Abstract
Description

固定治具33Aの腕部61と支持板30との結合構造は、次のように変更され得る。実施形態では、腕部61の締結部65と支持板30の締結部42との締結によって、腕部61に支持板30が固定される。これに対して、この変形例では、固定治具33Aの腕部61の先端部63は、支持板30において型枠10に固定される第1端部30aと反対側の第2端部30bに係合するように構成される。
図24に示されるように、ボルト付きのクリップ82によって、腕部61の先端部63に支持板30の第2端部30bを留めてもよい。ボルトの締め付けによって、腕部61の先端部63に支持板30の第2端部30bが強固に固定できる。
図29に示されるように、固定治具33Cは、先端部63に金具95を有する。金具95によって、腕部61の先端部63に支持板30の第2端部30bが固定される。金具95は、腕部61に回転可能に設けられる。金具95は、本体金具96と、本体金具96を回転させるためのレバー97とを備える。本体金具96は、軸部96aと、軸部96aに直交するフック部96bを有する。フック部96bが支持板30の第2端部30bに引っ掛からないように本体金具96を回転した状態で、本体金具96を支持板30の開口部47に挿通させて、腕部61の下に支持板30を配置する。腕部61の下に支持板30が配置された状態で、金具95を回転させてフック部96bを支持板30の第2端部30bに係合させる。このようにして腕部61の先端部63に支持板30の第2端部30bを固定することができる。
図30および図31に示されるように、スペーサ100は、型枠10に着脱可能に構成されてもよい。例えば、スペーサ100は、スペーサ本体101と、スペーサ本体101から延びる2個の脚部102とを備える。2個の脚部102は、スペーサ本体101の下面から下方に延びる。2個の脚部102の間隔は、型枠10の幅と等しい。スペーサ本体101には、ビスが通る挿通孔103が設けられる。このようなスペーサ100は、例えば、板金によって構成される。この構成によれば、スペーサ100が型枠10に着脱可能であり、ビスが通る挿通孔103を有することによってビスの打ち込みによるスペーサ100の変形が小さいため、スペーサ100を繰り返して使用できる。

前記固定治具は、前記スペーサを介して前記支持板を前記型枠の上に配置した状態で前記支持板を支持する、
