Description
・縮合硬化型シリコーンゴム、(脱アミン縮合硬化型シリコーンゴム、固形分15質量%、ランクセス社製レノディブBC-638)
・2-エチルヘキサン酸セリウム、(金属含有量24.4質量%、ホープ製薬社製)
・ネオデカン酸銅、(金属含有量5.0質量%、日本化学産業社製)
・2-エチルヘキサン酸マンガン、(金属含有量8.0質量%、日本化学産業社製)
・2-エチルヘキサン酸鉄、(金属含有量6.0質量%、日本化学産業社製)
・ナフテン酸亜鉛、(金属含有量8.0質量%、東京化成社製)
これに対し、ハロゲン化ブチルゴムを含まないIIR加硫ゴム片と接触させた比較例2のシリコーンゴム層は、目視および指触による変化が認められず、初期の質量に対し97質量%と質量減少が小さかった。
実施例1のシリコーンゴム層は、臭素化ブチルゴムを含むBr-IIR加硫ゴム片と接触させたにもかかわらず、目視および指触による変化が認められず、かつ初期の質量に対し97質量%と質量減少が小さかった。
実施例2~7のシリコーンゴム層は、臭素化ブチルゴムを含むBr-IIR加硫ゴム片と接触させたにもかかわらず、目視および指触による変化が認められなかった。
Claims (12)
- ハロゲン化ブチルゴムを含む未加硫ゴムコンパウンドからなるゴム製品を加硫成型するためのブラダーであって、その最外表面にシリコーンゴム層を有し、該シリコーンゴム層が、縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムおよびそれに溶解した有機酸金属化合物を含む硬化物からなり、前記縮合硬化型シリコーンゴム100質量部に対し前記有機酸金属化合物が、金属量として0.001~3質量部含有されてなる加硫ブラダー。
- 前記シリコーンゴム層の厚さが1~100μmである請求項1に記載の加硫ブラダー。
- 前記有機酸金属化合物が、亜鉛、マンガン、鉄、セリウム、銅からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属を含有する請求項1または2に記載の加硫ブラダー。
- 前記有機酸金属化合物が、炭素数2~12の脂肪酸由来である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の加硫ブラダー。
- 前記縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムが、脱アミン縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムである請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の加硫ブラダー。
- ハロゲン化ブチルゴムを含む未加硫ゴムコンパウンドからなるゴム製品を加硫成型する加硫ブラダーに用いるコーティング材であって、縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムおよびそれに溶解する有機酸金属化合物を含み、前記縮合硬化型シリコーンゴム100質量部に対し前記有機酸金属化合物を、金属量として0.001~3質量部含有するコーティング材。
- 前記コーティング材が、前記縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムおよび有機酸金属化合物の有機溶剤溶液、または前記縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムおよび有機酸金属化合物の水系エマルジョンであり、前記コーティング材100質量%中、前記縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムおよび有機酸金属化合物の合計が2~50質量%である請求項6に記載のコーティング材。
- 前記縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムが、脱アミン縮合硬化型シリコーンゴムである請求項6または7に記載のコーティング材。
- 前記有機酸金属化合物が、亜鉛、マンガン、鉄、セリウム、銅からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属を含有する請求項6~8のいずれかに記載のコーティング材。
- 前記有機酸金属化合物が、炭素数2~12の脂肪酸由来である請求項6~9のいずれかに記載のコーティング材。
- 請求項6~10のいずれかに記載のコーティング材の硬化物からなるシリコーンゴム層をその最外表面に有する請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の加硫ブラダー。
- 請求項1~5および11のいずれかに記載の加硫ブラダーを用いて、ハロゲン化ブチルゴムを含む未加硫ゴムコンパウンドを加硫成型するゴム製品の製造方法。
