Abstract
Description
例えば、特許文献1の図4は編集画面であり、『履歴データの集合を表示するための履歴データ表示領域111、当該履歴データに含まれる各々の操作に対応する関連部品等を表示するための関連部品表示領域112、作成中のガイダンス画面を表示するためのガイダンス画面表示領域113とを含む』と記載されている。この編集画面には、異なる複数種類の表示領域が設けられている。
本開示の一態様である記憶媒体は、ユーザインタフェース画面に配置される部品と、部品を複数組み合わせた複合部品とを記憶し、1つ又は複数のプロセッサが実行することにより、ユーザインタフェース画面に配置する複合部品に対し、複合部品が機能するために必要な被依存複合部品が、ユーザインタフェース画面に存在するか否かを判定し、ユーザインタフェース画面に配置する複合部品が機能するために必要な被依存複合部品が、ユーザインタフェース画面に存在しない場合、その旨をユーザに通知する、コンピュータが読み取り可能な命令を記憶する。
以下、第1の開示の画面作成装置100について説明する。
画面作成装置100は、図1に示すように、PC(パーソナルコンピュータ)などの情報処理装置に実装される。画面作成装置100には、数値制御装置200の操作画面を作成するための専用のソフトウェアがインストールされている。ユーザは、ソフトウェアを操作してUI画面を作成する。作成したUI画面は、数値制御装置200に転送され、数値制御装置200に実装される。
図4の複合部品50(プログラム編集部品52)は、複数の単体部品(ラベル表示部品31、図形表示部品32、複数行文字列表示部品33、入力受付部品34)から構成される。ラベル表示部品31は、文字列を表示する部品である。ここでは、プログラム名「O0003」を表示する。図形表示部品32は、画面デザインに使用する部品である。ここでは、青色の背景である。複数行文字列表示部品33は、複数の文字列を表示する部品である。ここでは、複数行文字列表示部品33に加工プログラム表示する。入力受付部品34は、編集する文字列の入力を受け付ける。「Enter」キーを押下することで、入力受付部品34に入力された文字列が複数行文字列表示部品33に反映される。
プログラム編集部品52は、加工プログラムを表示し、加工プログラムの編集を受け付ける。Gコードガイダンス部品53は、プログラム編集部品52に表示されたGコードに対し、Gコードの説明を表示したり、Gコードの引数の設定を受け付けたりする。図5のGコードガイダンス部品53には、Gコードの名称「深穴あけサイクル」、Gコード番号と入力項目を説明するイラスト、Gコードの引数を入力する入力領域が設けられている。
Gコードガイダンス部品53とプログラム編集部品52には、依存関係がある。プログラム編集部品52がUI画面に配置されなければ、Gコードガイダンス部品53は機能しない。他の複合部品50に依存する複合部品50を「依存複合部品」、依存される側の複合部品50を「被依存複合部品」と表現する。
図6のUI編集領域21には、プログラム編集部品52と、定型文部品54の2つの複合部品50が配置されている。プログラム編集部品52は、加工プログラムの編集を受け付ける。定型文部品54は、定型文の登録と、登録した加工プログラムの挿入を行う。
定型文部品54とプログラム編集部品52は、依存と被依存の関係にある。言い換えれば、プログラム編集部品52がUI画面に配置されなければ、定型文部品54は機能しない。
複合部品50の依存に関する情報は、図7に示すような依存関係表18に記録されている。依存関係表18は、「被依存複合部品」、「依存複合部品」の項目を有する。「依存複合部品」は、「被依存複合部品」がないと機能しない。
部品ライブラリ表示領域23から複合部品50が選択されると(ステップS2)、依存関係判定部15は、選択された複合部品50が他の複合部品50に依存するか否かを判定する(ステップS3)。選択された複合部品50が他の複合部品50に依存しない場合(ステップS4;No)、編集部12は通常通り複合部品50をUI編集領域21に配置する(ステップS5)。

複合部品50の削除が指示されない(ステップS12;No)、削除される複合部品50が被依存複合部品でない場合(ステップS14;No)、及び、削除される複合部品に依存する複合部品50がUI編集領域21に存在しない場合(ステップS16;No)、編集部12は、特別な処理は行わず、ステップS11に移行しユーザの指示を待機する。
単体部品では、個々の部品の使用目的が未知であるため、依存関係を予め把握することは困難である。複合部品50は、特定の使用目的で作成されるため、依存関係を把握することが可能である。部品の依存関係は、デバッグで検出されることがあるが、下流工程で問題が見つかると、UI画面を作成し直すことになる。本開示の画面作成装置100では、複合部品50を配置する時点で依存関係を把握することができるので、事前に依存関係が確認できるようになり、修正の手間が削減され、UI画面の作成を簡便にすることができる。
以下、第2の開示の画面作成装置100について説明する。
第2の開示の画面作成装置100では、数値制御装置200の制御対象である工作機械の機械情報を、複合部品50の依存関係の判定に用いる。第1の開示の画面作成装置100と第2の開示の画面作成装置100とは、同じ構成要素を備えるため、第1の画面作成装置100との相違点のみ説明する。
図11は、第2の開示の画面作成装置100のブロック図である。第2の開示の画面作成装置100は、機械情報取得部16を備える。
図13において、「プログラム編集部品52」に依存する依存複合部品は、「Gコードガイダンス部品53」「定型文部品54」「加工サイクル設定部品」「計測サイクル設定部品」である。ほとんどの工作機械で図13の依存関係は成立するが、「ワイヤカット放電加工機」は、工具が存在しないので「プログラム編集部品52」と「計測サイクル設定部品」の依存関係は成立しない。このように、「機械情報」から複合部品50の依存関係が判定できる。
本開示の画面作成装置100は、図14のようなハードウェア構成を有する。
図14を参照して、画面作成装置100のハードウェア構成を説明する。画面作成装置100が備えるCPU111は、画面作成装置100を全体的に制御するプロセッサである。CPU111は、バスを介してROM112に加工されたシステム・プログラムを読み出し、該システム・プログラムに従って画面作成装置の100全体を制御する。RAM113には、一時的な計算データや表示データ、入力部11を介してユーザが入力した各種データ等が一時的に格納される。

Claims (5)
- 数値制御装置のユーザインタフェース画面の作成を支援する画面作成装置であって、
前記ユーザインタフェース画面に配置する部品と、前記部品を複数組み合わせた複合部品とを記憶する部品ライブラリと、
前記ユーザインタフェース画面に配置する前記複合部品に対し、前記複合部品が機能するために必要な被依存複合部品が、前記ユーザインタフェース画面に存在するか否かを判定する依存関係判定部と、
前記被依存複合部品が、前記ユーザインタフェース画面に存在しない場合、その旨をユーザに通知する編集部と、
を備える画面作成装置。 - 前記数値制御装置の制御対象である工作機械の機械情報を取得する機械情報取得部と、
前記依存関係判定部は、前記工作機械の機械情報を基に、前記工作機械を操作するユーザインタフェース画面に配置された複合部品に依存関係が成立するか否かを判定し、
前記編集部は、前記依存関係が成立する場合、前記複合部品が機能するために必要な被依存複合部品が、前記ユーザインタフェース画面に存在しないことをユーザに通知する、
請求項1記載の画面作成装置。 - 前記編集部は、警告表示、メッセージ表示、アイコン表示の少なくとも1つを用いて、前記複合部品が機能するために必要な被複合部品が、前記ユーザインタフェース画面に存在しないことをユーザに通知する、

- ユーザインタフェース画面に配置される部品と、前記部品を複数組み合わせた複合部品とを記憶し、

前記ユーザインタフェース画面に配置する前記複合部品に対し、前記複合部品が機能するために必要な被依存複合部品が、前記ユーザインタフェース画面に存在するか否かを判定し、
前記ユーザインタフェース画面に配置する前記複合部品が機能するために必要な被依存複合部品が、前記ユーザインタフェース画面に存在しない場合、その旨をユーザに通知する、
