技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板材制造技术领域,尤指一种防火防水装饰板材的制造方法。
背景技术
玻镁板是以氧化镁,氯化镁,和水三元体系,经配置和加改性剂而制成的性能稳定的镁质胶凝材料,以中碱性玻纤网为增强材料,以轻质材料为填充物复合而成的新型不燃性装饰材料,具有防火、防水、无味、无毒、不冻、不腐、不裂、不变、不燃、隔热吸声、高强质轻、施工方便、使用寿命长等特点,在同类产品中有复合的特殊性能,主要用作墙板,复合保温板,吊顶板,防火板,防水板,包装箱等,经过饰面后还可以替代饰面人造板做墙裙,窗板、门板,家具等室内装饰用具,尤其适用于公共场所的防火装饰工程和卫浴、地下室等潮湿环境的装饰工程,具有广阔的市场前景。
但是玻镁板由于自身的材料和构造问题难以进行饰面,目前玻镁板的饰面方式主要有胶贴壁纸、木皮、聚氯乙烯薄膜和涂漆,但壁纸易老化,木皮成本高,聚氯乙烯薄膜和油漆会造成二次污染,且四种材料都不耐高温,胶贴时使用的胶水粘结强度低、防水性差,这几种饰面材料和方法都存在着各种的不足和缺点。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,生产制作的装饰板材防火阻燃、防水防潮、隔热吸声、款式丰富、耐磨耐划、无毒环保、耐久性好且加工性能优异。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A. 热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板的表面处理;
B. 浸渍胶膜纸压贴热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板;
C. 对玻镁板进行双面涂胶,将步骤B中与浸渍胶膜纸压贴后的热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板贴合在玻镁板的涂胶面处;
D. 将步骤C中组合好的半成品转移至冷压机进行冷压;
E. 冷压完成后卸压并进行脱模修边。
具体地,所用热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板为表面无装饰效果的素板,厚度为0.6~1.2mm,且符合GB/T7911的要求。
具体地,所述玻镁板防火性能达到A1级,厚度为3~20mm,且符合JC688的要求。
具体地,步骤A中,表面处理步骤如下:采用宽带式砂光机对热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板进行双面砂光,砂带为120目,砂光机出板处设置除尘吹灰装置进行除尘。
具体地,步骤B中的浸渍胶膜纸技术要求:原纸克重80~100g/m2、浸胶量140~160%、挥发物含量6~8%、预固化度40~60%、甲醛释放量≤0.3mg/L;
具体地,步骤B中,浸渍胶膜纸与热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板的压贴参数如下:压力13~20MPa、温度115~130℃、时间300~350S,且浸渍胶膜纸与热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板之间为单面压贴。
具体地,步骤C中所用胶水的主要成分是苯丙改性聚醋酸乙烯双组份胶和异氰酸酯,两者的质量比为100:5~100:10,施胶量为200g/m2,组合时把玻镁板放中间,两面是压贴有浸渍胶膜纸的热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板,通过未贴浸渍胶膜纸的一面与玻镁板粘贴在一起,组合错位不能超过2mm。
具体地,步骤D中组合好的半成品上面放一张18~25mm厚板面平整的垫板,在半小时内转移至冷压机进行冷压,冷压工艺:压力13~20MPa、时间2~4h
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)解决了玻镁板难以饰面的技术难题,扩大了玻镁板的使用范围;
(2)将浸渍胶膜纸、热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板的优点完美结合,提供了一种防火阻燃、防水防潮、隔热吸声、颜色鲜艳、耐磨耐划、无毒环保且加工性能优异的新型装饰板材。
(3)可以根据不同需要选择浸渍胶膜纸型号和钢板效果组合压贴,款式丰富多样,可选性强。
(4)制造过程中使用的是胶合强度高防水性能好的胶水,延长了产品的使用寿命。

为了使本领域的普通技术人员能更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此。
需要说明的是,本发明中采用的浸渍胶膜纸是本案申请人的在先申请,在先申请的申请号为:201610967423.X。
实施例1
厚度为9mm防火防水装饰板材的制造方法如下:
A1. 热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板的表面处理;选择0.6mm的热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板素板和8mm的玻镁板,用宽带式砂光机将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板进行双面砂光,砂带为120目,砂光机出板处设有除尘吹灰装置,确保杂质清除干净,砂光时注意控制板面质量和厚度。
B1. 浸渍胶膜纸压贴热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板;浸渍胶膜纸技术要求:原纸克重80g/m2、浸胶量150%、挥发物含量6%、预固化度50%、甲醛释放量0.2mg/L;压贴工艺:压力16MPa、温度123℃、时间330S;浸渍胶膜纸压贴热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板是单面压贴,压贴时底下放一张18mm厚胶合板作为垫板起缓冲作用且防止损坏钢板。
C1. 玻镁板双面涂胶后和浸渍胶膜纸饰面热固性树脂浸渍高压层压板进行组合;称取100kg苯丙改性聚醋酸乙烯双组份胶和8kg异氰酸酯,倒入搅拌器搅拌均匀后进行涂胶,施胶量为200g/m2;组合时把玻镁板放中间,两面是浸渍胶膜纸单饰面热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板,确保是未贴浸渍胶膜纸的那一面与玻镁板粘贴在一起,组合错位不能超过2mm。
D1. 将组合好的半成品上面放一张18mm厚板面平整的垫板,叉进冷压机进行冷压,冷压工艺:压力15MPa、时间3h。
E1. 冷压完成后卸压进行脱模修边即得成品9mm防火防水装饰板材。
实施例2
厚度为12mm防火防水装饰板材的制造方法如下:
A2. 热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板的表面处理;选择1mm的热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板素板和10mm的玻镁板,用宽带式砂光机将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板进行双面砂光,砂带为120目,砂光机出板处设有除尘吹灰装置,确保杂质清除干净,砂光时注意控制板面质量和厚度。
B2. 浸渍胶膜纸压贴热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板;浸渍胶膜纸技术要求:原纸克重85g/m2、浸胶量155%、挥发物含量6.3%、预固化度55%、甲醛释放量0.15mg/L;压贴工艺:压力15MPa、温度125℃、时间350S;浸渍胶膜纸压贴热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板是单面压贴,压贴时底下放一张18mm厚胶合板作为垫板起缓冲作用且防止损坏钢板。
C2. 玻镁板双面涂胶后和浸渍胶膜纸饰面热固性树脂浸渍高压层压板进行组合;称取100kg苯丙改性聚醋酸乙烯双组份胶和10kg异氰酸酯,倒入搅拌器搅拌均匀后进行涂胶,施胶量为200g/m2;组合时把玻镁板放中间,两面是浸渍胶膜纸单饰面热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板,确保是未贴浸渍胶膜纸的那一面与玻镁板粘贴在一起,组合错位不能超过2mm。
D2. 将组合好的半成品上面放一张25mm厚板面平整的垫板,叉进冷压机进行冷压,冷压工艺:压力18MPa、时间4h。
E2. 冷压完成后卸压进行脱模修边即得成品12mm防火防水装饰板材;
表1 实施例与市面上饰面玻镁板理化性能检测结果对比
由表1可以看出,此方法制造出来的新型装饰板材的理化性能优于市面上现有的饰面玻镁板,具有优异的防火防水性能和加工性能,环保等级可以达到日本F标准,表面理化性能也能符合饰面板的标准要求,可以广泛的应用于各种装饰场所。

1.一种防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A. 热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板的表面处理;
B. 浸渍胶膜纸压贴热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板;
C. 对玻镁板进行双面涂胶,将步骤B中与浸渍胶膜纸压贴后的热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板贴合在玻镁板的涂胶面处;
D. 将步骤C中组合好的半成品转移至冷压机进行冷压;
E. 冷压完成后卸压并进行脱模修边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,其特征在于,所用热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板为表面无装饰效果的素板,厚度为0.6~1.2mm,且符合GB/T7911的要求。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述玻镁板防火性能达到A1级,厚度为3~20mm,且符合JC688的要求。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,其特征在于步骤A中,表面处理步骤如下:采用宽带式砂光机对热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板和玻镁板进行双面砂光,砂带为120目,砂光机出板处设置除尘吹灰装置进行除尘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤B中的浸渍胶膜纸技术要求:原纸克重80~100g/m2、浸胶量140~160%、挥发物含量6~8%、预固化度40~60%、甲醛释放量≤0.3mg/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤B中,浸渍胶膜纸与热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板的压贴参数如下:压力13~20MPa、温度115~130℃、时间300~350s,且浸渍胶膜纸与热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板之间为单面压贴。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤C中所用胶水的包括苯丙改性聚醋酸乙烯双组份胶和异氰酸酯,两者的质量比为100:5~10,施胶量为200g/m2,组合时把玻镁板放中间,两面是压贴有浸渍胶膜纸的热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层压板,通过未贴浸渍胶膜纸的一面与玻镁板粘贴在一起,组合错位不能超过2mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防火防水装饰板材的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤D中组合好的半成品上面放一张18~25mm厚板面平整的垫板,在半小时内转移至冷压机进行冷压,冷压工艺:压力13~20MPa、时间2~4h。
