一种立式砂辊碾米装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及碾米装置技术领域,具体的讲是一种立式砂辊碾米装置。
背景技术
碾米机是一种常用的农用机械,是用来将玉米、高梁、谷子等杂粮进行脱皮的专业机械。碾米机的工作原理简单的说,就是糙米通过碾米机的碾米室后,通过内压力的作用,铁辊或砂辊的旋转,让米粒与米粒之间,米粒与筛板,米粒与米辊进行充分的磨擦、擦削等,达到去除表面的米皮,适当着水,从而获得光滑晶亮的外观。
目前的立式砂辊碾米机的砂辊整体为圆柱形的,研磨的效果不好,会产生研磨不均匀的现象,本专利提出一种用于立式砂辊碾米机中的碾米装置,用于提高碾米机的碾米效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对以上不足,提供一种立式砂辊碾米装置,该碾米装置可以对米进行粗磨和细磨,提高研磨的均匀度。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种立式砂辊碾米装置,包括筛米筒和碾米砂辊,所述筛米筒和碾米砂辊均竖直设置,所述筛米筒包覆设置于碾米砂辊的外侧且与碾米砂辊同轴设置,所述碾米砂辊与筛米筒之间留有间隙;所述碾米砂辊包括第一砂辊和第二砂辊,所述第一砂辊和第二砂辊均竖直设置且第一砂辊设置于第二砂辊顶部,所述第二砂辊的外径大于第一砂辊的外径,且第二砂辊与第一砂辊之间通过锥面过渡连接。
进一步的,所述筛米筒筒上均匀设置有若干条形通孔和金刚石碎粒区域,金刚石碎粒区域的形状为棱形,所述金刚石碎粒区域中的多个金刚石碎粒均固定在筛米筒筒上。

本实用新型的碾米砂辊由两段组成,且两段砂辊的外径不同,位于上方的砂辊外径小,对刚进入碾米室的米进行粗磨,位于下方的砂辊外径更大,与筛米筒之间的间距更小,碾米效果更精细,保证了碾米的质量;筛米筒的内侧设置有金刚石刀头,配合砂辊一同进行碾米,提高碾米效率和碾米精度。

如图3所示,作为一种实施方式,所述筛米筒21筒上均匀设置有若 干条形通孔211和金刚石碎粒区域212,金刚石碎粒区域212的形状为棱形,所述金刚石碎粒区域212中的多个金刚石碎粒均固定在筛米筒21筒上,条形通孔211可筛选尺寸符合的米粒,避免重复碾磨,筛米筒21的外侧设置有定位柱,定位柱的中部开设有螺纹孔,筛米筒21通过螺栓固定于碾米室2的侧壁上,且筛米筒21的外侧与碾米室2的内侧之间留有一定间隙,间隙用于使通过条形通孔的米落入下方的出料口4内。
使用时,皮带轮通过皮带外接驱动电机,驱动电机通过驱动皮带轮以带动碾米转轴旋转,碾米主轴带动碾米砂辊旋转,向进料漏斗加入原料,原料从进料漏斗进入下方的碾米时内,在重力的作用下下落,经过第一砂辊、第二砂辊和金刚石刀头的研磨后,落入下方的处理口内,从出料口排出碾米机。
