背景技术
在中国大力提倡装配式建筑战略方针的引领下,各地政府加大推广建设力度,对国家投资建设的保障房和公租房,明确要求精装交房,为各类室内干法作业饰面类板材带来较大的市场发展空间。
万能板是在石膏板表面进行整板贴覆饰面材料的一种装饰板材,可现场实现装配式内墙装饰装修一体化安装,有效避免现场贴墙纸、涂装带来的易开裂、剥落污染等现象。该产品性价比高,更易于在公共建筑、住宅类项目进行推广使用,拓展石膏板应用领域。
万能板是使用特制的基板与不同种类的饰面材料通过专用设备以胶粘剂为粘接介质粘接复合而成,其中,胶粘剂的性能和粘接质量是该产品生产过程中的关键控制点。而现有的水性聚氨酯胶(冷胶)基本要求环境温度在15℃以上才具有较好的粘接效果,导致冬季生产受到影响,尤其是在粘接网孔较大的十字布基饰面材料时经常出现假粘现象(粘接强度不高,用手撕开时,是饰面材料跟石膏板的护面纸分离,而不是石膏板的护面纸和基材石膏板芯分离)。

糯米胶为糯玉米改性淀粉生产的胶粘剂,购自上海东星环保油墨有限公司;固含量为36.1%、pH值为6.6、黏度(20℃)181800mPa.s。
在环境温度5℃、15℃、25℃、35℃下分别进行以下操作:
按糯米胶和水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的质量比为1:10称取两种胶粘剂,先将占两种胶总量10vol.%的水加入水性聚氨酯胶粘剂中,混合均匀后,再加入糯米胶混合均匀。然后,用胶枪将混合后的胶液喷在纸面石膏板上,胶粘剂施胶量为70g/m 2,并贴覆装饰膜后,进入真空吸塑机,温度为130℃,持续时间为135秒,压力-0.03MPa。

按糯米胶和水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的质量比为4:6称取两种胶粘剂,先将占两种胶总量20vol.%的水加入水性聚氨酯胶粘剂中,混合均匀后,再加入糯米胶混合均匀。然后,用胶枪将混合后的胶液喷在纸面石膏板上,胶粘剂施胶量为50g/m 2,并贴覆装饰膜后,进入真空吸塑机,温度为170℃,持续时间为175秒,压力-0.05MPa。
将制备好的产品分别在对应的制备温度下,将装饰膜与纸面石膏板进行分离,5℃、15℃、25℃和35℃下装饰膜并未与护面纸分离,而是护面纸与石膏板芯分离。可以看出使用本申请提供的复合胶粘剂在5℃至35℃下均能够避免十字布基饰面材料出现“假粘”现象。

仅使用实施例1中的糯米胶,其余物料来源和制备方法和实施例1相同。

当水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的施胶量小于70g/m 2时,在室温下粘接的装饰面与纸面石膏板护面纸出现“假粘”的现象。
对比例3
本申请与实施例1的区别仅在于,糯米胶和水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的用量比为5:5。由胶的黏度大、无法在生产线上喷涂在纸面石膏板的表面,使用该胶粘接装饰布和纸面石膏板只能以滚涂方式施胶,显著降低施工效率。
测试例1
低温粘接的测试

结果显示,将糯米胶和水性聚氨酯胶粘剂混合后进行贴面,在环境温度为5℃的情况下,粘接效果仍然能够满足强度要求(图1),而且还消除了粘接网孔较大的布基壁布时经常出现的假粘现象。
并且,将糯米胶和水性聚氨酯胶粘剂混合后进行贴面还能够减少胶粘剂的用量,并减少胶粘剂发霉现象的发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种复合胶粘剂,包括糯米胶和水性聚氨酯胶粘剂;所述糯米胶和所述水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的质量比为(1:15)至(1:1);所述糯米胶和所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的质量比可以为(1:9)至(4:6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合胶粘剂,其中,所述糯米胶是采用天然改性淀粉生产的胶粘剂;所述糯米胶固含量可以为30%至40%;所述糯米胶pH值可以为6.5至7;所述糯米胶的黏度(20℃)可以为100000mPa.s至200000mPa.s。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的复合胶粘剂,其中,所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的固含量为46%至53%;所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的pH值可以为6至8;所述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的黏度(20℃)可以为2000mPa.s至5000mPa.s。
  4. 权利要求1至3中任一项所述的复合胶粘剂在粘接纸面石膏板与饰面材料中的应用。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的应用,其中,所述饰面材料的材质包括:纸基壁布、十字布基壁布、无纺布壁布或PVC膜中的任意一种或更多种。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的应用,其中,所述饰面材料的厚度为:0.1mm至0.6mm;
    所述饰面材料单位面积质量可以为130克/平米至450克/平米。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的应用,其中,所述粘接包括以下步骤:
    1)将占两种胶总量10vol.%至20vol.%的水加入水性聚氨酯胶粘剂中,混合均匀后,再加入糯米胶混合均匀,得到胶液;
    2)混合后的胶液覆在纸面石膏板上,并贴覆装饰膜后,进行真空吸塑。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的应用,其中,所述胶液通过喷涂的方式涂覆在纸面石膏板上,喷涂时的环境温度为5℃至40℃,所述喷涂时的环境温度可以为5℃至15℃。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的应用,其中,所述胶液的用量为每平方米40g 至80g。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的应用,其中,所述真空吸塑的温度为130℃至180℃,持续时间为120秒至180秒,压力-0.02MPa至-0.06MPa。
