고정자석(21) 간에 발생되는 인력에 의해 외뚜껑(10)이 용기본체(20)에 대하여 폐쇄된 상태를 유지하도록 고정될 수 있다.
그리고, 서랍부(50)는 용기본체(20)로부터 인출되기 전 상태에서, 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21)과 대응되는 위치에 전면자석(51)이 마련되므로, 제1 고정자석(21)과 전면자석(51) 간에 발생되는 인력에 의해 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)에 대하여 폐쇄된 상태를 유지하도록 고정될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 외뚜껑(10) 및 서랍부(50)는 각각 자석 결합 구조에 의해 용기본체(20)에 폐쇄된 상태로 고정될 수 있으며, 이에 의해 화장품 용기(100)의 외관의 고급스러움이 향상될 수 있다.
이러한 화장품 용기(100)의 용기본체(20)로부터 서랍부(50)를 인출하는 과정을 살펴보면, 서랍부(50)는 용기본체(20)에 대하여 슬라이딩과 동시에 틸팅되며 인출될 수 있다. 보다 상세하게, 서랍부(50)는 외측면에 구비된 돌기(53)가 용기본체(20)의 레일(23)을 따라 이동될 수 있으며, 이때, 레일(23)은 서랍부(50)가 인출되는 방향의 양 내측면을 따라 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 레일(23)은 용기본체(20)의 후면으로부터 전면을 향하여 일정 길이로 마련되는 직선 구간(24) 및 직선 구간(24)의 단부로부터 용기본체(20)의 전면에 인접한 영역까지 마련되는 커브 구간(25)을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 커브 구간(25)은 서랍부(50)의 인출 시 용기본체(20)의 하측 방향으로 서랍부(50)가 틸팅되도록 유도하는 방향으로 마련될 수 있다.
이에 의해 서랍부(50)가 직선 구간(24)으로만 작동하는 경우에 비하여 서랍부(50) 내부에 수납된 도포부재(60)의 놓인 위치 및 상태에 따라 도포부재(60) 또는 밴드부(61)가 용기본체(20)의 하단에 걸리는 현상이 현저하게 줄어들 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 서랍부(50)의 양 외측면에 각각 구비된 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 용기본체(20)의 양 내측면의 직선 구간(24) 및 커브 구간(25)으로 이루어진 레일(23)을 따라 이동되면서, 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)에 대하여 슬라이딩 및 틸팅되며 인출될 수 있다.
이때, 서랍부(50)를 인출하고자 하는 경우, 서랍부(50)의 돌기(53)가 레일(23)의 직선 구간(24)을 먼저 통과한 뒤, 커브 구간(25)으로 진입하면서 서랍부(50)가 하부 방향으로 약 36도 정도 틸팅이 이루어지며 인출될 수 있다. 반대로, 서랍부(50)를 용기본체(20)의 하단에 결합하고자 하는 경우, 서랍부(50)가 틸팅된 상태에서 서랍부(50)의 돌기(53)가 레일(23)의 커브 구간(25)을 먼저 통과한 뒤, 직선 구간(24)으로 진입하면서 용기본체(20)와 평행한 방향으로 직선 이동되며 용기본체(20)에 결합될 수 있다.
이때, 서랍부(50)의 돌기(53)는 2개로 구성될 수 있으며, 일정 간격 이격된 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)로 구성됨으로써, 레일(23)로부터 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 이탈되는 것이 최소화될 수 있으며, 직선 구간(24) 및 커브 구간(25)을 이루는 레일(23)의 형태에 따라 서랍부(50)가 슬라이딩 및 틸팅될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 레일(23)에 끼워진 상태로 서랍부(50)의 하중을 지지하여, 레일(23)을 따라 이동될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 서랍부(50)의 수납공간(52)에 도포부재(60)를 수납하고자 하는 경우, 도포부재(60)에 내용물이 함침되어 부풀어 있더라도 서랍부(50)가 틸팅되며 용기본체(20)에 결합되므로, 도포부재(60)가 용기본체(20)의 하단에 걸리는 현상이 방지될 수 있다. 또한, 도포부재(60)의 밴드부(61) 역시 용기본체(20)의 하단에 걸리지 않으면서 원활하게 서랍부(50)에 입출이 가능하다.
이때, 레일(23)에서 직선 구간(24)의 길이에 따라 서랍부(50)의 인출 거리를 상이하게 할 수 있다. 여기서, 레일(23)에서 커브 구간(25)의 각도가 하부를 향하여 약 36도 정도로 절곡되므로, 커브 구간(25)의 길이는 변하지 않을 수 있다. 즉, 직선 구간(24)의 길이가 긴 경우, 서랍부(50)의 인출 거리가 길어질 수 있으며, 직선 구간(24)의 길이가 짧은 경우, 서랍부(50)의 인출 거리가 짧아질 수 있다. 이에 의해 서랍부(50)에 수납되는 도포부재(60)의 크기 또는 형상에 따라 직선 구간(24)의 길이를 조절하여, 서랍부(50)의 인출 거리를 제어할 수 있다.
또한, 용기본체(20)는 상하 관통되어 서랍부(50)의 바닥면을 외부로 노출시킬 수 있으며, 서랍부(50)의 전면과 대응되는 영역이 개구될 뿐만 아니라 서랍부(50)의 후면과 대응되는 적어도 일 영역이 개구될 수 있다. 이에 의해 용기본체(20)로부터 서랍부(50)를 인출하고자 하는 경우, 서랍부(50)의 후면 또는 바닥면을 손으로 밀어서 손쉽게 작동시킬 수 있다. 이와 관련하여, 도 10a 내지 도 10c에서 후술하기로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 용기본체(20)의 하단에 슬라이딩과 동시에 틸팅 방식으로 인출되는 서랍부(50)를 구비함으로써, 서랍부(50)에 도포부재(60)의 입출을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 도포부재(60)를 제1 거울(11) 및 제2 거울(36)과 상이한 공간에 보관함으로써, 제1 거울(11) 및 제2 거울(36)의 오염을 방지할 수 있다.
도 6 및 도 7은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 내용기 및 내뚜껑이 힌지 결합되어 중용기의 내측에 안착되는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 6 및 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에서 외뚜껑(10)은 외측 둘레의 일 영역에 마련된 제1 힌지부재(14, 도 3 참조)가 용기본체(20)의 제1 체결부(26)에 결합됨에 의해 외뚜껑(10)이 용기본체(20)에 대하여 회전 가능하게 구비될 수 있다.
그리고, 용기본체(20)의 내측에는 중용기(40)가 마련될 수 있으며, 중용기(40)의 내측면은 내용기(30)의 외측면과 대응되는 형상으로 마련될 수 있다.
내용기(30)는 제1 힌지부재(14)와 수직한 외측 둘레의 일 영역에 제2 힌지부재(34)가 마련되고, 내용기(30)의 상부면을 개폐하는 내뚜껑(31)의 둘레 일 영역에는 제2 힌지부재(34)와 대응하는 위치에 제2 체결부(33)가 마련될 수 있다. 이때, 제2 힌지부재(34)가 별도의 힌지핀(미도시)을 이용하여 제2 체결부(33)에 회전 가능하게 결합됨에 의해 내뚜껑(31)이 내용기(30)에 대하여 회전 가능하게 연결될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 제2 힌지부재(34)가 제2 체결부(33)에 체결됨에 의해 내용기(30)는 내뚜껑(31)과 일체형으로 마련될 수 있다. 그리고, 내뚜껑(31)의 상부면에 마련된 안착부(37)에는 제2 거울(36)이 부착될 수 있다.
이러한 내용기(30)와, 내뚜껑(31) 및 제2 거울(36)은 일체형으로, 중용기(40)의 안착공간(41)에 삽입되어 안착될 수 있다. 이때 중용기(40)에는 제2 힌지부재(34) 및 제2 체결부(33)와 대응되는 형상으로 일정 깊이의 홈부(도면부호 미기재)가 마련되어, 제2 힌지부재(34) 및 제2 체결부(33)가 걸림 없이 중용기(40)에 안착되도록 할 수 있다. 여기서, 중용기(40)와 내용기(30)는 억지끼움 또는 돌기-홈 구조 등의 방식에 의해 결합될 수 있다.
이처럼 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에서 내용기(30)의 내용물을 소진하여 교체하고자 하는 경우, 내용기(30), 내뚜껑(31) 및 제2 거울(36)이 일체형으로 마련되므로 이들을 함께 교체해야 한다.
또한, 내용기(30)의 내부에 수납되는 내용물은 함침부재(미도시)에 함침되어 마련될 수 있으며, 이러한 함침부재가 내용기(30)의 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 내용기(30)의 내측에는 고정링(32)이 추가로 마련될 수 있다. 다만, 내용물은 함침부재에 함침되어 마련되는 것 이외에 다양한 제형으로 마련될 수 있음은 물론이다.
즉, 내용물의 리필을 위하여 중용기(40)의 관통된 하부면으로부터 내용기(30)를 상측으로 밀어 올리면, 내용기(30), 제2 거울(36)이 부착된 내뚜껑(31) 및 고정링(32)이 결합된 상태로 중용기(40)의 안착공간(41)으로부터 분리될 수 있다. 이에 의해 내용기(30), 제2 거울(36)이 부착된 내뚜껑(31) 및 고정링(32)을 함께 교체할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 9 및 도 10은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 내뚜껑이 중용기에 힌지 결합되고, 내용기가 중용기의 내측에 안착되는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 8 내지 도 10을 참조하면, 제1 힌지부재(14)와 수직한 방향의 내뚜껑(30)의 외측 둘레의 일 영역에는 제3 힌지부재(38)가 마련될 수 있으며, 제3 힌지부재(38)와 대응하는 위치의 중용기(40에는 제3 체결부(44)가 마련될 수 있다. 이러한 제3 힌지부재(38)가 제3 체결부(44)에 체결됨에 의해 내뚜껑(31)은 중용기(40)와 힌지 결합되어 내뚜껑(31)이 중용기(40)에 대하여 회전 가능한 상태의 일체형으로 마련될 수 있다.
이때, 제3 체결부(44)는 힌지핀 형상으로 마련되어 중용기(40)에 고정될 수 있으며, 제3 힌지부재(38)는 제3 체결부(44)를 감싸는 고리 형상으로 마련될 수 있다. 이에 의해 제3 힌지부재(38)가 제3 체결부(44)에 억지끼움됨에 의해 결합되면서 중용기(40)와 내뚜껑(31)이 결합될 수 있다.
그리고, 내뚜껑(31)의 상부면에는 일정 깊이로 마련된 안착부(37)가 마련될 수 있으며, 이러한 안착부(37)에는 제2 거울(36)이 부착될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 내뚜껑(31)이 중용기(40)로부터 힌지 결합된 상태에서 중용기(40)의 내측에는 교체 가능한 캡슐형 내용기(70)가 안착공간(41)에 탈착 가능하게 안착될 수 있다. 이때, 캡슐형 내용기(70)는 사용하기 전 상태에서 상부면에 실링지(미도시)가 구비될 수 있으며, 실링지를 제거하고 중용기(40)에 안착시킬 수 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(200)는 내용물 소진 시 캡슐형 내용기(70)만을 교체하여 사용할 수 있다. 앞선 실시예와 달리 내뚜껑(31)이 중용기(40)에 결합되어 있으므로, 캡슐형 내용기(70)의 교체와 상관 없이, 내뚜껑(31)의 외측면에 부착된 제2 거울(36)은 중용기(40), 내뚜껑(31)과 함께 지속적으로 사용이 가능하다. 이처럼 내용물 소진 시 캡슐형 내용기(70)만 교체하면 되므로, 교체 비용이 절감될 수 있다.
도 11a 및 도 11b는 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 서랍부가 개방되는 과정을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 11a 및 도 11b를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(300)는 용기본체(20), 외뚜껑(10), 내용기(30), 중용기(40) 및 서랍부(50)를 포함한다. 이하에서는 본 실시예가 앞서 설명한 실시예 대비 달라지는 점 위주로 설명하며, 설명을 생략한 부분에 대해서는 앞선 내용으로 갈음한다.
용기본체(20)에는 서랍부(50)가 인출되는 방향의 양 내측면을 따라 레일(23)이 마련될 수 있다. 이때, 레일(23)은 용기본체(20)의 후면으로부터 전면까지 일직선으로 마련될 수 있다.
그리고, 서랍부(50)는 레일(23)과 대면하는 양 외측면에 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)로 이루어진 2개의 돌기(53)가 구비되어, 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 레일(23)을 따라 이동될 수 있다. 제1 실시예와 마찬가지로, 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)는 일정 간격 이격되어, 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)로부터 인출될 때, 휘어지지 않고 레일(23)의 형상을 따라 서랍부(50)가 일직선으로 슬라이딩 작동되며 인출될 수 있다.
다만, 용기본체(20)의 전면 끝단에 대응되는 레일(23)에는 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)로부터 완전히 분리되지 않도록 하기 위한 스토퍼(미도시)가 더 마련될 수 있다.
그리고, 서랍부(50)에는 도포부재(60)가 수납될 수 있다. 여기서, 서랍부(50)가 슬라이딩 작동될 때 도포부재(60)의 밴드부(61)가 걸리지 않도록 하기 위하여 제1 실시예보다 서랍부(50)의 높이가 더 높게 마련될 수 있다. 또한, 서랍부(50)의 높이가 제1 실시예와 동일한 경우, 서랍부(50)에 수납되는 도포부재(60)에 밴드부(61)가 마련되지 않거나, 제1 실시예보다 더 얇은 두께를 갖는 도포부재(60)가 수납될 수도 있다.
이와 더불어, 도면에는 도시되지 않았지만, 용기본체(20)는 레일(23) 상부의 양 내측면에 중용기(40)의 하단이 안착되는 단턱부(22)가 마련될 수 있으며, 레일(23)은 단턱부(22)보다 내측으로 더 돌출된 단차 형상일 수 있다.
여기서, 중용기(40)는 하단으로부터 레일(23)을 향하여 용기본체(20)의 내측면에 접하도록 연장부(42)가 구비되며, 연장부(42)의 끝단은 레일(23)과 대응되는 일직선 형상으로 연장되되, 레일(23)과 일정 간격 이격될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 용기본체(20)의 하부에 도포부재(60)를 보관하는 서랍부(50)를 별도로 마련하고, 서랍부(50)가 슬라이딩 방식에 의해 인출되도록 함으로써, 도포부재(60)에 의해 외뚜껑(10)의 내측에 구비된 제1 거울(11) 및 내뚜껑(31)이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 서랍부(50)의 높이를 조절함에 의해 도포부재(60)의 밴드부(61)가 걸리지 않도록 서랍부(50)를 작동시킬 수 있음으로써, 도포부재(60)의 입출을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 분해사시도이고, 도 13a 내지 도 13d는 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 서랍부가 개방되는 과정을 나타내는 사시도이다. 그리고, 도 14a 내지 도 14c는 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 서랍부가 개방되는 과정을 나타내는 단면도이며, 도 15a 및 도 15b는 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 서랍부가 닫힌 상태 및 서랍부가 하용기로부터 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 12 내지 도 15b를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(400)는 용기본체(20), 외뚜껑(10), 내용기(30), 중용기(40) 및 서랍부(50)를 포함한다. 그리고, 이하에서는 앞서 설명한 제1 실시예와 대비하여 차이점 위주로 설명하며, 생략된 설명에 대하여는 앞선 내용으로 갈음한다.
용기본체(20)는 외뚜껑(10)에 의해 상단이 개폐될 수 있으며, 용기본체(20)의 하단에는 일 방향으로 인출 가능하게 구비된 서랍부(50)가 구비될 수 있다. 이때, 서랍부(50)는 인출되는 방향의 후면에 적어도 하나의 후면자석이 마련될 수 있으며, 서랍부(50)가 개방된 상태에서 후면자석에 대응되는 상부 측에 적어도 하나의 고정자석이 마련될 수 있다.
이에 의해 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)로부터 인출되는 경우, 후면자석과 고정자석 간에 발생되는 자기력에 의해 서랍부(50)가 개방된 상태로 고정될 수 있다.
여기서, 고정자석은 용기본체(20)의 전면 중앙에 위치된 제1 고정자석(21)일 수 있다. 그리고, 후면자석은 서랍부(50)의 후면 중앙에 위치된 제1 후면자석(55)일 수 있다. 이에 의해 서랍부(50)가 인출되면, 제1 고정자석(21)과 제1 후면자석(55)이 대응되는 위치에 마련될 수 있으며, 제1 고정자석(21)과 제1 후면자석(55) 간에 발생되는 인력에 의해 서랍부(50)가 개방된 상태를 유지하도록 고정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제4 실시예에서 용기본체(20)가 사각 형상으로 구비되고, 제1 고정자석(21)이 용기본체(20)의 전면 중앙에 위치되며, 서랍부(50)의 제1 후면자석(55)이 제1 고정자석(21)과 대응되는 서랍부(50)의 후면 중앙에 구비되는 것으로 설명하였지만, 제1 고정자석(21) 및 제1 후면자석(55)의 위치가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 제1 고정자석(21) 및 제1 후면자석(55)은 서랍부(50)가 인출된 상태로 용기본체(20)의 하단에 용이하게 고정될 수 있는 다양한 위치에 구비될 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 서랍부(50)는 제1 고정자석(21)과 대응되는 전면에 전면자석(51)이 마련될 수 있다. 이에 의해 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)의 하단에 결합된 상태에서, 제1 고정자석(21)과 전면자석(51) 간에 발생되는 인력에 의해 서랍부(50)가 폐쇄된 상태를 유지하도록 고정할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 서랍부(50)는 용기본체(20)에 대하여 개방 및 폐쇄 시 모두 자석에 의한 결합 구조에 의해 용기본체(20)의 하단에 고정된 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 외뚜껑(10)이 용기본체(20)와 맞닿은 상태에서, 외뚜껑(10)에는 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21)과 대응되는 전면에 상부자석(13)이 마련되어, 제1 고정자석(21)과 상부자석(13) 간에 발생되는 인력에 의해 외뚜껑(10)이 폐쇄된 상태로 고정될 수 있다.
그리고, 외뚜껑(10)의 상부자석(13)은 제1 힌지부재(14)와 대향하는 영역에 마련되므로, 외뚜껑(10)을 용기본체(20)로부터 개방시키고자 하는 경우, 제1 힌지부재(14)를 축으로 하여 외뚜껑(10)을 회전시킴에 의해 용기본체(20)를 개방할 수 있다. 이때, 외뚜껑(10)은 용기본체(20)와 자석 결합되어 있으므로, 외뚜껑(10)과 용기본체(20) 간에 작용하는 인력을 제거할 수 있는 힘으로 외뚜껑(10)을 상부로 올림에 의해 용기본체(20)로부터 외뚜껑(10)이 개방될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 제4 실시예의 화장품 용기(400)에 따르면, 용기본체(20)와 서랍부(50)는 자기력에 의해 개방 및 폐쇄 상태가 고정될 수 있으며, 용기본체(20)와 외뚜껑(10)은 자기력에 의해 폐쇄 상태가 고정될 수 있다. 여기서, 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21), 서랍부(50)의 전면자석(51) 및 제1 후면자석(55), 그리고 외뚜껑(10)의 상부자석(13)은 각각 용기본체(20), 서랍부(50) 및 외뚜껑(10)에 구비된 자석부착홈(미도시)에 삽입된 상태로 부착될 수 있다.
일반적인 화장품 용기는 잠금수단으로 버튼 방식 또는 후크 방식을 주로 이용하기 때문에 화장품 용기의 사출 편차에 따라 감도가 달라지고, 사용성이 고급스럽지 않을 수 있다. 하지만, 본 발명에서는 일반적인 버튼 또는 후크 대신 자석을 이용하여 외뚜껑(10)의 폐쇄 상태 및 서랍부(50)의 개방 및 폐쇄 상태를 유지할 수 있음으로써, 제조 상의 원가가 절감될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고급스러운 사용감을 제공할 수 있다.
용기본체(20)는 상단 내측에 상하 관통된 중용기(40)가 안착되고, 중용기(40)의 안착공간(41)에 내용기(30)가 안착될 수 있다. 그리고, 용기본체(20)는 서랍부(50)가 인출되는 방향의 양 내측면을 따라 레일(23)이 구비될 수 있다.
서랍부(50)는 레일(23)과 대면하는 양 외측면에 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)로 이루어진 2개의 돌기(53)가 구비되어, 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 레일(23)을 따라 이동될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)는 일정 간격 이격되어, 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)로부터 인출될 때, 휘어지지 않고 레일(23)의 형상을 따라 서랍부(50)가 인출되도록 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 제4 실시예에서 레일(23)은 직선 형태로 구비될 수 있으며, 이에 의해 서랍부(50)의 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 일직선으로 슬라이딩 작동되며 인출될 수 있다.
용기본체(20)는 레일(23) 상부의 양 내측면에 중용기(40)의 하단이 안착되는 단턱부(22)가 마련될 수 있으며, 레일(23)은 단턱부(22)보다 내측으로 더 돌출된 단차 형상일 수 있다. 여기서, 중용기(40)는 하단으로부터 레일(23)을 향하여 용기본체(20)의 내측면에 접하도록 연장부(42)가 구비되며, 연장부(42)의 끝단은 레일(23)과 대응되는 형상으로 연장되되, 레일(23)과 일정 간격 이격될 수 있다.
그리고, 용기본체(20)는 상하 관통 형성되므로, 서랍부(50)의 바닥면이 외부로 노출될 수 있으며, 서랍부(50)의 전면과 대응되는 영역이 개구되고, 서랍부(50)의 후면과 대응되는 적어도 일 영역이 개구될 수 있다. 이에 의해 용기본체(20)로부터 서랍부(50)를 인출 시, 바닥면 및 후면을 일 방향으로 밀어서 용이하게 서랍부(50)를 개폐시킬 수 있다.
이때, 서랍부(50)는 수납공간(52)에 도포부재(60)가 구비될 수 있으며, 바닥면에 적어도 하나의 통기홀(57)이 구비됨으로써, 도포부재(60)의 습기를 완화시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(400)가 개방되는 과정을 살펴보면, 외뚜껑(10)은 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21)과 대응되는 전면에 상부자석(13)이 마련되어, 제1 고정자석(21)과 상부자석(13) 간에 발생되는 자기력에 의해 외뚜껑(10)이 폐쇄된 상태로 고정될 수 있다.
이후, 외뚜껑(10)의 상부자석(13)과 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21) 간의 인력을 제거하면 제1 힌지부재(14)에 의해 회전되며 개방될 수 있다. 그리고, 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)에 결합된 상태에서는, 서랍부(50)의 전면자석(51)과 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21) 간에 발생되는 인력에 의해 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)의 하단에 고정될 수 있다. 즉, 서랍부(50)는 제1 고정자석(21)과 대응되는 전면 중앙에 전면자석(51)이 마련되어, 제1 고정자석(21)과 전면자석(51) 간에 발생되는 인력에 의해 서랍부(50)가 폐쇄된 상태로 고정될 수 있다.
이 상태에서 서랍부(50)를 일 방향으로 인출하면, 전면자석(51)과 제1 고정자석(21) 간에 발생되는 인력에 해제되면서 서랍부(50)의 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 레일(23)을 따라 일직선으로 슬라이딩되며 이동될 수 있다.
이후, 서랍부(50)의 제2 돌기(53b)가 레일(23)의 단부에 위치되도록 서랍부(50)를 인출하는 경우, 서랍부(50)의 후면 중앙에 구비된 제1 후면자석(55)이 용기본체(20)의 제1 고정자석(21)에 대응되도록 위치되어 상호 인력이 발생되면서 서랍부(50)가 개방된 상태로 고정될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 자석을 이용하여 서랍부(50)를 개방 및 폐쇄하고, 외뚜껑(10)을 폐쇄함에 의해 사용감도의 편차가 최소화될 수 있으며, 고급스러운 사용감을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 잠금수단에 사용되는 버튼 또는 후크 등의 부자재를 제거함으로써, 제조상의 원가 절감의 효과가 있다.
본 실시예에서 레일(23)이 직선 형태로 구비된 것으로 설명하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 제1 실시예와 같이 직선 구간(24) 및 커브 구간(25)으로 이루어진 레일(23)을 적용할 수도 있음은 물론이다.
도 16a 내지 도 16c는 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 용기본체를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 16a 내지 도 16c를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 용기본체(20)는 앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 상하 관통된 사각 형상으로 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 용기본체(20)의 하단에 서랍부(50)가 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되므로, 서랍부(50)의 바닥면은 외부로 노출될 수 있다. 이때, 서랍부(50)의 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 용기본체(20)의 내측면에 구비된 레일(23)을 따라 이동되므로, 서랍부(50)의 양 외측면은 용기본체(20)에 의해 커버될 수 있다.
그리고, 서랍부(50)의 전면과 대응되는 용기본체(20)의 전면의 일부가 개구되어 서랍부(50)가 인출 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 서랍부(50)의 후면과 대응되는 용기본체(20)의 후면은, 서랍부(50)의 후면이 일부 노출되도록 적어도 일 영역이 개구될 수 있다. 이때, 용기본체(20)의 후면은 서랍부(50)의 후면이 일부 노출되도록 개구된 영역 외에, 그 상측에 외뚜껑(10)이 힌지 결합할 수 있도록 제1 체결부(26)가 마련될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 용기본체(20)의 개구된 바닥면 및 후면으로 노출되는 서랍부(50)의 바닥면 및 후면을 이용하여 서랍부(50)를 손쉽게 인출시킬 수 있다. 도 10c를 참조하면, 용기본체(20)의 후면에 개구된 영역으로 노출된 서랍부(50)의 후면(A)과, 용기본체(20)의 바닥면으로 노출된 서랍부(50)의 바닥면(B)을 손으로 밀어서 보다 용이하게 서랍부(50)를 인출시킬 수 있다.
여기서, 용기본체(20)가 사각 형상으로 구비된 것으로 설명하였지만, 용기본체(20)는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 하단에 서랍부(50)가 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합될 수 있는 다양한 형상으로 구비될 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 17은 본 발명의 제5 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 18a 내지 도 18c는 본 발명의 제5 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 서랍부가 개방되는 과정을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 17 내지 도 18c를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제5 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(500)는 용기본체(20), 외뚜껑(10), 내용기(30), 중용기(40) 및 서랍부(50)를 포함한다. 그리고, 이하에서는 앞서 설명한 다른 실시예와 대비하여 차이점 위주로 설명하며, 생략된 설명에 대하여는 앞선 내용으로 갈음한다.
본 발명의 제5 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(500)는, 용기본체(20)의 상단 내측에 안착되며, 상하 관통된 중용기(40)의 전면 양단에 각각 인접하게 위치된 내측에 한 쌍의 제2 고정자석(43)을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고, 서랍부(50)의 후면 양단에 각각 인접하게 위치된 내측에는 한 쌍의 제2 후면자석(56)을 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 중용기(40)에 구비된 한 쌍의 제2 고정자석(43)과, 서랍부(50)에 구비된 한 쌍의 제2 후면자석(56)은 서랍부(50)가 용기본체(20)로부터 인출되는 경우, 서로 대응되는 위치에 마련됨으로써, 제2 고정자석(43)과 제2 후면자석(56) 간에 발생되는 인력을 이용하여 서랍부(50)가 개방된 상태를 고정하도록 할 수 있다.
이때, 서랍부(50)는 용기본체(20)에 대하여 슬라이딩과 동시에 틸팅되며 인출될 수 있다. 즉, 용기본체(20)는 양 내측면에 직선 구간(24) 및 커브 구간(25)으로 이루어진 레일(23)이 구비될 수 있으며, 서랍부(50)의 제1 돌기(53a) 및 제2 돌기(53b)가 레일(23)을 따라 슬라이딩되다가 틸팅되면서 용기본체(20)로부터 인출될 수 있다.
레일(23)의 커브 구간(25)은 서랍부(50)의 인출 시 용기본체(20)의 하측 방향으로 서랍부(50)가 틸팅되도록 유도할 수 있다. 이에 의해 서랍부(50)의 수납공간(52)에 도포부재(60)가 수납되는 경우, 서랍부(50)를 열고 닫을 때 내용물이 흡수되어 부풀어오른 도포부재(60) 또는 도포부재(60)의 밴드부(61)가 걸리지 않고 원활하게 작동될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제5 실시예에서 레일(23)이 직선 구간(24) 및 커브 구간(25)으로 구비되는 것으로 설명하였으나, 레일(23)은 직선 구간(24)만으로 구비될 수도 있으며, 이 외에 서랍부(50)가 일 방향으로 인출될 수 있는 다양한 구조로 구비될 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 서랍부(50)가 개방된 상태로 고정되도록 하기 위하여, 중용기(40)의 전면 양단에 마련된 제2 고정자석(43) 및 서랍부(50)의 후면 양단에 마련된 제2 후면자석(56) 간에 발생되는 인력을 이용하였지만, 이에 한정되지 않으며, 서랍부(50)의 개방된 상태를 고정하기 위한 자석의 위치는 다양하게 형성될 수 있음은 물론이다.
이와 같이, 서랍부(50)의 개방 및 폐쇄와, 외뚜껑(10)의 폐쇄 상태를 고정할 때 자석을 이용함으로써, 서랍부(50) 및 외뚜껑(10)의 폐쇄 상태에서 고정력을 유지하여 주며, 서랍부(50)가 폐쇄되는 과정에서도 부드러운 결합감도를 가질 수 있다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함은 명백하다고 할 것이다.
본 발명은 상기에서 설명한 실시예로 한정되지 않으며, 상기 실시예들의 조합 또는 상기 실시예 중 적어도 어느 하나와 공지 기술의 조합을 또 다른 실시예로서 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 속하는 것으로 본 발명의 구체적인 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의하여 명확해질 것이다.

Claims (25)

  1. 용기본체;
    상기 용기본체의 상단을 개폐하는 외뚜껑; 및
    상기 용기본체의 하단에 일 방향으로 인출 가능하게 구비되는 서랍부;를 포함하며,
    상기 서랍부는, 상기 용기본체에 대하여 적어도 일부 구간에서 슬라이딩(sliding)되며 인출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체는,
    상기 서랍부가 인출되는 방향의 양 내측면을 따라 레일이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 레일은,
    상기 용기본체의 후면으로부터 전면까지 일직선으로 마련되어, 전체 구간에서 상기 서랍부가 슬라이딩되며 인출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 레일은,
    상기 용기본체의 후면으로부터 전면을 향하여 일정 길이로 마련되는 직선 구간 및 상기 직선 구간의 단부로부터 상기 용기본체의 전면에 인접한 영역까지 마련되는 커브 구간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 서랍부는,
